There was even a problem with the lock on the back latch that I discovered about 2 weeks after I bought it, I thought I would need to go get something replaced, and asked Shahbaz about it, and he was willing to look at it, and fixed it.

The car was AMAZING! Very impressed with the quality. We tested 2010 accord. Smooth ride.The only reason I gave a 3 star review is because The costumer service is awful.. waited a half an hour to see a car because he was at a hair cut, told us to come back Friday.. we came, and they made us wait another 15 min because we “didn’t have an appointment” when they told us to come back. They felt like a helicopter mom the whole time we looked at the car, wouldn’t let us see it for ourselves and then drove in the car with us. Refusing to let us check it out fully. Don’t recommend buying if you prefer freedom.We did end up purchasing

This was my first time buying a car and Shabaz at Highland Motors made it so easy! He keeps his prices fair and he honestly wants his customers to be happy. (I bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy with a little hail damage that’s running great) I had a few small issues with my car after he had already sold it to me *as is*, and he was still happy to take the car into Subaru to get everything figured out for me, and on top of that he even paid half of the transmission service that I would have had to pay for myself in about a month if he didn’t offer it. I will definitely be going back in the future and I would HIGHLY recommend highland motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I bought a 2013 Honda Accord that had weather damage due to a hail storm. So I already knew the body wasnt going to be in very good shape but the miles were very low and cosmetics arent a big deal for me. This dealership is a one man operation so you have to make appointment to see inventory, which is very limited. He is super friendly and very honest. He found a small problem with the vehicle and was able to get it working but it was too expensive to replace. He could have lied and said he replaced it I would not have been the wiser, instead he lowered the price of the vehicle. I would buy from this dealership again. You will most likely have to arrange your own financing as well. That can sometimes be a headache.

My family Bought a toyota rav 4 three years ago and it runs REALLY good. It was the BEST place we have ever bought a car. Great clean quality cars there for great prices. Shahbaz is an amazing sales man and very VERY FRIENDLY. THANK YOU SHAHBAZ

I called and set up an appointment, which he requires. He showed up 15 mins late to the appointment and didnt even remember that I had set up an appointment with him. My conversations on the phone didnt match with the the actual condition of the car. He said over the phone that the only thing wrong with the car was the hail damage. We went on a test drive and stopped at a gas station to inspect. The car had warning lights on the dash, a huge side dent in the door that was not caused by hail, all the lights were cracked, I checked the oil and it was 4x over the full mark. I asked him what was going on with the oil and he grabbed the dip out of my hand, shut the hood, and said he wouldnt sell the car to me. He threw a fit in front of my 2 year old son and wife and scared them. He demanded I get in the car and drive back or he would leave us there at the gas station. I absolutely couldnt believe this guy, it was a joke from the start. I wouldnt get within with in 100 miles of this guy or his cars, scam, unprofessional, bad tempered.

This is a small dealer who took the time to call me up today to discuss some of my concerns I had when I previously looked at a Kia on his lot, he was very friendly and polite. While I maintain my opinion that the vehicle I looked at was not in the best condition and should have been described more accurately by Highland Motors I would give them a second chance for future auto purchase. I originally called him to discuss the Kia that he was selling which had suffered hail damage, he was polite on the phone. When I inspected the vehicle I noticed more damage, nothing huge but things that shouldve been in the ksl listing. If your looking for a bargain on a car due to hail damage or other likely cosmetic damage this might be the right choice. Regardless of where you buy used car I would highly suggest you always have them inspected by a certified mechanic before purchase to confirm they are 👍.
