Purchasing my new car at Audi Wichita has been my single best car buying experience. It can be difficult working with a dealership that is 150 miles away, but not with them. Everything was open and honest from the very beginning until the end. To be honest I should not actually say the dealership because I only had a single point of contact, Tori Slayton! She completely handled everything. From my initial phone call to handing me the keys. Tori was nothing short of amazing! Everything, and mean ever detail, was exactly as she said it would be. The entire deal we agreed upon, purchase price, trade-in value and interest rate where exactly to the penny of what we had agreed to on the phone. I simply could not recommend Tori, and Audi Wichita, any stronger. On a scale of 1-10 Tori gets an 11!

The only redeeming quality about the service department is Morgan...I work in sales and customer service and she would fit in at my company in a heartbeat. I can honestly say that I have never been told by any provider to take my service elsewhere until Caleb had what I call a power trip. I drive a 2013 Audi Q7 TDI that had a few separate issues that the dealership said they would cover, this is after they had my Q7 for almost 3 months working on a warranty claim that I know dealerships make $ off the OEM. I told Caleb that when you tell a customer that they will fix the issue on their dime and end up quoting a massive bill for the repair it comes down to greed.I hesitated to submit this review and feel that nothing will be done at the dealership level but in almost 20 years of sales I have never been told to take my business somewhere else. Heck, they wont even let me purchase parts from them for issues they chose not to fix.

Friendly staff but not wanting to work with us and we had a mechanic check vehicle and he steered us away from vehicle we were looking at...had issues they obviously knew about because they refused to have a warranty on it or gap insurance...I dont like run around I dont like dishonesty and its exactly what it felt like. I recently inquired about getting the Audi Q3 on the website. Derek set up an appointment for me to come check out the car and I appreciated that he sent me a video previewing the car and introducing himself. I couldnt come in during the week so I made an appointment to come on a Saturday. Adam also sent me a video introducing himself to make sure that I had a couple of people to contact if Derek did become busy during the day. When I got to Audi, Derek had the car ready for me to test drive. He was also very clear about pricing and knowledgable. Later in the day Derek got busy so we also worked with Quan. The team went above and beyond for me because we had other issues with our plates. Overall, I enjoyed my car buying experience though I do wish things couldve moved quicker. However, I understand that Saturdays are busy for them.

This was my first experience of buying a car from out of state and Bac and Derek (sales executive and point of contact) made the process seamless and hasslefree.Here is the reason I am giving them 5 stars:- Extremely professional way of dealing with everything - Right from the first interaction (via email) where Derek quoted me a price to the post delivery discussions, everything was very well handled. Dereks first email had a price of the car in it and he stuck to that price as they are a no-haggling dearlership- Timely responses and excellent service - Given COVID and that I was in a different state, everything we did was online and via telephone. But Dereks attitude and response levels were so great that I did not feel anything lacking in the service. He got on Zoom calls with me to explain every aspect of the training. Post delivery of the car, Derek also did a walk through of the car via video conferencing.- Seamless experience even though it was all remote - I bought the car without looking at it or driving it. But the team made sure I got a detailed video of the car. I went back and asked for more pictures and another video and they did not hesitate. Bac also walked me through the whole process of buying remote and what would be the next steps. This made very comfortable working with them and I knew exactly what to expect when

Derek was very helpful and respectful. I made an out of state purchase, and he picked me up at the airport and helped make the paperwork go as quickly as he could (it still took at least an hour). The negotiating process was non-existent! I received the final lowest price available when we first spoke--it was a great experience.

Very lengthy feedback ahead!Ive had my 2011 Audi A4 for about 2 years now. I purchased my vehicle in Audi Henderson, where I had a thorough inspection on the vehicle to make sure there wasnt any serious issues/damages. Fast forward to my 1yr mark and my 2nd oil change from Audi Wichita, I start to get low oil notifications. I brought it up to them and all they said was add a quart of oil, your type of car has that common problem. I was obviously confused, but not too worried about it. A couple months after, my engine starts to do some weird rattling when pressing on the gas pedal and engine light and EPC light turn on. I panicked called Audi Wichita and they tell me to leave my car parked there, get it towed to them and they would get to it whenever they could since they were booked a month out. I didnt like that especially since I had previously mentioned the oil problem. I turned my car off and then on and my car was perfectly fine so I didnt take it to Audi Servicing after all (I still took it to make sure I got it checked out). Three months ago I had my oil change done at Audi Wichita and they said my car looked fine, no issues detected except and small oil leak, despite how many times I brought up the engine light and EPC light they still said it was perfectly fine. Today, my vehicle is in the shop (NOT Audi Wichita) with serious damages costing me $2,200 USD because they refused to properly inspect my vehicle. 0/10 do not recommend.

Brought my 2016 Q5 in for my first service Friday afternoon. Morgan was courteous and helpful right away and made me feel at ease. She clearly explained what they were going to do to the vehicle and would let me know if they needed any permission to perform other tasks. Waiting was pleasant in the lower lounge. More than one staff member checked on me to ask if I needed anything. I only wish someone had asked me if I wanted cheesecake. I am not sure how that works and if we have to buy it or if it’s complimentary. Lol. Car was washed, dried, and vacuumed at pick up. Total time was about 45 minutes I believe. Love this dealership and everyone there. Super friendly and helpful.

He had the car shipped to me for an extremely reasonable price. Car left Wichita on Saturday morning and was at my house by Sunday (4pm) in perfect condition. Going to any of the Walser dealerships in wichita is always great. The upfront pricing allows a better relationship with your salesman by getting rid of the price bartering. One thing I really enjoyed about the process to get our S7 was that we didnt have to speak to anybody but Quann throughout the whole buying process. He answered all our questions and more and if he was ever unsure about something he didnt make something up, hed go ask to be sure about it. Ive not met many dealership salesman that are humble enough for that. We will definitely be going back whenever we are in the market for a new Audi!

When we arrived, Quan was busy with another customer. So, Lucus stepped in to help us. He was great to deal with. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything by either Quan or Lucus. I was interested in considering leasing which I had not ever done before. Lucus took time to walk us through advantages and disadvantages of leasing compared to purchasing. The approval process took a little time due to some issues with their computer system. We waited upstairs which is the nicest waiting area of any dealership Ive ever visited. They checked up on us regularly, and also kept us up to date. I really liked the no haggle pricing. Negotiating a car sales price has to be my least favorite thing in the world to do. I didnt have to worry about that. After everything was finalized, Quan went over all the features of the car and set up my phone so it interacted with the car. All in all, it was my best car buying (leasing) experience ever. In addition, the A4 that we ended up leasing is a fabulous vehicle.
