This body shop is AMAZING.... Excellent people great work. I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta that got hit by a tree in a storm. They did great work...

My car back up in the parking lot and hit with other car caused the bumper scratched. took to this place and they said they will replace the bumper.2 weeks gone I havent got any update about my car. I called they said will get done tomorrow after quality manager approve. one week gone again I dont get a called so I called them. they said tomorrow will be ready again. but it wont get ready till the 4th week. so took a month just replace bumper.I finally pick up the car. got home check my trunk saw all the pins to hold the back cover were missing. I went back to have them put it back. took them 30 minutes came back said done. I checked they put all wrong size pins and screws so all loose. I showed them they said ok, all wrong size pins and screws so they will have to order them and told me to go back the following week but I never go there again.

We had our car in the shop after I hit a deer and Precision Body & Paint too great care of the car. Brent was professional and always helpful. Will definitely go here again in the future.One suggestion: I think in the interior cleaning process (which we appreciate) they might have used a cleaning solution with a strong perfume smell. I am not a big fan of strong perfume smells in my car and I would have appreciated being asked first, but I still think they are worth 5 stars.

I could have sworn I left a review for Precision but I guess I didnt so here goes take two. When it comes to body work, you can have it done right OR you can have it done quickly and it seems that most negative reviews here wanted perfection and wanted it in the blink of an eye. Thats not how body repair works. Calling it repair isnt doing it justice as it really is more of a form of artistry and while you can rush an artist, do you really want to?A month ago my Mazda 3 got clipped by a bicyclist (nobody hurt) and there was no doubt in my mind about where I would take it to get fixed. My family and friends have used Precision since 2007 and none of us has ever left dissatisfied with the work that they do. The panel gaps on my Mazda as fit perfectly as the day I bought it and the three-stage pearlescent white paint? You cant even tell it was painted. Did it take a little longer? Sure. Do I care? Not one bit. Having it done right means far more to me than having it done quickly.So if youre looking for a body shop that will do the job quickly and tell you all the things you want to hear with a staggering radio and TV advertising budget, keep looking. But if you want your car to look as good as it did the day you bought it, your search for an excellent body shop in the Portland area should stop right here.

UPDATE 9/14/2020 - Its scary some of the repairs Im seeing come from some of the other certified shops lately since the Pandemic hit. Thankfully, Im still receiving excellent repairs from Precision. FYI, there is a difference between techs that have been trained and certified on Tesla at the Factory and have been working on Tesla vehicles since 2012 like Precisions techs and the new Tesla techs at some shops that are being trained online and have just become a Tesla certified shop in the past year. My opinion, trust Precision to work on your Tesla instead of some of these other shops. It takes years of experience to work with Aluminum, and electrical components on a Tesla, which Precision has been doing since 2012.Im an certified Oregon auto appraiser. I inspect Precisions work a lot for claims against insurance companies. Im writing this review based on their work, not their customer service. I just hate to see victims of accidents end up with bad repairs just because someone did a better job telling them what they want to hear, instead of providing quality repairs.I see bad repairs nearly every day. Approximately 80% of the vehicles I inspect for post repair quality have some form of improper or fraudulent repairs. In the past nearly 8 years Ive been in business, Ive probably inspected no less than 2-300 vehicles repaired by Precision. Their repair quality is some of the best Ive seen in the Northwest. They consistently provide high quality repairs. The only times Ive ever had an issue is when an insurance company has refused to allow Precision to repair the vehicle the way I thought it should be repaired. Even then, theyve always been very transparent and if there was an issue, theyve always helped to resolve it quickly.As to their prices possibly being higher than other shops? They probably are not really higher, but the other shops may be being subsidized by an insurance company. When choosing an auto body repair shop, cheap is not the way you want to go, especially if you have significant damage. A good repair shouldnt just LOOK good, but should be good. Precision is certified by High Line Manufactures such as Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Jeep, Tesla, Mopar, Volkswagen, SRT, Acura, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Honda, and many others. They have some of the best auto body techs in the area. If you expect to have the best techs working for you, youre gonna have to pay them what theyre worth, hence the possible higher prices. Would you rather have someone not certified?Even if you own a Chevy Malibu, you should be worried about the quality of the repair to your vehicle, probably more so. Ask yourself, is a few dollars you save going to a cheap repair shop worth your or your familys life in a future collision? A bad repair can literally mean the difference between life and death. Ive seen many improper repairs where the air bag sensors were painted over and couldnt operate, or structural damage wasnt even repaired, but just covered up at cheap, sketchy shops.I do not work for, nor do I have any affiliation with any insurance company and/or auto body shop including Precision. Im only writing this review because I see a lot of customers judging this shop on the time it has taken for repairs, customer service, and sometimes unrealistic expectations of an auto body shop or staff, instead of what the do best, repairing cars. Many times extended repair times can simply be due to availability of parts, or even the sheer number of collisions at the time, such as in 2017 due to the ice and snow. If youre concerned with your vehicle being repaired right, not just fast and cheap? I would highly recommend this shop to you.UPDATE 2/12/2019 - Again, I cant stress how important it is to have good techs working on these cars. Precision does. Not far away is a 5 Star reviewed shop that I consistently have to send cars back to. Thanks Aaron for making by job easier by repairing cars right the first time.

