Steve and Ty were very friendly, enjoyed talking with them. I only gave 2 stars because there were absolutely NO negotiations. I told them what I wanted, test drove a nice truck (I wanted it). I asked if they would go any lower on the price, they said no. When I got up to leave, they didnt try to stop and ask if there were any other vehicles they could show me. They just let me walk.

It was such a smooth process from start to finish, Ryan contacted me when I requested information about a vehicle and I explained my busy schedule and he made it work to where I could get my test drive in on my lunch break and once I decided I wanted the vehicle made sure it was still up front when I got back to sign the deal! He was super helpful the entire time and I’m so thankful for his patience with me!

My buying experience with Sean was probably the smoothest and most customer friendly purchasing process I’ve had. Sean was very informative and patient throughout the entire process after I explained to him that I was moving to Kansas and looking to purchase with a blank auto loan check from my bank before I moved but couldn’t come in right away because of business travels so he assured me that I could mail my check in and come pick my vehicle up anytime. Once they had successfully processed my auto loan check Sean text me to let me him know when I’d be flying in to grab my car and on that day he picked me up from the airport in my newly purchased BMW X6 xDrive50i for me to drive to the store to finish signing the final closing documents. I’d rate my experience with car store USA and Sean a 12 out of 10 and would definitely recommend shopping here for a vehicle to a friend, anyone in Kansas or even out of state. These people do amazing business and are definitely for the customer

Do not take your car to service here! I have been here 6 times in a week and a half just for a cv shaft and axle replacement. When I think they are finally done I pick up my car and my steering wheel is clocked so far left I can’t drive. They tell me they forgot to align it a second time cause they had to replace the part 3 times because of them being defective. I only came here cause the warranty and the car was purchased here I will never recommend car store USA on Harry to anyone ever again!! I had a water pump replaced 2 months ago and I was having to come back 3 times then because there were bolts missing and sounds that weren’t there before

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Im looking to buy a new truck but will not be going to Car Store USA. A Co-worker had a deposit on a truck and was going to pick it up right after work. He confirmed with his salesman at 2:30 that he would be there to get it. Between 2:30 and 4 the manager allowed another salesman to sell the truck to someone else. They WILL NOT be getting my business. Google made me put 1 star. The deserve 0!

This place was great. Used cars are hard to find right now but I was able to find the one that I really wanted. There were a few cosmetic problems that needed servicing and they fixed everything before the sale was completed! The servicing took some time but Jesus kept me informed and up to date on when things were going to be completed and was awesome to work with. Thank you guys again for all your help!
