Worst dealership I have dealt with in along time. tons of run around about the vehicle we purchased salesman was disrespectful and lie to your face to make a sale and the finance department doesnt do there job and comes back days after and hits you with more fees after you sign for it and expect us to pay more money I will never shop there again and I will not refer them to anyone

We went here to look at a truck and Zane walked up to us to see if we needed help finding a vehicle he ended up getting us in a 2018 GMC Terrain he was a great guy to work with and he gave us a great deal and meant are needs. We were looking for a Yukon Denali for a few months now. We found one online at National and have to say, we had one of the quickest purchase experiences I have ever had buying a new car. The people are 10/10, but the building is more like 3/10. Its falling apart and needs to be renovated. There is a feeling that the dealership is going into Chapter 11 and they arent sure if they will even be in business from one day to the next. The used truck store down the road looks better. The owner needs to make that place match the quality of the people that work there. Or hire a bunch of old carnies so the style theme is consistent.
They will lie lie lie do not trust them!!! I backed out of a deal when it was revealed the car clearly was tampered with and mike claimed he will handle it and cancel transaction but kept trying to get funding behind my back and the owner miles is a joke he will bully and threaten you once you sign even with NO bank on contract! Miles will slam the phone on your face! True colors come out after!!! I don’t have the car and am dealing with all the stress inflicted on me financially and emotionally. They deserve 0 stars

We did not feel pressured into closing a deal, but understood that deal being offered was not necessary going to be the same if we waited for another day. We were able to get all of our concerns taken care of and almost everything we wanted, with only minor concessions on our part. WONT HOLD UP ON THEIR SIDE OF A DEAL!!!When purchasing a used truck from these guys we agreed that they would take care of a few misc things such as paint touch up and a detail I even have it in writing!, after coming back to pick it up after they told me it was ready they didn’t do anything on the list. I have been trying to get a hold of somebody and when I do I get the same run around of “I’ll call you back” it never happens. I have contacted the motor vehicle enforcement division and the division of consumer protection and we will see what happens..After a lot of grief the office manager was able to get the ball rolling on getting these items taken care of. However the agreed upon work was done very poorly. the paint touch up literally looks like white out globbed on when rock chips and dings were supposed to be repaired and painted. and not even 600 miles after “replacing” my front driveline (which they didn’t they just did ujoints) it fell out when towing my fifth wheel WHAT A JOKE this dealer is no wonder they can’t get bbb accredited

If I could leave them zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst!! We put a deposit down on a truck they said would be there the next day. After waiting a couple of days and the truck never arrived, they then told us the truck wouldnt be there for 3 more weeks!!! When we put down the deposit they assured us the truck would be there for our trip which was in just a couple of days. After realizing they had lied, we asked them to please refund our money as we would need to purchase another truck in order to make our trip. They REFUSED!!!!! This is the most dishonest, disgusting place we have ever worked with. If you like dishonest and horrible people to work with, then this is the place.

I bought a used truck that was just traded in. Good truck but needed to be check and a few things addressed. The sales rep said they would then they avoided me and the issues. Even the cleaning of the truck. A lot of lip service and no real service. Tried the GM but his VM was full and can’t even leave a message. Buyer beware!
Great team to work with. Everyone was happy and full of energy. Had a small issue with the truck and they were happy to help me with the problem. Turns out not yelling at people helps ALOT!!! Chris in service was super responsive and Mike the sales manager answered all my questions. As a veteran its nice to know that the company employees them and puts them in management roles. Curt the GM even took time to come out and thank us for our business. I will be sending the plenty of business from other veterans like myself.
Totally unsatisfied and frustrated. Do not recommend Spencer. If youre going to get ignored, or lied to repeatedly, get a better price somewhere else. Power closed on the last day of the month. Promised a spare tire and jack which was not delivered. Texts went unanswered or new dates of delivery promised only to be yet again ignored and sent to Service department who said it couldnt be done and then got testy that mechanics were gone.

I bought a truck from them. I know it was purchased as-is. So its not thier problem. The truck didnt make it 4 miles down the road. Now its in the shop needing $10,000 worth of work. All they were willing to do was to sell me a $40k truck to replace it.

