Attracted by big sunflower mural, found this store was very like Whole Foods and PCC in northwest. Fresh food to fill up the trip!

A grocery store like no other. I retired from managing stores in Ca.for major grocery chain. I know what it takes to keep a store stocked and ready for business. Congratulations to the manager and his team for doing an outstanding job.

Wonderful market, very nicely laid out, great fresh vegetables and delicious! Friendly staff. They are stocked with everything you will need! Highly recommend. Very relaxing to shop there, not like the large chains atmosphere!

The Nugget as always is an enjoyable trip. The employees are amazing and of course you can find almost anything. Love going there.

I went there to purchase a birthday cake for my sister-in-laws birthday and I was graciously helped by a beautiful young lady who was so polite and so helpful and even though it was extremely crowded a lot of people were buying refreshments for the very hot weekend it did not take very long at all. I picked out a beautifully made cake that I know everyone enjoyed. When I got to the register to pay I must say that the checkout associate was just as sweet and friendly as she could be. I had a lot of chores to do that day and the right choice that I made was to go to nugget for a delicious birthday cake I of course love all of their cheeses and other goodies that they offer the store is always clean everyone is always helpful, I have called the help desk many times before going in to have them check on something for me and they always do it with a great attitude and a helpful smile weather in their voice or on their face. You cant go wrong if you need a great cake or sandwich or delicious cold cuts and they have a great produce section! Nugget is one of my favorite markets if not my favorite. Last but not least if you want to refreshing cup of coffee with a great bagel or Danish you can have that there too.

A great looking store, the floors are epoxied the great paint on the exterior and lots of plasma cut metal art pieces. Great selection and an awesome display!

Love this store prices are high of course for top notch products. The staff is nice and the deli bakery are amazing.

This is my go-to market. Great selection of fresh mushrooms. It is more expensive than other markets for many items but I come here for a selection of items that I cant find at other supermarkets. I will say that the quality of sandwich here is inconsistent (depends who is preparing) but consistently need to wait in line and then wait to pick up (it seems like waiting to pick up doesnt feel fair -- if I come back in 10 minutes I shouldnt have to wait another 10 min with other people also waiting to pick up). If you cant tell the sandwich line is my least favorite part of Nugget. But I love the bakery side and found them to be prompt and pleasant. Also all the cashiers are pretty friendly. My only other small issue is that they close one entryway and it feels really random and there are so many signs up its hard to figure out what to look at to know why or when that entrance is closed. A cashier told me its closed at 8p but Ive definitely been there during the day when that entryway is closed.

Always clean and friendly staff, if youre looking for that hard to find ingredient for that special meal then they more than likely will have it.

This place is the worst nugget ever. Be careful with the food. They like to roll back the expectation dates on the meat and the things the employees do to the food in back is disgusting. This place needs to be shut down before they give everyone COVID

The best local grocery store around. I love the ambience. I know grocery stores aren’t meant for that, but it just feels nice walking in. I like their bakery section. That’s my favorite. Overall very good!

The store is great for shopping if your vegan and want to get food for both you and your carnivore family. The staff is courteous and fast when you get to check out. The coffee spot is a great addition to the shopping experience so you can have a pick me up to get the task completed. The wine selection is sure to make you and any guests you share with satisfied, no matter your level of sophistication.

Lots of great choices for those of us who eat whole food plant-based. High quality fruits and vegetables with many that are organic.

Their sandwiches are so good Freshly made. The bread is very good and freshly baked

Excellent service and great selection of food. Its a little more expensive than other grocery stores but it is a place you can take your time exploring new items.They also support community organizations and neighborhood schools.

Great place to so some shopping, kind of expensive but if youre looking for some more higher end items or hard to find, then nugget usually has it. Staff is very friendly, good selection of items (though you can find some of the common items way cheaper at other supermarkets for example cream cheese) Very nice produce section, great selection of alcohol, cheeses, breads and all around everything. Love coming here.

Oh my goodness the sandwiches here are so good. SO GOOD! such nice people working here too makes for an overall wonderful experience.

I love this place. I could wander around for several hours finding interesting foods to try, have plenty of both healthy and decadent options to choose from, and never be bored. If I could leave you with one bit of advice: get the key lime pie and thank me later. Youre going to pick it up, look at it, put it back, walk away, think about it some more, and maybe even leave without it. And then you will be filled with regret and be left wondering. Always wondering. So just get it.

I always enjoy visiting Nugget Market!! Enjoy the deli, bakery, the great selection of beautiful produce, the coffee shop. I ordered my spicy hot chocolate before shopping & forgot we cant drink while shopping due to mask wearing, picked up my drink on my way out. Always pick up the latest Nugget magazine, great recipes, online as well. Ive made several of the recipes. Btw, need to buy the tomahawk steak!! Great customer service!!

Nugget is a beautiful market. Good selection. Their prices are higher on some items than other supermarkets. Their cheese selection and ready made items are excellent. Bakery and desserts also top quality.. Staff is helpful. Restrooms are clean. They are also very good at checking on mask compliance for shoppers.

