It took 5 return trips to finally have their manager pay for a detailing service to do the work they couldnt get right, a basic hood paint without scratches, even when they were told that money wasnt a consideration.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Youre better off getting finding a locally owned and managed repair facility.

My first impression was great. I got in and out right away. Where the issues lie is in the customer service. So I dropped my vehicle off here and due to my situation, legally I cant share at this time and honestly my issues have nothing to do with what Im talking about anyways, so the reason doesnt matter why I was there. First off, I was told it would take some time to get a time of completion. I understand with our crazy world things can be slowed down and understand things happen. So I got notification that my vehicle completion date is 07/13/21. Saturday rolls around and I got another text saying that my vehicle is on tract to be complete 07/13/21. So I took Monday off of work.I called them first thing, about 9am and according to their system, they didnt even have the completion date in the system. How does the system they have send me text messages telling me this information if they dont have record of it. Now, Im a bit bothered but Im like well, fine let me talk with the tech, which the lady on the phone was rude to me because I got bothered by the fact that the system they have is sending me a text which she has no record of. Now, I should of took this and went somewhere else but due to my circumstances I didnt have many places to choose from in taking my vehicle. So, after about 3 seconds of the receptionist telling me they dont have the information that they sent me, I asked to speak with the tech which was not in. I said alright ill call back later. Flash forward to 12:44pm the tech messaged me to tell me to call them at 2pm. So, I wait till 2:15pm to call. I get a hold of the tech only for him to say that the vehicle is still in parts and wont be finished. I asked him why and was given a really lame excuse. Backed up I said well if you are that backed up why are you scheduling appointments furthermore, why didnt you call me right away in the morning so that I could have arranged for other transportation? How freaking rude. Then, mind you its only 2:30pm and I called at 9am and this tech was not there, only for the tech at 2:30pm to tell me he dont have time to put it together. 🤔 at 2:30pm you dont have time? Its your job. Why are you wasting my time now and not calling me first thing in the morning when you arrived to work to tell me this earlier so I was not put in panic mode to figure out e everything else that needed to be figured out. Then the tech, after some words back and forth about how the system they have is broken, flawed, messed up, etc says lets bank on it tomorrow, which my reply was NO, were not banking on anything. Because of your lack of courtesy, I want an answer when my vehicle will be done. No more clowning around on this which then his tone changed and he said TOMORROW, I explained after I got a definite answer from him that I realize some things are out of his control and that I understand but for his lack of courtesy, Im mad. Anyways, we both understood where we had been coming from and I now have my vehicle $2304.00 later and well, they did a fantastic job but, based on my experiences on how this customer service experience was handled, I will definitely go somewhere else. Thank you guys for your work, fix your damn system, and finish the job you say will be done on the date it is supposed to be done on!

Picked up my sisters car due to her being out of town. The staff was exceptionally courteous. Very professional . JJ explained in detail what he had completed on my sisters care and added that he wanted to make sure that the customer was pleased with their work. I would recommend this place.

Nathan was very good at checking in and updateing. They went out of their way to make sure the car was done when the parts came in. Repairs to a vehicle can be very tricky and I wanted them to take the time to do it right and they did. The entire staff was nice and worked to answer questions when ever they were asked by call or text. Thank you for the good service.

I used Caliber through a claim with my insurance company. Everything was scheduled for me and I was kept in the loop via text message throughout the process. There was a minor delay that required an additional day of work and the rental car place was asking for my car back. Caliber called them for me to explain the situation and helped solve the problem. My vehicle’s repairs were still completed faster than anticipated and my car looks like it did when i bought it new. The quote was also below what I anticipated. Would definitely recommend insurance claim or not.

Noah and the whole team were amazing! Nathan even made sure to call me and tell me that “my car was ready to come home” - which was so wonderful since my car means so much to me! From start to finish the whole team were great communicators, worked quickly and then got me a Lyft to pick up my car! I was worried the paint wouldn’t match after and my car looks great! 10/10 would use them again!

Caliber did a great job repairing my rear bumper that had been caved in. It looks great and like nothing happened. The staff is very professional and friendly. They washed the car and vacuumed out the inside before it was returned to me, on time.

Someone smashed into my car and their insurance covered this service, so I cant comment on prices. But they provided a really great rental car and excellent customer service. Frequent updates on repair status, and when they returned my original car, it looked fantastic. They even cleaned the carpets!I sometimes avoid larger chains, but the quality of their work really is high here.

Have a 2014 Ram Truck, which had damage done to drivers side bed area. Previously I left a review overall stating that I was relieved in having my truck back in a reasonable amount of time, However the quality of workmanship was no better than just Okay. Such amazing service today! I stopped in to get a rough idea on the cost to replace a grill part on my 2010 Fusion. I had purchased the part and needed the damaged part replaced with the new one.I spoke with the woman at the front desk and another woman said she could assist. We went outside together... she requested another gentleman’s opinion... 5 minutes later my car was driven into the shop and no more than 5 minutes after that my car was returned to me repaired!I may have rec’d this wonderful treatment because I had mentioned bringing the car to them several years ago after I was rear ended but truthfully I think they all were generous with their sincere interest in taking care of a problem quickly and efficiently.I can’t express what a wonderful experience this was... what a wonderful way to start the weekend! Don’t bring your car here if you’re going through your insurance. They won’t fix it and then end up charging you $170+ to put your car back together. Also plan to be without a car for about 2 weeks while they do nothing to it. They are super slow and don’t care about you. They took my car apart and couldn’t even assemble it the right way.

