My BMW is my baby. When it was damaged I looked specifically for a certified BMW body shop. Kuni is the only one in the greater Portland area. Marcee was amazing as she knew what steps I needed to do to coordinate with the insurance company and car rental place. Won kept me up to date with my estimate and the repairs. I felt seen & heard about my concerns about the repair. The attention to detail was amazing and I was very satisfied with the work. Kuni made this simple for me and i have respect for their team.

While visiting Portland someone smashed the side window of my NX 300. The dealer suggested I take it here. I got an estimate but they couldn’t get the window for a couple days. I decided to go home and have it done instead of staying longer. They vacuumed up the glass and put a seal on the broken window for us so we could get home. They were kind and very professional. If it wasn’t for waiting for the window I would have had them do the work. Highly recommend this business.

Im unsatisfied particularly with MR.WON?he is unreliable and he is the only one that showed no or little care when it comes to do his job. his lack of customer service practice!? his attitude made me to write this which makes KUNI COLLISION CENTER look bad.

I use Kuni Lexus for maintenance and Kuni Collision Center for repairs. Both have been very good. The maintenance at Kuni Lexus IS smoother and easier experience, but as repair shop goes, Collision Center is without fault. They both have been upfront, helpful, and trust-worthy.
