Terrible experience. I took the time to make an appointment days ahead of time. When I arrived I noticed on the board that there were only 2 appointments for the day, including me. After about 20 minutes, someone did come over to talk to us. He said he had other people he was helping but could multi-task. Over the course of the next two hours he came by several times and asked a few questions and chatted, but we never even saw a vehicle. He eventually came over and said that the other people he was working with were going to buy and we should come back in an hour or so when he was done with paperwork. No one else was available to help, apparently. I drove down the street and was seen immediately by a sales person, got great and personal service and purchased the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for in a fraction of the time. In the past two days I have gotten texts and calls from the salesman, eager to help me now. I asked to be removed from their contact list. There are plenty of other lots on the same road, feel free to try any one of them.
All employees are very friendly and were eager to help me. Mike K. searched for a vehicle until he found exactly what I was looking for. He was able to work with me to agree on a price that was within my budget. I LOVE my Jeep Limited! It is in mint condition! I highly recommend Mike K.!
I have just purchased a preowned SMART car from LEE. As a resident of NH, the test-drive and purchase was complicated. The Sales manager, Stephen, made it possible to get the car closer by transferring it to Saco where I had my brother, a Maine resident, test-drive the vehicle before the purchase. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle and had to take rest of day off and on my way down (hour drive) I was told the vehicle was not there at that time and told was gonna have to out a deposit to hold it if I wanted to look at something in the future. Had a appointment for oil change. Got there and they were close. Call # on the door, the hung up on me twice. Then finally got to talk to someone and they transferred me to GMC. IM not having a oil change at GMC when I own a jeep. No call from them to even let me know, COVID 19 hit them.

Im focusing on their demo Rams. There is no leeway or compromise on Ram 1500 Demos. Even though they have over 5,000 miles and the 36,000 mile warrant stars at 31,000 unlike a new one.Plus scratches and dents as well as rust from driving in the winter. Im sure they will find someone with deep pockets and no commen sense to. Uy it at the price they are asking.So much for me being a loyal customer to.Salesman was honest and tried so I give him 4 stars.If you can afford 62,000 for a demo with high miles(IMO), rust, scratches and abuse by employees and customets then just spend the extra 7 grand for a brand new one. The extra 5,500 mike warranty could make up for that and then some.
Not impressed with several things. Firstly I was sold a vehicle with an incorrect used buyers guide. I found that out after having engine trouble with my jeep. I happened to come across another buyers guide tucked away in my paperwork. I never would of bought the vehicle knowing it had the engine replaced under 2000 miles. When asking the sales associates about it I was told they do not have to disclose that information. I believe that is false. Its under mechanical defects. The used buyers guide I took to my bank for the loan said none known! I took my jeep in for a knocking noise and routine maintenance, oil change inspection sticker.. the work was done .. great. Less then 2 weeks my engine is messing up again. I take it back and was told my air filter was really dirty and could be causing the problem along with the computer needed to be updated. I questioned them about checking the air filter 2 weeks prior for routine maintenance and got the runaround on that. The box was checked on my invoiceThat the air filter had been checked and it was fine. Make sure you watch your services and the work really gets done. Definitely lieing about the work being done. Overall not impressed and still having issues with the engine !

I cold-called on a Monday to for an appointment to test-drive a vehicle that I looked at on Sunday, and was immediately set up with Michael Burgess, Sales and Leasing Consultant. We had difficulty getting our new Jeep soft top to fit properly around the doors so we brought it to the service department. Due to safety regulations my husband wasn’t allowed in the service area to see how to correctly secure the top. He was told we didn’t have it quite right. They fixed it in the service department and then he was given a brief verbal explanation and sent on his way. The result is that we still can’t get the top to fit properly. If we can’t go in the service room (understandably), then someone should have had the courtesy to come outside to help us with a demonstration. We’ve still not had a resolution to the issue. It’s still appears too tight in places and flaps in the wind on the sides. We are not disgruntled, just disappointed in the lack of customer service. And NO first free oil change on a $40,000 Jeep?
My wife and I went to buy new cell phones one Saturday and ended up looking at and test driving a Ram 1500. The Auburn location didnt have exactly what were looking for, so Joe Gizinski had a couple of trucks brought in from Lee Westbrook for us to check out. The color wasnt quite right, so Joe found a truck in New Hampshire matching all of our criteria and brought it in the following day. The truck was perfect and we drove off with a great experience and vehicle. Everyone at Lee was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Unwilling to honor E Pricing, and salesman didn’t even have the Internet Price which was 3,000 lower than the sticker price. Tried to give 1000 less for trade in once he realized his mistake. Took advantage of us in previous years saying we were 2000 upside down on a previous vehicle and refused to correctly diagnose a problem with a leased vehicle. Will never recommend any LEE dealership to any friends or family.