Just wiped the codes and only told me because I specifically asked about it after seeing no work done mechanically after being rear ended on the work order. They didnt think it was necessary. Body work is all they do, they farm the mechanic work out to another local shop.

Caliber Collision is the most professional body shop Ive ever used. They communicate through text to keep me up to date. Enterprise Rent a Car was blocks away and works well to ensure getting a rental is stress free.

My Car (Nissan Rogue) sensors and radar system not working after the repair, drop it back and the Caliber Collision is still working? Also the part replaced are not the 1:1 match. This needs to be taken to Nissan Repair center, if the caliber collision cannot able to repair this brand new vehicle 2021 model.

Terrific body shop! I had body work done here after being hit from behind. Had a difficult to match metallic clearcoat, they did a fantastic job! Definitely five stars on customer service with having used them twice now for bodywork. Also give them an A+ on communication.

My BMW wasn’t fixed correctly. After a collision, the front rear passenger door lock stopped working, after the repair at Caliber Collision, the door lock still wasn’t working. There was a gap in the rear passenger door, they said they would call me after ordering a new motor for the lock, and at the same time they would adjust the rear passenger door, 3 weeks later and a total of just a bit over 5 grand in repairs, no call, no nothing. If you need body repair, I’d consider another body repair shop.

The repair work done by Abra looks great. The 4-wheel alignment they did is amazing. Paint looks great and was perfectly blended. My car looks better than before the accident even. There was a slight delay in completion of the work but they took care of me and made sure any inconveniences were addressed. Most importantly, they took my feedback seriously and professionally.I dont think theres such a thing as a perfect car repair. Issues come up, part mix-ups, shipping delays, or delays caused by the insurance company. Abra was proactive in addressing issues that came up. Great work!

Good customer service, but overall terrible experience.Had my vehicle repaired after a substantial accident. Was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Had a damage expert look at the vehicle to ensure the repair was done correctly, and found multiple issues. Caliber agreed to redo the work at no additional cost and put me in a rental, but that has taken two months and I still don’t have my vehicle back. It boils down to doing subpar work and as someone that is not car-savvy, that is unacceptable. Would be one star but their customer service is good, so they get one back.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I got my car serviced and the electronic system can back broken. I couldnt use some systems and the windows were not functioning properly. Since my service did not touch the windows they could not fix the electronic systems. Really frustrating that they serviced my car, something broke as a result, and they did not own up to fixing it. My insurance couldnt continue the same claim and the shop had no willingness to help me. I had throw a few hundred dollars to get it fixed in my own. Obviously I didnt go back to this shop....

Brought my 350z in to them and they were great with customer service. Finished my car in a very timely fashion but then bumper started to crack and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked. Thing that sucks is bumper doesn’t match and fitment on my bumper and hood is way off and when they “polished” it left paint swirls everywhere. Great customer service not so good work

Fast work, done 2 days earlier than first told

I kept reading about how bad this place was but I am pretty sure most of the critics are clueless. Yeah, granted, Abra could communicate better and be a little faster with the repairs but I got my vehicle back in pre-loss condition and Nick actually seemed like he cared about the car getting fixed. You just gotta be patient. Not sure what all the bad fuss was about.

I took this my car for body repair and they give good updates on progress and they had it done for me two or three days before they originally estimated!

Worse experience ever, I would give negative stars if I could. I’ve gotten almost zero communication. I got into a small accident where the bed of the truck was damaged and two air bags went off. It’s taken over two months since I took it in but the truck is still not fixed. The shop keeps giving me excuses why it’s taken so long, but does make sense.

ABRA, Beaverton, OR went above and beyond my expectation when I took my car for an estimate. Ron estimated the damage and repair cost. He was very honest and was straight forward about the repair cost. There was no hidden cost or a scam to rip you off. I really appreciated the honesty. Thank you ABRA & Ron for taking the stress out and making it a very excellent experience.

Cha talked me through the process and explained everything that would happen, he was really patient with my endless questions, and by the time I left my keys I felt very confident I was in good hands.The work was finished much faster than the original estimate and looks wonderful. I was rear-ended and my insurance company recommended Kadels, so I went there without looking at reviews or really shopping around since it was close by. The person I worked with was really great and got it started right away for me so I didnt have to drive around in a broken car (she works at Artistic now). When I got it back I was pleased to see that new parts were on and it didnt look broken anymore, but after I got home from the rain I did a more careful inspection and saw that there was a large gap on the left side of the lift gate and not on the right- the alignment was off and it was a very noticeable difference. The next day I took it in and they looked at it right away, but instead of fixing it I got a bunch of excuses about previous damage (it was a rental previously so its possible that there was some damage, although I didnt see anything myself, and the old gate was aligned properly). Ultimately they agreed to adjust the lift gate but I had to sit in the waiting area while they did so and it could take up to a half day. When I got it back from an hour or so of work (way faster than I expected) it was still way off, and I told the guy it still didnt look right. This time I got a different excuse- they couldnt make it right because the gate was not made by Jeep and for copyright reasons it cant be the same. Not true, and it was a Jeep gate according to the bill they sent my insurance company. Ultimately my insurance was unable to get them to agree to fix it and I took it to Artistic Auto Body in Tigard where they finished it perfectly. All they had to do was adjust the gate so it was aligned like it had been at the factory, and add a touch of paint where it had been rubbing. I highly recommend Artistic and will never go back to Kadels.

