I stopped by the shop last week and tried to see if they could fix my dent. Grace was extremely helpful and courteous. She took her time to patch the scratch preventing to be rusted for free. Even though I ended up going somewhere else (because it needs more work) but I think if I ever come across needing this type of service I would definitely go back to them.

From the moment I was greeted to the delivery of my treated car, the staff were friendly and professional. My Mercedes dealership recommended them for repair of my cars fender. When I arrived, there were two different dealers dropping off cars ahead of me, including my own Mercedes dealer. Guess they werent kidding. The workmanship was top notch and they finished when they said they would. Highly recommend this business.

They did everything I asked for and more. They never Disappoint. Very happy with the work and the cost!

I just drove in from out of town and stopped by to see if they could fix a scratch/dent for me in the next couple days. Unfortunately they were totally booked out for the next week. However, Ben asked to check out the scratch/dent. While doing it he said, hey, let me see if I can clean this up for you a bit so at least it wont start to rust. He did that and then went on to help with cleaning up another mark on the vehicle. Doing business with a company is all about the experience. I didnt buy anything from them and they knew I wasnt going to but Ben still came out and did this for me. That to me is AMAZING customer service. I will be telling everyone I know about Sameday Auto while I am here visiting family. Thank you Ben!!

Amazing work. Very friendly and professional. I was told they could get get about 95% of the dent on my front fender out. Ben did better than that. Cant even tell where the dent was.

This place is amazing. Ben quoted me very good pricing compared to other places around. On top of that, when I went to drop the car off, he noticed some other rock chips and offered to fill those in for me. I picked the car up in a few hours and it looks like a brand new car. You can’t tell the passenger door was ever hit by a drunk woman and a shopping cart. I will recommend this place to my car club and family. Amazing service and work.

Amazing service - came in to fix a dent (that Ive had for too long). Ben was able to quickly fix it. I absolutely wont wait so long to fix my car now that I have a place I know and trust.

I was too lazy to back my car out of the garage when I pulled a moving pad from my storage shelf. I knocked a heavy chair off the shelf which fell and dimpled my cars hood in several spots clustered together. It was not clear to me if the paint had been damaged.Sameday evaluated the damage and decided that they could remove the dents (dimples) with a high degree of confidence. I dropped the car when they opened in the morning and the car was ready by the end of day. Stopped by the next morning to pick up the car. Not only was the damage repaired with no paint work required but it was impossible for me to see any indication that any damage had occurred. Absolutely fantastic work. All the people at Sameday are a pleasure to work with. I have used them before and they have done very good work in the past. This repair came close to magic. And the price was a fraction of what my dealers body shop wanted.

Brought our van to fix some minor scratches on the bumper and door. They quickly provided an accurate estimate and were knowledgeable and up front on what they can and cannot do. The fix was made professionally on time and on budget. This a great alternative to a full service repair shop for minor paint work and small repairs. Cost is much less with good results!

We were so impressed with everything! Elena was awesome to work with and very friendly. They offered to fix the other scratch on our car while it was in the shop at a very reasonable rate. Our car came our looking brand new, washed and wheels sparkling! Dropped the car off at 8 picked it up at 5! Another sweet employee gave our daughter some m&ms for the hour drive home. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I popped in just to see if they could take care of a scratched passenger door and Elena gave me a great quick idea of what it would cost and offered to do a quick free touch up if I didn’t want to pay for a full door paint blend. Super friendly super nice and quick quotes. I was very impressed and would recommend them. Also noticed they have some high-end vehicles in the shop including a Porsche and BMW so you know they’re bringing it!

This is an excellent scratch and dent repair shop. Weve used them several times and have been totally happy. The prices are about 10-15% below other repair places we checked at. They are fast, efficient, and very thorough. Plus, the folks in the office, starting with Ben, the manager, are very friendly. Use this shop for the best results.

I will call them every time I need work on my car. I bought my scion frs from Toyota Wilsonville and not even having the car for a year I run into a cement pole with my new black car. I was so upset about it but I was recommended Sameday and I called on a Monday and Cliff was at my work that Wednesday to do the repair and I was in shock at how great it looks. Honestly I feel like it never happened I highly recommend them.

Fast and straight forward, honest appraisal. Ben told me to go with the cheaper option which you dont hear often. Even gave me a ride to work in the morning which saved me an taxi. Repaired everything as they said and did a good job. Highly recommend.

I took my car to the shop vs. remote service just FYI. Communication about setting up an apt. was easy with Ben. I provided photos via email but it was very difficult to make out the damage yet the estimet I was given was just about spot on after they saw the car in person. As for the work itself, perfect; a point door-ding and a crease door-ding gone! As for the wait time once dropped off, right on time. As for the price, I have no basis for comparison so no way to comment on that.

I tried so hard to give these guys my business but they didnt want it.I submitted a quote through Same day website which then goes to the local branch based on my zip code im assuming. I received a call from them and was asked if I can send pictures even though I attached them in the respective boxes on the primary website when getting a quote. No apology just a comment that that happens sometimes. So I email the photos in and the rep tells me that shell call me back as soon as they come in, 90 minutes later I call her back and she answers the phone and says oh ya, my manager had me run to the dealership and I forgot.... No apology, just a poor excuse for why i had to call them back.Now to the real dumb moronic stuff lol. So based on the photos they give me a verbal price quote that is an ESTIMATE...... when I ask them to put it on some form of paper and email it to me because I need to provide this to the person who scratched my car as proof so they dont think im making up some number. The rep asks her manager and calls me back and says they cant provide written prices because its considered an estimate. I mentioned that I realize its an estimate and just put in big letters ESTIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE, I explained that I just need something with your company name on it giving an ESTIMATE. It didnt register to her that a verbal estimate and a written estimate are the same thing!!!! Why ask for photos then!!!Complete waste of my time working with this garbage company. Please dont make the same mistake I did.

I work at a nearby premium dealership and see these guys touch up 20-40 cars a week. They do consistently good work, and in the few times Ive had to drive over to see them for a client Ive found them to be very pleasant and professional.

Was referred to this company by Wilsonville Toyota since I was requesting this type of service outside their normal business hours due to my availability.Provided very accurate photos and all relative information. Received a call about two days from a representative named Cliff. He wanted me to text him the VIN and other information that was already provided on the online intake form (I figured he just wanted to have it in his phone.) I was told by Cliff that he would contact me again within 24 hours with a quote.9 days went by without a call so I contacted their dispatch number and told them if I didnt get a call within the next 2 hours I would take my business elsewhere. Sure enough he called me within that timeframe and quoted me for some scratches on my bumper and a paint distortion on the tailgate around $800-$950 not including the cost to order and reapply badging (Badging is the letters from the factory that identify the vehicle and trim level). He also was very rude over the phone and didnt seem to even remember talking to me. He claimed he sent me a quote already but there was nothing in my emails or phone to show that. (Yes, I checked my spam folders.) Finally after him unnecessarily arguing with me he confessed to neglecting to send the information.One week later (today) I took my truck over to Wilsonville Toyota for regular maintenance and a representative from Same Day was there. He fixed all the issues for $350.00 (Keep in mind this is the same company that the original representative Cliff works for.) He also didnt have to remove or replace any of the badging. The vehicle looks brand new now.I understand that estimates are simply an idea of what Ill be spending but there is a BIG difference between $350 and $950. This company, in regards to dealing with directly, is dishonest, ethically unsound, and morally incompetent. If you MUST use them, I recommend going through your local dealership during your regular maintenance intervals.To the owner of this business: You should consider doing a performance review on Cliff. I would give your business 0 stars, but the system forces me to rate it at least 1 star.
