This was the first dealer I’ve purchased a car from and was highly impressed with the professionalism and speed at which Andre and Robert helped me. It’s a laid back environment with no pressure to purchase, i test drove multiple vehicles from their abundant inventory and was very happy with the experience overall. Note: The vehicle had a small vibration from a warped rotor and they addressed the issue immediately with their shop (the mechanic chris was knowledgeable and didn’t cut any corners) they replaced the rotors within an hour and solved the issue. I had a great experience buying my Toyota Highlander from Robert and Star. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, and overall feel I got a good deal. The battery on the car i was purchasing had died from a light being left on and had some trouble charging, so they put in a new battery for me at no additional charge. I was also out of their establishment within 20 minutes of purchasing the vehicle. Overall would definitely recommend!

Got a car at a decent price. What I didnt like is I asked about some of the line item services and if there was any way to reduce some of them and I was told, Were not going to lose your business over a couple hundred bucks. I thanked him and asked if he could send over an updated quote. I came to sign the paperwork and no reduction was made like discussed. It was frustrating but we had already driven down from SLC and I was going late into work to made the purchase so I didnt want to slow us down or make a stink about it.

I’m very disappointed. Dealership has super nice sales people who are quick to gain your trust. I explained my situation as a single mother of 4 kids, who gets no support from ex, was needing a good reliable vehicle. I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey which drove great, no issues. Dealership told me their mechanic checked it out and if I had any issues within 7 days a buying it I could bring it in. A week and a half later the car started to have a delay in starting. I took it to a mechanic and had them do a complete vehicle inspection. Come to find out I have 2,200 dollars worth of work that needs to be done on the car which includes a new starter. I signed an as is warranty and am basically screwed now. I’m very upset because I trusted this dealership to sell a reliable used car and now I’m stuck in this van which needs lots of work (all of it is needing to be done ASAP and can’t wait). I feel lied to and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We had a pretty good experience buying our vehicle. They were personable. Pressure free sale. I really enjoyed that part for sure! You don’t see that often. The only reason I put a 4 star instead of 5 is that whoever details their vehicles does a poor job. They do the basics so it looks pretty good from a distance. But if you really look at it, their attention to detail needs some major work. We bought it at night. The next day we noticed a lot that wasn’t even touched to clean. Simple things like inside compartments had garbage in it. The back of seats had dirt on them. They didn’t deep vacuum that’s for sure. I get it, they let people drive the vehicles all the time. So they can get a bit dirty in the process. But it was obvious it wasn’t detailed at all. Just a basic clean. Some might not think that’s a big deal. My husband I were bummed about it. We bought a vehicle that we love. It would have been nice if it would have been deep cleaned. Other than that, I would recommend Patriot Motors!

I took my son here to buy his first car a few months ago because I had a good experience with them in the past. However, this time was very different. My son picked out a car in his price range and we asked about its history because it appeared to have a few minor issues cosmetically. We were told it was a trade-in so they didn’t know anything about it. We drove it and it ran good but then I noticed water pouring out of the trunk. I opened the trunk and found a large pool of water and ice in it and other obvious problems. I then crawled underneath and found signs of back-end damage and repair. I told them what I found and asked about a discount for the damage and they said it was priced right. Not sure how they knew to price it when they didn’t know what was wrong with it. I asked to take it a reputable auto body shop which they let me do. The shop said it was obviously involved in two rear-end crashes and hadn’t been professionally repaired either time. They showed me the terrible patch work and repairs left undone and said it would cost a few thousand to repair it to the point of proper safety. I went back and told the salesman what I had found and he was completely indifferent and said it was priced right and would sell as-is. I left very disappointed and feeling like I can’t trust them. I gave two stars because they were nice and not pushy and honest with my direct questions although the whole process felt a little deceptive.

Not sure how this place doesn’t have a higher review. Honestly after much car searching this was a breath of fresh air dealing with patriot motors and their staff. We worked with star, new sales lady with the company, who is absolutely amazing. You will not feel pushed, pressured, or uncomfortable like you would anywhere else trying to buy a car. They have decent prices and pretty wide selection, but their salesman will y’all down to you if you raise any concerns. Instead of addressing your concerns respectfully they had a tendency to disregard what you say and make you feel like they are above you. I called ahead to test drive a minivan, and they had it ready to go when I arrived. The salesperson had even checked it over and mentioned that one of the windshield wipers sounded a little squeaky. The salesperson was helpful, gave me a printout of the Carfax report, and stayed in touch via text. Good customer service and good options to choose from. The website is easy to navigate and makes it easy to search their inventory.