Ive had two vehicles repaired here over the course of about a decade, both times were a pleasant and straightforward experience. My most recent repair may have been rushed, as there was some compound residue on the surface of an area repaired, as well as residual damage that hadnt been addressed from the overall repair, forcing me to return to have it finished. In bringing this to their attention, to their credit they did not dismiss it and offered to make it right (this is genuinely appreciate).Branden and Aaron were both expedient, courteous, and I highly recommend them both. In fact, I havent encountered any employees who appeared anything less than attentive.The reason for 3 stars actually has nothing to do with my experience in the repair process, but rather that I feel they are not adequately taking precaution during a pandemic. I feel the public should know this, and so should the owner. Multiple employees either were not wearing a mask at all, or had it only covering their mouths. While its not required, Im surprised theres no hand sanitizer offered to patrons as they are signing paperwork and otherwise touching surfaces in coming/going. I hope in posting this, those gaps might be bridged.

I brought my car to Precision Body and Paint after they were referred to me by an employee from Nylunds Collision Center, a premier body shop in Denver, CO. I was especially happy when I saw they were also a Porsche certified shop.I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work. They took their time and made sure the color was spot on. Each time I called for an update, the front desk and Randy were helpful, courteous and available to take my calls.They did go a couple days beyond what they originally thought, but it wasnt excessive in any way, and it was worth it for the high caliber job they did.I would highly recommend them and I would use them in the future!

Came in to get a quote, got the quote (which was way cheaper than I’d thought), and was told that if can get the part elsewhere they’ll install it for the labor cost. I went and got the part and came right back and they were able to squeeze me in for a hour job and I was done. They even washed the car for me. I’ll definitely take my future repairs there. First time at this facility for an estimate on my Honda Accord. I was fortunate to having Tina Delgado appraise my car for the minor damage on the front passenger side. I was surprised at the cost it would take to repair the damage. Because the car was over 12 years old I didnt think it was worth the cost. But this very nice kind lady remarked that maybe her repair crew could probably touch it up a wee bit at no cost to me! Wow what a surprise. How could I pass up this most generous offer.After a short wait, Tina informed me that my car was ready to go. I was astonished on how nice the car looked and I could not be happier.My hat goes off to the repair crew for the excellent job touching up the repair but I am in awe on how well I was treated at this facility. Another driver hit me and there insurance is paying for everything but precision body and paint has no idea how to deal with insurance and they told me they can only fix what the other persons insurance told them and I’d have to pay for the rest because they don’t know how to do an amendment to their insurance bid. There only out for insurance there not on your side there just there to help insurance. They will waste a bunch of your time and do nothing and you will have to go else where. I went to 2 body shops after wasting 2weeks with precision doing nothing and both body shops have no idea what precision is doing or why they wasted my time on paper work there suppose to do. Do not go to this business there not professional and don’t know how to deal with insurance company.

A+++ for superior work done to my Volvo S60.I was sideswiped by a van and had damage on my hubcaps, wheel wells, and to the paint on multiple panels.The work was done incredibly well and one cannot even tell that my vehicle was ever damaged.The shop even detailed my car which was an unexpected perk. I cannot be sure but it also appears that my car was even waxed after they washed it.This shop was recommended by my service guy at Herzog Meier Volvo, and the shop did truly exceptional work.My only feedback is that I feel the communication from the shop could be improved, and the work did take longer than was anticipated.HOWEVER, it would be worth it if I had to do it again because the repairs were done so well. The shop went above and beyond to see to it that my vehicle was taken care of in the best manner possible.

