Dakota was amazing! After taking over for another salesman, he got up to speed on my situation and was 100% up front with me about what he could do and what he couldn’t do. He went to bat for me as much as he could, to ensure I got the best deal possible on the options afforded to me and he kept me in the loop on the process after I had left for the day. Came in the next day and my 2015 Toyota Corolla S was cleaned, filled up and parked up front. He ensured all my questions were answered and made sure I drove away happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone who is completely transparent and willing to do whatever it takes to help you get to where you want to get to in the car buying process. I wish I could give him more than just 5 stars because his salesmanship was flawless and he treated me like an actual person and not just a number.
Sean Wallace was awesome to work with! He got us in and out very easily. He also found us the car we wanted with no hassles at all. Use Sean if you need a new car!
I want to commemorate 2 people on outstanding customer service and a great amount of patience. I went in looking for a potential buy and left in a much newer vehicle. Sean was a great salesman that listened to what we were needing and what was in our price range. He didnt push anything on us at all. Brian in financial is the second person. He made the whole loan process easy and found us the absolute best deal possible. Would recommend working with these 2 individuals as they represent what any dealership should aim to be!
Aaron O. Is the guy! First off his personality is great! I came in here not expecting much and he went over and beyond to help make a new car for me a reality with the help of the sales manager. He also kept trying to get me the best deal for my trade in! I am100% happy with this experience.
I want to give a shout out to two people at Rusty Eck. First, Adrienne in the service department is awesome. She was so helpful with my old car and because of her I decided to go back to buy my new car. Second, Mitch Murphy in sales was very helpful and didnt try too many classic car salesmen lines on me and I appreciated that. Everyone was very friendly and even though buying a car is a daunting task and seems to take forever they made it as painless as possible.
I special ordered a Mustang Mach E and from the very beginning it was an easy and fantastic experience. Before I placed my order, I worked with Michael Sell who answered all of my questions and did not push me into anything or force me to come in (which I appreciated). He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.Fast forward 5 months when my Mach E was built and delivered, I worked with Aaron OGorman on my delivery day. He is a great salesman! He handled any concerns I had quickly and made me a happy customer.I did my leg work and checked out Mel Hambelton in Wichita as well before I ordered my Mach E with Rusty Eck... I am glad I chose Rusty Eck! From the very beginning Mel Hambelton was clueless regarding this particular car, I was passed around to 5 different sales people, and they were overall very pushy and very dismissive. I had quite the opposite experience from Rusty Eck, they were not pushy whatsoever, kept me informed, and are quick to respond.I will be using Rusty Eck again in the future for my next Ford.
Really enjoyed visiting here for work. Their behind the scenes employees are always welcoming and very friendly and helpful!
Their Quick Lane maintenance department lives up to its name! I decided to take my car there because, according to a sticker in the window, it had been there before. Sure enough, they had done ALL of the service on the car for its previous owner. Not only did I get clean, blended oil and a thorough inspection of my car, but now I have a much clearer picture of its previous history. Not bad for under $50!
Brandon and his crew went above and beyond for my dad and I and our Mustang GT350. They under promised and over delivered by a million percent. Their service department will bring their sales department my future business! Super grateful for Chris (the technician) who drives a mustang himself and cared about our car like it was his own. Anyway they’re good people who care about how much people care about their silly little cars they saved up to buy!
Just starting out with my first car loan and many car dealers have given me the run around, wasted my time and wanted to overcharge me for something I didnt want. Guy Ridpath made my car buying experience easy and went through all the hoops to help me get approved for something that fits my budget and life. Ill be back again. Thank you!
Bought a used car through Don this past weekend. Don was beyond helpful and down to Earth. I had to come back the day after to ask them to top my fluids off. It took approximately 2.5 hours to do that. The service advisor answered the phone while I was standing in front of him waiting to be served. No communication as to what was going on and why I had to wait 2.5 hours. I asked if I could be given a loaner after 2 hours in, and was told no. I have bought an extended warranty and this visit was in no way my fault. Very disappointed and regret buying an extended warranty if I am being treated this poorly one day in. Firestone gives better customer service and at least acts like they care.
