At first, I was worried about it being a smaller dealer, but they provide quality cars at excellent prices. I was worried they might be a less reputable car dealer or sell lemons. The appearance of the building and the neat lot inspired confidence. There are a variety of single owner used vehicles and they provide the CARFAX report for free on their website. I test drove the car and walked out with it in less than 20 minutes total. It was so easy, hassle free, and no pressure. I highly recommend Dealer World as a place to buy a used car.

We had an amazing experience working with Dealer World! We’d been shopping around quite a bit and working with a big Toyota Dealership before we found Dealer World. We were about to buy a 2020 Sienna that had ALMOST everything we were looking for in it from the Toyota dealership, but we were not thrilled with how we were treated by the salesmen there. We live out of state, and because of COVID-19 we were shopping online/over the phone, which initially made us feel limited with our options and shopping experience. When buying cars, most of the time we have vowed never to return to the dealership because of the way they put pressure on you to spend more money or buy something right that minute. This time we were buying a car for one of our kids who recently graduated college and is starting their first job. I dont think we were at the dealership more than half an hour including the test drive and we were done and out of there with a car that we are confident will be reliable for a long time. They also took care of financing, setting us up with a credit union at a great interest rate.

First, Steves prices are always on the lower end of the Utah market. This is what brought me to him in the first place. Second, Steve is owner, operator, sales manager, and salesman. This means none of that ridiculous let me talk to my sales manager you find at other places. Steve has skin in the game which means he is straight with you about what he can and cannot do on price (but he will wiggle a bit if you ask). Third, Steve is amazing at helping you find great deals on extras like tint, rims, tires, and other fun stuff. He helped me deck out my truck and I was thrilled with the prices he helped me find. Lastly, the vehicles Steve sells are very clean with low miles. We have purchased two Honda Odysseys from him (He immediately found us a new one after our first was totaled out in an accident) and a Ford F150. I really enjoyed my experience here. They gave me good trade in value and got me into a car that I love. There was no pressure at all for my to buy the car. The only reason I docked 1 star was because I left with a basically empty tank of gas. Other dealerships would fill up the tank upon purchase, so that is what I was used to. Buying from Dealer World was the quickest and most painless car-buying experience Ive ever had. Steve was great to work with. He was very friendly, accommodating, and honest. He really bent over backward to make us happy. In fact, I went in today to pick up my license plates and I mentioned a small issue I was having with one of the tires on my new car, and within minutes, he had four new tires ordered.