Excellent service. I felt they took the time and effort to not only fix the problem but make me feel like a valued customer. Between the emails, working around my schedule, arranging loaner vehicles, and just being polite when I had questions made me happy with their service. (Delayed receipt of parts from the manufacturer were beyond their control.) Finally, when I received my vehicle and noticed some issues, they were immediately receptive to reexamine and correct the issues. Highly recommend. I hope I dont need repairs anytime soon, but would happily go back to them. Thank You.

Fast, professional, friendly

If you’re looking to get your vehicle back quickly, this is not the place to go. I didn’t get my vehicle back for 5 weeks and had to reach out to them for updates. Granted, the work they did was high quality but customer service was not.

I started an estimate from them in late Nov, the only reason I went them is the car dealer website recommended them.they wrote the proposal about 3k to replace a bumper. Finally cost turn to 7k. 40% of estimate accuracy.On the day I received my car, I saw the big gap between bumper to the front cover have a finger wide gap. My finger could easily get under engine cover. AND there is one crack for my front bumper.I went through their customer services, they would never call you back, I called them many times during different time. They would not pick the phone when I try to reach the person take charge of my repair. I went to the shop later on the weekend. the people told me I need reach the customer service guy instead.On Monday, I called them back, they told me they will call me back. but never did. the people in there still live in early 90s, they have email but never reply. they have phone inbox, but never call back. Not even sure how their business stand.I could accept the slow repair because of the holiday season, slow response after new year. It is March now. Dont waste your money and time with them!

Customer service here is outstanding. I used them years ago after someone hit my bumper and was very pleased with the whole experience. A couple times since then I’ve stopped by to get advice - most recently today to see what they could do about a very long mark along the driver side that happened in a parking lot. Tina was super helpful and Paul buffed the entire side (I watched from the waiting area), got rid of the annoying mark and for free! They really do go above and beyond to keep customers happy.

If you are looking to get the Vehicle back quickly not the place to go. Job was done well but a 2 week job took 5 weeks. They will charge you out of pocket expenses if you have certain insurances above and beyond your deductible.

Ive used this company for repairs and always had good service and results. This last time was the usual great service, but the result wasnt up to their usual standards. They made extra effort to make sure it was done to my satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone make mistakes - its how theyre handled that reveals a companys true colors.

I have mixed reviews. First the good. Precision does awesome work. My vehicle was returned to me clean and detailed as well as there is no sign that there was any damage.Second the not so good and it costs them one star. If you plan on taking your vehicle here, plan on an extra 3-5 days for the work to be completed, but the quality of work is worth the extra days. They do have communication issues. I had to call a couple of times to figure out when my vehicle would be completed. I feel they should have called me when they know it would take longer than promised. Other than those 2 issues, I would take my vehicle back there.

Every bad review displays my exact experience. Got rear ended and needed my bumper replaced. Looked great when it was done, no complaints with the work. The customer service, however, was nonexistent. Joe gave me an estimate along with a whole speech about how he was fine inflating the estimate so I could pocket the cash (ever heard of insurance fraud? Apparently Joe is well-versed). I was quoted at 1 week and it took 3 without a single call or update from the shop. Because the work was fine, I reluctantly decided to go back for another very small repair and was laughed out of the place, again by Joe, with nothing but arrogance and sarcasm. He told me I could go buy the paint myself and then he would do it. So unprofessional it made my head spin. I cannot believe this place is still in business after having so many unhappy customers. Went to Heitzman Body and Paint, just a few miles from Precision, and realized what actual customer service and human decency look like.

This place understands customer service and knows how to do a first class repair. This is my third experience with them and have had an outstanding experience each time. Paige is absolutely awesome!!

First I just want to say thank you to Joe and the whole team at Precision Auto Body!!! This has been the best experience of my life with regard to having to take car in for vandalism. My driver window and front lid on my Porsche was vandalized after leaving my car overnight downtown Portland. Precision Auto Body did a great job of getting me in before they closed and I know they are getting the repairs done as quickly as they can. I highly recommend this place if you want quality. Very friendly staff, and by the way, they do an outstanding job of returning customers calls and answering any questions they might have. I would only bring my car to Precision Auto Body, hands down. I had work done at a competitor previously so this reviewer is comparing quality of work done on the same vehicle. I can day that precision body and paint did a 5 times better than their competition. Excellent paint and repair and done in a timely manner while making sure to listen to my explanation of how stock looks. Overall service and work is light years ahead of Leifs auto repair in every facet. Would refer all my friends to precision body and paint for body damage that need to be factory standard. They dont work on all makes so call ahead.