Dakota was an amazing person to work with while purchasing our new to us edge
I ordered my 2022 Mustang Mach E through Rusty Eck approximately 17 months ago. It was already going to be a wait as the car was not built yet but due to the pandemic, the car was delayed even more. Mike Sell kept me up-to-date with what was going on with manufacturing, etc. throughout the process. The car ultimately came into the dealership about two weeks ago when we were having that terrible weather. Mike knew how long I had been waiting for the car, how much I wanted it, etc. but he also knew how I did not want anything to happen to it. I asked if I could keep it at Rusty Eck and he was so nice about it. He said they would keep it in their garage until the weather got better and I was ready to get it.I went to Rusty Eck last Thursday, February 18, 2021 to pick up the car. My salesman was Cornelius (Corn) who was just great. So was his co-tech expert, Rosa.Since this car is all electric, a new model and has all the bells and whistles, it has a LOT of tech. Rosa and Corn spent about four hours with me getting my iPhone set up as a key, going over all the tech, helping me set all the options, etc.Boy was I impressed by Corn and Rosa. Im a young 64 years old and not the brightest techno wizard in the refrigerator by my own admission! They took their time with me and made sure that I understood things as we went along. This is the sixth car my husband and I have purchased from Rusty Eck Ford. We do not even live in Wichita but we come down to Rusty Eck just because everyone is so darn nice and we will continue to do so until our daughter and/or son-in-law take our keys from us!!! We just cannot say enough good things about Rusty Eck and its people!!!Nancy Freund
All in all, I walk away from Rusty Eck Ford satisfied. There were definitely some breakdowns in communication with some employees at the dealership over the 3 week period that I was in communication with them to buy my vehicle (had to drive across the country to get it). A the end of the day though, the vehicle was purchased and I am happy with it.
Have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only did they give me very little for my trade-in, they turned around and sold it for $7000 more than what I got for it. The whole time I was there I felt like they kept pushing me just so they could make a buck. Didn’t really care about my feelings or concerns. While I was doing paperwork with finance all he cared about pretty much was receiving my down payment. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and I was thankful that they were able to drive to me for my co-signer to sign their portion of the paperwork. Me not asking and just thinking they would send me a copy of all my paper work, no they didn’t. After 2 months of owning it I finally called and asked for a copy. The guy told me that he would have it taken care of and emailed to me. Never received anything. Two days later I was in Wichita and stopped at the dealership and asked for it. The guys response was “Was I supposed to be printing you off or sending you something. I don’t recall ever talking to you”. Uh, thanks Adam… Besides all that, the Jeep I bought started having issues the first week of owning it. Kept calling and asking what they could do to fix the problem and make it right and all I kept getting from them was “you need to take it somewhere”. No help what’s so ever. I would honestly NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Rusty Eck Ford is an awful dealership to deal with. People, save your time and money and research your dealership of choice. I sure wish I would have before I wasted so much time with Rusty Eck…
Aaron O. Helped get my wife into a Ford fusion. The experience was great and he went to great lengths to ensure that we got a deal we were happy with! Thanks again Aaron and everyone else at Rusty Eck!
The receptionist named Diane in collision repair was a great help and she definitely deserves a raise or a promotion like she updated me and my family mutiple times about what was going on with my car every time we called to checked on itAnd the people back in the collision repair shop that worked on my car also deserve a raise or promotion they did such good work on my car that I didnt recognize it they even wash and clean the insideGreat job NO COMPLAINTS at ALL
Mitch Murphy did a great job helping me select a truck that I would enjoy while also getting me a great deal. Next time I need a truck I will definitely be calling him to set me up. Highly recommend.
Had to buy a car quickly after mine was totaled. Went in with a price point, told them the situation, and had cars in mind from the website. 2/3 werent available and one was on another lot. Sales manager (Zane?) came over and listed a few, one of which was a little over budget but I can probably make it work. Test drove two cars, one was the little over budget and one had just been traded and was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I liked the one out of budget but when they ran prices the monthly payment was twice what I had told them I could afford.Everyone I spoke to was not understanding, trying to manipulate me into purchasing, and made me feel like I couldnt leave and think about it. Finally I left only to get a call from someone totally different (Tegan) who said they could get another car and I could come look at it. Told her no, I had other plans, could not make time and she said did [salesman] do something wrong?I am not obligated to buy a car from you just because I came by to look at them. Rusty Eck Ford only sees a dollar sign and not a human being. Ended up going out of town and finding something without being pressured to buy.
