I had a Lexus NX300 2018 with a large deep scratch and dent on the door along with some more shallow scratches. Spent an afternoon getting quotes from various places. Some places outright told me they HAD to replace that door which would have cost significantly more. Peter took one look at it and told me straight away that he could repair this and blend the paint without replacing anything. Promised to have it fixed in 4-5 daysI dropped the car off on a Monday morning and had it back in my possession by Friday. Car exterior was washed, dent was gone and the paint looked flawless. Even vacuumed and cleaned the interior of the car as well. Quality Auto Body delivered everything that was promised and more at a much more competitive price than some of the larger auto body shops in the area. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone for body work.

Peter was very fair and informative in assessing the damage on my car and going out of his way to carefully do a quality job on fixing everything. I was most impressed by him promising a 70-80% recovery on my dented bumper, but in actuality he went above and beyond and did at least a 95% recovery job without replacing the whole thing or charging me extra fees. Peter did a quality job and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a high quality body job on their car.

I meant to post this review months ago. Peter and his son, Andy, are amazing. Super friendly and they do great work. Theyve helped me out twice on getting my car fixed from fender benders. They are very reasonable in prices, honest, and generous. Both times my car needed fixing they did a super quick job because they knew I didnt have a rental car. They were awesome in dealing with my insurance company and would update me on anything that was going on. They care about their clients and the circumstances they are in which is hard to find in this day and age.I will definitely be going back for any future needs and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Peter and his staff did an absolutely incredible job! In need of a body shop that would repair some front bumper damage on my car, I sought out quotes from several shops. Quality Auto Body gave me an excellent price and a ridiculously fast turnaround. Other shops told me to expect my car to be in the shop at least a week but QAB took my car on a Wednesday afternoon and had it ready for pickup on Friday. Without question, I will return to Quality Auto Body for any future car work I may need!

I took my 2015 Forester here after it was rear ended. My car was repaired faster than they said and looks beautiful. I can tell they really care to always do the best quality work. What a great shop! In the past I had used the big shops, and always had horrible experiences(they did not care about my car). This shop is the complete opposite, I felt completely safe leaving my favorite car with him.

About the best experience I could have hoped for, considering I had gotten into a car accident. Peter was always available for questions, and was very communicative during the whole process as far as types of parts and what he recommends. The shop worked with my insurance, so I didnt have to. Quality auto body would be my first choice if I ever need body work again.

They went out of their way to help me out. Excellent work and excellent service on their part, and they even cleaned the interior a little. They had plenty of opportunity to nickel and dime me on things, but they just didnt. Theyre really honest and reliable. And if anything, my car looks better than it did before I crashed it.

This is a place that takes pride in their work, meets their commitments, and makes a fair deal. I had a door dent that was in a tough spot, and some other shops wanted to replace the whole door. After coming here and comparing the work scope, and timeline, I was able to schedule the repair shortly after. It was done on time and the quality was above and beyond my expectations. Not only did the paint match perfectly on the panel (they took the extra time to dial it in), they had cleaned the car inside and out, even better than I left it. I dont hesitate to recommend quality to anyone. And I will, from now on!

My parents have worked with Peter and Andy a couple of times before and had great experiences each time, so when I unfortunately slid into a barrier on a rainy day and banged up our bumper, I knew I wanted to take it here too! I have used this shop twice now, both times they have done such a great job. Its a run by a really nice family, so their customer service is always the best. They treat you like you are their friend and do quality work. The pricing has always been lower than most shops and they get the job done in a timely manner. When I had to get two door replacements after an accident, the son went way above and beyond and detailed & buffed parts of the car that were unrelated to the accident and didnt even charge me for it! He made my car look brand new, washed it, cleaned inside. It was so nice of him. Ive finally found a shop where I can feel like Im not getting schemed out of my money or like they dont personally care about your business, I definitely recommend them.

Very Good shop. Ive inspected many of their repairs and have never found any improper repairs. They do very good work, especially paint. In response to the reviewer who left a one star, at the first of 2017, many auto body shops got slammed due to the shear number of collisions over a 3 week period. Ive heard numbers of up to 2,000 collisions per day. I still have clients who have just received their cars from other shops that were damaged in that storm, and by February, many shops were booked up into late summer. I just got my car back from Quality Auto Body on 173rd and Shaw, Aloha. I could not be happier! My car looks GORGEOUS!It looks better than pre accident and even better than when we drove it off the lot from Hertz. They replaced the bumper that was an after market one with an actual Toyota real deal one! They totally didnt have to do that.Also some woman (Im certain the owner of the car that hit me, though I was hit by a man) called Andy at Quality grilling him on why things cost what they did and he should lower the price etc. (I was hit VERY hard and there was EXTENSIVE damage done to my car including the drive train; the wheel /axel was concave and bent i was hit so hard!This woman also tried to get him to give her my contact info. Uh. No.Anyway I could go on with more bits of services, repair, and customer service that was above and beyond what is expected, but I wont.I cannot recommend Quality Auto Body any higher... and if I could I would! I will never go anywhere else!

Bad experience here at Quality Auto Body. Scheduled an appointment a week after are initial contact to have my car repaired. Once we arrived at the appointment the owner Peter Chang said he was too busy and refused to do the repairs. How unprofessional and a total waste of my time!