Honestly, this was the oddest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Although the car I bought aesthetically, is great and the price was competitive. The day we went to buy the vehicle it had a dead battery, they did replace it after having to compromise on leaving the illegal tint on the vehicle. And ironically three weeks later I now have a check engine light on..haven’t even made my first payment😅. kinda weird, 7/10 wouldn’t recommend.

We saw one of their vehicles on ksl and went down to test drive it. We had let Andre know previously and he had it parked out front. He gave us the keys to test drive it. When we got back, we talked with him about our situation. He was understanding, encouraging, and not at all pushy. In doing the finances, we talked with James WIlson who was easy to understand and great to talk to. He was quick and wanted to get us out as soon as possible. This was a great place to get a car!

Buyer beware! I was going to buy a Toyota Highlander here and had a mechanic check it out first. The entire bottom of the car was rusted and had been covered up with black tar! The odometer was also turned off. This car looked so nice inside, but it was a ticking time bomb.

Sammy was awesome, he gave us more for our trade then three large dealers were willing to give us, and the service was awesome. Our commander started having an ignition switch problem and jeep was recalling it, however jeep didnt have the new part available and wasnt going to have it for a few months. So Sammy had his shop replace it with a new switch so we didnt have to deal with a broke switch while we were waiting for jeep to come out with the new design. All in all the price was great and the service was better

They were quick to answer any questions that I had over the phone about the the car and were so friendly when I came in for a test drive. I had the car inspected by a third-party mechanic, who reported that the car was in excellent condition. I havent found otherwise in the last two months! I would definitely do business with them again. High-quality people. Just make sure that you check their address because I heard they are going to be moving to a bigger location soon!

I had a great time working with Steve, Joe and Mike in buying my wifes new van. They were helpful in looking for something we wanted that fit in out budget, with all the calls and texts between us most dealers would have been annoyed with me. They are great with children too, my two boys ran a muck but they didnt even act annoyed with them being there. I found this dealership on line and was very impressed with the whole experience. First of all, the car that I bought from them was in great shape and the price was very competitive, and thats why of course I went there. I also was pleasantly surprised to find out that they even have a service facility which is kinda cool cause I only live 15 minutes away. Its a small size dealership though but they do have a great selection of cars and SUVs, I would say like 25 to 30 vehicles. Anyways, the reason why I decided even to write this review is because the day after I bought the car I found that rear passenger window was stuck and it would not go up or down. When I called they simply said bring it back and we will fix it for you. I thought it was awesome that they did that. It was very professional on their part. Thank you guys!

Out of all the places Ive driven cars recently (before buying from Patriot), he was the only one that actually guaranteed his cars to be exactly as described, or hell buy it back from you. I would have exactly zero reservations about referring a friend there. When I need another car, I will be talking to Sammy first.

Pay no attention to Tara Levis erroneous review, the fact is that this Owner did not have the dealership in his care 4 months ago and it was not even this business that created the problem.My wife and I purchased a Toyota Sienna a few weeks ago and it was the best price we have seen (and we search a lot), the cleanest, the most mechanically sound, and overall best experience we have ever had. I can attest that they are not crooks and have been very transparent and honest throughout the whole process. We noticed a squeaking from a belt a a week ago and the Owner offered to replace the belt so that we could feel safe and secure in our new car!!!I almost never write reviews but when it comes to large purchases like a vehicle I think the more you know the better, so I would like to add to the group by saying, Patriot Motors is the best!

I as a Mother am so very grateful for Patriot Motors (Sammy) for taking the time to listen to our story and understand the importance in getting my son back on the road after what could have been a fatal accident. My son was driving a Chevy Volt when he fell asleep at the wheel and hit a barricade head on with his cruise control set at 75. He walked away without a scratch on him. After what I saw what this car was capable of I insisted that we get another and the price had to be right. Patriot was the very first dealership we visited. We loved the car and the professionalism so much that we are telling all of our friends and family members about what a wonderful experience we had. When we drove off the lot with our new Chevy Volt we had a full tank of gas, a full charge and my son made it to work on time.....Thank you so much Sammy for making this experience in car buying the best ever! My wife was sold a car that within a month of buying we had to spend $1500 of repairs. We were told the vehicle was not safe to drive in it’s condition. I am very disappointed that an already overpriced vehicle came was sold with outstanding issues... Don’t buy purchase from this company....

