This place is incredible! I drove up without an appointment and they were gracious and took care of me right away. The technician was knowledgeable and very honest. Instead of charging me for a new paint job, he removed the paint I had on my bumper from hitting something and buffed out the scratches and didnt even charge me. I would definitely go back if I need more work done and would completely trust them not to overcharge me.

Had our van repaired after hitting a deer. Company was very accommodating and was able to squeeze us in before a scheduled trip. They kept us in the loop through the whole process and work looks great!

A friend recommended Heitzman when my car appeared to have been backed into at one point while I was parked and away from my car. The ladies who are at the front desk and answer the phone were super friendly, professional, and helpful. I checked Heitzman out first, before contacting my insurance, which did take them. I was a bit embarrassed by how dirty my car was when I dropped it off, but it was all clean and looked shiny and new when I picked it up. I am very happy with them.

I had a man rear end me and his insurance suggested Heitzman… first when I called to make an appointment the lady said I can just bring it in. When I did they said I needed an appointment. The woman checked out my car for 20+ minutes and said it’ll be 600 to fix. I know my car is totaled and she obviously did not do her job right. I took my car to laif’s and this woman took 5 minutes to point out a lot more issues. Heitzman rips you off and hires people who have zero training. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The staff is so nice here and so professional, they stayed in communication with me while I had a dent repaired on my car.My car looks great and price was very fair.

We didnt actually end up getting our car repaired there because there was too much damage but the staff there was courteous and professional and answered all of our questions.

I spoke to Danielle and was extremely helpful with my daughter and also had a car rental ready after dropping her vehicle off at their shop. Great Service and very kind. These guys are awesome!!! They had a walk in available so I was able to be seen immediately! They spent a good 20 min working on my hood and hood attachment. They were able to fix it so that, at least for right now, I dont have to replace anything! They didnt charge me a dime for their time and effort!! Very kind and professional ppl!

Heitzman Auto Body single handedly restored my faith in humanity. Danielle, Chad, and the entire staff is A+. Our Toyota Tacoma was in an auto accident and was terribly repaired by another shop. Some of the necessary repairs were never identified or corrected by the first shop. Heitzman took the time to investigate what was really going on with our truck. They found the problem, that was never addressed before, and corrected everything. I was transported from Heitzman to the rental car company and treated with respect every step of the way. Heitzman is a family owned business and their reputation means everything to them. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else from this day forward. I am blown away with how wonderful my first visit today went at Heitzman Body! They went ABOVE and BEYOND for me! I cant stop smiling! I feel like I have a brand new car. Few month ago I had a rear ended accident in Portland. I live in Beaverton and i needed an auto body shop near me to bring in my Escape Ford. The first day I walk in to Heitzman Body & Paint, inc Taryn greeted me with a friendly hello and right away she checked the damaged of my car and printed an estimate for it. She help me with everything like calling for a rental, emailing the insurance company, dealing with the insurance company parts ( the insurance company wanted to use universal part than ford parts and i wanted ford parts) and setting up everything. She was so amazing with her customer service. Danielle and Lisa was so helpful too.Danielle updated me thru email every step of the way and Lisa gave me a call for some reminder before my car got fixed.The other guys i talked to were really helpful as well.I tried asking for an estimate from other auto body shop but some of them doesnt really care if you decide to go with them or not. I didnt feel comfortable with them.Heitzman Body & Paint doesnt force you or make you feel that you need to decide right away.They also promise a lifetime warranty which is so awesome.I am so happy that i went to Heitzman and if ever i need some other repair i will definitely come back to them.-Dorothy Esperal

I went there because my poor wonderful car, lashonda the Honda, had been totaled in a hydroplane accident. Unfortunately, my insurance was not going to help me, and I couldnt afford to fix her. Danielle was extremely helpful! She had some wonderful outside the box thinking, and Jerry rigged my beautiful lashonda back to street legal 🤩!!! Not sure how to start this because im laughing hard from what i just experienced, i came by because I noticed my door is a little out of place which looks like someone was trying to open with some tool this morning. Anyways a guy comes to me ( Chad Richey) and goes, you want easy fix or long process i said easy if possible then heh goes “ roll window down, look other way then door is back in place loool like in 30 seconds and didn’t charge me a penny or even take tip, great experience laughed on how he fixed it so quick

