I took my car to City Body because I was referred by a family member, the body work performed was good and I have no complaints with that part. My issue lies with no being FULLY informed about what they will pay for on the rental so PLEASE BEWARE to anyone not having rental coverage on your Insurance policy. City Body failed to inform me that they would only cover 5 days max. City body had my car for 12 days and today I was informed by Hertz that I am being charged over $200 for the extra days. I contacted City Body to verify this new information and today the 5 day rental max is conveyed. I proceeded to explained that I was not informed of this when I dropped my vehicle off but Roxanne insisted that I was. As a first time customer, I explained that if my negligence was in not completely reading entire document before signing was mine I have no problem covering the days but that was not the case because I did not sign a rental agreement. I then asked to speak with the owner because I was getting no resolve. Walter pick up the call and before I could even finish explaining, he immediately agrees with Roxanne and validates the 5 days and then proceeds to tell me I was informed because he was at the counter when it was explained to me. Wow... this was not true!One thing is certain, if given the opportunity to have all the information upfront I could have made other arrangements for my transportation instead of not shelling out $200+ at Christmas time for a rental! I guess these days it is better to sacrifice business than to have 100% satisfaction from ALL their customers.

City body replaced my bumper and did an excellent job. They got the parts incredibly quick and got the work done in one day. I would have been happy with that but they also fully cleaned my truck inside and out. This is the third time Ive used city body and the third time Ive been blown away by their service.

Have had 2 different vehicles repaired here and the body and paint work is so good you cant tell it was repaired. Would give them A++ rating.

I had always heard good things about city body. In the past i have used themand was very pleased. This time i was disappointed i was told that they could match my color with no problem. When my car was picked up it was not the correct color and you could see it. I was really surprised that they didnt look over there work before giving me my car. Or they looked at it and didnt think it would be noticed. Would i use them again most likely.

My windshield was broken while in for a body repair and the owner said it was a stone chip that had spread. I have insurance pictures a day before I brought it in and there was no crack. The strike point looks like it got hit by an object larger than a stone. They would not replace the broken window.Very shady

I went to City Body after receiving poor service at another auto body shop. The previous shop was very short with me and didnt have the time to give me a full assessment of the damage to my car, just said my car was really old and that the insurance company would go ahead and total it. Was very upsetting.City Body took the time to explain to me what was actually wrong with the car and why it was more likely that the insurance company would total the car out. The car was eventually totaled. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me.

I took my vehicle in for a full front end replacement. When I got it back, I was astounded by the sheer beauty of the work done and the timely manner it was completed in.Not only did they replace my front end to make it look brand new, they detailed my entire car. The exterior was washed, waxed and then buffed to a brilliant shine. The interior was vacuumed and detailed to a superb finish.On top of all that, they even aired all four of my tires to the proper level -- without me asking or hinting to the fact it needed to be done.I highly recommend City Body to anyone that wants excellent customer service and a professional repair job performed. I will be taking my vehicle to them for all of my mechanical needs from now on.Keep up the great work, City Body!

City Body did an excellent job on my car. It was hit while parked and needed a new back bumper. City worked with a frustrating and uncooperative insurance company (not mine--the persons who hit my car) that did not pay them very well. City offered service with a smile, got a new (used) bumper, painted it very nicely, installed it, and detailed my car to boot. They shouldve been paid a few hundred more dollars for the job, so I decided to write this ad to at least give them some kudos. Ive had work done by them twice before in the last 15 years and have been happy each time.

We had work done on both my front bumper and my AC condenser after a run in with a porcupine on I-75. Walter and the other front office staff were beyond helpful with getting my claim settled as well as getting my car fixed quickly (less than their quoted time); they all went above and beyond to make sure that this process was painless. Furthermore my car looks even better than it did before the accident. I would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I have had to have a car repaired. They do a great job coordinating with the insurance company and the car rental company and make the disruptive experience smooth. The quality of the work is great!

I used City Body as a recommendation from a friend. I was hit by someone and their insurance company took the fault. I was told my car would be completed in 5 days and they would cover the cost of the rental. I got the run around for days, in which, they kept extending the time my car would be done. They blamed it on my insurance company, when actually, the parts they were ordering to fix my car were bad and had to be reordered. My insurance company had already written them a check. It is now day 17 and I can finally pick my car up after it costing me over $400 in rental fees. They gave no apology or any empathy for the time it took or the extra money I had to pay out of pocket. I will not use this company again. I have been in customer service for over 10 years and they definitely get 1 star from me.

Just got my Dodge Durango back after having some rust damage repaired. This place gave me the best quote for the job. Had to get an anti freeze leak fixed on wifes car did a great job. Very professional and they seem to care about their business. The job only took one day and the price was reasonable. Would go their again. However they dont look at your car for free its a 90 dollar deductible to get it looked at that will be applied to the service after they diagnose it.

I took my car there twice and both times the front door got replaced. The paint looks beautiful, but I they did a horrible job putting the car back together. The first time, the interior panel got scratched up and the window rattled. The second time, the panel was loose and so was the side view mirror.I am taking apart the door myself and found that 3 retaining clips are missing and the plastic moisture barrier is completely destroyed.3 starts for the really nice paint job and timely delivery - no complaints there.

I have had numerious jobs done here; body work and mechanical. I have never have had to return any vehicle for the same problem ever. their work is excellent and honest. they have saved me money in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Excellent work just doesnt say enough about City Body. They take the hassle out of the claim process. Treat you like a VIP from the moment you walk in the door. They said my car would take three to four days and even though we had to change the order (additional work had to be done) they still got it back to me in the four day estimated time. This was my wifes car and they cleaned it up so good on the inside and outside that she could not believe it was still her car. She said it didnt look that good when we picked it up from the showroom 3 years ago. I will definately go back there and my wife and I will recommend to our family, friends and co-workers. Got stuck in a hail storm that dented up my hood on a Jeep Wrangler. Took it to City Body and they did an excellent job repairing it using the paint-less dent removal method. The washed and even armor-all the tires! All this was done ahead of schedule! They did an excellent job and I would definitely go there again!

My dad called to schedule an appointment for an all wheel alignment on my car a few days prior to taking it in. He was told that for a small car like mine it would cost $69 and proceeded to make an appointment after double checking with the person he spoke to. When I arrived a few days later for my appointment I was told that a 4 wheel alignment would be $90, and that there was a $30 inspection fee ontop of that, if they deemed anything wrong with my car that I did not want to have repaired there. The lady on the phone that he spoke to, which i am not aware if they were the same individual, never made it aware of the hidden inspection fees prior to the appointment. Roxane, the lady who assisted me the day of was very condescending and short with me as I had many questions since the prices changed from the phone inquiry to the day of. Needless to say after spending the time going to the appointment and being disappointed with this experience I chose to take my business someplace else.

City Body is the only body shop we use and have been taking our cars there for well over 20 years! They do a great job....no need to look any further!

I wanted to take my vehicle here after seeing the good reviews but when I called to see if I could stop buy or if I needed an appointment for an estimate and the lady who I spoke with was pretty rude. So I went somewhere else.