I picked up my 1992 Ford Economy Van, (and yes, I said 1992...), and I was notified that the crew had to take additional steps, which when I have been thinking about it this weekend, was a pretty big expense on their part. One of the reasons I so appreciate Conner and Adriane, and their team is that I want so badly to sell the van I grew up with, and I know it will sell, and with the high quality of work these 2 do, and especially their service team, the new owner is going to get a a van that received a 1992 to 2022 rejuvenation. Thank you service team.
Mitch Murphy is the salesman you want to use!!! No pressure salesman, Very easy to work with. I have had issues in the past with Rusty Eck and Mitch made this this so easy. From start to finish he is the guy! Ask for him with your purchase!!!
Unless you’re going for Oil changes I’d stay away from sales and services. For services, it seems you have to bring crayons and paper to show them the issue. I’ve had to do ride alongs just to show them issues because they “can’t hear anything” then they also refuse to do warranties services. Time is finite in life so don’t waste yours.
The team at Rusty Eck Ford is amazing! From start to finish, they were patient and actually listened to what we were looking for. They made the entire process easy and smooth (which we never expect from a dealership). We highly recommend working with Terry. He is an incredible salesman and made the experience less of a headache. The team has set the bar high and have earned our future business as well.
Corn Mcray (buddy, youre mentioned A LOT on here) and Sean Wallace are the guys in sales you want. My dad and I both bought new F150s from Corn back in 2015 and recieved above the bar service and that continued with Sean just this past August when I traded for a new 21 F250. Sean has been excellent at working with me and my traveling work schedule on a few small issues. Dont waste your time at the big corner, just go see one of these guys and get what you want in the first place.Hey Corn, after this last deal, will I hear about that Ram again? Just ribbin you man, Thanks to the both of you for excellent service after the sale!
I inquired about a vehicle online. Went to go check it out and it wasn’t what I was wanting. Salesman Guy was trying to push the vehicle on me. If I am going to spend 25k on a vehicle it has to be what I want so I enjoy making the payments. Guy seems to be all about making sales. Instead of him offering to go check out some other vehicles he got upset. Called his coworker who I started working with and told her she can just work with me. She asked what’s going on and he said I’ll tell you about it later meaning he’s probably going to bad mouth me. I told him never mind it’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere. Guy was very rude to me.
This review is about the actions of the service management team taken to make something right which has not previously resonated well with a customer. The remediation was appropriate and the time taken to research, explain and yet still make amicable amends for the interaction was on point. Thank you!I took my 2017 Ford Explorer XLT to Rusty Eck for the first time just over a week ago. I had purchased an extended warranty with Ford when I bought the vehicle and had previously paid $0 for any maintenance or repair related items. There were some recommendations that were made by Rusty Eck, some appropriate, some not, for suggested services to be carried out at this particular point based on the age/mileage combination of the vehicle. Being a conscientious vehicle owner, but not at all mechanically inclined I agree to most recommendations. In this particular instance some of the service items that were recommended could be provided free of charge at the next service interval and so I personally caught those in time before they were carried out. Unfortunately the glossy brochures that are provided with the premium care plan make insufficient reference to exactly what is covered at what points in time (mileage) nor does it sufficiently explain what is considered to be an adverse weather state and what is not therefore covered. Scheduled maintenance seemingly means only that at one specific interval somewhere in the ownership of the vehicle will something be covered, if it is not suggested for service at that time or is suggested or needed early, too bad you will end up paying for it...anyway you get the idea.I have come to the realization that there is equal ownership of this problem between the Premium Care plan printed material, myself and Rusty Eck Ford and so I can only commend Rusty Eck for taking the time to fill in the gaps and for taking their part in this experience seriously and compassionately.Good job Rusty Eck! (and particularly Chris the Service Manager)
I love the customer service. Its the 1st place Ive had my car worked on in wichita that Ive felt confident that comfortable that they did a good job. Im definitely buying my next car from here.