Recently had to have the hood of my car refurbished/painted from wear and tear. Received a referral to Heiztman from one of my trusted vendors. It was my first time working with Heitzman and I was thoroughly impressed from the initial phone call to them handing me my sanitized keys. It is evident in their approach that customer service is of high priority and the responsiveness in providing a quote on the spot was very impressive. The actual work was fantastic, my car looks wonderful. Finally, I noticed how this organization is working hard during the COVID19 crisis but they have obviously thought how best to serve their customers while keeping infection risk low. The attention to detail was impressive and a great indicator on how they run their business. Highly recommend this company.

I recently took my Nissan Altima into the shop to get a broken mirror fixed that had the metal dented attached to it, before choosing Heitzman I got a quote from another body shop who wanted $140 MORE for the same service. I also had issues starting my Altima due to the brake pedal since its a push to start car, and they found the exact issue and fixed that free of charge. They went above and beyond, and Ill be going here for all my car issues for now on.

Everyone here was more than extremely helpful. I choose them over state farms selected shops and I am so glad I did.

Went in for a quote after being side-swiped. There wasnt much damage but were following up to understand what it would take to get it all fixed. Taryn was fabulous. She was polite, interested in what I wanted, took pictures and got a quote quickly. She mentioned that if we werent going for perfect they could buff out most of the scuffs for free. They did that in 10 minutes leaving only a few spots where it was missing paint. Taryn recommended we go get factory paint from the dealership and if I brought it back they would apply it for FREE! Such great service and being able to get the car looking better for free is amazing! if we ever have major damage that needs to be done, this is definitely where we are coming!

The employees are honest and will try to help you in the least costly way possible.Once I brought my car in because my daughter backed out of the garage with the passenger door still open. The door hinge was bent. The owner came out and helped bend the door so it would close properly and didnt charge me a penny!Theyll work directly with your insurance company and even help set up a rental for you.Theyve earned our business for life!

The screws on my license plate had completely rusted over and wouldn’t budge. I stopped by just by chance to see if they could help me out. Immediately someone walked outside to give me a hand. He was kind, courteous, and made multiple trips back to the garage to get the right tools for the job. He replaced some basic screws and anchors and sent me on my way. Next time I need some auto body work I will be back!

I have been so happy to find Heitzman Body and Paint. Everyone of our experiences over the past 10 years has been excellent. Rocky and crew have been very professional from start to finish. They were careful to always explain what the estimates included, they patiently answered questions, the work has always been top quality and we have never had a problem with any repairs they have made on any of our vehicles. In the beginning we would get estimates from several repair places, but now we have come to trust them and their work. I always feel like they treat me and my car(s) like family.

I went to Heitzman to paint and install a replacement side-view mirror on my vehicle. They matched the paint perfectly and made quick work of the install, which required removing the door panel. Ryan was very friendly and courteous. I will not hesitate to use Heitzman for future auto repair needs.

I wish more businesses operated like Heitzman Body & Paint. I took my truck to them to get an estimate for fixing a few dents and scratches. I was given an estimate for the repair, but the thing that surprised me was that instead of pressuring me to close the sale the guy that was helping me suggested trying paint-less dent repair to save money. He also went over the estimate in great detail and gave me a few suggestions on how to get the price down, since I was planing to pay out of pocket. Needless to say they will be getting my business.

Fantastic, friendly service. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and very pleasant. I had a small, but creased dent on my fender and Heitzman fixed it a day earlier than expected and did a great job. Another drivers insurer sent me here for an estimate and Im very glad I had them do the work. I cant speak to major repairs, but I would definitely recommend Heitzman.

