Austin could not have been nicer or more professional! Really appreciated the video from Conner, was easy to see what needed to be done. Good communication about timeline and progress. When a new problem cropped up just after we left, Austin got us right back in to check it out. Booking service process on line very easy. Dealership clean and comfortable. The four instead of 5 is because of a couple communication issues only. I think people would appreciate a heads up that you need to go to the BMW aside to do the paper work. I needed a new key and communicated that on line and with a call the week before. We live 3 hours north and wanted to be sure there were no issues. However, when we got there we discovered the key would be ordered and sent to us, but we would have to bring the Cooper back to Wichita to have it programmed 😔.Nothing would have changed, but would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time. I understand you needed a copy of the registration, but could that not have been scanned and sent or faxed ?

Christian wrote up my work order on my 2013 Mini (just bought it) and was able to address most of my issues at write up. He did have to talk to a technician about one question and was able to get me an answer. Thanks Christian!I was fortunate enough to talk to Connor, the technician, while the Mini was under his supervision. He pointed out some issues I needed to address, what would be the cause and what the solution would be. Based on what he told me, I was able to look up an answer and video on-line that addressed one issue and I was able to solve the issue myself without having to add that to my next service visit. Doing that saved me hundreds in parts and labor. Im not saying all issues can be solved this way, but a little time and effort will save money and you will better understand your vehicle. I will always ask for Connor to service my Mini. Also a shout out to Alec who took a couple of minutes to talk about my Mini. Great service from the techs!

I went to Walser Lexus In Wichita looking for a new LC500. Was told none were available because of Covid. I was dealing with Lance Garrison, he asked if he could call me if a used one came in, of course I said yes...a little over a week later he got one in. I came the day after that to test drive it and I fell I. Love with it. One hitch, I couldnt take delivery until I got back from Las Vegas. No problem. When I got back I went to settle up and loved the detailed job. Most beautiful car I have ever owned. I took it to Albuquerque N.M. was pleasantly surprised on the gas mileage. A high performance engine that got excellent gas mileage, unbelievable!!! I will be back! Thank you Lance Garrison for your integrity and professionalism.

Im driving an Audi Q7 - 2017 and have been totally pleased with the service and communication I received Morgan, Bac and Caleb I love the service tech walking my vehicle and recording a video. This was the very 1st time I actually seen under the hood of my Q7. But I like how he walked the my vehicle and explained what he was looking at the the readings he was receiving. Very pleased. I live West of Town and Audi is on the Far East side of town so for me the loaner vehicle has always been helpful.

We were cheerfully greeted by Dan McMahon. Dan was very pleasant and after we told him which car we were interested in, it was immediately brought around for a test drive. We decided to buy the car. I always have friendly service at Walser BMW with Austin and Christian. I usually work with Austin, he is always helpful and accommodating when Im indecisive. This last time I needed wiper blades, new tires, and an oil change. They were able to get me the blades immediately and I was able to get scheduled for tires within 48hrs.Another note, I appreciate the communication that Walser offers. I received both text and email updates with each action...appt schedule reminders, Video diagnostic, and service update. This is all very helpful when Im busy at work. I can review and reply all via text without having to make added calls. Very handy. Kudos to the Walser team.

We experienced tire troubles while on a road trip to a family wedding. Unfortunately our tire needed replacing and was not in stock within 100 miles. Morgan and the Wichita Audi service department was very helpful and patient with us as they took the car in for the weekend, helped us get a rental lined up, and kept us updated on the repair so that we would have a working car to pick up on our return home. While we hope to never have another roadside emergency, we are pleased with the service we received in Wichita and would wholly recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Morgan and the rest of the service team. Thanks also to Joe Guiddry, our McKinney Audi salesperson, who helped us locate the nearest dealership with service department and provided us sales information on our roadside coverage that we did not have with us.

Having to take your car in for service can be very trying but I have always had a positive experience at Walser BMW. I have worked with both Austin and Christian; this last time with Christian. They have been excellent. The service area appears to be very clean and it is nice to be able to watch from the waiting area as your car is serviced. The video this time was a nice feature too.

I was very happy with this place until about 6 months after I bought my used Infiniti, I’ve already had to replace brakes, new tires and now a new air compressor. I understand that I bought a used vehicle but isn’t there some sort of thing that y’all are supposed disclose of all of these problems before someone buys?? I was told the brakes were squeaky because the car hadn’t been drove in awhile, I also asked about the tires but that question was totally by passed. And now my air compressor, they had to have known about these issues and still sold me this car. I bought it late January and it’s now June. Don’t buy used cars from them.

I have had good experience at BMW of Wichita. Check-in desk guy was great. They did the work I asked for with a great loaner car provided. I appreciate the video review of car condition and potential maintenance items. My critique is that the cost of certain maintenance items seem excessive ... which I assume is a BMW/dealership issue. Example: I had a wheel bearing replaced at a reputable local shop for 40% of BMW dealers quote.

