Great buying experience, however it took 2-weeks to repair something they said would be a day or two. We had to call the Kia dealer ourselves to find out the car was done but not picked up yet. The work requested and needed was not complete either, but we picked up the car anyway. Very frustrating and would not recommend this place.John

Andy is the BEST! If you go to Auburn Discount Auto Sales definitely speak to him. I was looking for my first vehicle and chose one but first I needed to get my license before purchasing the vehicle. When I went to go get my license he messaged me the same day wishing me luck. When I told him I passed he was just as excited as me. It honestly meant a lot! He’s not your typical sales man that just wants to sell a car. He actually cares for his customers. When we were going over the documents/process of banks he explained everything really well. He definitely knows it all and was super quick with the whole process. I’ve been to a few dealerships and spend half my day there but this only took a couple hours, it was that easy! Blew the engine in my older car (great reliable used car that served me well for for a dozen hard years at 240k total miles) and needed something quickly. Andy worked with me very well on both a professional (I have 20 years dealer automotive experience so I know!) and personal level and I walked away with far more car than I thought I was initially getting. Then he called me back that day to resign to a lower percentage rate, saving me about $500 over the loan bottom line. He did not have to research this, he just did. That is customer service!If you are looking for suits presenting some sort of quasi-professional appearance (like that matters!) then this is not the place for you. If you want down-to-earth people who live and work at your level (blue jeans, sneakers, etc.) then you can not go wrong here. Was shown a 2003 Camry today (02/02/19) for $4,995, asked if they can do $5,500 out the door only to have them come back and say nope not gonna sell you the car, even for the $4,995 we offered earlier. Salesman was a nice guy, but bad business model if thats how they operate.

🖓🖓🖓Was sold a 2008 Chrysler 300 by mike, contract stated sold as is but as is meants that in under 3 months you should expect your car to break down and need an entire engine replacement, they send you with their special low rate mechanic who fixes the car before they sell them, he makes money by not fixing them properly, knowing later down the line youll be coming in to finish what he didnt fix when they bought the car, MEANING I HAVE TO REPLACE AN ENTIRE ENGINE just within the 3 months i actually drove the car, What a joke. Do not buy from discount auto sale unless youre prepared to waste time and money. 👎👎👎

This dealership was great. I was able to browse online and get in to see the SUV I was interested in very quickly. I was contacted right away when I made an inquiry online.Once there I was greeeted and the vehicle was running and waiting for me. Our time with team there was pretty funny. They kept us on our toes. We were able to get approved and drove away with our vehicle same day. It was a 4 hour process but better than most places. I would purchase another vehicle when in need through this dealership! I am very displeased and upset that they sold my mother a vehicle along with a warranty does NOT cover the any of the vehicles current damages and she now has to pay out of pocket cost an additional $2,000.00. I say additional cost because she has to pay monthly car note and insurance (bills,bills,bills) on a broke down vehicle which by the way she bought just about 3 MONTHS AGO....... Be aware of this company they know allllll the loopholes to avoid LEMON LAWS!!!

My fiance and I drove 45 minutes cash in hand in hopes to purchase a Lincoln Navigator posted online by this place, 2003 Navi with 116,000 miles looked to be in excellent condition. We ended up being lied to out of the gate by a salesman that was sitting on the porch ready to attack I like to call those types vultures. The vulture says yes they still have this very specific vehicle makes us park and come meet him around only to guide us around the lot suggesting other vehicles (Im 27 weeks pregnant and in no condition for a lengthy drag about). My fiance and I ended up practically running off their lot as fast as possible. My real issue is being lied to just to try and make another sale we know what we want no need to waste anyones time.

Great people, patient, do what they can to help, and dont push you towards something you dont want.

Salesmen do and say just about any thing to make a sale. Example: Friday night tell you I g m c is a Cadillac and those are straight up his words too. I know it is general motors but if I am going to buy a Cadillac I would, and my GMC is Not a Cadillac. Why would he even try to go there? Stupid is as stupid does. You would think he was mixed up in his box of chocolates. Lol.

I had a horrible experience with Sam, one of their salesman there. I went there to look at a trans am they had on their lot. I thought the car was in good condition with no issues only to find the check engine light was on, the driver window didnt roll up and the headlights didnt work. Thats something you should put in your ad, it would have saved me the 45 minute drive down there. Sam didnt want to fix any of the issues with the car but kept selling it as a project car. Its suspicious when a sleezy car salesman wants to sell me a car and not fix any issues. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle and Sam berating me as I left. Hes a typical vulture car salesman and lies just to get your money so he can feed his 5 year old not knowing the guy youre trying to rip off and lie to has a 2 year old. Sam is a horrible car salesman and lies to you about the car and doesnt want to fix any of the issues and expects you to buy it. Sam is the reason everyone hates going to car dealerships. Hell do anything to get your money even if that means lying about the car hes selling and then berating you as you walk off their lot because you didnt want to buy the car. Dont purchase from this dealership and Sam is the reason everyone hates going to car dealerships. Typical sleezy, lying, arrogant, pushy, berating car salesman. Dont go here or youll end up paying Sams bills while the car you just bought from him breaks down.

Sold us a sold lemon BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. I learned to always never accept a AS-IS Warranty from another dealership. As soon as we got the vehicle home we noticed a severe leak from the oil pan (it wasnt visible at night). There was no negative readings on the gauges. After 1 week of driving the vehicle, it displayed major issues and readings popped up on the dash. Now, we are stuck with a vehicle and within the first year weve made nearly $5K in repairs. I find it odd that the vehicle operated sufficient for the test driving phase and doesnt operate well anymore. I wanted to talk to them about the vehicle they sold me and they blow me off.

I recently purchase a Duramax 3500 dually. It was beautiful. I had been looking for a stickshift dmax for two years with the right color mileage and options. This was the one and they held it for me for a deposit. I flew to Seattle from Houston Texas and was picked up by Mike at the airport. I drove the 2400 miles back to Texas and it ran flawlessly. When I ran into problems getting it registered they quickly helped me and did not treat me like old news since they already had my money. Thank You

I bought a car with the engine check on and signed a contract saying that they would fix whatever problem the car had that caused the engine check to come on... I had to keep coming back to get the car fixed so that they would re-fix the problem because after a few days of using the car the engine check would turn back on... this went on for a couple of months... so I decided to take matters into my own hands and take the car to an actual car brand dealership shop where I spend around $850! just so that they would fix the problem the engine check to come on... later on I being the dumb one recomended a friend to buy a car from here and they said that any recommendations you gave them, they would send you $100 dollars. Its been months and yet Im still waiting for the money. So all in all, bad service and they lie! Will not be recommending any more of my friends to buy a car from here again.

Sold me a really nice looking car with lots of hidden issues. Wont pass emissions. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DISABLED ! Their mechanic had it for almost a month and literally fixed nothing. Suspension held together with zip ties. Radio installed with u.s. mail used as a shim. I wouldnt recommend them . Everytime I talked to them I got a different excuse. Im a army vet and was treated better in the army

First of all, avoid this place worst experience ever. Bought my chevrolet truck and had some issues. These guys had it for 2 weeks, said it was fixed so I signed the paperwork agreeing it was fixed. I got screwed! Two weeks later I noticed something was off and took it to three shops and also looked myself. It has cost me $800 in parts and I will have to pay $600 in labor to rebuild the front end, hence that is the labor price from a guy i know who works at a shop. Not to mention a week after the paperwork was completed the right passenger window and lock quit working, This is all when I was told everything was fixed after they had THEIR mechanic look at it.I am beyond pissed off! Do not go here save yourself the hassle!!
