We placed an order for a Bronco Sport in March. While waiting patiently for our order to arrive, we were told many times that the price was guaranteed. We went to pick the Bronco up today, and - surprise - they raised the price. The sales manager claimed that the dealer had no control over the final sale price - which is not credible, to say the least. If the sales manager had said, Im not interested in honoring the original price, or the guarantees, because I think that I can make more money selling your car to somebody else, that would at least be credible.
Ken Garff... well, I love the Ford vehicle. I dont love the Sales or Service Departments, though. The sales people are pushy especially the back office as you are finishing your deal--watch out for all the add ons. And the Service Department never calls back. They are great on the day your car is in the shop. If you have to wait for a part........ good luck. You have to call back and remind them time and again.

Pretty unbelievable that Fords Quick Lane oil change service is anything but quick. In fact after 18 minutes on hold on a phone call they couldnt even do an oil change in the same month! A dealership that cant manage to service vehicles they sell doesnt work for me. Will take my oil change and all future vehicle purchases to someone that values its customers and provides the services they advertise.
Walked into service dept to pick up my vehicle. Reps ignored me. I asked the tech who brought my keys in and he said he couldn’t help. Another Rep got off the phone walked pass me I asked for help he said he was busy. Another rep right in front me got off the phone and ignored me. Finally a younger rep walked in and helped me after 10 minutes. They failed to wash my car as promised over the phone. Had to remind them and the Tech did not inflate the tire pressure to standard and failed to reset my tire sensor system. They told me to go on Google and learn how to reset it LOL. I bought my vehicle from Ken Garff Nissan in SLC. I will leave a review on that site so you can see my experience. I only brought my Nissan to Ken Garff Ford because I bought the 3-oil change package that I can only redeem at a Ken Garff dealership. Customer service needs to improve.
The guy who helped me wasn’t the best at responding to my text messages after his first initial text but they were very quick at there work and got me taken care of. I would recommend this dealer.
Had a great experience once again at a Ken Garff dealership.Cesar and Kellen were happy to answer questions late Saturday after hours.Cesar followed up on the vehicle we were interested in Monday morning just like he promised.After a test drive, Cesar made the negotiation process simple. We made a deal in less than 20 minutes and Shelton in finance had the paperwork done and me out the door in about 30 minutes.Car buying doesn’t have to be a hard process. Do your homework, go in with realistic expectations and speak directly about your goals with everyone involved.
The service here is good and efficient. Prices are typical dealer prices. My only beef is that they are apparently not able to wash my truck cause it doesn’t fit in the car wash 🙄. Even if I accept that part, my truck is always dirty when I get it back. Oily marks, finger prints and foot prints. The least they could do is wipe the marks off:(

Great service. There was a mishap in their shop and my tire was going to need to be replaced rather than repaired. Timing was aweful as I was on my way to the airport. But John took care of it and arranged a ride. My truck was fixed and delivered to my home when I got back in town.
I thought I was buying my dream car from this company, I was so excited to get my car and when I talked to the sales rep and service people they told me that they would fix everything and make sure it’s up for emissions and inspections. On our contract they said that they would replace all the tires and when I got my car the tires were not replaced and they were almost about to explode. They also my new buy and app that was in my loan and it cost almost $1,000 and it doesn’t even work. I also got my windshield replaced by them and like 4 weeks later the whole windshield busts because they put the wild shield in wrong. This dealership pretty much smashed my dreams of the car buying experience.

Much more expensive. There is definitely a trade off for expertise. If you trust another shop it will always be much less expensive. Ken Garff Ford does great work but I’ll get an estimate from others first.
Taylor answered all our questions about the service needed for our newly purchased used truck. He went the extra mile to look up part numbers for us.We will be back for all out oil changes because they see things we missed seeing.
The customer service sucks when you initially walk in. No one acknowledges you for a good 2-3 minutes. At least say, Hi welcome, I will be with you in a minute or make eye contact or something. After that the service is good. I like the video they send you when they inspect your vehicle. And the wait time isnt long. I chose this Ford dealership because it is closer to my house. But if the customer service doesnt improve i will make the drive to Bountiful.
I took my van to Ken Garth Ford of American Fork four serious repairs (a new engine amongst other things). I had compared Prices with other local dealerships, and several of the beds were for $3000 more than Ken Garf Ford AF. Not only where the price is reasonable, I was kept aware of any problems they found while replacing the motor, and provided with options on how to proceed when unforeseen problems were found. The car was over 20 years old and they made it run like new at a very fair price. Jared Robison was great to work with. I live in Salt Lake City, but I will always drive my Ford to American Fork for repairs. Better prices and better customer service than you could ever find in Salt Lake city.

