What a wonderful experience. My husband and I went to family Mitsubishi with no expectations. We re greeted by Jasper McLeod who was super nice, polite, patient and informative. All of the staff we worked with were incredibly. They didnt pressure us into anything, they were always happy to run numbers and scenarios with different options. They even helped us deal with cancelling our old GAP insurances :DSuper recommend them.

I recently had about 1k worth of services done and Matthew Purdy made the difference for me compared to all my other visits to this dealership now as Family Mitsubishi and before when it was Steven Mitsubishi. Previously, I contemplated getting rid of my wifes Mitsubishi because the service was not up to par, but now I think Ill keep it for the long haul. SUV drives better than it ever has and your can tell they took the time to make sure everything was correct. Once they get the car or drop off service setup itll be above the standard of all other dealerships in Wichita.

I purchased a Chevy pick up from them a few months ago. So it was time to get my first oil change done on it. I was able to call In and schedule a time that was convenient for myself. When I showed up they were ready for me and check me in promptly. I was there for probably less than 35 minutes and they had me back on the road. Fast and convenient place to do your service work.

I found a vehicle online. Considering the current market they were priced very competitively. In fact on cars.com they were rated as a great deal. So I made an appointment went in and drove the vehicle. The vehicle is exactly as stated on line. So I purchased the vehicle, they were also able to get me a very competitive interest rate. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Family Mitsubishi.

The sale department is nice and great to me

I came in to purchase a unicorn they had for sale in their trade in lot. My wait time was longer than expected due to unforseen events. However, the staff apologized several times and offered refreshments several times. The staff I worked with were nothing short of amazing! Trish is very customer focused, and persistent to finding me the best possible interest rate. Sam rode with me on the test drive, very knowledgeable and full of information. I also had the pleasure to work with Katie. Katie is very well rehearsed in policy and procedure. She is also very prompt to deliver requested pictures, information and return messages. I highly recommend Family Mitsubishi for your next vehicle!

My experience with Family Mitsubishi was a comfortable Experience. I didnt feel any pressure. I appreciate that when browsing the lot I wasnt met in from the moment I drove in.I had been checking out the car I bought for a couple of weeks. I knew what I wanted from the moment I began talking to my saleswoman.Trish....is a wonderful sales woman....she answered all my questions.

I have had numerous negative experiences at Family Mitsubishi - and would regularly take my vehicle to Kansas City for service because of their knowledge and customer service. It is not convenient at all. I really needed an oil change and tire rotation, so after 2 years decided to try Family Mitsubishi again. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was expecting me and they knew what I needed done (unlike my previous visits). They apologized for being so empty as they are getting ready to move locations. They got started on my car right away, and kept me updated throughout the process (unlike my previous visits). They informed me of future possible issues with my car (maintenance) and told me what to look out for. I will be giving Family Mitsubishi another try.

Dealership personnel did not go over warranty information with any depth at all. When asked if it had Android Auto nobody knew if it did or if it was capable. I still have not found out if it is capable. I really wanted that option. If I would have known it was going to be so difficult I may have waived the time and went to chevy for the Spark. I also went there for 2021 and they did have any. Online they stated they had many. the website states the Mirage has Android Auto and so far i do not have it. Very dissappointed in the process.

Service department is always friendly, offers great service, and the customer lounge has a good variety of drinks for while you wait.

The salesman was great!! Jared and Katie was awesome. Don’t know how they was able to get me into my new car, with how my credit score being as low as it was. But they did it!!! Love this place would recommend them to anybody. Go by there and ask for Jared or Katie. They will get you in a car regardless of your credit. And I can Vouch for that!

Very straight forward and honest with things wrong with any of their used cars. Almost got a car that needed AC fixed and had abs light on. Ended up with a hidden gem that Derek showed me even though was slightly above the range I gave him- was definately worth it! Answered all my questions, very friendly and helpful. Getting rid of my old car and buting my new one with them was very easy and I didnt feel obligated at any point. This is the third vehicle Ive purchased done I started driving. And the first time I didnt have anybody else with me but I am more confident with this purchase than with my previous two at other dealers. Jared and Derek were great! Highly recommend.

Flash Back about 9.5 years and my family had just had our first baby girl. We had recently gone from two incomes to one and during a VERY hot summer week our air conditioner went out. We didnt have the ability to pay for it and my husband and I and our new baby had been spending a few days in the basement of our home which was slightly cooler than upstairs which was registering in the 90-degree range. We hadnt revealed it to anyone, but my husband into Tony. Tony asked my husband about our new baby girl and how we were doing and he opened up to him about the situation we were in. Tony didnt hesitate. He hopped on the phone and called an HVAC friend of his and asked for our address and told the repairman to go fix it and hed take care of everything. Everyone we worked with (Colby, Jared, and Dusty) was great and it felt like they were genuine. We never felt pressured into buying something out of our price range and they let us put a hold on a vehicle to think it through before signed paperwork. We have had bad experiences with dealers in the past but this was by far the most pleasant and least stressful.

This place put my faith back in dealerships. They are so different from other places around town. I have bought other cars before and they really didnt go above and beyond like these guys. They really try their hardest to find you the lowest APR and really give you a great deal. Jared and Ramon were ones i dealt with and were very knowledgeable. They also cut out middle man of the financial department that tries to sell you more stuff that you dont need.