Even though the wait time was longer than normal Lance kept me informed the whole time on the progress of my services. He was polite when he suggested other necessary services in addition to my oil change and let me know what maintenance would be needed in the near future. I like going to Quick Lane for all of my vehicles needs because I trust the work that they do. I will be scheduling more maintenance soon and I can’t wait to see the new building!!
The service was really good and they were very helpful. They helped me find an affordable car and worked to get me the best deal I could get on my car. The guy who sold me my car even called a few days after to make sure everything was running smoothly and to ask if I still liked the vehicle Id bought
Im not gonna lie, when my wife first told me that she was going to drag me to a dealership to take a look at some vehicles, I rolled my eyes, dug in my heals, and made up my mind that I just wasnt interested. It had been high time to get rid of our Escalade for a while, but I SO DREADED going to buy a new vehicle. I DREADED the dealership experience I had grown accustomed to in my 44 years of life. When we first showed up at Rusty Eck, I was incredibly stand-offish, but I was greeted cordially and dealt with respectfully. Aaron OGorman took time to listen, be patient, and let me self-discover the right decision for me and my family. He was knowledgeable, authentic, non-salesy, and didnt use cheesy used-car tactics to pressure me into a quick decision. Well, after a couple hours and what felt like a dozen test-drives later, I felt empowered to choose the right long-term vehicle for me -- AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! Negotiating the transaction wasnt adversarial, as I expected it would be. Each of us - that is the dealership and I - found a win-win scenario where we all left happy. Adam Sweetwood, the finance manager we had the pleasure of working with, was friendly, listened, and found us THE BEST RATE possible, shopping several lenders, ultimately treating us with respect and as fellow-humans! WOW! THANK YOU RUSTY ECK FOR CHANGING MY MIND WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING WITH DEALERSHIPS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!! If I could give you ten-stars, I would. I challenge you to call their dealership and set up an appointment with Aaron OGorman. Tell me if he doesnt change your mind too. And tell em that I sent you!
We have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past and just purchased a new truck for our local small business. Doug Ford was our sales representative and he did an awesome job. Friendly, trustworthy, timely and was not pushy. He also was very patient with us around our hectic schedule. We also recently serviced our F-350 at Rusty Eck Ford and we were very pleased! We highly recommend either purchasing a vehicle or servicing your vehicle at Rusty Eck.
Guy was amazing we were able to get out of two cars that we owed on (payed off in full ) and able to purchase ourDream truck we love it ! I gave them a hard time but they did great !!!
I just recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Dakota, a salesman. It was an out of state transaction, done via verbal communication and texts. Everything was going pretty smooth until I received the vehicle. First, it had 2700 more miles on the vehicle than what was advertised! Dakota said it was a fresh trade in and had only been there for a week...did not have an explanation. By the way, the distance to me from the dealership was only 150 miles or so. Second, after photos were sent to me by him, I questioned a very noticeable gap where the hood meets the grill. He response was that it was lighting causing the gap on the photo. Well, it wasnt! Third, very noticeable dent on the driver side bottom molding trim, right behind the front wheel, causing a bowing out of sorts of the front driver side quarter panel...which of course the pictures strategically did not show. Last, I spoke with Nathan, a manager there, about all this. He listened but did not offer any resolution. I am a business owner and sometimes you just have to make it right....well this dealership wont! Just beware buying online from this dealership. Buy in person or from a reputable online auto dealer where they have a satisfaction return policy. They did get two stars instead of one, because the finance dept was extremely nice when taking my money.
Terrible experience everytime I go. They fixed a recall for my leaking oil pan gasket (@1600 miles). 2 years later it started leaking again (@21,000 miles) in the same spot. They said they cant cover it under warranty because they already did the work, even though they admittedit wasnt done right. So they said they would give me a discount if they do it again. I got a quote @$1260, and that included the $8 discount they added. I took it to Mel Hamilton Ford and they fixed it under warranty for free. They said they have fixed a ton that Rusty Eck screwed up. Any chance they get they get to rip someone off they do it. Its less convenient to go out to the westside for Mel Hamilton, but it will save you time and money in the long run.
