Sold me a bad Motor for my 2006 Charger a few weeks ago and it was junk, they have been stalling for two weeks giving us directions on what to check. The motor is knocking. They refuse to fix the issue at their expense. Im upside down over $2000. Im taking them to court, and I plan to protest out front of their business soon.Its too risky to buy a motor from them, because its too expensive and time consuming to put a bad Motor in a Auto. Then they will ask you to sell them your car for pennies when you cant fix it. Scammers.I ended up towing my car to a new shop because the first shop was trying to get paid for putting a bad Motor in, so that cause me to loose money and start over at Merlins Auto in Fayetteville, Ga. I ordered a remanufactured engine from Keystone Auto. KLM. Im back running.Sincerely Irving T

I highly recommend Falcon Auto Parts! I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and called Falcon in Atlanta on 7/25. My daughter was in Atlanta when the wheel/rim on my 2010 soul was found to be cracked; therefore, not allowing the tire to maintain air.I googled auto parts stores in Atlanta and Falcon was one of several that popped up on my screen. I’m so glad Falcon is the business I called as they were incredibly helpful, find, and efficient! I spoke with TJ several times and he found a new rim for my daughter! The price was very reasonable! TJ was very patient with me as I did not know the correct size of the rim etc. He stayed on the phone with me until he was comfortable that I knew exactly what it was that I needed.TJ and Falcon auto parts turned what would have been a stressful situation for me being several hours away to a easy fix on a Saturday ! I can’t not thank TJ and Falcon enough! My daughter said they were extremely nice and courteous as well !!!!

Do not waste your money here. They sell bad parts and WILL NOT refund your money when you bring it back. Used car parts are sketchy anyway. Just invest in the brand new part and good piece of mind. These people are not mechanics, they are scammers! You have been warned.

Pros:1. They answer their phone. You wouldnt believe how many salvage yards dont answer the phone.2. He has a computerized inventory system that appears to be kept up to date. I sat their and watched him update his inventory letting customers know upfront whether he had the part or not.3. He was friendly.4. His price was better than the place that makes you pull your own part. Really?Good experience. I will be back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I drove 3 hours to pick up a fuel pump I called about yesterday. Guy asked me to bring old one to match up, make sure right part. I explained to him the part is still on the car. He said was no problem. I confirmed with him the hours of operation, that I would be there first thing in morning and that I’d be driving 3 hours. I got there today and he refused to sell me the part unless I had old part so he could put it on the motor. He was selling the engine to someone and was going to swap out the good fuel pump with my bad one. Obviously very shady people. I’d avoid at all cost. I found same part with Warranty for same price from reputable salvage yard that will deliver to me.

Sold me the wrong transmission for a Volvo XC90 and refuse to make good on it. Their error was discovered 10 days before the 30 day warranty was up. Transmission never installed. Additionally said that they would make it right however, they said even with the receipt in hand they would not stand behind their agreement because it was past the 30 days.Strongly recommend never doing business with these guys. If you were forced to, make sure you have absolutely everything and writing including any agreement and above and beyond the basic 30 day warranty.So I have a used transmission that doesn’t fit my vehicle and lots of excuses.

Today I was sold 2 rotors for my brakes. They looked bad, but I wasnt sure. A guy in the office who takes payments, they look rusty but when u get them on the car they will be good as new. I take them to a mechanic to put them on the car, and he said these are horrible and no good. He says the ones on my car are in better shape. Why in the world would Falcon Auto parts sell me rotors that we not good? I yall need money that bad find another profession that pays. I will be returning the rotors and Im never going back there again.

Bought a part that they claimed worked as it should, it didnt of course. Took it back wanted refund, they said no of course. Say they could exchange it but they couldnt of course. And their refund policy is bull. Gave me a credit. Credit for what?! What he said was not what was stated on my receipt. Guess Ill be calling BBB. Dont play with me, I can read.

I called around looking for a side window for my 240SX. After talking to Tyson on the phone, they confirmed the part was available and told me they would have it removed and waiting for me and would be open until 6 PM. He took my credit card information over the phone, gave me the confirmation number, and when I arrived to pick up the window it was in excellent condition and the receipt was provided along with the part.No complaints, prompt service, and a very reasonable price. (He even offered to discount the installation by 30% if I wanted them to do it, but since the car was already at another shop for body work I declined.) I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts, especially for a mid-90s car like mine.

I had to have my hood replaced due to a minor collision. I found a hood at this salvage yard and after contacting them I arranged a time to come in and they were nothing but helpful. Great staff, easy to work with. One of the guys installed the hood for me and there was another part that was bent in the collision and they helped me get it swapped out the same day at a great price. Ill certainly be back if I need anything!

Called about a part for my Toyota. Really friendly and polite over the phone. They said that they had it but were saving it for someone else. Called me later and told me that the other guy didnt buy it and then quoted me a price. I picked it up the next day and they gave it to me at a much lower price than the original quote since it was an aftermarket part. I will check with these guys first the next time I am looking for a part!

Great folks, bought a alternator transaction was quick, I also bought headlight parts years ago from them for Nissan 300ZX niche car. Try them out they might have parts you looking for.

They sent me a control module that was oozing corrosion from the insides. I would have refused the part but never saw it since the part was dropped off on a Saturday because they couldnt get it to me during the week, even though it was prepaid. They refused a refund. I finally got them to swap it for a shifter assembly that looks like it was removed with a hatchet. I hope this part works. They will get no more business from me. I wouldnt even give 1 star but I cant publish without it.

BEWARE of this place, I bought used engine for my truck the engine looked like they pulled it out of a swamp. They told me it had 115,xxx miles on it, so after some research (carfax) I found out it had over 320,xxx. I was able to get the vin of the car it was removed from. This explains there location in a trashy part of town where scum belongs. They would get no stars if I had a choice, just a bunch of lying crooks dont believe the five star reviews probably employees and family postings.