My wife and I were recently involved in a collision. We had originally had our vehicle towed to another body shop but after reading the reviews paid out of pocket to have it towed to Heitzman. Upon arrival they checked us in and were very friendly. With in three days it was determined our vehicle was totaled. We worked with Heitzman to get our stuff out and release the vehicle. Through the whole process they were more than accommodating, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them and if needed will use them in the future.

Pleasantly surprised! My rear bumper corner was torn loose after driving over a deer that was dead on the highway. I needed someplace close and I had a friend refer me to them. Ryan was incredibly nice to deal with and I couldnt believe how reasonable the cost was. Thank You Heitzman!

These guys are amazing people who work hard and are honest. I have been in 2 times now just for a couple small things/annoying things wrong with my car and they have fixed them both times within a few minutes and refuse to take my money. The customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered and that says a lot to me. I would highly recommend these guys for any auto repair you may have.

I had the greatest experience with Heitzman! I had been in a fender bender and the insurance of the person who hit me said they liked to use Heitzman. It made me nervous, since I had never been. But I’m so glad I went. Everyone I talked to was so nice and friendly. They made sure I was kept updated about what was happening with my car. I highly suggest coming here if your car needs it!!

They were very honest with their pricing and finished the repair on schedule.

Very friendly service and honest people. Initial repair estimate for fixing my left side mirror included both mirror and actuator that adjust the mirror. However when they found out the actuator was still functional during the repair, they voluntarily shared with me the information and returned the order parts, and refund me more than half of the money.

These folks have fixed my Bad-luck Bimmer four times now. I was tail-ended by a stinking following-too-close Californian. That was the worst. Everything is now beautiful again. I was chased up a inclining driveway by a bus. Radiator and front bumper cover had to be replaced. Its all good now. Everything they do is car-show good. Old-school at its best.

Rocky, the owner, quoted a price to fix my son’s ‘95 project car, but when we picked up the car, the price increased by $400, without any prior call or conversation. I called Rocky to ask why I didn’t get a call and to let him know that the repair to the hood now prevents the windshield wipers working....hood closes on top of the wipers now. His angry reaction was more surprising the $ increase or bad repair, he accused me of trying to gouge him and said I can afford the $400 increase, since I drive high performance cars, which is totally off base, since I drive a 2008 Chrysler Aspen and my wife drives a 2009 Ford Explorer. Very disappointing!

Great work, ran a little over the estimated time, but they worked with me to get my vehicle back when I really needed it. They did almost $9,000 worth of repairs on my truck, and theyd be my first choice for future body work(which I hope I dont need).

Keep delaying to finish body work again and again (first time, said paint was not good and needed to paint again. Then, said the paint was still not good and needed to order new parts. Then, parts keep delaying. I still have not got it done yet). Also, body work quality is not good by leaving a big gap in resembling front bumper back. All need to be fixed BUT not yet! very disappointed...

Went in to schedule an appointment for an estimate, but was plenty surprised to get a detailed estimate right then and there. Ryan was super friendly and helpful too. Stoked!

Got my new 2008 Toyota Avalon rear bumper painted to replace beat up one on the car. Cost was just above 400.00, but quality was top notch.

Dont use Heitzman if your time is valuableBill Gavin of Heitzman Body and Paint assured me that my car would be repaired in a week. He did not warn me that there might be a delay because of hidden damage. I made plans to use my car after the week was over. Wednesday of the week the car was being repaired, Bill told me they found hidden damage and the car would be done the following Wednesday. I made plans to use the car the following Thursday. Then Bill told me the car would be ready Thursday or Friday. It was not ready until after 4PM Friday. When I did get the car, Bill told me that they had broken a window and I would have to take it back for further repairs.About a month later, Bill told me to bring in the car for the final repairs. Remembering that this was Bill, I asked him if all the parts were in. After a while, he told me no, that I would have to bring it in a third time when the rest of the parts came in. I told him my time was valuable and I would like to bring it back only once.So if your time is valuable, dont take it to Heitzmans. My email with Bill was often confusing; I had to ask him to clarify his meaning. On the other hand, he was polite and friendly.Dr. Leonard Shapiro