They need to work on and do a better job of communication with customers. Truck was supposed to be done Friday and had to order part out of state which was fine but on Monday took several called to get a hold of anyone that new if truck was going to be done Monday one person told me it was not going to be done then 1/2 hour later said it would be done. But having to call them 5 times to figure that out is not acceptable.
Needed my DEF topped off. 3 other dealers I stopped at on my 6000 mile trip gladly helped me and topped off my reservoir. After waiting 15 minutes Infront of 4 service Techs ..one finally told me that they dont do that here and sent me to the parts department. Wont do business here againIm from out of state traveling through.

I have taken my 7.3L 99 F250 to Ken Garff Ford in American Fork to have them take care of my truck. They have always been extremely honest with the issues that need to be addressed and listen to their customers. They could’ve easily charged me more for things I could’ve sworn was wrong with my truck, but have always called to let me know what is/was actually wrong with it. My truck was done by the time my appointment was at (I dropped my truck off early) and was completely free since the honored their parts and labor warranty. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for whatever you need. Try your best to get Taylor as your service advisor!

I use them 110% of the time when it comes to getting my truck serviced. When you go into the service department ask for John Goodman, this guy has been awesome. Whenever I’ve walked in he’s explained everything that is needed on my truck and made me feel like I wasn’t being taken advantage of. This guy does a great job and I would not hesitate to point anyone in his direction when it comes to servicing their vehicle.

My husband found the pre-owned car online then talked with a couple of great reps there that got us into our dream car at an incredible price.5/5 communication5/5 feeling empowered to negotiate the right price3/5 surprise add-ons, but were dropped after talking with them about it5/5 ease of purchaseThe financing department there works with larger banks and credit unions already and can negotiate lower interest rates because they bring so many sales to the banks. So highly suggest working with their team on that! I love that the car was detailed while we were finalizing the sale, filled the gas tank and they dropped off the car to my house.I worked with Kris, Cesar, and Debbie and they were all wonderful people. No issues with the service at hand.I went in for their Advantage Care.Oil change, tire rotation, car wash.It’s my 2nd of the 3. Service was good, only took a few hours and car looks good. I love the video inspection they do sharing what looks good and the recommendations they have for other things.The only reason this is 4 star is because when chatting with the service rep I asked him if they could top up the coolant for me. He said yes.They didn’t. Now I get it, that’s not in the service package that I paid for. I get it, that’s fluids that’s I’m not purchasing. I get it, they’re busy and perhaps the word didn’t get passed along, or the technician forgot.But I worked with exotic cars in vegas, reviews like this pushed us and excelled us to want us to be the best. Not angry, not mad. Just not a 5 star customer today. I’ll top it off myself :)God Bless!
My recent service experience was excellent! Was able to schedule an appointment on short notice, they completed the repair on time, my vehicle was clean when I picked it up and so far seems to be fixed and running great. My service advisor, Savannah was extremely helpful, courteous and professional and kept me well informed throughout the process and notified me as soon as it was completed, she got me in and out quickly, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable as well. Overall I was quite impressed with their efforts and service.