Over priced. Rude employees. Never coming back. Would not recommend to friends or family or enemies. Avoid this store.

Many choices of hot food, cold food, salads, pizza slices, sandwiches, specialized deserts, plentiful cheese and bread selections. Good choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner take out. Other locations in Greenhaven and West Sac.

The worker are is friendly and nice. Everything is so clean and beautiful inside the store.

I always get custom cakes made for special occasions and they are always delicious! Everyone asks me where I order my cakes from :)

This was my 1st visit, staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely store with multiple items to offer in every section. The food items along with fresh meats, fish,, vegetables, and bakery are high quality & they had a nice wine selection. A very nice store!

Really disappointed in the produce. Hopefully you can start sourcing locally instead of from another country, especially when we have great produce here!! We live in Galt so it’s not exactly a quick jaunt to and from your store but the seedless watermelon had big black seeds, the organic mango was rotten, organic english cucumber was slimy and smelled and the organic strawberries were moldy on the bottom. The sushi from the deli was yummy and service when we returned the bad products was great though... which is why I’m leaving 3 stars.

Great people, always a greeter at the door ensuring masks are worn. Friendly, hard working people who seem to care much more than Raleys down the street. More expensive for many things, but that shouldnt shock you when you walk in. Otherwise I always like coming in to shop.

I always love coming in here and getting the best produce and seeing all the cool handmade items people are always very quick to see if I need help.

I feel like more people wear their mask correctly in this store than a lot of other grocery stores. Maybe this is because they required them before a lot of the other stores did, and the plague rats went elsewhere, I dont know. Regardless, I feel safer here, plus they have an amazing bakery and lots of hard to find groceries.

I just purchased 2 firecracker sandwiches from the elk Grove store and Im a little disappointed, theres hardly any turkey in the sandwiches, the first n 2nd bite had no turkey. Ive purchased the same sandwich from Sacramento and El DORADO HILLS and never wondered wheres the meat, very disappointed, toasted bread with condiments...and some, oh there it is, turkey..

I really love the produce section, specialty cheeses available and their meat selection. I do enjoy their great service and the stores wonderful atmosphere. I would give them a 5 if they were a bit more affordable.

Dont ever shop at this store. Why? Once you go, the other grocery stores just dont compare. Their food is excellent, for what you would spend on fast food you can just go to Nugget instead and get a sandwich (or pizza, or any number of other items in the deli area), it will taste better and be better for you too. I hate this store because now other grocerie stores seem inadequate when it comes to the quality of products that they sell. The food is so much more fresh and delicious here. The selection of items is also excellent, it has the junk food type of food AND healthy food. Its a tad more expensive than other grocery stores but for me its worth it many times over because of the quality of food that I get. A part of me wants them to expand into other states so I can still shop there when I travel 😆

I visited the store on 12/31/2020 at 7:04 pm the store wasn’t that busy, but the ability to stand in line was a not clear nor was there enough space for more than two families at the line I stood at. The customer behind me yelled at my son and I to stand behind him since the line started behind him. The other lines were also queued really long, with no clear place of where people should stand.I tried opening a discussion between an associate and then her manager to remedy the situation because it’s not right for customers to disrespect others when management is responsible for creating a safe area for people to stand in line.(according to OSHA and COVID protocols.)Not only did the associate (#9892) roll her eyes at me, but she completely ignored me. My son asked her for a bag, and when I walked to speak to the manager about creating space for paying customers to stand in line. The manager gave me an attitude, and said there’s nothing we can do. Then the associate came over and threw the bag at me. She could’ve easily handed it to my son like a human, but chose to throw it in my face as if I didn’t spend my money at this store. This was beyond unprofessional, rude, and both of them displayed disgusting behavior.I’m sure Nugget will use an excuse that it’s COVID and they can’t control how busy it gets, but they can control where to have people stand in line, and they can treat people with courtesy. They can use more floor markings and signs to help guide customers in an efficient way. They can maintain consistent customer service.(This manager was on duty a few weeks back, and I complained about my macarons tasting rancid, and she concurred that the bakery was always a hit and miss. I’m not sure if this is the kind of person Nugget wants to represent their company. There are other ways to handle a customer complaint.)

People at the juice bar are fantastic. Doug the crew always makes my Rubies boost and Green bowl just right. Give them a raise!

Nugget carries has some real quality brands, fresh and appealing produce section, and great array of desserts and pastries. They offer some decent sales but on some items can be very pricey.

Love this place! Can always find specialty items. They have great variety of cheeses and bread, I also love their store made salsa. Their prices are a little pricier than other stores, but they have a unique variety of items.

Everything is expensive but I like shopping there. No long lines, employees seem like they enjoy working there which is why you get great customer service😉

This place has great customer service. Everyone is really friendly. Other businesses should take note. Their vitamin section has a huge variety of supplements. Their produce is very fresh, the baked goods are made in house (the fruit danishes are delicious) and the deli is superb.
