High performance great job excellent services.

Went in on a Saturday and was helped by Oscar. I needed a replacement drivers side mirror. Oscar gave me a quote which was reasonable for the job per my online search. Oscar ordered the part, called me the following Wednesday that they had painted the mirror to match the cars paint color and were ready to install. Took only about one hour. Very satisfied with the price, quality and timeliness of the work.

I had just bought a used 2017 BMW M3 and the front lip spoiler was sagging due to some missing bolts in a not easy to reach location (they dont just bolt on straight through the bottom of the lip). It was a Saturday and I had visited the local BMW dealerships but no one was able to work on or look at my issue, I even asked to purchase the bolts or just any help finding the part number but that was not an option, and suggested I buy an entirely new lip even though mine was still physically intact. I looked up reviews of nearby auto body shops and saw this shop had near perfect reviews and decided to give it a try.Oscar was helping another customer when I came in but was able to get me help promptly and introduced me to Hector who took a look at my car to assess the damage. Hector was excited when he saw the car and was able to assess the issue quickly. He said he could have it fixed within the hour and the cost, was extremely well-priced.I made sure that Hector knew I didnt want any bolts drilled straight through the bottom of the lip and Hector assured me he would make it just like the factory did it. He even showed me where there were some other missing bolts around the lip and he said he could make everything look better.Oscar, Hector, and I chatted while Hector was under my car working.They all seem like real nice guys and deserve all the praise they can get. Hector seemed genuinely interested in my car and treated it like it was his own. He was so proud of his work afterwards he asked if it was okay to take photos of the fix and of the car as well which I happily agreed to.I had a great experience, the techs were friendly, the fix looks perfect, and I was in an out in record time. I would go back again if I had any other bodywork that needed to be looked at.

I appreciate the customer service I receive from M & C. One example: I went in to have my oxygen sensor replaced. I forgot to tell them about another issue with a broken piece that was no longer holding my transmission fluid pipe in place. I asked if I could show them after they had already replaced my sensor and found that they had fixed the piece without me asking. I will definitely go back to M & C.

I have driven by this body shop on my way to work for years and there is always a steady stream of vehicles there for repair, including higher end vehicles. So when I needed body work, I obtained a few estimates and found M&C to be the most competitive. From the start they were accommodating and professional. Esperanza was very good about staying in touch to keep me updated and was responsive to my inquiries. I’m happy to say that the front of my car looks like new! I brought in my van which had a gouge in the back quarter panel. I got 3 estimates and two of the estimates were sky high. M&C was very reasonable. I worked with Oscar and he was very friendly and told me everything they were going to do. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and had my van fixed and back to me in 5 days. The restoration and paint job were both excellent. I cannot tell any work ever had to be done. I highly recommend them for auto body work.

Honest, attentive and professional. After a small accident, brought my car in. At-fault partys insurance company wanted to nickle and dime the repair, quoting for after market bumper, headlights ... etc. And refusing to pay a dime more for the better certified parts. However, Oscar stood up for me, calling them multiple times, fighting to get them to approve the better parts, even paying out of his own pocket for a $15 part Allstate wouldnt pay for, just to get the job done correctly. Definitely recommended to family and friends and will be back when needed.

Took my 2008 Nissan Altima to M&C Auto Body after a semi-truck damaged my drivers door and mirror. Showed Oscar, who was amazing to work with, my damage and told him what I was looking to have repaired and painted. My outcome was a well-matched paint job that looked like nothing ever happened. He gave me a great deal compared to the other shop estimates in Beaverton. He was fair and communicative about the process, and even finished earlier than what he projected. My car has a unique paint color that’s hard to match, which Oscar mentioned beforehand, but it now looks better than before the accident. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional, friendly, and do a great job of explaining everything up front. Obviously having to take ones car into the shop for repairs is not everyones favorite thing to do, but they make the process as smooth as possible. Id recommend their shop to anyone.

Great, friendly service and pride in their work. They did an amazing job making my Toyota Landcruiser look like new after we were rear ended in the drivers corner. I have been told of people waiting for months and months due to supposed backlogs at other shops, but our repairs only took a couple of weeks, mostly because of a part that was hard to find. These guys did good work on my car. It was clear that they cared about the job being done right. And, they did some needed cleaning of the interior without me even asking.

If you want overpriced go to this place. For an AC refill here it costs $150 compared to the place where I got it done for was only $60. Maybe they put gold in their ACs I dont know.
