I’ve been to this location twice when my car started acting a little funny. My check engine light came on and I was so worried. The staff here were so helpful. I came in and told Cheviah & T about my car troubles. Then, Cheviah came out and ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and walked me through the steps. She recommended that I have my oil changed and gave me the paper work from the diagnostic stating that I needed a sensor changed. I’m so grateful for this place. Thank you so much Autozone!

Great service! Went to Advanced Auto who stated they couldn’t replace my battery because it had rained earlier in the day… went down the road to this AutoZone!The store manager (Arshon) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Also, doesn’t hurt that he’s pretty cute lolThank you!

Tea helped us... she was pleasant and very helpful by coming out and checking the battery and resolved the issue. She provided no pressure when it came to decision making on what type of battery was needed, but did provide her opinion. Thumbs up on her help and customer service!

I use this place very often. Usually a good experience. I found a little strange that the assistant told me out of stock on a fuel filter for my vehicle, but the store website says otherwise, and just let me me purchase online,for store pickup.

Terrible customer service. The employees seem to be very lazy when I came in to get some help. I left an item that needed further work in the Morning, they said theyd call me within an hour with an update, and of course i didnt hear anything from them 2hrs later. I called 8 times and was left on HOLD by the same guy each time for over 5mins each Hold. All he has to do is check on my part but it seems too much work for that boy. I spend a lot of money at autozone and this specific location was a disappointment (July 15th, 2021 - Morning/Afternoon shift).

Had to go to the Moreland Ave store for a OBD check. Service was quick and accurate. I got my results and was on my way.

I always have a positive experience at this location. I have been visiting for over 5 years and the customer service is excellent.

I was trying to replace an odd bulb on my car. The lady at the counter said she couldnt identify my size using the computer. Rather than helping me solve my problem, she decided to take the next customers in line and let me figure it out myself.The worst autozone experience I have ever had and I will now use Advanced or OReilly.The employee laziness has cost you a lifetime customer.

The cashier smirked because I didn’t know what I was looking for. He offered zero assistance and made me feel unwelcomed...never returning I will be going to elsewhere they are friendly and understand that I know nothing about tools...disappointed!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Parking lot is a wreck (needs resurfaced several pot holes) and is always trashed. They have trash cans, but they are always overflowing. Only thing that keeps them from getting a five-star rating.

Completely unprofessional and beyond bad customer service. I asked DeAngelo for help in locating the appropriate hydraulic lifts for my hood and he just pointed me to the aisle where they were located. I then found that the product booklet was outdated and when he finally decided to look it up on the computer system, he instead started counting the register’s money, which take it, he had to do it twice since he has bad vision and miscounted. Oh, and he cussed every other 5th word coming out of his mouth... I then lost my patience and told him if could stop doing his end of the day errands, since store was 2 hours away from closing and focus on helping a paying customer.

Was greeted immediately. I asked for help with changing my lightbulbs for my license plate. The attendant got the bulbs and changed them for me. All I had to do was pay for them. I was very pleased with the service because I had no clue what to do.

Super helpful they give me the same discount I get through my fathers dealership in Maine all the way down here in GA which is super awesome. plus if your ever in a bind someone can order the part(s) you need online for in store pickup to the closest store to your location. and if the store doesnt have it the will typically send someone to go pick up your part at the closest store rhat has it in inventory. Also there is typically a mechanic hangout outside to help do more intensive repairs like starter, AC compressors, alternators, plugs and wires, etc... or the counter people will know someone up the street or around the corner, just ask...

The grey shirt manager there by the name of Michael (tall, fat black guy with salt and pepper hair) has one of the funkiest attitudes Ive seen in a while. I made a couple trips to this store in an attempt to fix my truck and on both occasions, he was nasty, short, and unfriendly. As I was waiting to process a refund, I witnessed him slam the telephone down in a customers ear.Im probably not gonna return to this location for the reasons above. I received much better service at the Buford Hwy store in Chamblee.

Excellent service installing a battery. My car had to have the headlight and parking light removed in order to access the battery. The work was done with courtesy and a great spirit even though there were numerous difficulties during the installation.

BEST AUTOZONE IN ATLANTA!!!! (Or ever, for that matter!) The store manager Arshaon deserves a raise - he is amazing!!! All of the employees were helpful, friendly, and VERY professional! Arshaon really does an exceptional job at making this store great. Three different employees greeted me, asked how I was doing, and if I needed any help. Arshaon was very knowledgeable and happy to help me with a part for my car window. I even called ahead and their price for the part was over $30 cheaper than their competitor down the street. They also had it in-stock and their competitor didn’t. Car trouble is never fun, so it’s refreshing to come into a place that is warm, welcoming, and ready to help you get back on the road again. Not to mention that they are extremely knowledgeable and very competitively priced. I will continue to come here for all of my future car needs and I recommend them to everyone with any type of car need. You will not be disappointed. Ordered a part on Sat....was told it would be here Saturday night,from forest park store.Walked a few miles to the store on moreland-manager says oh....they forgot to tell us they dont have it.sorry.....After talking with the district manager he called the forest park location that they DID have the part...but it was on a parts truck and they just didnt wanna look for it.that is inexcusable and just bad business.I got my money back and informed the manager I will no longer be doing business with them....why?was simple mistake😀Thats not a simple mistake.bad business and dishonest

Came in and stood for about 10 mins and nobody spoke to me . Its all about customer service and all you have to do is open up your mouth I understand if it was busy but she looked me right in my face and still didnt speak. Never again will I come back to this location .

The manager didnt speak neither one plus. I ask them could yhey assist me or did they have some one who could and they said just no very rudely. I couldnt believe how I was treated then . I ask what going on when no customer service and why Im waiting to get assistance they said nothing. I will not be coming there no more my 600 or more a weekakes a big difference.

..NOT THE PLACE FOR RETURNS...So Im in line (with my return bag in hand) and Im already getting side eyes😒 from the cashiers. They both look up from counting down thier register but say NOTHING. The next customer walks up beside me and I hear How can I help you sir? I started to walk toward the voice, but then noticed he was exclusively talking to the other customer. Once the transaction was over how about this Less Than Honorable Male walks away from the counter! Shortly afterwards..the second cashier says, Youre next..do you have your receipt? Yes, I had my receipt, but no I wasnt able to get my money back cause We already counted our registers down. How easy it would have been to address the issue from the start?

For a second I wanted to honestly sit and wait to see how long it was really going to take someone to assist me after Ive asked for assistant but after sitting for 15 minutes, I decided to move on to another location.

This location is selling bad parts which is causing me to spend more and more money and thats not good on my end as well as your end.