Came back after a very good experience earlier this year with a repair for my car: hole in rear bumper - they were able to simply replace it with a pre-painted bumper at a lower cost than expected. Thanks to Volvo having practical solutions and Branden being honest about the amount of work.This time, we went in for an estimate for a small dent in my wifes car. Tina looked at it, cleaned the dent and recommended us to go to Paintless Dent Repair Solutions to avoid an expensive repair. Really appreciate the honesty!

I only had an estimate for a car ding on my passenger door done here. It was similar to what another paint shop quoted me. However, what impressed me was the young ladys honesty. I told her I was only fixing a few things to make my car more attractive so I could sell it. She suggested another business a few miles away that specialized in removing small dents (not paint work) at a fraction of their cost. That service worked out great and I saved about a $1000! Thank you! Ill be back to see Precision when I have something a bit more serious! Oh yeah, Ive heard nothing but good about their quality of work....

I have had a number of cars get fixed through Precision. They are easy to work with and it always looks like I had just bought the car.

Ben was awesome throughout the process in keeping us up to date on progress and trying to keep costs reasonable as we were paying out of pocket. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the shop staff seemed to have been careless with the car as it showed up with a number of paint scuffs and scratches that were not in the pictures Precision took when the car arrived. They were fairly minor and could be mostly buffed out, but this is not a 5 star level of service. We were so happy with Bens customer service, however, that Precision earned 4 stars and would be our preferred choice should we need a Body Shop again.

Called to get quote over the phone for a trim piece to be painted. I got it new from Mercedes of Beaverton & they recommended I call Precision. I spoke with an estimator who told me we are one of the highest labor rate shops in the area and no matter the size of the part we still have to make it worth our while. Completely unacceptable answer for someone who has an affinity for Mercedes yet I will NEVER use this company or recommend their services. Stay away if you want them to take care of you - especially if it isnt worth their while. I do not recommend this business & I would suggest that a body shop estimator not tell new clients how they are expensive not for their excellent work but just the bottom line.

I believe they don’t know how to even give a proper estimate, even before making any calculations, they just say it’s gonna go way too high.. and it looked like they don’t even wanna give an estimate. I have waited 15-20 mins for nothing.

Ive used their service couple of times. Most of the cases it was covered by insurance. They did an excellent job. They charge a little bit pricey compared to other body shop, but do great job. If you do not have to pay by yourself, I recommend Precision. One problem is loaner car has long wait list. Need to wait long if you want this service. Another good thing. They do internal vacuum after repair.

After several interactions with Precision, I just want to share with folks out there that they have some of best most highly skilled and properly trained craftsman available in the industry, many who have worked at Precision for years and years. That says a lot! I have learned that Precision uses only the highest quality materials ensuring a quality and durable repair. Precision is locally owned and they are truly customer service oriented. Precision with out question puts the customer first most notably when having to interact with the insurance adjusters. Their service and overall quality is clearly a step above others out there. We have personally experienced what its like to have a suboptimal repair which led us to Precision. The owner, Ron, and his front office staff are hard working and trustworthy and will stand by you and your car, period.

Excellent people and high quality work.We do post repair inspections on vehicles repaired at shops all across the Portland area, in my opinion there only a small handfull collision repair facilities that meet the high quality standards of Precision Body & Paint.I have performed post repair inspections on $15,000.00 Mazdas and $80,000.00 Porsches and they apply the same attention to detail to both vehicles. In my experience shops like Precision truly put the customer first and that is the most important factor.

I stopped by Precision after a Beaverton Chamber Coffee Connection at their business to see if they had 2 bolts for my 1989 Jeep that held the covers over the fan belt on the frame of the Jeep.. After telling them my purpose for being there, they sent Dennis out to look at what I needed. Dennis has been there for 35 years and instantly new how to fix my problem and he did charge me for the bolts.The day before I checked with Jeep dealership to see if they had any, they didnt, and they were going to charge me $10 for the bolts.Thank you Precision for the great customers service and supporting the Beaverton community.

