DO NOT TRUST VERY DISHONEST!!! I bought a 2003 ford expedition from this dealership and of course on the 5-minute test drive it ran okay I asked him tons of questions and if there was anything wrong with it and he said absolutely not I asked him if it was inspected and he he said yes he had it inspected and the truck had zero problems well later I had to replace four coils the piston the alternator every spark plug the battery now come to find out it needs a new timing chain and when it rains it leaks water all inside the truck so for the $7,300 2003 Ford expedition at that price it should have been in almost mint condition that he said he had inspected come to find out later it was inspected by his unlicensed mechanic that works on his property it has cost me thousands of dollars within the first week I asked him to take the truck back and he refused and was absolutely unwilling to work with me in any way said as soon as I took it off the property it belonged to me said he could have his mechanic fix it but it would cost me this much and that much after his mechanic did a diagnostic test on it and said what the problem was I took it to a professional and the diagnostic didnt even come up with what his mechanic said it was it came up with a whole bunch of different issues so once again they were trying to rip me off or even more money this business is a joke and should be shut down

This dealership has absolutely one of the most amazing customer services out there. They do not just sell you a car, they simultaneously take care of you. Their cars are amazing. The Hyundai Elantra that i have bought was in pristine condition and i got an AMAZING deal on the car. I was looking to buy my first vehicle and Mark went through every single step and i did not feel confused one bit and that was the first time i bought a car. I still have my car that i have bought from them a year ago and it feels like i bought it yesterday!! They went above and beyond any perception to check my car and make sure that everything was running in pristine condition. Truly, i got an amazing deal on my Hyundai for $5000, i looked everywhere and i couldnt find a deal that i could afford until i came to this dealership. I needed this car because i was getting tired of public Transportation and i needed something affordable. The car was a little bit over my budget so Mark offered me In House Financing and i could say that taking the deal for in house financing was the best choice that i made!! Mark made sure that i understood everything about the car and he made things so easy. He brought his mechanic to check everything. Everything about the car still runs amazingly it feels like i just got the car from the original company. I am very happy!! I definitely recommend ME AUTO !!

They tried to be friendly because it’s a business. I only got one car from there. And I don’t want to buy one from there anymore. Cause they never mention the transmission problem to me. even though they knew about it. I have to find out from jiffy lube the next day. So pretty much they the price wasn’t right. Cars with transmission problems shouldn’t cost $4.000..00 plus, cause that’s the same price I gotta pay to get the transmission fixed. And the radio stoped working the next day too. Cars like that should be selled for $1.500.00 or less.