I bought a 2020 3500 HD Sierra AT4 here yesterday. Its a killer truck. They did the build really well with great components. I am very happy with it. I worked mostly with Ben in sales, Justin a manager, met the owner, and Josh the manager that wrote it up. They were all great and thats saying a lot since I am a difficult paranoid knowledgeable and detailed customer. They were patient with me and did not pressure me at anytime. They told me to walk away from it at any time if I wasnt completely comfortable. They walked through the details of the numbers, and addressed my concerns on the truck. They were fair with my trade-in. I dont buy new trucks very often (this one I drove 12 years) but if I do I would come back here. On the financing they delivered a better deal than my best case expectation. I had a minor cosmetic issue after the sale and they took care of it.

Do not go here. They are terrible. They sell trucks that have alot of existing problems that cost a few thousand dollars extra to fix. When I bought the truck and told them lights were out and a few other problems they said they would fix it and when I got home they never fixed anything.. More major problems on exhaust and major oil leak.. When you go back to let them know they wont do any thing about it. These big companies are terrible. More worried about making money than the customer. Stay Away.

Purchased a used car from them, 2016 Subaru with 57k miles. I used to think of them as a reputable dealership until the vehicle I purchased. This car had so many problems that were never disclosed, they didnt share a carfax with me either. Less than one week after purchase the car had to get over 6k dollars worth of work done to it to keep it driving down the road safely and running properly. The place I got it worked on gave me a carfax. 5 accidents total from mild to moderate structural damage included. Multiple minor problems one could not find until having the vehicle long enough to rip it apart and inspect for ones self. They said theyd get me another key fob since it only came with one, nope, just lies saying they cant get ahold of the guy who supposedly has it. If you want an honest dealership that sells good cars Id look elsewhere, never know what they might be hiding to make themselves some money. Very disappointed and will only keep sharing my experiance with others as where to not go to buy a vehicle.

Came and had a trade in. They sent me home with no temp tags, and then also sent me home with the wrong documentation to get plates and registration for it. I called, and was told “we gave you temp tags” when they did not. I wouldn’t have had to try so hard to get the right documentation if they had. Ben was the guy who helped us and the fact they just crossed signatures and sent us on our way is ridiculous. Even asking for the information. Took them a month to get me actual license plates. And I just barely got my title after purchasing the vehicle a month ago because they had to get a lien off of it from the bank, from the previous owner which took them extra time. They’re not helpful, they don’t answer questions you need answered, and they’re extremely disorganized. I don’t recommend this place.

My truck had some issues that needed to be fixed and National Held up their end of the deal and fixed the truck up right .National Buick GMC has some areas where they could improve on as most companies do . And I would suggest a better Point inspection and test drive on their trucks before being sold and especially after being worked on .Spencer P. was my salesman there and he works very hard to meet your needs .I’d definitely ask for him if you go in .Mike and his team will take care of you .

THIS PLACE ONLY LIES TO YOU😡All they care about is taking your money, James was our sales person and all he did was make false claims about the truck only for me to find out the hard way that none of it was true later on. Just a few examples: he said the gas mileage was higher than it actually was, he said he had done a complete fluid flush on everything when he didn’t, there was a problem with the steering and he said that they built them like that for an added safety feature and turns out it wasn’t like that at all, it was actually something broken that costs $800 to fix.
Awesome dealership. Talon Befus is the guy to see, he takes care of anyone and makes sure you are taken care of. The managers are awesome as well! I will continue to buy from national.

Communication lacks. No one returns phone calls or texts. It took two weeks after purchase to complete finance paperwork, not the end of the world. And after purchase, they waited 45 days to mention emissions weren’t complete on the vehicle; delaying registration. This was mentioned after I had to track someone down. Now I have to drive 1.5hr back for them to finish their job, costing me time and money. I have never dealt with a worse dealership in all my life when it comes to the basics of communications.
I will never buy from national ever again. We worked with drew and for the most part he was good to work with other then him taking/making calls to other customers while we were still at his desk which to me is horrible customer service (he should have asked us to take a seat to wait somewhere else for financing if he had other calls to make), they told us once financing was funded they would have our check ready for our one trade in, once everything was funded we went to get our check well excuses after excuses came up till finally my husband got heated with them and finally got our check, then over 20 days later they still haven’t paid off our other trade in that had a loan on it. Then we had something in our one trade in that needed help to be removed it took forever and then even after we told them to just mail it to us they still wanted us to come in to get it. It’s just been one thing after another. It’s a never ending problem.