Called to see how it was going and the rep called me back and said it was up to me to negotiate with the insurance adjuster. All I want is the truth from the start.I will not be using them again after this fiasco is completed. Rated 2 stars as of Tina..I guess they are getting too busy for customer service. It took over a month to get the car scheduled.As an update I called the manger and he really helped me out. Cody is great! Rerated to 4 stars. He would have gotten 5 but for Tinas lack of follow through. Rating the business not the employees.

While there are many fine collision repair facilities in Oregon, it would be difficult for any of them to claim that they are better than Precision Body & Paint. My family has had our fair share of trials and tribulations teaching four kids to drive, and Precision has been there with us throughout.I make my living in collision repair industry (unrelated to Precision), and I hope potential customers will take it from this informed consumer when I tell you that you will be very well treated there. The staff is highly trained, very professional and will go out of their way to deliver the highest quality repair possible, using world class paint products and OEM replacement parts.Thanks again for straightening out one of our wrecks!

My car was in a minor accident and Precision was commissioned by the insurance company to fix the damages. They did a great job. Moreover, they were very professional and helpful during the whole process. They even dealt with the rental car company, which tried to charge me for minor scratches on the bumper of the rental car (they fixed the bumper free of charge). I definitely recommend.

With all the body shops out there, I will not go here again. Years ago I brought a different car to Precision and the work and employees were amazing! But recently, my wife’s newer BMW X3 was rear ended and Precision’s attention to detail and customer service have changed for the worse...much worse. If you value your car that you’ve paid a lot of money for, don’t take it here.They were so busy they couldn’t take our calls and returning our calls were very slow, often we’d have to call back a few days later to leave another voicemail before getting a return call.The lady we dealt with at precision gave us terrible advice, and wasn’t a good advocate for getting our car fixed. She said if we wanted factory parts that we’d pay the difference out of pocket (almost $700) and then precision would insist that the factory parts were the only parts that fit right and we had to have them so insurance would reimburse us the difference. After everything was said and done, Precision told us “no; most insurance companies only pay for aftermarket parts” and Precision refused to go after the insurance company for the price difference like they originally said. Then 3 months later we were at a car wash and BOTH rear reflectors fell off, which had never happened before. The management at the car wash came out and reinstalled the reflectors, but showed us on the back of the reflectors that they were aftermarket and not factory reflectors like we’d paid out of pocket for. So I’m guessing Precision billed the insurance company and bought after market parts, but also charged us for factory. So I’m not sure what parts my car was fixed with.Precision also didn’t hook up the rear windshield wiper fluid line at all so washer fluid leaked into then back of the car and hooked up the rear lights incorrectly. I didn’t even want to deal with them anymore so I paid another shop to fix the problems. Makes me wonder what other mistakes they made that we can’t see or haven’t found yet.After reading the positive reviews on Precision; I’m almost positive they’re either fake accounts or friends/employees of the shop to help falsely boost their reviews.Will never take another car to Precision.

Find Joe if youre seeking efficiency and responsiveness. Staff was desicive and reciprocated in a timely manner with almost no friction along the way. Would recommend

They did a good job on my car. Warning, do not leave anything valuable in your car. Someone with sticky fingers decided to take my prescription glasses that I use for driving only. They never leave my car. Now I am out $300 to get them replaced. Yes, sticky fingers means they were stolen.

I just picked up my car from their shop after the repairs have been done and it looks beautiful. When I first walked in to do a free estimate I was greated by Tina Delgado whos customer service is amazing she walked me thru everything and even gave me tips I didnt even know about. From my experience with Precision everyone was professional and they guaranteed their work. I would reccomend to anyone who wants to get quality work done on their vehicle. Thank you very much.

This place got me in a full month earlier than any other place could. Cody, a service manager, was very friendly when taking my info. They did beautiful work in replacing my bumper cover on my Nissan Altima Coupe that someone rear-ended. The only issue was that they quoted me a 3-4 day repair, and they had my car for 11 days. This seemed like a fairly simple fix and I couldnt understand why it was taking them so long (and couldnt get a straight answer when i called them, several times). It was only an issue as the person who had hit me paid out of pocket for four days of a rental car, leaving me stuck with paying for the other seven days. Precision did right, however, and cut me a check for the seven days of rental. I had to call them several times about this, and kept getting a different person. But in the end, they did right! I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

