I recently just bought car #2 from Waldorf Honda. Previously had a 2020 Civic. Service was absolutely great at that time so i went back to give them more of my business. Everything went well at the beginning. I went from a brand new car to a used car. However this used car had multiple problems i was not made aware of. Rotors/brakes had to be replaced a few days after i purchased this vehicle. Not to mention this used car has an exhaust leak with poor welding. A rotten egg smell when i accelerate on the gas. Muffler cement was used as well that looks a bit fresh. I got confirmation from 2 different mechanic shops that this car should have not passed MD state inspection, not only did someone falsify a MD state inspection but to top it off i have taken this car back several times because i knew there was a problem & the continuously told me there was no issues, and that they can’t fix it. 4 times to be exact. Only to find out my warranty does not cover this type of mechanical problem. So I’m order to get this fixed I’d have to spend my own out of pocket money just to be satisfied. I do not recommend this place to no one.
This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The level of excellent customer service was amazing. Bert and Shanice were ABSOLUTELY the best. The process was so easy and even brought the car to me. Highly recommend getting a car from them, very professional.

My complaint is Service Department related. Purchased a new Honda Civic and have had two oil changes completed. The first oil change took 1.5 hours from scheduled appointment time and the second oil change took nearly 2.5 hours. The personnel are very polite and professional, but something needs to be done as a relates to managing scheduled services made by appointment. I have one more free oil change left. Needless to say, if I have to wait that long the next time for an oil change, all future oil changes will be made elsewhere.
Saeed did an excellent job, and my whole experience was fast and efficient. Everything was set up before I even arrived at the dealership, and the car was ready to go when I got there, with little to no wait. Everything was explained well, and overall, I feel I was given a VERY GOOD deal on the car. The car is EXCELLENT. Its an Accord, and that speaks for itself. Lola was excellent in explaining my financing. This was one of the best experiences Ive had buying a car, and I feel as if they will continue to support my purchase in the future.
I have consistently had excellent experiences at Waldorf Honda and have purchased a 2007 Accord, a 2009 Civic, and a 2016 Civic there. Robert Hersh, Service Advisor, is knowledgeable and is an asset to Waldorf Hondas service department. He is both professional and friendly in his demeanor and gets to the point of what services are necessary at any given visit. He is one of the reasons that my family members will continue to patronize a local business, Waldorf Honda, when another vehicle has to be purchased.
I purchased a new Honda and had a wonderful experience. Kojo, my salesman, was the best I have ever had. He had me in and out within 1.5 hours - test drove and purchased car. Usually you are at the dealer for hours upon hours. Everything was smooth, fast, and very professional. Great experience!!!!

The service representative was very nice and the service was quick. However, the mechanic left oil drips on the hood of my Honda Accord. My husband noticed the spilled oil drips when I arrived home. Mechanics should check behind themselves accordingly upon completion of service.

I tried to arrange a free recall on the passenger side airbag on my old Honda Odyssey van. I called Waldorf Honda only to find out that they do NOT provide loaner cars (even though the letter from Honda says they will) while the recall is being completed. Additionally, I was told that it would take several hours for the service.I dont have several hours to wait around in the Honda dealer while they fix something that is not my fault. The dealer is being paid by Honda to do this service (and to prevent a potentially serious or fatal result from a defective airbag). Is it really too much to ask that I can borrow a car while they do the service? Is there no way to prioritize my service since, without a loaner car, I will have to wait?This is one Honda dealer that I will never set foot in again. And yes, I have owned 6 Hondas and even bought a few from that dealer. Never again.

I had a minor vehicle emergency with a limited amount of time to resolve it. Mr. Bernard Dixson, my Waldorf Honda Service Consultant, suggested I bring my vehicle in for observation. He address my concern temporarily so that I could retain my vehicle and continue with my work day. He then scheduled me for service the following day to fix the problem. I am so appreciative of Mr. Dixsons customer care!

We had a really great experience buying our car from Waldorf Honda, despite living several hundred miles away. We found ourselves in the situation of needing a new car immediately and decided on a Honda Insight after doing all of our research. Unfortunately, there is a very problematic shortage right now, so we had to look outside of our area. From my first phonecall to the dealership to delivery of our car to our door from 400 miles away, it was 24 hours. Financing was arranged mostly online through our sales agent. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the car to us we so friendly and so helpful. They really took the time to help us get to know our new car and make sure that we were happy. We were so lucky to find our car at this dealership-- we got what we needed against some serious odds!

A lot of inventory. Attentive sales personnel. Unfortunately after closer inspection at home, the vehicle I received has noticeable dings in the roof panel. The dealership representative tried to convince me it is a characteristic of clear coat over the paint. Not! Now I have a new car with preexisting blemishes and no remedy.