We bought a new vehicle from there around Memorial Day. Preston was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed working with him. We caught a mistake on the financing paperwork and the financing manager was apologetic and quick to get it fixed. I would have given a 5 star rating except that our vehicle only came with one key and we attempted several times to get the 2nd key and it seemed there wasnt much attention paid to us concerning it after we purchased. We ended up having to order and get programmed a 2nd key from the BMW dealer in Murray, which cost several hundred dollars that could have been avoided. Overall, it was a good experience and we love our vehicle.

I am shocked and appalled at the service I received today by Spencer Prestwich, the apparent “inventory specialist.” I am a previous customer of National Buick GMC and currently have a vehicle listed online that has a Kelley Blue Book value of around 45k. Spencer reached out to me and told me he was interested in purchasing my vehicle and was going to put some numbers together. After not replying to any messages for the remainder of the day, I called Spencer on my way home from work where he proceeded to offer me 14k for my vehicle, a solid 30k below the KBB value. When I pressed him on this and asked how on earth 14 could possibly be the offer, he told me to F off and hung up the phone. To make matters worse, I then called into the dealership to speak to the acting manager (the actual manager had gone home for the day) and his response to my complaint was, “Well what do you want me to do about it?” This is my first Google review, but it seemed necessary as I have never been treated so poorly, especially as a previous customer. This dealership will not be worth your time, take your business elsewhere.

CAUTION CONTENT MAY SAVE YOU A HUGE HASSLE. It was a very sad transaction, I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer and was told one thing and obtained another. The constant rebuttal I received was unprofessional and down right scammy. I have deferred many friends and family from buying or doing any sort of business with this specific location. And ask those to be aware of this specific AmericanFork location before purchase or even viewing the lot.
I dad been on the market to upgrade my Suburban for about 8 months. I hate loans, so I wanted something I could just pay outright for. As the market is tight for larger SUVs. it was hard to find one with my specifications and in my budget. When a Yukon popped up, I called on it right away, but it was already sold. However, Preston was pheromonal and was able to get me into a year newer model than what I had initially called on. Not only was he able to get me a fantastic deal, he was on prompt in his responses and was extremely helpful. An added bonus, since we bought from out of state, another process Preston made go smoothly, one of his drivers was able to meet me 1/2 way with my new vehicle. I appreciated the attentiveness and customer service and I will be returning and recommending them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My husband went in to trade in my jeep. Our salesperson was David M. He was awesome. I test drove another jeep that was newer than mine. We told him what we could afford and he made it happen. We were in and out in less than 2 hours!! That was amazing to me since the last place we had bought from was almost 5 hours. He was very knowledgeable with what they had in stock and about which cars would work best for us and what would be in our budget. What a great experience we had with him. I threw them a curve ball because the issue I had was problematic to fix. The car needed to stay at the dealership for a day or two so they got me a ride home. The issue took a couple of phone calls to GM to figure out but they stayed with it and were able to complete the repair. They also stayed in good communication with us while our car was at the dealership.

Went in to trade in a crv for a Acadia. Shortly realized that it wouldnt work for our family as it was too small. No big deal, my bad. Preston evaluated my crv and was going to offer a decent price, 6000 less than nada value for a car with only 15,000 miles. Whatever no big deal. The MAIN issue is the pressure Preston was trying to put on me to buy a car I told him wouldnt work for me, because it would be less next year if I tried to trade it in. Over and over trying to persuade me to get something that wouldnt work even though I had pointed this out 2 times. I ask for my keys and license back, and he brings out the big guns trying to talk me into buying a Yukon even though I explicitly said I couldnt afford one. I think overall the dealership is probably good, but very unhappy with my experience with this salesman.