Aaron was so personable and made the buying process pretty simple! Financing took a bit longer than expected, but all was well in the end. Rosa was excellent during delivery, explaining all the features of my new car. Another great purchase from Rusty Eck!
Plan to get a new car and they just treat us some fairly all the way around
Claim during sales they will give you all these discounts and extras for trade in value and offer below the worst Condition on nada or kbb trade in value. Will also try to sell you vehicles your not interested in and even try to get you to buy 2. Very pushy dealership. If you want a fair or even decent trade in amount avoid this place. Also they own the midwest dealership in hutchinson
THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR!!They charged me $900 and didnt even fix my car from overheating. They claim that they just did what I asked. Also, while my car was in their care, they left cigarette burns in my back seat (I dont smoke), broke my door handle off, and messed up my windshield wipers. While confronting them about it, they just kept telling me that they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to do anything to fix it.Edit:The manager called me because he didnt like my review. So he called me to bring my car in to see if We could fix the situation His only intention was to deny any responsibility and to try to get me to bring my car in again and pay them more money to fix what they broke. Pathetic.
They dont even deserve 1 star .Went in yesterday with a voucher off Facebook promising credit forgiveness, 5500 above Kelly Blue book on a trade in and 0 down and so. Sales guy rude from the start didnt even care about the voucher. I told him what u was trading in (2014 mazda cx5) wanted to stay with an suv around the same payment or less (they advertise lower payments) told him I had a cosigner that with my income brought in over 7000 a month walked away abd came back with we can only get u in a new car and the payments are almost double what they are now. When i told him that wont work he could care less and brushed me off like I didnt matter. Worst customer service in tge world
My sister-in-law had an auto accident and was without a car! So I called Rusty Eck Ford (she wanted a new Escape) and they called her, asked questions about what she wanted - found it for her - handled everything over the phone and then she picked it up the next day. This is Customer service extreme. Thank you Michael Feldmann for helping my sister-in-law and for everyone at Eck for all you do!
Rusty eck Ford was my go to after my first truck but never again. The truck I bought I felt more like I was forced to buy it and the things my sales man promised was not done. I bought a truck that was a recent trade in and was told it would be factory new when I got it. Well it was not by any means, there’s lights on all over the dash and my second set of keys for the truck don’t even work. When I asked about them my sales man told me it’s not there responsibility to make sure both sets work. But will all bad things that happened Devlyn in sales has helped me with everything and still no matter what is trying to show me that they do wanna help the customers. I wish more if the employees there was like him.
We just purchased a used vehicle from here. Working with Gilbert was a great experience! He made the process really easy for us. We will definitely come back next time we are in the market for another vehicle!
Great customer service from Doug Ford and Mike Feldmann! This is our fifth vehicle from Rusty Eck Ford and every experience keeps getting better and better. Smooth buying experience from finding the right car, to making the numbers work for us, to easy and painless financing! We will absolutely be returning when its time for us or our family to buy another car!!
I am always pleased with my visits to get my car serviced! I love the detailed info that I am given on different parts of my vehicle. The staff is very thorough and professional! You can feel that you can trust what they say!
I had a amazing gentleman work with me named Mitch . I was able to get a vehicle i wanted and he made it happen . Didnt take all day either just couple hours . So happy. THANK YOU MITCH!!!!
Went in for a new key for my 2016 f150. Metal part of ignition switch just snapped off when I shut it off the other day. Quality engineering Ford (not). First they tried to jack me on the programming price. They cut the key then sent me to service department to see if they would program the key. They said they were way too busy (3 guys sitting around staring at a computer or standing there staring out the window) but the “fast lane “ would be happy to help me. Went over there they said 45 minutes and it took 2 hours 15 minutes. Life in the fast lane surely make you lose your mind. 👎👎👎never going back for anything sure as heck never buy a vehicle from them again.
