Buying a car is never a really “fun” experience but him and the finance guy JR made it as painless as possible. They bent over backwards for us and we felt taken care of. I searched a 180 mile radius and City of Trees Auto is the only dealership I can recommend. The sales team went above and beyond they made sure I got to the right vehicle for my needs. I was buying a 2021 Toyota 4 runner off road premium. This dealership orders vehicle the right way. They had the KDSS sway control and the moon roof, running boards and the wilderness package factory installed which can’t be done later. At dozens of other dealerships I checked this didn’t happen maybe they were to busy with added markup calculations. I was able to purchase a 125,000 mile platinum extended warranty as well as a few others things. They made this pretty easy given the degree of difficulty in completing our transaction. I purchased the car sight unseen from another state. They were great about answering my questions and providing me with pictures and other information when I needed it. In the end I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I wanted and everyone I dealt with was competent and professional. You cant ask for more than that.

Wow, want to say they are a small business but that does not mean that they dont know what theyre doing. Its very one on one, they arent a money hungry corporation that sees you as a paycheck. They get to know you and develop a relationship that is based on fairness and honesty. They make the long process easy and headache free. They let me test drive the car alone which many dealerships do not allow. The second they let me drive alone i knew there was nothing wrong with the car because it proved that they had nothing to hide. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!

Very impressive. This young couple is extremely hardworking. I know how a dealership works, and they try to force you to buy their cars, However, with them, there was no rush to buy. There was a beautiful young sales woman that clearly knows her cars so it made talking and negotiating very easy and comfortable. Unlike other dealerships where the salesperson is always a male and trying to take advantage of the women in this industry glad to see something different and  professional at the same time.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus IS250, for whole sale price they just charged me only a small service fee which was nothing saved about $8,000 from retail price. One thing I love the most is this isn’t a corporation it’s couple owned business that just opened up. They run the CarFax for free and have their own technician there to inspect the car. They also let your bring your own mechanic along with there scanners to check out the car.