I would like to commend Mr. Ira Lewis for a fantastic job! On Saturday, June 05, 2021, my cousin, and I came into Waldorf Honda with 101 inquiries and doubts about this place. But Ira was very compassionate and understanding, he walked us thru every step of the purchasing process and made it smooth sailing from beginning to end. He would made us laugh, tell us funny jokes and tide in his past experiences and recommendations for us to make a better decision. I was there over 3 hours but every minute of it was so worth it!Mr. Ira Lewis deserve a promotional bonus! He was so friendly that he offered to pay for our floor mats that sadly to say, Waldorf Honda did not include in our deal. This dealership is dishonest and disreputable. They made me promises about price over the phone that they admitted they made, but would not stand by after I drove an hour to the store. The leadership is not to be trusted. They showed they are willing to hurt their customers so long as they make maximum profit from the transaction, irrespective of how dishonorable there actions. There are so many Honda dealers in MD and VA. Please protect you and your family and go anywhere else, but to this dealership. Sorry I have to post this, but please do believe this to be true. I am a veteran of 34 years in the United States Army and have retired as a Colonel. On my honor everything I have said here is true.

Waldorf Ford is like my family, Ive been blessed thus far to have an amazing sales person that I use and hes no longer there, yet I still went through him to purchase my F250 Super Duty. Craig is an amazing service guy, he keeps me up to date on my vehicle when its being serviced and he treats my truck and issue as if it were his own. So, Id say if you want a dealer with good honest staff members, Id say go to Waldorf Ford. So far, Ive been more than happy with them.

Arrived at the service department and approached an associate sitting at a cubicle named Robyn. Stood there for a minute directly in front of her while she starred at the computer screen. Finally she glanced at me, and I greeted her, Good morning, she replied Ill be with you in a minute. I waited about 10 or 15 minutes. There were no other vehicles in the area at the time. Finally I was approached by another associate who told me they were only servicing by appointment only. I thanked him for the info and left. All the while Robyn, who could have told me this when I first arried never took her eyes off the computer screen. Rudest attitude Ive ever experienced. Took my business to Midas of Waldorf instead.

If you think youre getting out of Waldorf Honda WITHOUT buying a car, think again! I walked into the dealership only wanting to test drive the car I had my eye on since March....unfortunately they could not find the keys to the Sonic Gray Pearl Accord (exact color & model I wanted) but Carroll was still able to get me in the same car, different color for a test drive. He was a very experienced salesman & a wonderful conversationalist and so patient with me. So I walked out the door ready to check my other options before I prepared to purchase...HOWEVER! before I even got the chance to put my car in reverse and back out the dealership, Ira (a lead salesman), literally stopped me and said that he would give me a great deal on the car, AND find the keys for the exact car that I wanted. I was still hesitant because this was my first time financing a vehicle...but Ira pulled strings to get me the VERY BEST deal that I refused to turn down and into a 2021 Sonic Gray Pearl Accord that very same day!

Service Attendants here are on point. They are active when your car is being service here. They keep you abreast of the status of you car. Especially, during the pandemic with text messages throughout the process and anything you may want ask via text and when you done gives you a full car wash (per customer request) and give you a complete review of your work order. Bernard and Amber were Awesome.!

With two children in two in tow with me, Ira was patient and kind even when we had to leave on two separate occasions for various reason. My recent purchase from Waldorf Honda was the easiest process ever. I decided on Tuesday that I needed to look for a new car, my husband emailed Dan Moltz on Wednesday telling him our price range and what we were looking for and within a few hours he found the perfect vehicle and on Friday evening it was delivered to our house....which is over 2 hours from the dealership. I bought the perfect car without leaving my house! Julius was fabulous explaining all the paperwork at our kitchen island and then showing me the features of my new car. Waldorf has set the bar high for a car buying experience! Highly recommend!!

Waldorf Hondas staff found me the exact van I wanted and it was in my driveway within two days. A big thank you to Romain, Stormy, Victor and Dan. Our family will be purchasing all of our future cars from Waldorf Honda.
Before Going to this dealership I called ahead told them about my situation my score and everything that was going on with my score and I submitted my credit application before I head there and the person i talk to said my manager said to come in to not worry we will get you approved no matter what you will be living out the door with the car today. Once I got there spend 3 hours in the dealership all they said was sorry we couldnt get a bank to approve you. Now I have hard inquiries, points drop on my score and no car. Wont recommend this dealership.
1/28/21. Waldorf Honda and Connie saved the day after utter disappointment and attitude from Waldorf Ford. I needed to buy a vehicle for my sister in law who suffers from a chronic disease requires frequent long trips to Baltimore for treatments that she needs to save her life.Waldorf Ford was a horrendous experience and didnt seem interested in making a sale and was indifferent that I was going to leave unsatisfied and let me walk right out of the door instead of finding a solution.Needing to get my sister in law in a vehicle today, I walked 20 feet down the parking lot and wandered into Waldorf Honda and the atmosphere and attitudes were a complete 180. We met Connie Mickens who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Within minutes, Connie had us looking at a few cars, unfortunately they did not meet our needs. Instead of being hardheaded and indifferent, several sales associates quickly went to work to find a vehicle within our parameters, called other sister locations and found us the perfect vehicle. Connie and her team literally ran out of the building grabbing their coats and begged us not to leave, they found our car and were going to go pick it up. They were back within minutes and the rest is history. I was able to leave that store within budget, with a beautiful car for my sister in law and dealt with the finest sales staff I could have asked for. Walked into a Honda dealership on a whim and was truly blessed to meet Connie. Also shout out to Gregg Smith who was extremely kind to my sister in law and me.Truly disappointed in Waldorf Ford, Waldorf Honda came through and saved the day and made a sale.

