My first interaction with Bluebonnet Ram service was exceptional! I needed a recall repair on my 2021 Ram 2500 that could potentially cause a fire. I called Bluebonnet, they thoroughly researched the issue, and got me in for service the very next day. All of the service staff I encountered were professional, the warranty repair was completed quickly, and they texted me when my truck was ready. How can you ask for more than that? My wife took her Jeep in for warranty repairs. Initially there was a delay in getting the car returned at the promised time.After speaking to the service manager, she had the vehicle completed when the parts came in, and then had the vehicle delivered to our house.I’m giving 5 stars only because there isn’t 6. They are always a pleasure to deal with and our next Jeep will come from them.

I have had my 2020 Ram 2500 in for both service and repair. All of my visits met my expectations. The service advisor, Luis, kept me informed as to the progress and any issues. I am very pleased with my experiences this far. Ollie was great as well if you go ask for either one of them they will work with you and the lenders to walk out with a truck that same day. Very friendly place, I have taken my Ram for a major repair and Luis was very helpful and make sure the repairs where done as quickly as possible, even with the short on parts and waiting time he kept me updated, and when they got the parts he call me and give me a possibly time and date to be ready, and yet they got it done one day in advance, very happy with the service.

I took my 2016 Ram EcoDiesel for a major repair, and Luis was very helpful and took good care of the truck, even with the delay and getting parts he kept me updated, but as soon as they got it he call me and give a possible time of getting my truck back, and yet I got my truck one full day earlier than estimated, truck is running fine and we are very happy with their service, absolutely we recommend this place for your repairs.

From start to finish we had the best experience we’ve ever had buying a new vehicle!! We live almost four hours away and our salesman, Rodney Taylor, handled everything over the phone and made the process super easy. Took my 2016 Dodge Ram in for service - check engine light ( fuel rail sensor). I was informed that I had 4 recalls on my truck also.While in the shop it was discovered that a couple of exhaust manifold studs had broken off. Now I’m a little miffed at Dodge but not for the service at Bluebonnet service center.Bluebonnet offers a military discount! So I want to thank them for supporting our veterans as well as detailed quality work.So don’t question IF you are worried about qualified workmanship from the technicians in their shop. All work was completed in a timely manner to my rather stringent levels of quality work. Retired Army Sargents don’t tolerate well if they are not treated with a little respect and honest quality work. This is exactly what I got from Bluebonnet Dodge dealership service department.

After pulling the leg of the guys the blue bonnet service department. I finally got them to replace my standard hood with a sport hood. As you can see, it adds a certain POP to the truck while it maintains a classy look to it. I also want to thank the painters. They took the time off o explain the process as well as more than took care a lot a small hiccup that was a pain in my OCD A$$ without any hassle. The Customer Service is almost unbelievable. Excellent shopping experience!Finally found a dealership that would honor there website rebates. They did add about $ 800 in addendum cost but was very reasonable compared to the other dealerships I visited. There average costs where 3k in addendum costs. Get all your Chrysler rebates you are eligible for because the sales manager will let you walk over $50, will absolutely not budge on the price.Over all I’m very satisfied with my purchase and dealership performance.

The Bluebonnet RAM buildings/facility on Seguin street might be very old, when you arrive it is kind of like stepping back in time. But I would describe the staff and the service as - awesome/first class. Service Manager Chris H, the excellent technician [I didn’t get his name], Parts rep Edgar, Parts Manager Mike, all excellent !! After the tech quickly diagnosed sway bars issue, the repair was done correctly and I was ready to leave in a little over an hour. No more rattle underneath and truck drives great! I had heard great things about Bluebonnet from a close friend that bought his Laramie 2500 4 x 4 there and I was very pleased that it was all confirmed. Thanks Bluebonnet for the excellent first visit experience and lets keep this going!