I scheduled an oil change/ tire rotation and some additional service for Saturday at 9:45am. I was told upon arrival that the mechanics capable of diagnosing and fixing the mechanical and electrical issues were not present on the weekends and I would have to make an additional appointment. Had I known this I wouldn’t have scheduled service on the weekend since this dealership is an hour out of my way. The scheduled oil change and tire rotation took 3 1/2 hours for them to perform. I was frustrated which the service advisor noted. Taylor charged no fee for this service which was a very nice gesture. However I need several repairs done and I’m afraid that if an oil change takes three hours, other repairs could leave me without a vehicle for days. I am considering alternative Ford dealers.There was another customer who came in for a scheduled oil change while I was waiting. He was told 2 hours wait time since there were so many ahead of him. He was also very disappointed that things are not being scheduled properly.
I was very pleased with the work that was done on my f-350 I have a habit of checking and double checking my truck as this truck I’m hoping will last through my retirement I believe that you are truly a five star dealership great job thanks again ken
We had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership and their service department. We brought our Ford truck over from Toyota Brent Brown where we originally bought it from to be serviced for a SAFETY RECALL that I found myself and after being told it the part that was needed before the safety recall would be addressed was out 3 weeks and being lied to about a rejected warranty claim they never called about and the truck sitting in their service bay for over 2 MONTHS, we finally pulled the truck and took it to Larry H Miller who ran the VIN# very first thing, saw the safety recall, was able to get the part in under a week. They fixed and COVERED the entire thing under warranty and the dealership for the recall. Ken Garff had given us two different quotes, one came to almost $9,000. The communication and actual customer service when we would finally did get ahold of them was bad, and I tell all of my friends and family to not go here!!

I have purchased 3 cars at American Fork Ken Garff Ford. If you want good salesman ask for Kris Talbot or Marty (Marty, I forgot your last name -sorry). They spent literally hours helping us look for a great used car. We decided on a new car after speaking with Debbie Olsen in financing. Kris found us an amazing deal. I realize these are just Sales People. We honestly felt like everyone had our best interest at heart. They listened, showed concern and we felt great. The level of service we recieved was out of this world. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone.
Tried to return a part that I didnt end up needing (box had never been opened. They wouldnt return it or give any kind of refund. So Im left with a $350 part that I have no use for. Would not recommend buying parts from a Ken Garff dealer.

Called three different times on three different days and was stuck in an endless hold loop getting transferred from department to department. Sometimes I was holding for over 15 minutes. I just needed to schedule a repair on my 2021 Super Duty. I finally got a hold of someone who was very nice and helpful. I needed to trade my truck for a rental car while they worked on my truck. I was told that the rental department would call me back and schedule the appointment. They never did and that was over a week ago…
Easy to schedule and very friendly. I didn’t like that I had to wait 12 days for the soonest appointment. Also, I thought if they are going to wash my car, they would vacuum the inside too.
For all the we hear you ads I see on the freeway, Ken Garff didnt seem to hear me once I purchased a new truck.I bought a brand new 2021 truck from them, took it home just to realize the actual front door handle didnt work on the passenger side. I had to walk around to let my wife out. I wasnt upset, this can happen, BUT you would assume that having just bought it they would be anxious to fix their quality control mistake immediately. Nope. When I went back the next morning, I was sent to service department and had make a service claim and schedule an appointment for a week later. I explained that I just bought the truck, and they needed to fix it for me. They didnt. Said they were too busy. In other words, their we heard you campaign is just a campaign, not real. They dont seem to actually care about the customers experience once they have the customers money.
Went in for an oil change. It took them 3 hours to do when it should be a 30 minute job, plus they put in too much oil and I had to take out almost a full quart.

Horrendous. Scheduled two separate days around them and they didn’t show up either time. Would give ZERO stars if that was a possibility. Unorganized, clueless employees, would NOT recommend getting any vehicle serviced here. Scheduled ahead of time for a pickup at my home, Ford didn’t show up — finally gave up waiting and called 2 HOURS after scheduled “appointment” and they had no idea what was going on — apologetic customer service employee rescheduled and said that she would “personally oversee this process” and that she “promised that they’d show up for the reschedule” — the next week, her “personally rescheduled appt” didn’t show up — called customer service and talked to Darlene, again they had NO idea what was going on. I don’t know who “Ray Paddock” is, but he needs to become more organized or find a new position.