Kadels auto body is fast and they go out of their way to make sure you are up to date on the status of your vehicle. having the Enterprise rental agent on-site is very helpful as well.

I was getting my vehicle repaired using the other drivers insurance. I had been directed to this shop do to my location in Sherwood. My first step was to google the shops location and I read the reviews. I was very skeptical about the shop do to related reviews about very poor customer service and work. I was greeted upon entering, helped within seconds, and the longest wait was for the rental car service because there were already people in line. I still only waited a minimal amount of time. I received updates as request on my vehicle every other day. On the day I picked up my car I was greeted upon entering and was helped within 2 minutes. The agent showed me the repairs on my car and explained the warranty and does and don’ts for the next couple of months. I am 100% satisfied with the customer experience and work on my vehicle.

I had some body work done on my Toyota prius. When I got there the staff was very helpful, gave me information on exactly what was going to be done and a timeline. I liked how they gave me text message updates on what was going on with my car. The other cool thing was that they cleaned the interior of my car extremely well. Oh, they also have a curtesy shuttle which was helpful when I dropped my car off. Overall I had a great experience with this shop...

Too hard just to get an estimate on repairs. I called multiple body shops and this was the only one that couldnt see me same day, I had to have an appointment. Also asked for insurance info before making an appointment, for an estimate. Hopefully the owners will see this and makes an effort to make estimates easier.

Avoid at all costs, no coordination between departments and no respect for their customers time. Bring your car here if you like phone calls full of hot air and want nothing to drive for a long time. I stopped answering phone calls because they were so predictable. Sorry theres a new problem that would have been noticed if we knew how to diagnose things, but cars are so complicated and we cant multitask. (There may be some paraphrasing.) The latest issue is actually something I could have done on my own, and its going to add a whole week to the repair. I wonder what else they missed, they wont see it until Wednesday when Im supposed to pick up the car.This shop does not have an inhouse mechanic, they probably contract out a lot of things just to accept more cars. Don`t let your insurance company send your car here if there is even a small chance something needs to fixed other then body damage.

I had terrible experiance here. I went in for an estimate and they did not get everything that was damaged in the qoute. They did not include the scratches on my rim for where the other car hit. The step on my rear bumper is loose . Customer service was horrible. I went to 3 other shops that actually took more time to asset my car. this place was that bad.

First they called to confirm my appointment yesterday for 8am, when I arrived on time they told me my appointment was 9am. Then rather than being apologetic and considerate the secretary was rude and blamed me for coming at the wrong time!!! I never encountered such poor customer service! The Enterprise and Geico insurance staff was excellent! However I will not recommend or return to this facility due their customer service staff being inconsiderate of my time. I had to return an hour later just sign papers despite that both Enterprise and Geico would have seen me. They wasted an hour of my time to for 5 minutes of paperwork she easily could have managed at 8am. If your a busy professional and value your time DO NOT use Abra Auto Body!

Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a minor issue, and they fixed it for free. I offered to pay for it, but they insisted. They just gave me 30 minutes of labor, and took care of a dent in my bumper. They had no idea who I was, or that I had 2 cars in there before. If that isnt top quality service, I dont know what is. You cant go wrong with these folks.

No parking available for a new customers, and they dont really care. So it looks like your car will wait for you on the street in Beaverton downtown. This is what it seems like. LOL. They dont use OEM parts even if you have a new car with 8000 miles on it. Dont waste your time.

Im not one to spend too much time writing negative reviews. But something had to be said here.I hit a deer on November 13th, 2018. Car went in on Thursday the 15th. Repairs took about 4 weeks. Multiple (at least 3) completion estimates came and went unfulfilled, but I finally got it back early the week of December 17th. after final delays caused by a technician breaking a body trim piece.The repairs looked good, at least cosmetically. I have no complaints with the appearance of the vehicle with the exception of some minor overspray on the windshield from (I assume) the painting process. However, an hour after picking up the car and running some errands, I got stranded in rush hour traffic when the battery system overheated (its a hybrid Accord). I had to park it overnight in a school lot to get it loaded onto a flatbed the next morning. The report was basically that the hybrid coolant system was low, even though we never opened that system. So they topped it off, test drove it, and returned it a day later.On my drive home as I was climbing the 18% grade hill on my daily commute, same story. Hybrid drive overheats, car goes into limp mode, call the flatbed.
