Great service and excellent customer service. My 2017 mustang had engine and turbo failure and after a year of sitting Sons Ford got it running again. They ordered my crate engine, turbo, and torque converter, and had the car back to me in five days. Thanks to the employees and service manager Bobby for the good service.
I started using Sons earlier this year to get my SUV serviced. After the first visit, I got the run around by my advisor until September. I had a part that was being ordered for my vehicle for a good 3-4 months. I got told the part was out of stock, it was not right, or the wrong color. I was never put on the schedule, even though I called in advance to get a day and time so each time I went it took forever and if my advisor was not there then no one knew what was going on. I had an issue with my transmission, I was told at one visit in June or July that the person who did that did NOT have time to look at it and I would have to make another appointment to come back. In September, I went for another appointment that was NOT put on the schedule, got the same run around about the part again. The new service manager Bobby and advisor Charles helped me out SO much. I got everything fixed in one visit. I was about to give up on Sons but thankfully I didnt! I highly recommend Sons Ford, Bobby (service manager) and Charles (service advisor)!!
I’m only leaving one star because I can’t leave zero stars. I called to the service department to ask about a part for my husband truck and speaking with the service manager he was very rude. We have been a customer there for years but we will be taking our business elsewhere!! We understand that there is a shipping delay however saying that with empathy would’ve been the best approach.. I then contacted Opelika Ford and they were great!!
I cant believe you would fire David. He was an excellent addition to the dealership. He worked hard. He was friendly and always asked about your family. He always told me what my car needed even if I thought it was too much money. When someone works for a company a long time then he has a lot invested. He values the customer and the company.

Love this place! I recently purchased my new Ford Edge from SONS and it was a great, smooth experience thanks to Buck McGhar our sales person. He was pleasant, honest and took our best interest to heart. This place brings back that hometown dealership feel that lacks at other dealerships. We were even invited to have lunch there on the house while our purchase was completed. They definitely gained all my future business!
Service department was very unorganized, I always got the run around about getting my car fixed before August. I had several things going on and never could get it handled until the new service manager Bobby came to Sons Ford!! Thank you Bobby and Charles for helping me out. Everything was fixed and handled in a very timely manner.

Mr. Kerr- I have no idea who you relied on for this information, but they are either incompetent or a liar. Multiple cars of mine have been serviced at this dealership throughout the years. My vehicles have included a Lincoln Navigator, a Ford Edge, and an Explorer. My sons and my husband have had trucks and Fusions. We have been taking vehicles to this location when it was Carl Gregory, then Autonation, and now Sons. As a family member of an ex employee, you know how to reach me. I did not get the best service at this Ford. I dropped my car off on 9/4/21 and didn’t receive it back until 9/22/21. My car needed a lot of repairs unfortunately, however I was given an estimate of maybe Monday or Tuesday the next week for it to be ready and promised a $100 discount for accepting all repairs. Fast forward to Wednesday I had heard nothing from them so I decided to call. I was told they were still waiting on a part to come that should have came in on Tuesday. I called everyday and was told the same thing over and over again. Come Monday of this week, I was told by Shannon that they ordered the wrong part and are rush ordering a new one for the next day and my car should be ready by the evening. Do you guys not notice that when you first order it? I asked them at 4 pm if my car will be ready and they said it should be shortly. TWO HOURS LATER, I was sent a text AFTER they closed that it was ready. Personally don’t think that fits into the description of shortly. I was told I would be given an additional discount after the $100 however upon coming to pick up the car I wasn’t given anything more than that. I had to complain to Shannon to even be given just a tiny bit more for their own mistakes and I personally don’t feel compensated for their mistakes
I have purchased 75 cars from many dealerships across 6 states and none have exceeded the professionalism, customer service, communication and follow-up I received from Brandy and the team at Sons Ford. Brandy was 100% percent on point from first point of contact through delivery of the Shelby GT 500 to my home in GA. Finance (Josh) led a streamlined and seamless process for a remote purchase. The GM was committed to making a deal work, which said a lot to me about commitment from upper management to customer service and support of his sales team. The next Ford product that I need will be purchased from Brandy and the team at Sons Ford. I have had a great experience at Sons! I purchased a Bronco Sport on-line and had it delivered to Kentucky. It was exactly as described and the process was easy. The dealership stayed in contact with me the entire time, Jeremy even called within an hour of me receiving the vehicle to go over its features and see if I had any questions. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I have never dealt with a more incompetent and underhanded dealership in my life. And weve bought a lot of cars. They obtained the incorrect payoff on my car. Apparently they cant follow clear directions when calling a finance company. So they claimed to be the owner, not a dealer. I specifically told the salesman that I had to have payoff or no deal. He told me he got payoff. We drove from Atlanta to Auburn to purchase the car. Once home and after having the car for a few weeks, I found out that the dealership didnt even send the correct paperwork to the tag office. This is when I found out that they hadnt paid off my trade. I called and they said they had gotten the incorrect payoff. That I needed to come up with an additional $4500. Excuse me? I have to pay for your incompetence?? Thats not happening. So apparently they sold my trade in. Without paying it off. Without a title. Nothing but scammers. Stay far far away. I hate that I have to even give them one star.
My service at Sons Ford was very disappointing I took my Ford F150 in for inspection because I was smelling a burning smell from the left wheel Shannon told me that the brake was warped and locking up. I mentioned to her that I had gotten the front and back brakes done in March 2020 and I didnt understand why this was happening and that something was not right that the mechanic must have not done the job correctly she said that the truck was driven 12,000 miles so it must have been done correctly. She did not try to work with me and she should have because the work had a 2 year guarantee I did some research and I read that rotors warps because of improper installation or not machined properly and she did not want to admit that the work was improperly done. My dad have spent over $5,000, plus dollars at Sons Ford he is 84 years old on a fixed income and he has been robbed from this company and I would like this to be corrected. We did not get the service that we deserved here.

