I would never do business here again. Attempted to purchase a new key fob for my teenage sons Kia. Staff in service are rude and unruly. Overpriced parts, and very unhelpful. We decided to order the key anyway as they are the only dealer in the area. When the appointment came to get the new key and have the dealer program it (and we paid over $200 upfront) they did not have the key and could not help us. Frustrated, we asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money, and never responded to my credit card company regarding the dispute! Went to Charlies in Augusta. $5 dollar fix, 5 minutes, and great service. Never go to Rowe.

This dealership exceeded expectations. Jamie was super helpful, he listened to what we wanted and didnt push us towards anything else. We had been trying to find a car for weeks and could not get financed. Other dealers were pushing us to get back into a car that we didnt want. Jamie and the finance manager took care of all the hard work and never once made us feel bad for our not so great credit. I really had began to doubt getting the suv we wanted and they made it happen for us. Customers for life. Thank you guys!

Honestly the worst service Ive ever experienced. Very poor communication. I called several times to check on the status of my car and was lucky to get a response. When I finally got ahold of someone I was told the car should be ready the next day but was not notified that it wasnt done until I called several times and texted an unhappy message. Then was informed it would be ready the next day and could get it then. I work a 9-5 job and live an hour away leaving me no way to get there before the service department closes. I was told I could pay my bill and pick up my car Saturday in the Quick Lane before 4pm. I had to pay for a ride to travel the hour to get there only to be told Id have to come back Monday to get my car. I ask to speak to a manager or anyone that may be able to help me as Ive made the arrangements to get my car and I cant leave without it. The Quick Lane employee was no help. I walked into the sales department where I explained what is going on and the manager there went to figure out what was happening. Somehow he was able to get my bill and keys and help me get my car but nobody else could🤔 So a big THANK YOU to Eric the sales Manager. I truly appreciate your efforts. Overall the experience has me not likely to return to Rowe Kia in Auburn. I understand all businesses are understaffed as I work in Healthcare and weve been understaffed for 2 years straight. There are other ways to communicate with customers. Simply having a secretary call me and tell me there has been a delay on my car would have been satisfactory for me.

Buying cars is such a chore, nobodys going to get a five from me. I dont think any earthly power can make it a five-star experience....Helpful, people knew the ropes, didnt do a lot of arm-twisting. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and a specific lease situation, and that was respected. I walked on another dealer earlier the same day who was only interested in playing games. My dealer rep -- Brian Kelsey -- was class all the way.Im there to lease a vehicle. Theyre there to make money. Everyone respected boundaries. Thats a good thing.

I chose the $84.95 service for my 2021 Kia Telluride purchased from them. My dissatisfaction was that any extra fees should be disclosed up front or the possibility of additional fees. Instead of pointing to the disclosure on the wall and saying“That’s why we post this sign.” Pretty sure I can’t see the sign over the phone when I call for an appointment. There was grease on my console where someone had leaned. It easily wiped off, but you asked!

Brought my soul in for a checkup before my vacation car ran fine but I wanted to be sure it was trip worthy. Told it needed minor repairs Was a day late and 200$ more than I was told. On my way home check engine light came on and car broke down (never had an issue with it before)Then I found out they didnt even complete 3 of the repairs I had been told would be done. Terrible. Terrible.Dont use this repair shop.Update: a week later and still no resolution to my vehicle. Everybody is real polite but my car is still not back to me. Was told they had to bring in a special mechanic to try and figure out the issue they caused. So far he hasnt been able to correct the problemAsked for a loaner and was told I couldnt leave the state.Now Im going to miss my vacation to see my family for first time since pandemic and all the money I spent on reservations is non refundableI regret the day I took my car to Rowe Kia Auburn and you will too if u go here

Service done to add mudguards and wheel locks to a vehicle I bought a week earlier. Service department rep was extremely nice, and set up the work order in a timely and efficient manner. Stated they would call me in waiting area when completed. Also offered a free car wash. All was completed in about an hour. Waiting room was clean and set up for socially distancing. Car ready in about an hour, and very clean. Completely satisfied with work completed.8/25/2021:. First scheduled maintenance completed today at Rowe Ford Hyundai Kia in Auburn, ME. Scheduled time was 3:00 pm, and my Telluride was taken in right away. Did complete check and all needed services performed as dictated by Kia standards. Waiting room was clean and able to social distance. Beverage and snacks supplied. Completely satisfied with service done and personnel. Scheduling another appointment to have special sill plates I ordered installed. Technician was not available this trip, but that is OK. I would rather wait then have someone not familiar with procedure perform the installation. Car returned clean as I had left it.

