I arrived at the store and there was a notice that they were closed for lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.After waiting for 30mins and hoping that they will resume at 1.30pm.The light skinned man came out to change the lunch time from 1pm to 2pm and I engaged him in a discussion letting him know I already saw he first notice and I’ve been waiting.He didn’t care, he just did what he did and said sorry, in a manner meaning “you can decide to wait more or leave. I don’t give a f**k”. I just wished they had good competition, there would be less incidence of these kind of pathetic customer service

I arrived at the establishment to pick up parts, upon arriving they were closed for lunch, once inside they are supposed to help customers according to order in line. A gentleman (David) wearing a red hat and red under armour jacket assisted a customer outside before helping me and another customer currently waiting.Poor customer service

Horrible service! Incredibly unorganized! Was waiting 3 hours for an order pickup! I GET INSIDE AND EVERY EMPLOYEE IS JOKING MOVING AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE AND THEIR EMPLOYEES CAN WALK AROUND SAGGING THEIR PANTS TO THEIR ANKLES!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. JUST LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!! BYE!!

Ive used this supplier for over 15 years. They deal in aftermarket sheet metal and bumper covers. The fit is usually good to excellent and the prices are low. I would recommend them.

Delivery is ok, in store pickup is slow and needs improvement.

Ordered parts a day ago for me to pick up . Get to the store today at 9am to be told the parts are on the truck . Should be to our shop at 11:35 or before . Parts never showed up . Called into the number to speak to someone at 12 they never answered . Called back around 4pm only to be told that all trucks where pulled off the roads due to weather at 10am and its not even raining or anything . Horrible place to order parts from ... If you see them in CCC just pass them not worth the headache .........

I called about receiving a wrong order after being on hold for 12 minutes the party I spoke with did a poor job and placed me back on hold but never came back but instead transfered me to a voicemail. Frustrated I called back and waited back on hold. After about 10 minutes Lee Maiorina(hope I spelled it right) came on the line. I explained to him what took place and he was very apologetic and mostly took ownership and resolved my reason for my calling in less than a minute. Lee really made my day with his tone, empathy, humor and very important knowledge. ....... thanks Lee

So the staff and the availability of the parts is outstanding. Not to mention the prices are great. My only gripe was that despite calling in the part that I ordered for pickup, I still had to wait another 20 mins just for them to pull it and ring me up.

Worse service and always bring worng parts to shop. Cant trust when parts coming to shop . Thier phone system is all over USA. No ones answering the phone until you called more than 20 times. You better call another vendor.

Will call for pick up is absolutely ridiculous. Waiting 30 minutes just to be spoke to. 8 customers waiting and 1 rep taking his sweet time. I got a call from my boss telling me the part I put on deliver got to our shop before I was even spoke to.

Price was a little higher on my part then cetifit but I will never go anywhere else because they had great customer service and the part was quality i metal gauge was same as oem! Wouldve gave it 5 stars but i had to expand a hole on the part 👍👍👍

Its a good place where things are cheaper than anywhere else. Brand new parts and friendly ppl. Only thing that I was disappointed in was the time! If I could find a way to speed up the process of getting your parts when youre there place would be perfect

They have great prices and quick delivery to our shop.Update 2 years later- the parts are still good but the service has gone down a bit and it make the difference when I choose who to order from I rather pay a bit more for outstanding customer service.

Called over an hour ahead of time and still had to wait pretty much an hour when i got there..if youre a business id suggest using them as a last resort if you need your part that day.

Good prices but very bad service if you want to waste your time come to this store, it seems that time does not pass through here, they work with a system 50 years ago computers and printers from 50 years ago. the owner seems to be very stingy, the place looks very dirty.

Prices are decent, the parts are ok quality. The people you talk to one the phone are horrible, Im pretty sure Dell customer service could do better. The manager at this location is rude and every answer he gives you for their screw ups is, youre just gonna have to be patient.

Worst customer service. They will tell you Ill call you right back, they never call back. Even with the phone number in hand, a lost delivery driver will not call. Customer service means nothing to these people.

The lobby is the slowest possible parts counter in the planet. They take about 1 hr to get parts from the warehouse. Slow employees, no customer service whatsoever