I have bought many cars from here and the sales and service has always been spot on. I recently purchased a 2021 Acura TLX that from the get go had a severe alignment pull to the right. Upon 2 visits to the Acura dealer I purchased it from they tried to convince me that the steering wheel was off centered and that was all and straightened the steering wheel. Second time they were blaming the pull on the road. This issue obviously is not Waldorf Hondas problem but I decided to go off on my own and have it looked at. Waldorf Honda showed more attention to detail in figuring out the problem than the own selling dealer. Robyn the service advisor was awesome and got things moving quickly and sure enough the alignment of the car was way out of spec. Service was performed and no more issue. This place has class unlike the dealers that represent its more expensive counter part. Most definitely recommend this place for sales and service

Ive had my older Honda vehicle serviced at Waldorf Honda a select amount of times and have always had a good experience. Bernard has always been honest, down to earth, and reliable when Ive brought my vehicle in. Recently, I ran into an issue where a key to my vehicle was misplaced, mailed by the dealership, and then lost in transit due to certain circumstances. Jason, the service manager, and Bernard both were willing to turn this unfortunate circumstance (where fault was not easily distinguishable) into a fair resolution. I would recommend the service department to others based on my experience and their commitment to customer care.

Waldorf Honda has been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. The sale itself went fine. Eddie was friendly and very helpful getting me what I wanted but everything to follow has been ridiculous. Phone calls go unreturned, managers giving fake speeches when you’re there and then not following up and multiple trips for the same issues that never seem to get resolved. If you do purchase a vehicle here, I pray that there’s nothing wrong with it because they are so unprofessional and unreliable. Once the sale is finished they treat you like you don’t matter. I didn’t have unrealistic expectations going in but I had no idea this purchase would be so stressful. Save yourself some time and unnecessary stress and shop somewhere else. Don’t believe all these rave views they have on here. These people have little integrity and need a refresher course in professionalism and customer service.

My experience was outstanding. They were having issues with the service gate and a service member was outside to assist the incoming customers. The service manager explained the reason for the recall and had me in and out in an hour and 15 minutes.
I am very pleased with the experience I had with Waldorf Honda. So much so, I purchased two vehicles (Civic and Pilot). From the beginning my sales person (Ira) did the most to make sure I had a VIP experience. He went above and beyond the entire time. I was by myself at the dealership. During the second purchase, I was not sure about what to do. Without any pressure, Ira helped me see how the second purchase made sense. And trust me when I say this, Im not one to be easily convinced of anything, especially when it comes to my money. The GM (Eddie) was phenomenal! He did everything he could to make the Pilot The deal of a life time!

Only to sit in my car outside the service bay for close to an hour without being helped once.Seriously lacking in customer support or any kind of customer care.Edit: still did not get my recall part repaired. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to and will never be returning.

Ms. Stormy and my Salesman Romain were excellent, very forthcoming with the correct information. I purchased the vehicle from Waldorf Honda for this very reason. Other Honda dealers in the area were not honest. Stormys quick eye for detail helped me tremendously.
I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Accord and my car buying experience was incredible. She was able to get me in the car I wanted without a hassle. She made me feel confident in my purchase. Eric the manager was also helpful.
We had a very good experience with our salesman until the point our salesman attempted to speak with one of his managers (I believe the manager’s name was Eddie Ohr per the location’s website). Mr. Ohr spoke extremely dismissively and disrespectfully toward our salesman, which was an immediate turn-off for our business. It is very unprofessional to speak to anyone as the manager did to our salesperson, and even more so in a customer setting. I hope the higher management of this location takes appropriate measures to correct this behavior. 5/5 for our sales experience, but the last 5 minutes of our visit were ruined entirely by the actions of Mr. Ohr.
Bert Bowman was very helpful. He helped me to get the car I wanted in my price range. Waldorf Honda was is a great dealership. They were very patient with me during my car purchasing journey. Overall it was a stress-free and easy process. I received exactly what I was asking for. I was given a detailed explanation and demonstration of all the vehicles features. Jamar was the rep that assisted me and he provided 5 star service. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to purchase a quality vehicle with quality service.