I was incredibly furious with my experience, because it never should’ve happened. There’s no reason for so much confusion in this age of technology and communication. I scheduled an available appoint online on the web site. The website said it was available, a 3pm appointment that same day. A human being called and confirmed the appointment, she said what I needed was NOT a quick service line appointment, but then had me hold to see if the regular service line could fit me in. She confirmed they COULD, she told me I was all set and needed to speak with Nick or Chris upon arrival and sent me a confirmation email. I took off from work early (lost money from my pocket), drove from Portland to Auburn to take this same day appointment. I arrived and they said, not only didn’t they have an appointment for me(!!!), that their mechanics leave at 4pm and there’s no way they can look at my car in that amount of time. I have so many things to say about all of this. But first and foremost why offer 3pm appointments if your mechanics leave at 4pm!? Do your call center folks KNOW this? Seriously, figure this out. It is unacceptable to not have an appointment for someone when it has been confirmed in at least two different ways. No one has time for that, but it’s also just incredibly unprofessional and would not allow me to trust anyone there with my car, if they can’t even successfully book appointments.

I had a problem with my 2014 Kia Soul stalling when it slowed down, stopped, or was left to idle. No other repair place could tell what the problem was. Row Kia Auburn was the only place that was able to diagnose the problem and fix my vehicle. Now my car runs as good as new. No more stalling. They are very friendly and have outstanding service. It took a couple of times but they finally found out what causing the problem in my engine. If I ever have any more problems I will go back to them. I recommend them for all your car needs, especially if you have a Kia. I love my Kia and I want it to run as long as possible. Their service was worth every penny I paid.

As I went to sit down I spilled my full coffee and Chris did not skip a beat grabbing a mop and bucket. No judgement. My car was ready within the two hour time frame promised. I was really pleased with my time spent here. I didnt have car salesmans all over me and being pushy. The man who helped me, Andrew Mokomobi, had a great attitude and was on top of it. When it came time to work on paperwork, the manager was not pushy with adding extra things onto the vehicle, he just explained what there was and let me decide without trying to influence me. As a first time car buyer, I feel like this has set the bar for any future purchases.

I dropped my car off at night to have the two front tires replaced. I Received a call the next morning to confirm what I wanted done. I received another call later that day, letting me know the tires had to be delivered to the shop. I was then informed that the warehouse was only delivering once a day. I have had my 2013 Kia Optima and I had a wheel baron replaced 3/6/2019 well that warranty ran out 12000 miles or a yr. They wouldnt cut me a break, beginning in April I reached out to get this fixed. I got it fixed at 776.00 for wheel baron, the rod, alignment, The Works, but 409 of that was labor! I really think they need to give warranty a little longer on parts. I also had the left wheel baron done 10/2019. So we will see how long they both hold up. Rowe Auburn are the ones that did it. I had to use Stimulus Check to pay for this! Im really not happy. Its not for customers to save money but what Rowe can make money.

I took my car in for an inspection sticker and oilChange my car is 4years old with 25000 miles I was told it would need 447.00 dollars in work to get a sticker rear brakes and rotors .three months ago when I brought it in for a oil change they told me I needed rear brakes which I let them do . Now I’m not so sure they were needed . Anyway I left the dealership and took my car to another garage got my sticker with no problems at all.i went back to ford land and spoke with the manager .she offered me a brake service to clean up brake parts.first reaction was I don’t want anyone touching it.she assured me the mechanic she was going to have do it had 30 years experience so I agreed when he was finished he came to tell me he agreed that there was nothing wrong with my car. This could have cost me a lot ifeel I was getting scammed.

A positive change would be to make the small print terms part of the main message.Notice also that an on line appointment time is not for actual service but a “check in time”. Service may be much later.Went back much later and bought a Hyundai Kona EV. The dealership is large and diverse so you can negotiate well here.

They have put up with my constant complaints and have made all of my interactions with them great and most of the time rather fun!! I’m not happy at all with buying a 2021Kia Seltos. I’ve only driven the car about 200 miles and had it less than 2 weeks when the car will not recognize both keys. When calling Rowe Auburn, they tell me I have to call Kia Roadside Assistance to get the car towed to them so they can find out what is wrong. NOT HAPPY! They should have towed the vehicle themselves!