Dec. 2014 to March 2015They suck. Your better off going anywhere. I was trying to do the right thing and use the preferred repair place that the ladies insurance told me to go to. They had my car for 6 weeks then after not finishing the repairs the insurance company said they were no longer going to cover my rental, so Precision gave me my Audi back to drive with out all the parts being instaled.Precision told the insurance company it was safe to drive with out the parts. After 3 to 6 months with out a call or word from Precision I call them about the missing parts and unfinished work. They said that they had no history of missing parts and no history of working on my car.I had to go in person with the missing part order form that they gave me. With there own records of unfinished work to prove they still had not finished the job.After a lengthy conversation with there shop manager that looked like he just got out of prison. He reluctantly ordered the missing parts.To be clear three parts were for sound dampening under the tie and fire wall. The other part was a water cover for the outer door latch.I went all winter with the rain, so who knows if the outer door parts were damaged with out that water cover.Stay away from themUdate 6/25/2019Now I remember why it was had to get them to finish my car. A manager called me about my google review and wanted me to call back. When I called back he was unavailable.Everytime I would call to ask about the parts the manager assigned to help me was always in a meeting or out of the office. Everytime I called all of there managers were unable to talk to my or call me back after leaving a message. Give it a shot you will be surprised how they never can answer a customer call, but dont worry the front staff will give them your message.Once again use at your own cation. I would give them 1 star but I dont want Sunset Audi to look bad for using this company.

I have dealt with Precision Auto Body for over ten years now, they do an excellent job on vehicle repairs and have a professional well traind employees.

They did great work after I finally got my car back. There were tons of excuses about the paint dryer being broken, a part taking a long time, etc. etc. and meantime I had to keep paying for a rental car for like 3 weeks. I kept having to call repeatedly to check about what was going on and had never been through this process before, so it was all new and scary to me. I wont go back there again and wont recommend them to anyone, ever.

DO NOT COME HERE. Both times my car has been here after accidents. They start off saying oh it will be a week. Then that week turns into another, and amother. I have had to contact them to find out the status of my car. They have never once called me. There customer service is horrible. And you never know when you will get your car back. One star is too much. They need a negative five. Worst of the worst.

While I was OK with the work done the customer service was absolutely horrendous. Not only did I not hear one peep from them the entire time they had my car, I had to call them to find out my car was done. Now I am being charged for two extra days on my rental because I never got a call that my car was done. I suggest nobody ever go here.

We have taken our 2013 Tahoe, our 2015 Malibu & our 2015 Tahoe to Precision. We wish we could visit them for any other reason but accidents happen. Over the years we have seen a lot of places and trust me no one is going to try harder to please you than Precision. Now I know all people cant be pleased no matter how hard you try and when I read some of the complaints against these people I laugh. I can only imagine you as one of my customers that I have offered to pay so that you go elsewhere. I think the world of these people and I hope I never have to see them again. But if I should find myself in an accident. Its Precision for me.

My Audi loves this place when needed

I have taken my car twice before to this place because my dealer recommended it. I was rear ended last month and took my car back to them (Oct 15). They do a good job however once again the service was below my expectation. I called the guy I was working with 4 times and has NEVER returned my calls. I had to speak with others there to answer my questions and give me a status report on my car. Others apologized for him but again he NEVER ever returned any of my calls. It seems that folks there are overworked, they have a lot of business and they dont seem to care customer satisfaction (this likely stems from the management). Again, I want to make it clear that the job was great!!!

Absolutely terrible. They have had our car for three weeks and every time our insurance or we call them they claim to have lost forms or are confused about how to work with our insurance. I dont understand how it is difficult to take pictures of our car and send them to our insurance company... so now three weeks later we are moving to a different body shop. They want to charge us storage fees and god knows what else because they couldnt figure out how to work with an insurance company. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Save yourself money, time, and completely terrible service and go somewhere else.

Their work is good but communication is lacking. Turned in my car for repairs on the scheduled date they could accept it (took 2 months), and a 2-3 day job ended up taking 3 weeks.

Took my car in for an estimate on an admittedly small repair for damage that occured at the hand of a passenger while driving for Uber. I was laughed out of the place when Joe, the owner, personally came out to give me an estimate. He refused to give me an estimate and gave me a condescending and entirely sarcastic speech about going out, buying a bottle of paint myself, bringing it back to him, and having him do it for free. If I wanted that, I clearly would not have come to Precision in the first place. It was clear that when I mentioned it was an Uber repair, he wanted nothing to do with it. I would never give him my business again after this disgusting display of arrogance and bad business practices.