I bought a new BMW from Jesus in November of 2020 and the process was flawless. I brought my 2013 BMW in to be serviced a few months later and they encountered some unforeseen issues that required them to keep my car for awhile. Christian at the desk and Tim Beach in maintenance were great to work with. Tim took the time repeatedly to discuss the issues with me and gave me a very honest assessment which I appreciated. This is the only dealership I trust with both of my vehicles. I highly recommend!

Christian was my service rep for my annual oil change and overall inspection for my 2019 BMW 540i. His service and communicate was great and so nice to visit with, made the experience personal. I really liked the vehicle service video that showed the technician, Adam servicing the car. This was informative and showed me that things were okay. Since I had to wait in the waiting area for the car, Christian said he would get it right in and I was there less than an hour. Excellent service! I like the fact that I have a designated service rep that I can call and ask questions and he is familiar with my car. Highly recommend the service and Christian as your service rep!

Took my Audi Q7 in for its first yearly maintenance and a recall. The entire staff was wonderful and everything was very clean-it made the whole process very quick and painless. They send a full video outlining everything that was completed and explaining new status vs current (ex- new tire tread vs current) for you to review. They even washed my car so it was sparkling when I went back to get it! We would highly recommend Walker Audi.

I have used Walser Lexus service for years. The service coordinators have always provided kid-glove service, clear and honest communication, and always accurate repairs. Their service is a bit pricey compared to others, but you get what you pay for. My veichle always comes back squeaky clean too. Because of the service the provide, I will never drive any other brand of vehicle.

He took the time to go thru the inventory and find a car I really liked. Allowed me to drive the car home to show my wife and by the time I returned the paperwork was done. I had a fantastic experience with Quan Nguyen and Audi of Wichita sales team! I looked nationwide as for a very specific RS5 model and found it at Audi of Wichita. I immediately reached out and received a response within the same day. Unfortunately, that car was already reserved and I was disappointed to say the least.However, Quan contacted me a week later stating he had located another vehicle in Connecticut that matched the exact specs of the model I had interest in a week earlier. I immediately jumped on reserving the car which was already on its way to Wichita.The negotiations were very quick as they gave me a great deal and the whole process was painless. In fact it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! As soon as the car arrived it was prepped and ready within a few days. I flew out and was treated very well by the Sales Manager Adam who ran through the features of the vehicle. Within the hour I was on the road back home to Denver.I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for new Audi.

Sales and Service contacts have gone better than expected. One for periodic service and one for a service campaign to resolve a fuel sender issue,I had a bad experience with a new RAV4 tire warranty and wanted to avoid the same with our new RX350s tire warranty. I can find where i bought the warranty but there is no information on how to file a claim. Easy only if you bring the car to your home dealer. We travel a lot and it is unlikely a flat or broken wheel will be in Wichita.For us a third party warranty with a clear claims process, member identification and definition of who can resolve a claim on the road would fit our needs better.

I worked with Christian in the service department to perform a recall on my 2004 MINI. He was personable and professional, setting me up with a very nice loaner car while the service folks worked on my car. There were some delays in service related to parts, and ultimately my cars issue was not fixed. But I was also not charged for the parts or labor I received, which, to me, shows integrity.

I got there at my appointment time at 8:15, Wednesday, December 3, 2020. The young service representative was friendly and helpful. I had the oil changed, lube and multi-point inspection on my Lexus RX350. In a little over an hour, it rolled out vacuumed and washed as well. I was very pleased!

We did have an issue with back cargo door being intermittent so we brought our Certified car back. Loved everything about our visit to Walser Audi. Came in to order something for another vehicle but spotted our dream car and left with a new to us used Audi A7. Zero pressure. Did not have to fight our way through a gauntlet of car salesman to walk through the front door. Was given plenty of time to view the car and able to test drive without the pressure of a salesman along for the ride. Their sales staff felt more like a customer service staff. They were there to answer questions, help explain features and guide us through the purchase process. Didn’t spend a lot of money but we were treated as if we bought the most expensive car on the lot. Quan did a great assisting us.

Morgan is amazing at Audi of Wichita Service Department. I take my Audi A7 there for all my needs. She’s super knowledgeable, professional, and will ensure the job is done right every time. The technicians are well trained and very thorough. Although they can be a little more pricy versus other independent shops, you can be assured that the service will be done to standard. Morgan will also ensure you have a loaner car to use and will work with most extended warranties. If you have an Audi give her a call and save yourself some headache and get the job done right the first time.