Went there because I got a voucher off their Facebook ad for 0 down with credit forgiveness. When I went in I was very specific about what I had for a down (0) and poor credit, and a specific amount I could pay monthly. Spent 5 hours in there for them to yank me around with cars I couldnt afford, payments I couldnt afford only to have them say they couldnt help me without a cosigner. What a waste of my time!!Do not ever go here! They lie to try to get sales, then send you to their finance room to wait for hours so they can pretend theyre working with banks, when they know all along theyre not going to sell you a car. Dont waste your time.
Fast Friendly Service. Wish that I could make an appointment instead of first come first serve. Great Experience
Paris Mason was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.
Gilbert is the BEST I was there for a while but he made sure we were comfortable and was working hard helping me with what I wanted and could afford..if I could give Gilbert 10 stars I would...Ty to everyone that helped me as well they are all so nice and ready to help...
Dakota and Brian knocked it out of the park yet again! Very simple process, and easiest experience ever! Thank you so much!
Great work and excellent customer service. VERY QUICK!
Shady. False advertising. Went for a vehicle exchange/ credit forgiveness event. Salesman kept running in and out of the building. Gave us a very uneasy feeling. Went to trade a fully loaded 2018 Nissan Rogue with 60,000 miles on it. Hadn’t even picked out a vehicle to look at and they came back with “we will not be able to do anything for you without a co-signer.” No repossessions and bringing in 4K a month? But the reasoning was there isn’t enough equity in the trade??? Hmmmm…
So I was browsing the web site looking for a replacement car after my current one was totaled. And I got a phone call from Mario he took some Information and said come on in ill get u in a car tonight. Me knowing my credit was not the best was not sure I would leave with a car. But he was very helpful he listened to what I wanted and found the best match and prices. I drove away in a 2016 ford escape. Even the financial team was amazing. I would recommend them 1000 times hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dealership or car lot. You wont regret going here.
We enjoyed the chance to work with Andrew in Finance and Corn in sales.
Corn is a great guy and very good with people in making them feel comfortable. He also answers every question you have.Great salesman glad we got to meet him. So if youre looking for a vehicle ask for Corn
I bought a fusion 8 months ago and everything went great was happy and loved the car. Got a call to buy it back get great deal so I went up their I traded in for a new 2020 fusion my sales rep Paris was great and did his job great. Then we go to financing we filled everything out no problem was told I get a email in a day to finish and its been 5 days and have not heard anything. Im also supposed to get a check still not heard anything over it or when I will get it. First night they closed so I set up the ford pass with paris has a issue with collision assist. Get home missing a key fob. Called spoke with Ken nice guy sets up a service call. Well get rental thinking easy fix added the insurance thinking just be a day. Then told we dont know what the issue we may have order part. So so knows how long this will take I advised well did not expect that why added the insurance for a day was told well u.can just take that off. Just blown away had car. It a week and all this not the best experience this go around.
BEWARE!!! The salespeople are scam artists. I walked in and this salesman greeted us and showed us around. I told him the price i was looking at and I told him about my trade in. I told him that i looked up what my trade was worth and he told me it was worth so much more. He started to show me cars that where worth 6,000 to 8,000 more than i was looking at guaranteeing my trade would cover it. I found a car i liked. And he had me sign a paper with an intent to buy. When the sales manager showed up, the sales manager told me I would only get a certain amount for my car and he couldnt go down on the price of the vehicle. He asked me why I thought my trade could ever be worth that much (he said with a laugh) and I told him that I was guaranteed this price by their sales associate. When the sales associate was called over to us he made it seem like he never told us that and that we requested that amount. I felt very let down that I was being accused of something he guaranteed us. He did the perfect bait and switch. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager above him. He said that he would have him call us later. This never happened. I went down the street and spoke to a different company and they said that they heard that they were known for doing that. Beware when you go in there. They will take your money and they wont care about you. They are scam artists.
Quicklane, (her) was sarcastic & unwilling.Ken (the director) 5* saved the day.
Our salesman Sean was great! He didnt pressure anything on us and helped us get our daughter something nice and reliable.