Had a great experience buying the vehicle. Recently was having problems with my fob. Staff was attentive in resolving my issue and help me with an upgrade Ive been wanting. Eventhough I didnt get the service I wanted at the time; no fault of the dealership; they were able to get me going correctly. Had I brought my vehicle in during the week I had no doubt they would have completed the work. Every experience I have with this branch has been excellent. While Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge maybe a smaller older dealership. Their service department’s level of customer care does not reflect the outward appearance of the dealership. I was treated with great care as soon as I arrived. They took great care of my car and me while I was there and even recommended service and wasn’t pushy or extreme trying to get me to have it done. I will definitely comeback here to get my challenger serviced!

The stop/start gas saving program that shuts the engine off at stop lights quit working. Stopped by and spoke to Service Advisor Chris, got a diagnosis and scheduled an appointment in less than 5 minutes, returned the next day and got work done on time and on budget. Great job.

I live near Fair Oaks Ranch TX and recently had a check engine light come on. So I took 2019 Ram 2500 to the closest dealership (BCDJR) and they told me it was a NOx sensor. They told me it would take a month to get the part. What?! But I could have a rental car for a day. Are you kidding me?! I was not happy. So then a neighbor referred me to Luis at Bluebonnet Dodge Service department in New Braunfelds TX. I called him and explained my situation. He then did some research called me back and said he could get it fixed in a week. Took the truck there and also had it serviced. While the truck was there I received consistent communications and even a video from the technician explaining what he had done. He also found another minor issue and rectified it. Wow! Super service. Done deal. Even though Bluebonnet Dodge is an hour away I will go there for future maintenance, service and new vehicles. Great job Bluebonnet Dodge Service Department. Thank you.

Service was okay since it was routine oil change and tire rotation when I went. Now all of a sudden I cant find my rim lock key but they said they didnt use it. So I guess it magically disappeared. That with employee leaning on my truck and falling asleep on it tells me I need to find another service place even it is farther out.I changed my review thanks to Ms. Renee Perry. We were shopping for a pre-owned Charger and made the trip from San Antonio. Fortunately, we worked with Bailey Myers. He was very professional, easy going, and up front. It was just very comfortable to work with him. We did not necessarily plan to purchase the vehicle during our first and only visit, but we did. Also, being a pre-owned vehicle, there was not a warranty, but Bailey stated several times they would stand by their product. Well they did! We realized we needed a new batter, and a portion of the back of the drivers seat repaired and replaced. Bailey made sure it happened quickly and the work was top notch. It was a super easy positive experience.

Just wanted to give these guys a big thank you! Today I was driving by their dealership when my low tire pressure warning came on. I pulled in and they repaired my tire. When I went to pay after the repair was completed, it was no charge. I was fully expecting to pay around $50 or so as I was not driving a Chrysler product and did not have an appointment.This is the kind of thing that might have happened 40 years ago, but it is a rarity today. I took it to SM Dodge and they said it would be 24 hrs from the time I dropped it off to when they would look it. I had a great buying experience without being surprised with a ton of dealer add-ons to deal with. Gregg Lutman gave me an out the door quote and that is exactly what I paid for the vehicle. Non of the other Ram dealers in the area were willing to do that and wanted me to come to the dealership to ‘discuss’ pricing or just stated that their best price was what showed on the internet. The salesman Doug himself was very friendly. The business itself, not so much. I started out trying to purchase one truck they had in stock. While my salesman was running me through finance, another salesman sold it to someone else. Waste of a credit inquiry on my credit report. I searched their inventory again and found another truck that interested me. Their online trade evaluator had me at $19,999 for my trade with all details input. Doug was told by his manager that they can only give me $16k for it without even seeing it. So my out the door and payments went up compared to what I was initially shown. They then turn around and list my trade for $21,995, an almost $6k profit, on top of whatever profit they made off of me on the truck I bought. Im given the excuse that the market is up due to the whole shortage on semiconductors. But shouldnt that also apply to how much they are willing to give you, not just how much they are selling them for? I understand that they have to make a profit off of vehicles that move through their lot, but come on. I mentioned how my purchase did make some road noise and thought it was just due to the all terrain tires tread. Turned out the inner tread of the two front tires was feathered and basically shot from when the truck had been out of alignment. So I immediately had to buy new tires for it, something that should be caught on the pre-sale inspection of the vehicle. They also did a horrible job of detailing the truck before sending it out the door. It had dog hair everywhere, a filthy inner windshield and a horrible attempt at a wash job. I am happy that I was finally able to find a decent truck that I could afford, but completely disappointed at how little this place cares about their customer.