We had our car stolen a week ago and when the police found it later that night it was wrecked. As we both work, we needed to get another vehicle as soon as possible. We went to a few dealerships who were not helpful and had posted fake ads about their inventory. We also met with private sellers and through Autocheck found out the car had been in previous accidents, which they said it had not. We were getting irritated and a bit desperate.However, we kept looking at Sammys posted ads as they were the lowest for the types of vehicles, the mileage, the current condition, and their histories. When we called, Sammy offered to stay late so we could come in after work. He was extremely helpful and did not push any car on us uncomfortably and we found the exact car we had been hoping to buy.The buying process was extremely easy as well. He is working through various credit unions, ours included, and we were able to do everything right with him. He had the safety & emission tests already done, as well as the title transfer sheets all ready to go. We didnt have to go to our bank or the DMV.I would recommend Sammy to anyone because we trust him, his work, and his ethics. Thanks again Sammy!

I had high hopes to this place and worker Josh that we will discuss price try to help and other things the reviews made it seem really good place to go to I guess something is off about the reviews because I didn’t see that he like this is how much it is with ( higher than normal taxes) and sorry find something cheaper even though the car literally did not worth the money that they where bragging of sorry not pleasant experience.

Bought a 07 Lexus gx470 on 03/25/19 from one of the owners in this dealership. Soon as I got it home the transfer case started making noises, we took it to their mechanic at precision auto in Orem. Since precision auto is owned by patriot the mechanics they are biased to patriot. Long story short, the transfer case needs to be replaced. Mike at patriot will not cover anything else. He says their lead mechanic can’t hear anything wrong with it but infact we drove it around 4 times and each time the mechanic said oh let me get under there again to look at something. They know there’s a problem. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer be ware.

I went to several dealerships and look on KSL to find a Honda Odyssy and Sammy gave me the best deal for the money. He is friendly and easy to work with. I had our van checked by two different mechanics and we are very pleased with it. I would recommend buying your next car here.

The only way to post this is to put a star...we were assured that our lexus rx350 had been carefully examined by two independent mechanics. in less than a year, we took it in for service and the dealer showed us how damage had been covered by silicon. holes were patched and chipped gears hidden. we paid over $6,000 to repair all the problems. shame on you!

I bought a Mazda cx7. When we bought it a few months ago we applied for 2.99% APR, the salesman called and told us that we were approved at 2.49% APR. What kind of dealership will get the customer a lower rate? I realize that this doesnt always happen, but we were very impressed. Thanks Patriot Motors.

Worst dealership ever!!!!!!!! the very next day after purchasing a vehicle from this so called dealer my engine light came on i took it to my own mechanic had a diagnostic done found the issue. called and discussed the issue with the salesman i worked with and he would not in any way work with me to fix the issue. i guess this dealership doesnt worry about return customers.so whom ever reads this review do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of frustration and never deal with these guys!!!!!!!

This is a hard review for me to post. Mike and the people at Patriot motors are really kind and have a pressure free sales process. I was attracted to them because of the number of 4Runners they had for sale. To make a long story short, I bought a 2001 4Runner that looked really clean and only had 80,000 miles on the clock. I took it to a mechanic to have him look everything over. Everything checked out except he was concerned about the amount of Rust protectant spray that was on the undercarriage. He and I couldnt imagine that it would be that bad because of how clean the rest of the car was. I went back to the dealership and asked about the spray and if they had any pictures before they completely coated the undercarriage of the car. Mike told me they didnt, but the coating was to protect against any new rust and stop any current rust from spreading. I know 4Runners are prone to rust and since Patriot motors specializes in 4Runners and Honda Odysseys, I wouldnt think they would sell or try and cover up anything that was going to be a huge problem.Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I had a transmission sensor go out. I brought the car to my mechanic to have it worked on. Despite what we originally thought, underneath the rust protectant spray is years of deep rust that has destroyed all of the bolts attached to the control arms, transmission, steering rack, etc. The truck runs great, but the problem I have now is that I paid a premium price (a couple thousand over blue book) for a vehicle that is going to cost thousands to repair over time because Patriot Motors successfully covered up the flaws of the vehicle. I feel lied to and decieved. I feel like the whole experience I had at Patriot motors is exactly how my 4Runner is, beautiful on the outside but impossible to repair deep down.