Purchased a vehicle from here last week. I understand that being understaffed tends to cause unexpected issues, but my experience wasn’t pleasant.1.) I asked and was informed that I would receive a copy of the vehicle history I purchased. Never got it.2.) I waited close to 2 hours in the finance department. Other guest were being helped who arrived after me.3.) finally get in the car and start it ... the car has no gas.
Everyone was extremely friendly. Steve Z was our salesman and was great to work with. He was patient and understanding(my kids where with us). He made sure to listen to what I was looking for and show me options.
This mornings service was the best we have had at quciklanes and we have been going here since 2010. All of the time have been good, but today they listen to my request and took care of us very well and quick.
Fred was my salesman. He was amazing had the car I wanted pulled up and ready to go. The car was already cold with the AC pumping. He was super stress free experience. Let me take the car home to the wife to get her approval and was in and out under an hour on a Saturday!!Jeremy the finance director made the back office part smooth as butter. Even with my lower credit score made me feel like a king! I recommend Fred Smith to anyone!
I purchased the F-250 truck over the internet. This is the first time I tried something like this with a vehicle. This is only my second new vehicle from dealership purchased I made in my lifetime of driving. This purchase turned out to be very good experience. My experience was good. I made mistakes in my purchase but I am willing to own those errors. I am very please with my experience and especially with the product. Jonathon Miller spearheaded my purchase and submitted my order to Ford to have the vehicle built per my order. This was a first for me to have a vehicle built per my say so. It was a good feeling. Jonathon kept me informed about the availability of the vehicle and answered all of my question concerning financing and available discounts.I miss understood about all of the options offered by the internet verses what the dealership provides. I thought I had ordered hitches, bicycle rack and window wind deflector and other items with my internet order but found out later, actually, when I received the vehicle that those items were not a part of the build. These are additional items that one purchases after delivery at the dealership from the parts department. It turned out to be good too because a few of the items I thought wanted to order were redundant to what I already had with my previous vehicle. To sum up: Rusty Eck Ford made me feel welcome whenever I came onto the lot. They quickly connected me with Jonathon. The experience for me was very good and I would indeed recommend Rusty Eck as a dealership that puts the customer first.
My wife and I decided to shop for a quality pre-owned Ford F150 back in December. We had looked at other smaller dealerships, as we usually did, before visiting Rusty Eck. We were blown away at how well we were treated. The salesman was the least pushy salesman we have ever dealt with and the sales director was awesome! We have never felt so comfortable buying a vehicle until this visit. We couldnt be happier with our choice to shop at Rusty Eck! We will definitely go back for our next vehicle!
Mike Sell and Craig in the quicklane always make sure a purchase and visit for service go smoothly!
My family has purchased vehicles, new and used, from Rusty Eck for at least 20 years. My wife and I recently bought a used Explorer last summer and I just recently bought a used F150 over the weekend. Both times we worked with Lucas as our salesman and also worked with Justin and Devlin in the negotiation process. Brian in financing is also a great guy! All of these gentleman did everything we could ask for in terms of getting us to the price we needed to be at and much more. They allowed us time to think and were not over the top pushy like you experience at a lot of other dealerships. Would highly recommend Rusty Eck for any of your vehicle purchasing needs/wants. Ask for Lucas and Justin or Devlin for your experience. My wife and I are very happy with our purchases! Thanks again!
Like the technician that works on my vehicles they do a nice job everything works like its supposed too when theyre done
Every aspect of our experience was above and beyond expectations, especially our salesman. We couldnt be happier again. Each time we purchase a vehicle here our experience is better than the last. We happily travel over two hours every time we come here and we have another high volume Ford dealership a mile from our house. Ask for Corn, hell take care of the rest.
The salesman Tracey Dean was very helpful and went out of his was to make the whole car buying experience enjoyable.
Doug Ford is the best sales man ever. Need a car call doug ford
Tracey was the best! Process was simple, no pressure and felt at ease! See Tracey if you need a new vehicle!