Great service and John was fantastic keeping me informed on the progress of my car. I had my vehicle in for its oil change service. I used the drop off service the night before. John contacted me through the text service. It’s a great way to stay in touch. I received a video of the mechanic explaining the progress of my car as it was on the rack. He explained the areas of my car and the condition things were in. I really like this point of view. Overall, my vehicle was in great shape. I will need new front brakes down the road but not at this time. I was also informed my driver side cv boot had some moisture. John explained that was normal. It was not leaking. Was normal for it to be that way. No repair needed. They checked the air pressure in my spare tire. Overall, great place to service my vehicle. Was informed of things about my car but nothing needing attention at this time. I trust John and this dealership.
My first time coming and it was a good experience. The video walkthrough set to me was a nice touch but not being detailed enough to see the actual problems that existed by just showing the general area it really wasnt necessary in some cases but in others it was a good visual to show the physical problem and the extent of it.I feel trusting you with my vehicle to take care of work that needed to be done, I felt comfortable it was done and done right.I was treated courteously and respectfully and answered all my questions and addressed all my needs.The best rating I can give is, Ill be back......D

Positives: Ken Garff quickly diagnosed the issue with my truck and finished the repair faster than they said it would take.Negatives: as I waited for my truck to be pulled around after completion, it took them 20+ minutes. When I asked what was taking so long, they said it was because my truck was being washed. When my truck did pull up, it hadn’t been washed. And then, the next day they called and said a tool had been left in my truck, so I had to return to the dealership; additionally they hadn’t put a panel back on my tailgate, so they had to rectify that.Overall, they got the job done. They swung and missed on the details. I don’t exactly trust anyone else for the job, so will return, but wish there was a bit better customer focus.
Staff was courteous when I called to schedule the service. Check-in was pretty quick (yes they were a little busy, but took only a few minutes). They were able to perform the warranty service within the promised time. THANKS!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. My F-150 with only 70,000 miles has a valve problem. I have babied the truck from day 1. I would never expect major engine problems with this few miles. It’s just outside of warranty so Ford won’t do anything about it. They want over $7k to fix it. The forums are full of people with the same issue but Ford won’t acknowledge it. I will never own a Ford vehicle again.
Sloppy, honesty is very much in question.I asked them to check my two left tires for a price of metal. They said they did and didnt find anything. They also said they rotated my tires. Well, the reason I asked them to check for a piece of metal was because I knew it was in the front left but thought there may be more in the left rear. Fast forward a couple days. I am in Jackson WY filling up and check my tires. There’s the metal, in the front left tire. So either they are completely incompetent or lied. I have pics from the tire store in WY.

My salesman was great that’s the only reason they get 2 stars, but I cannot believe how bad service has been! Also they are way to busy to give any the time of day or worry about the quality or customer service. Not to mention the time that they got a gum substance all over my trucks brand new interior. Or failed to align the tires they installed causing them to wear wrong.
Bill at kengarff accessories was able to get me in for a lift kit on very short notice and still provide a better price on installation!! Kengarff has always treated my family well when other dealerships wouldnt. I highly recommend AF kengarff.
In order to schedule an oil change you have to call three weeks in advance and even with a scheduled appointment it took 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change also included in the package is a car wash and the last three times I have gone my car is just as dirty as before even though I had paid for a car wash. The actual service is good, the process is excruciating.

Buying an Explorer from Ken Garff Ford was a MUCH better experience than the previous two F150s we bought from LHM.I’m familiar with the vast majority of sales tricks used by many dealerships. LHM is “old school” and tries all of them. Ken Garff did not. I told them what I was looking for. I told them what Ford promotions I already knew about. They told me what they could do and gave me straight information without all of the “back and forth” with the “finance manager.” My next purchase will be at Ken Garff. Never going back to LHM.Also, just had my first experience today getting service on the Explorer at Ken Garff. They paid for an Uber ride home after dropping off the car. So far so good. No bad experiences. Highly recommend.
Their costumer service takes forever to answer any phones during normal business hours. They also never texted me or called me to tell me my truck was done. I had to call them.
I own two Ford vehicles and had them both in for service this past week. Both had pre-set appointments and the first time, I waited over 30 minutes for a service advisor to check me in and drop off my car. The second time was better and I only waited 5-10 minutes.I love the video text of the tires and brake inspection along with comments from the service tech about my car. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience is subpar compared to other dealerships and oil change facilities I have been to.
Went to another car place first an was feeling really discouraged about getting a car.. ended up going to Ken Graff an was met by car-salesmen, Saul who helped me in getting my first car. He showed me cars that were in my price range an took the time to actually see what I could afford before showing me cars that were not in my price range. It was really fast an it went so smoothly. Unfortunately, not the greatest experience. The technicians were awesome though and got the repairs done and I’m so thankful for them. They’re the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The service associates however weren’t very nice. Jared helped me the most, but I found he never made full eye contact with me and seemed too busy to actually help me. John was rude. He laughed and smirked at me when I asked if I could get an Uber ride home (a service they provide) while my car was being worked on. He also made it seem like he had no time to talk to me and that I was inconvenient, and in general, made me feel very small in the very little interaction I had with him. Honestly, I couldn’t say if it was just a rough day for them or they couldn’t care less about me because I’m a woman. Definitely do not look forward to ever going back if I have to. I really hope I never have to.
Im never happy to have to go to a dealership for service. In this case, it was a recall - actually two of them. I was well taken care of and they got me in and out with little pain and not a lot of waiting around. I had my laptop with me so I was able to be productive. My laptop didnt like their WiFi, but thats more my laptops fault than theirs.
Christopher communicated very well on the status of my truck as it was being fixed. They provided me with an Uber to where I needed to go and were timely in the repair. These guys ate great!