Until today when the service manager hung up on me because she didnt like my feedback on service I have not received after having my truck for 7 days. I heard the excuses but havent seen any results or gotten a loaner vehicle. You can believe when I am back in the market for my next truck, I wont buy from yall. Colby and service team, as well as the sales team, and cashier were all great. All were friendly and willing to assist. I brought my vehicle here to review the work of another shop that was done incorrectly as I was still having overheating issues. I also had some other maintenance items serviced and repaired. I cant express enough how much I love the service feature where a video is sent via text and email to show what is wrong with your vehicle! I originally bought my vehicle from this location and look forward to coming back to them for all service and repairs needed. The only reason I stopped coming here is because I work and live in Canyon Lake but will definitely continue to make the drive. Hopefully Ill be back soon to get the Dodge Challenger I want!

I brought my 2019 RAM 1500 in because the driver’s side mirror had become loose. I mentioned that the passenger side mirror was “clicking” when I used the retract button. The service writer Chris, said, “We’ll replace both mirrors-no charge”. Two hours later I had two brand new mirrors. And he told me they’d had the passenger side mirror in stock but had to drive to another RAM dealer to get the driver’s side mirror. That way I was able to complete the repairs in one visit rather than have to schedule a later appointment for the driver’s side. And all this happened without me having to ask for such service. I’m glad I bought my RAM at Bluebonnet Dodge RAM.

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE !! I went to look at a Dodge Ram at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Certified Pre owned lot. The truck looked really nice however after further inspection I noticed the transmission was leaking. I found it odd that a vehicle on a certified lot would have a transmission issue so I bought it to the sales managers attention. I thought it was a simple oversight however the sales manager had me talk to the service manager about the issue and they KNEW ABOUT IT. They were just going to sell it like that, this coming from a dealership you are suppose to be able trust. The sales manager offered to drop $500 off the price however refused to fix it and then let me reinspect the vehicle . He said he couldn’t fix it unless I went under contract on the truck. This place is no better than a mom and pop place.

Bought a new to me 2017 Ram ecodiesel from them few months ago. Nice vehicle and clean Carfax. However, I found there wasnt a special key to get the spare off, so had to remedy that luckily before needing the spare. Today, scheduled oil service at my local dealership and then it flagged a recall for EGR cooler. A serious part failure. Getting the recall done, but they had it at their dealership for 4 months and should have taken care of it before selling! Luckily we didnt catch fire! Edit to the response,,, Congratulations for what.? I just spent 4 days getting recall taken care of. Just say your going to not sell vehicles with pending recalls on them!

Need i say anything else.. love my truck... (UPDATE) PURCHASED THE TRUCK IN SEPTEMBER AND NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS LATER I HAVE DRIVER SIDE STRUT GO OUT, BEEN BACK AND FOURTH WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS FAR AS WHEN PARTS WILL BE DELIVERED. TIMELINE HAS BEEN CHANGED 5 TIMES ALREADY AND NOW IM TOLD THERES NO ETA ON THE PART NEEDING TO BE REPLACED.. COVID HAS PUT THINGS AT A HOLT ACROSS THE NATION I GET THAT BUT JUST FYI IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING AN UPGRADED VEHICLE BE AWARE THAT ANY POTENTIAL MECHANICAL PROBLEMS ARE GONNA BE DELAYED.. I was very disappointed with the finance department. The trade deal was not a great experience. I would say to go sell your car to someone else for more before considering buying from them. They didnt even fill it all the way up before I drove off the lot. Likely will never purchase from them again.