Their service is unreliable in a pinch. Have a new 2014 Dodge Ram 2500. Discovered that my inspection sticker expired in July. They cant help me for about two weeks. Spoke with the service manager and the sales manager. They cant give me 15 minutes of their time. So they lost me as a customer.I called the Thompson dodge dealership, and they are more customer service orientated. They can do it right away. They actually care. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have leased 2 Rams with Lee and was looking at getting into another (lease was coming to an end). My wife also has leased 2 cars with Lee and i referred my mom and my grandfather there. Not looking for special treatment but would expect them to value my time and get me what im looking for. So I was called a couple times by Mike K. I was finally able to talk to him and i told him exactly what i was looking for. I had previously done extensive research and found that there were not any dealers in the state with what i wanted on their lot. I knew i needed to order the truck to get everything i wanted. This was at the end of November. 2 weeks go by and i hear nothing from him. Then out of the blue he calls me one night as im driving home. For about 20 minutes of my drive home he is literally doing an internet search looking for trucks as im on the phone. I just go with it as i have nothing better to do...still driving. We come to the same conclusion that there are none with what i want and he says he will catch up with me soon. I decide to schedule some time to go sit down with him and get some numbers (apparently i was not going to get anywhere with emails and phone calls). I schedule an appointment with him on December 15th for 10am. He has another appointment before this one so i have to wait a bit. No big deal. Finally get to sit down with him at 1030 and its like starting all over. He needs to do an online search to see if any dealers around have the truck im looking for. Surprise...none do. I guess we should look into ordering. You think? I was there until around 3. While there, he complained multiple times about the managers there not willing to help etc. At one point he got a call from the appointment he had before mine and while i was three feet away proceeded to ask the woman all sorts of personal information (employer, time at employer, address etc) and even her social security number. He asked for hers and her husbands. I could hear it all, plain as day. I was wasting time on my phone, but how did he know i was not writing all this down? This is extremely unprofessional and should be very concerning for anyone who does business there. Do not give out personal information over the phone. You do not know who is listening. Anyway...3 comes around and im fed up. He tries to build my truck but struggles with it saying FCA changed the program. So even more wasted time without any numbers. In leaving, Mike asks me to email him the build sheet of the truck i built online and he will put together pricing for me. OK great, this should be simple enough for a 20 year experienced salesman. I send that to him on Monday the 17th. He ends up calling me later that day and says he never received it. So i sent it again on my work email. The next day i get an email from him confirming receipt of my build. This is December 19th. In that email Mike states he has a Dr appointment in the am and will get the numbers once he gets in and thanks me for my time and looks forward to earning my business. Guess what....I have not heard ONE word from him or anyone else since then. Mike K is one of the worst business men i have met and I will NEVER give him the time of day and i will never step foot into LEE Ram again and will not refer anyone else i know either. I tried to be as straight forward as possible, not wasting anyones time. I knew exactly what i wanted. Pretty easy right?? Apparently not. Volume dealer = doesnt value the customer. They were obviously not looking to earn a lifelong customer.

Initially, I found a pre-owned vehicle on the website that caught my interest but it was no longer available. Joe Gizinski showed me a newer one that was out of my price range, but allowed me to get a feel for the way it drove, interior space, etc., then he did the shopping for me...calling me when he found something he thought might be my fit. Never any pressure! Sweet buying experience and I came out with a vehicle I love at a price I could be comfortable with.

The sales person Robert White showed us a 2007 Trail Blazer we took it for a ride and fell in love with it. Robert White goes beyond is duty as a sales person he came in on his day off so we could get the 2007 Trail Blazer .