I recently visited the service center twice to have items still under warranty worked on and John was excellent to work with. His phone calls, text messages and even a video about the repairs were much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership and their service center.

I bought a used 2018 F150 from another location and it had some transmission problems. I was able to get it in and have it diagnosed. The technician was able to replicate the problem and they scheduled the overhaul. I took it in and they were quick to make the repairs. The issue was covered by warranty and they had Good communication.
Did a great job plus took care of all the recall items which I wasn’t expecting. John was my service rep. When I came to pick up my F350 I noticed they didn’t replace my broken antenna with the shorter version I thought they were going to install. There was a slight mixup, but John promptly took it upon himself to change it out himself, which only took him a few minutes, and he didn’t even charge me for the new antenna. I offered to pay for it but he told me it was on them. I would definitely go back to them for additional service in the future.

The only reason we came to get service at Ken Garff is because they gave us 3 free car washes, oil changes, and tire rotations when we bought the car - which was very nice of them, don’t get me wrong. However, the reason we got these free services was because our car buying experience a few months ago had been pretty dramatic and complicated, so we were off to a not-so-good start. I had to work, so my husband took my 1 year old to cash in one of our free services so we could make sure our car was ready to go for our vacation. We made an appointment, and it still took 1 and a half hours to get the oil changed, tires rotated, and car washed. We’ll probably just go to Jiffy Lube instead next time.

Made an appointment for a oil service. They got me in and out quickly.
I had brought my F150 in for Standard service. And during the service they found a couple of issues with the vehicle that needed to be taken care of. I found a crack manifold and a leak in the turbo. So I left the vehicle for about three days because it was a weekend involved. After receiving the vehicle back I noticed that it was running a little bit rough. So I called and they got me in there immediately and because of the cracked manifold needed caused he number six cylinder to have some kind of carbon buildup and a spark plug build up so they took care of that got it right back to me and the truck he’s running great. All the people at the Ford dealership took care of me and I had no issues.
I appreciated the service but when I got in my car to go home there was black greasy footprint on the driver’s side carpet. I cleaned it when I came home but I’d appreciate it if they would protect the carpet more. There was paper down on the rubber mat but nothing by the carpet.
The recall work went smoothly, but there was a problem with my extended warranty so some other work couldnt be completed. I wasnt notified about the problem until it was too late in the day to pick up my vehicle before the service department closed. I was able to pick it up the next morning, but it was inconvenient. I would have given them 5 stars if they would simply have called me sooner.
I always had a very good experience with this location. I called in a day before to schedule my car for Preventive Maintenance Service unfortunately they were fully booked until next week. However, i was advised to bring in the car today, leave it for release the following day. They even have an Uber free ride that took me back to my place. To my surprise John from the Service Department called in saying my car is already done and ready for pick-up. Theyve again arranged for my free Uber ride from my place back to get my car.Awesome experience as always!
After a simple misunderstanding in my appointment scheduling, I was escalated to a manager who solved my problem immediately. I was grateful for the solution with no questions asked; Karen was patient and polite.I will definitely be a returning customer and referral for the business.
The service department took care of us. They were prompt and efficient. Would definitely use them again.
Very quick and easy. Sent me a video inspection while the truck was still in the bay which I thought was pretty cool.