They are an excellent car dealership, the people that work there have your best interests at heart, I may have had a few bumps on the road but they have now been smoothed out, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Took care of my power steering, tires, and lug nuts for cheaper than projected. Great service
If it would let me do a 0 star review, I would. Terrible company
I was treated very well by professional eck employees they were quick to take care of my problem. I will go back if we have any problems. I would recommend this dealership
Mitch helped make the whole process seamless! We live about 2 hours away, so when I talked with him he had everything ready to go when we arrived. There was no pressure, and I honestly felt like his main goal was to get us into the right vehicle for us at the best possible price point. If you need a vehicle and you want to buy from someone you can trust who is going to go to work for you, then Mitch is your guy.The finance team was amazing. They got us the best rate we could find (0% 😮😁). The whole experience was awesome!
The service department need better representative tech. The communication and helpful that is needed in this staff would help. If you don’t purchase the vehicle their or the warranty there it does you absolutely NO GOOD. You can purchase a good ford elsewhere but you sure and heck can’t take it into a ford dealership. They would make sure or try too at least make it impossible to use a third party warranty company. And not more than one person could help either when you ask for a supervisor or manager. It’s like they are out of the picture. So why have a service department for ford? Oh for the vehicles purchased at that specific ford dealership that’s why. The service department isn’t friendly or helpful. I have dodge ford and Honda. If I could take all vehicles to Honda service dealership I would because that’s about the only place I feel comfortable when a representative says “will get you taken care of”
Doug Ford is very knowledgeable about trucks! He was great to work with on our new to us truck! And yes we like Ford trucks too 😉🤣
Great service! Answered all the right questions, talked me into my first Ford, I love it! Thank you Mitch Murphey for the great experience!!
Hands down best dealership in wichita! They have an amazing team that work well together and for you. You dont feel obligated or pressured to walk out with a vehicle. Shout to Eduardo Marquez the salesmen, his manager Junior and the accountant Allan, all worked well and kept everything transparent. If your looking for someone personable that works for what his clients want, give them a call!
They are deceitful with there advertising their own salesman admitted the current ad on fb is a scam and gimmick to get people to come in and generate foot traffic. Dont trust what they advertise!
Had a breakdown heading down to Texas. Jeff was able to work me into a very tight schedule and I was back on the road the day after they diagnosed it! Thank you to Jeff and the service department for getting me back on the road quickly
Corn is an awesome sales person. He was not push, and very patient. Very interaction that I have had at Rusty Eck has been very positive.
Never bought a car there but i have worked with them. Good people, great selection, and height quality.
Cornelius Corn McCray helped us find the perfect used car for my wife!!From the time we entered the building, the test drive and thru the financing process, he was there and answered all of our questions and concerns.Corn is a down to earth guy, easy to talk to and did not pressure us in anyways!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
John Trotter was amazing. Not even my sales person but helped me a week after the sale with an issue. He worked hard to figure it out when no one else could. Super thankful!
Has an issue with my car and they were able to get me in right away. They kept me up to date on everything and was friendly

Awesome Job Mitch Murphy! Mitch did an awesome job finding the best vehicle for my wife and I. He is always available when I try to reach out to him and always responds to my messages. Thank you Mitch Murphy and Rusty Eck Ford!
I had the best experience buying my very own big girl vehicle at Rusty Eck Ford. I was so nervous to finally do it, but Mitch, my salesman, helped me so much! He made finding the perfect car so quick and easy, with the perfect monthly rate. Due to covid I thought it might be difficult, but we did everything over the phone and all I had to do was sign a few papers and I was able to take my car home that day! I highly recommend going to Rusty Eck and having Mitch as your salesman.
We just bought a new Ford Edge Titanium from Rusty Eck Ford and Mitch Murphy was our Sales Associate. Mitch was super pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable during this purchase and was very satisfied with the end price and our over all treatment while there. Thanks Mitch.
Had an excellent experience. I have bought 2 cars with this company now and the most recent car purchase was exceptional. Dakota was an amazing sales person and I didnt feel pressured to buy something that I didnt need. In fact, I came in looking for a specific vehicle and left with one that had better payments for my needs, better mileage, and more features. I would 10/10 recommend to all of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle to check them out. I LOVE my new 2020 Ford EcoSport.
Nick was great did everything he could but we couldnt get a deal made at this time.
Im not sure. I have to say I will give it only one star. Fill lucky for this is a good day for me.
