Friendly service staff. They got my keys cut quickly, and made sure they worked before sending me on my way.
I realize Suzuki isnt that well and known here in Utah anymore.. and no one cares all that much EXCEPT SUZUKI OWNERS. I recently purchased a suzuki project bike and am in need of a few parts that dont have a generic/universal equivalent (to my knowledge). So I called to enquire as to how I might obtain these items. Not only do they not have parts, information on ANY suzuki motorcycle, service and/or work on suzukis. Neither could they give me a number, website, listing, corporate/distributor contact information. Not even any thing about local businesses that might have parts even though there is a shop less than 1.5 miles away (Duff Shelley Mower and Cycle) that was able to help me even though the locally owned business specializes in kawasaki. Long story short, its a Suzuki dealership that doesnt have knowledge on Suzuki. Glad I didnt buy a car from them to have something go wrong with it, if you are in this situation you could probably get better information from a fast food restaurant about how to resolve your issue. The receptionist was nice, the 2 stars are for her, and her alone