Brand new f250 broke within 300 miles. No big deal not there fault but no rental and they wrecked my truck and then they said they fixed it but it was still dented. Do not recommend unless you like feeling stupid
Took my 2017 Raptor in to Dave at Sons Ford to have my dreaded cam phasors replaced. Since it was out of warranty Dave did everything he could to help me. I ended up getting help directly from Ford Corporate and cannot thank Dave in the service department and Brian the service technician enough. These guys act like they are just doing their job but believe me when someone takes the amount of time and effort as these men did, you take it personally. I am so proud to have them at Sons Ford in my home town. My next raptor WILL be purchased right here because of them!
I can honestly say driving from Montgomery to Auburn to purchase my F150 was the best decision I ever made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!I purchased a preowned Mazda CX-3 from this dealership in July because it was a real good deal and I really liked the car. I didn’t have any issues with the car, but felt it was too small after almost a year of ownership. I took it to a another dealer in a different state and discovered that this vehicle had been in not one but two accidents and that is why the price was so good on the vehicle when I purchased it. However, the dealer never told me about any of these problems in the past owners even when I asked directly if the car had been in any accidents. So my advice is to take your business elsewhere and never trust this dealership at all
Long story short I was looking for a Jeep for my Dad I found him one here . Transaction was smooth however they said they would pay me a referral for sending him in to get the Jeep. Which most all car dealerships do well I never got the referral so I called and asked and was told they forgot but would call me to come get a check waited 3 to 4 weeks so I called and asked about it again was told he would put it in and get it to me in the mail well here we are a couple months later never got anything the moral of this is you ask people to send you customers but you dont follow through with what you tell people you are going to do for them for sending them well if you do that to enough people you lose business. Word of mouth is the best advertising you can get and its free I am doing this review because I need the money I just wanted them to follow through with what they told me they would do at the end of the day you losing business does not affect me it affects you and as a business you should care about that. I will not send anybody else nor shop with you again and that goes for my family aswell.
Service center isn’t worth the time. I had a paint flacking issue on the hood. These people don’t give a dam about you unless you are buying a vehicle. I have battling this issue for the past 5months.
I had received a recall for my vehicle, when I called to schedule it I was informed they’d give a loaner vehicle due to the length of repair and that they would call me to schedule it, it’s been about 2 months and not a word. I called and asked about an update they had forgot about it and said I would be put on the list. All around bad customer service.
We were on a vacation traveling through Auburn when my right front tire steal belts separated. I called Sons Ford and the order the tire I need and I was on the road the very next day. Benjamin did a great job getting me in and out and treated me as a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend them.