I took my Audi in on the one day that was available for the next 3 weeks. A diagnostic was performed and a part was needed that needed to be sent from a Third Party Extended Warranty that I paid $6000. I was initially told the part would be in on Thursday, the part didnt arrive, I was then told the part would be in on Friday....no part. When I texted my displeasure to Morgan, Caleb Bunn the service manager wrote back. Calebs response I understand your frustration, however we cannot control the actions of the warranty that is sending us your part. All we can try to do is try to repair your vehicle as quickly as possible. I cannot help that there is a repair needed with less than 30,000 miles on your vehicle. Please understand we are trying to be accommodating to you are upset with the warranty company, perhaps you should speak to them and not send angry messages to Morgan . (I had a funeral to attend out of town on Saturday, so I was upset not having my car back).Caleb went on to explain We deal with a warranty company as a courtesy to our guest. There are many dealerships who will flat out not deal with them for any kind of extended warranty. We have considered this as well, but have decided we will continue to as to help our guests as much as we can. Though people tend to be upset with us, rather than the warranty company when THINGS DONT GO THEIR WAY. Caleb goes on to say my car could have been fixed much sooner if I had not worked with a warranty company.I was definitely not happy with the service. Morgan at the desk was kind, but Caleb only made excuses because I chose to buy an extended warranty offered through AUDI! I would highly, highly suggest Audi discontinue offering an extended warranty OR when customers are upset dont blame the customer for using a warranty. I was still charged $100 deductible, not told to me when I bought the warranty, and for labor which totaled $345. I was not offered a loaner but my car was delivered to me on Monday after it was fixed at 307pm.I had an Audi when I lived in North Carolina and the service was impeccable and customer centered. At Walser Audi I feel as though I am fit in when possible and should be grateful for whenever my vehicle is done. I would suggest do not get an extended warranty as there is no guarantee your vehicle will be back when expected and if you arent happy about it, dont blame anyone but yourself.

My wife and I returned to Walser 3 years after an exceptional experience purchasing a Q5; so much so when we wanted to upgrade to a Q8 there was only one place we were going to go. Quan was our salesman that replied to our inquiry. I gave him one star because we did purchase a car from him, but the experience was altogether lacking. He employed tactics that I had experienced from other dealers such as double talk and flat out lying to my wife and I. For example, he told my wife that we did not need a temporary tag as we were taking the tag from our Q5 and that was sufficient. I had to ask 3 times and insist that it was illegal to retag a car in such a fashion and made him remove our old tag that he had already placed on the Q8 and place the temporary. He did not know basic qualities about how the lane assist worked when asked during the test drive. He also did not help connect the car to our phone and do the required dealer set up for the infotainment system before we left. The experience was so disappointing the I am not sure if I will take my business back to Walser Audi.

My husband and I purchased our new Audi from Walser and we were very impressed by the service they provided to us. We were out-of-state buyers (from Texas) and they had the exact Q7 we were looking for. Derek Belford took the time to do a Zoom call to show me the car to make sure it was what we wanted. I was also impressed at how knowledgeable he and his team were about getting the car properly registered here, getting it transported, etc. They know their stuff when it comes to working with out-of-state buyers!And to top it off, he arranged for transporting the vehicle to us and the guy who dropped it off kept in constant contact with us, was professional and friendly, and took great care of our new vehicle during transport. If we ever have friends looking for a new luxury vehicle, I wont hesitate to recommend that they see if Walser has what they are looking for.

After a nightmare experience with Carvana, I turned to Walser (Acura) of Wichita to purchase a 2019 Honda Insight. A process that took Carvana 35 days+ and hours on the phone was handled by Walser in 5 days (including weekends). I worked with Brandon and he made the entire process so simple despite the fact that I wasnt local, had great communication start to finish, and even put in the effort to get my car delivered to me much earlier than estimated. After being without a vehicle for over a month, I am so grateful for the collective efforts of the dealership to make this an ideal situation. Took my Lexus GS350 in for service, and I must say-hands down, the best auto service center in Wichita. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and who I allow to do maintenance on it, and I find that Walser’s service center takes that into consideration. From the cleanliness of their shop, their employees entering and exiting their customers vehicles FREE OF DIRT AND GREESE, to their great customer service and feedback. I love my Lexus, and wouldn’t take my vehicle to anyone else if I didn’t have to. Thank you for superior service.

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura in November. I scheduled an oil change on line, very easy to do, when I went to pick it up that had not only done the oil change but in addition, all the required maintenance that needed to be preformed for the number of miles the car had and it was all prepaid by Acura.

Took my 2014 Audi Q5 3.0 TDI to Walser Audi in Wichita, Kansas this week. They diagnosed and replaced the NOX sensor which was covered under the Audi/VW dieselgate extended warranty. The multi-point walk around inspection video they sent me which was done by the actual technician was pretty darn cool. Morgan was my excellent service writer, who kept me well informed of the progress of the repair. She was quick to respond to a few questions I had during the course of the repair through texts which was convenient for me. Great job!