Run! The comments about the unethical practices and delay in car maintenance with the service department are true. I considered ending the purchase of my vehicle after I observed fine print within the document that was not shared or explained during signing. For example, if you purchase the extended warranty, the service has to be fulfilled at their service department, or you will be charged a copay from another Ford dealership. After I complained about the underhanded practices, they gave me the “Ford family” discount. The copay was removed.There is no benefit because if you take your vehicle to the service department, Dave, will lead you to believe he is “working” for you, but his “hands are tied.” For instance, they attempted to sale me a vehicle with no car mats, and the vehicle needed new tires. They replaced TWO tires after I took the vehicle back to them a second time. So, they were comfortable with releasing a vehicle with mixed matched tires. Not to mention, it was a struggle to get car mats. They kept the vehicle three weeks for an oil change on my third visit. The story is always the same. “We are short staffed, or I have —— maintenance men out today.” Dave should have never closed the ticket for my vehicle the first time. He communicated four tires should have been replaced.Bottom line: if you want to check behind the professionals, fight because of the fine print, and negate integrity, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! BEWARE!!!!!! Spend your hard earned $ with a company that will not mislead you. They are out there.I purchased a vehicle from Sons Ford and live in another state. Before purchasing I inquired about transport. Was told it is a non issue as they have a driver that would deliver to me by truck and enclosed trailer. They received a pre-approval from my bank on May 24th of 21’. Paid in fill on the 27th. After daily communication with my salesman, I called the dealership and spoke to the general manager. I told him i had used all my vacation days and had to have the vehicle no later than June 4th that I would lose my job as i use it for work. The purchase price included delivery and he told me to RENT A CAR!!!!! They have been paid for a car and have the nerve to tell me to rent one? Once my funds were received it is obvious that I am no longer a priority for them whatsoever and could care less about what their negligence could cost me. The gm was condescending and definitely isn’t concerned with my situation because they have their money. My salesman, I believe, is embarrassed that his company would treat a customer this way. It’s June 2nd and now the story is they are going to deliver it by a semi, not in an enclosed trailer by June 5th. At this point I’m in contact with the States Attorney General and the better business bureau along with a few other agencies. I would be very wary of anything you were told bye the people at Sons Ford. I’m unhappy and feel I have been taken advantage of because once they had my funds they no longer cared when or really if I’ve received my vehicle and what consequences may or may not come with that for me. I will update this post as this unfolds. This is unfortunate because my salesman made the rest of the process seamless.6/3 Got a picture of the vehicle on the back of an open trailer.6/4 Lied to AGAIN. Was informed the vehicle would not arrive again today.Integrity is not a priority to this company. RUN!!!

I called today and spoke with Barry at Sins Ford in Auburn about a tire. I had a flat yesterday and needed a replacement tire. He checked the stock and call me back right away. I was able to get there this afternoon and was in and out within an hour or less. David greeted me and assisted myself in the building and out as I have injured my leg and on crutches. My 13 Ford F150 decided to blow its engine while we were headed to Auburn one Saturday afternoon for a football game. AutoNation Ford was the nearest Ford dealer in the area so we decided to have it towed there for diagnosis and repair. The service guys there were great! The service manager (Buck) let me know what I was looking at (probable blown engine) and what the procedures were for warranty repair. In addition, Buck helped us secure rental transportation back home, even though all the car rental shops were officially closed for the day because of the game. During the repair process, Buck kept me informed and gave me an accurate date when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. Upon pickup, they provided a detailed writeup on what specific maintenance actions they took and what parts were replaced. I was very pleased with their service. And even though they are not in my local area, I just may make the one hour drive from home just to have them service my vehicle in the future when the need arises!

The service department is terrible, No communication at all, you have to call them all day for an update. Stay away, they are just not worth the hassle 7am appointment for a simple diagnostic 9 hours later after multiple calls and texts. I cant stress enough it is not worth it, dont use them for anything.
Sons Ford Lincoln Mercury specializes in high quality. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. Ive enjoyed doing business here after purchasing. Prices are impeccable and competitive with surrounding areas, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new vehicle. I will definitely revisit because of the excellent customer service. Jennifer Rushing though relatively new to the team is very knowledgeable and you wont find a better car dealer than Sons Ford Lincoln Mercury.
I reached recently purchased a used F-150 pickup truck The salesman was very nice and helpful but while we were test driving it we noticed that the sunroof didnt operate smoothly and the driver side AC didnt blow cold air they the truck in and fixed the sunroof but then said that the AC was too much to fix after I done signed the paperwork so now Ill fix it myself with a $40 part where they want to charge me $1,100. Shame on me for not seeing they omitted that part in the sales agreement to fix the AC and shame on them for not honoring their verbal agreement to fix it . Other than that its a very nice truck, just triple read the paperwork before you signed it.
These people are crooks. Do not buy from here. Especially if you have a trade.

I bought a car it took like 5 hours for them to get it ready for me. After I had purchased it and went to get the tag they had not actually done the paperwork for me to pick my tag up. Then after that they lost my pay stub twice called me first I said I had to work that night and told them not to call me back. 30 minutes after right when I got back to sleep they called me again because they lost it once again. I went with a dealership because I thought it would be hassle free. I should have went to Atlanta they had the same car for less .and the door had a small dent that they did not mention. Beware if you expect good service they will pretend its good while they sell the car but the back end is obviously poorly managed.

Sons service department went out of their way to help us with a significant mechanical issue the day before a long road trip (I called at 6 pm on a Friday night and they fit me in the next morning). Now Buck at the service desk is a champ, but he can only use the tools that the dealership provide, which are lacking. The service center waiting room is a joke with nothing at all for the guests besides coffee from a pot that looked to be cleaned last year! They book appointments 15 mins apart no matter what the work is, which as you can see, creates quite a back log of vehicles. My oil change turned into a 6 hour wait! Of course they determined that the battery was leaking acid and had to be replaced, no worries, but that long is unheard of. The dealership needs to spend more time and money on the service center. They need more staff and a better computer system.Perhaps also some amenities for the folks that have to wait for hours!

They really made me feel like I was their most important customer. They quickly identified the problem and kept me updated on the status. My old truck is running great again. I am new to the Auburn area. I am glad to say I have found my go to service department.

The thing I like most was they allowed me to take the truck for test drive with my family only and I was told to go take my time and drive it all i wanted. Most car lot want to ride with you and only travel a certain route. I hope to do all my future business with auto nation of auburn.

UPDATE: I do not blame the service desk employees, I believe the decision not to replace my motor came from higher up.I will NEVER buy a FORD product again. I have never been so upset about a vehicle. My 2014 Ford Escape has had 13 recalls. All recalls performed at AutoNation in Auburn, AL. The last recall was for coolant module sensor. After picking up my vehicle, I drove half way home (3 miles) and the coolant light came on. I took it right back and they added coolant. Why would they need to add coolant if they just replaced the coolant sensor? It does not make any sense to me. They end up telling me that I need a new motor and that it would cost $6,800. The motor had 68K miles. I will seek legal counsel concerning my ordeal with AutoNation and Ford.

Also was truly concerned about how I would get to work and how I would get home which she arranged me a ride home.
I reached to AutoNation Ford in Auburn via email to purchase a vehicle in order to avoid the hassle of sitting in a showroom and trying to negotiate a price. They respected the fact that I wanted all communication via email until a price was agreed upon. After we agreed on a price I stressed to them that I wanted to drive over there, sign the paperwork, hop in my new truck, and then get on the rode back to Louisiana. They were very cooperative and prepared to make my experience exactly as I requested it to be. Highly recommended.

Jason Long and Jody were honest and easy to work with. I got none of the usual hidden costs that dealerships try to put on you. They went to great lengths to meet every request I had. Highly, highly recommend!
The salesman, Brian was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions and concerns. They let me borrow the car to drive down to my wifes work so she could have a look at it. They worked with me to get the lowest payment possible. The finance department was great and worked to get.me a great interest rate. The car was clean and in great shape. My son Loves his new car and we just want to say a Big Thank You to Brian and all of the staff that helped.to make this car purchase happen.
I love this Autonation. I live an hour away it’s definitely worth the drive for better customer service. Everyone is very friendly. The salesmen are honest and don’t pressure you into buying anything you don’t need. Tremaine is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever encountered. Service Department-The dealership service department damaged my bumper on my car, the bumper brackets are broken, the ones that hold the bumper to the car. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted it did not look that way when I brought it in, but insisted that it was damaged previously. Funny how all the times I have been to a Ford dealership in states such as Alabama and Kentucky, this has never happened previously. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN WHEN BROUGHT INTO A DEALERSHIP, AND YOU PICK IT UP AND IT IS BROKEN, THEN IT IS THE DEALERSHIP THAT BROKE IT!!!! First time, and LAST TIME I use this dealership. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.Follow up: I have had the vehicle inspected by a collision center, the claims adjuster says it looks like the mechanic put too much weight on the bumper and broke the bumper away from the car. Sadly disappointed in this Ford Dealership.

Customer service was great they did an outstanding job! They worked hard to make sure the process went smooth, they also went over and beyond by staying after hours to make sure I was able to leave with the vehicle also they did not try and pressure me into buying the vehicle like other dealerships forcing you to buy. Overall they did a great job. Thanks Tremaine and Jody great guys. If you ever looking to buy stop at Autonation and ask for either Tremaine and Jody they will take good care of you...
My salesman Tremaine was very personable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he went over and beyond to help me find it. Everyone at AutoNation were great! I didnt feel pressured at all! I was given good options at great prices. After I purchased my vehicle they even delivered my vehicle to me and I stay about 40 minutes from AutoNation in Auburn. My overall experience was just awesome. Thanks to Tremaine, Jennifer, Marcella and everyone who helped! If youre looking for great vehicle prices and excellent customer service I recommend going to AutoNation!

Great experience. Buck was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Nation. In addition, I’d like 2 apologize to Buck, Mr. Terry, and Auto Nation. I accused the service department for damage to my tire, and I now know, they did not cause the damage. It was Goo Goo car wash. Please accept my sincere apology.
Went there under the impression from their own radio advertisement that they were willing to make any deal happen regardless of profit or loss since they had just been bought out, they wanted to clear out inventory. However their sales manager seemed to act otherwise. Went to talk about price and all I get is the online price listed on their website.... and no other effort was made to come to an agreement. Completely disappointed in their lack of desire to sell anything, they clearly have no desire to honor anything they advertise. I will say that the sales associate was very helpful and did a good job, she did everything she could.
