Where do I start? I was looking online searching for a newer black Toyota Highlander. I was driving a 2006 Highlander and came across Waldorf Fords website. Low and behold I found the vehicle I was looking for. I had my boyfriend check the vehicle out for me before I drove an hour away to purchase it. He was greeted by a professional salesman by the name of Dre Glen. Dre answered all of my questions and even was courteous enough wait for me to arrive an hour before closing. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Dre ready to show me the vehicle and take me on a test drive. I saw a silver 2018 Toyota Highlander and Dre was patient and allowed me to take that vehicle on a test drive a well. Mind you the place was closing in less than a half hour. After deciding on the right vehicle I was able to get financed, paperwork signed and out the door all in less than 2 hours. Usually when you go to a dealership you will be there for hours. I found that the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by Dre Glen was more than exceptional. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Dre Glen. He is the G.O.A.T.!!!

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The sales manager Patrick is the Best!! Do not let the dealership work on your Radio. Instead of just installing a new one, they tried to a repair a 8 year old on. One part was 390 and they were ready to sell me another part for 800. I got a after market radio and it is working fine for only 400 including installation. Even though they did not fix my problem they didnt want to refund my money for the non effective part.

My sale representative was Jean Paul, this young man is very well versed in all aspects of Ford. He answered all my questions, was very polite, very accommodating. I was treated like family. There was no pressure, he was very patient with me and took the time to explain every feature in the car that I selected. Look most car buying experiences are worse than getting a tooth pulled ! But not this one. I found the truck I wanted online and drove from 6 hours from North Carolina to buy it. Randy the salesman who helped me every step of the way was upfront and honest. He and the staff were actually all upbeat and fun to be around. They went out of the way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the deal we made. They treated me as if I really mattered to them. That is unfortunately rarely the case with most dealerships. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you are in the market for a vehicle. And ask for Randy you will not be disappointed.

I placed my car for sale on Autotrader. A few days later, Waldorf Ford contacted me to buy it. I live in Ohio and Waldorf is in Maryland so I immediately thought it was a scam. They gave me a great offer and said they would fly here to buy it and drive it back. I still thought it was a scam. I asked a ton of questions, researched online, called my lawyer 😄 and everything checked out. I very nervously agreed. The next day at 2:00, I met Dallas at my bank, verified the cashiers check he gave me, and he drove it back to Maryland. The money was in my account at 8:00am the following morning. It was NOT a scam. I thought it was too easy and too good to be true, but it was the easiest and most pleasant vehicle transaction I have ever had. Its legit. If youre nervous, dont be when dealing with Waldorf.

I recently had scheduled regular maintenance with the Waldorf Ford in La Plata, MD and got the run around. I know Waldorf Ford in Waldorf, MD is under the same ownership but the team there is better staffed and very responsive. Every time I called to ask about a status on my truck, the assistant service manager would immediately go speak with the tech and return with an update. I appreciate the courtesy and respect that the service team at Waldorf Ford in Waldorf showed me during my time there and I will be a repeat customer to that specific location.

My experience at Waldorf Ford was great! I worked with Andrew Horne and Mark Green in the used car sales department, they were both friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It was easy to schedule an appt too. Mark was waiting for me upon my arrival, and provided amazing customer service from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. Every person working there was friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend going to Waldorf Ford!

The Saturday I bought the car everyone was very attentive and helpful. I was in a hurry because of prior obligations and everyone worked around my schedule. HOWEVER, the next day I went back to the dealership because I had forgotten to give them the keys to my trade. When I got there, they also informed me that they forgot some paperwork, and I had to complete that. When I was finished I asked to speak to someone about getting roof rack cross bars. I had traveled to Waldorf from Pennsylvania and had a roof storage container on my old car and I would need this to get back to Pennsylvania. I asked the sales manager, Tom, that I had dealt with the previous day. He was extremely dismissive and unconcerned about my needs. He told my to call back Monday and ask. I informed him there was a sign on parts that said closed until Tuesday. His response, “I don’t know what to tell you, check Walmart.” All of this after purchasing a 2021 Ford Explorer King Ranch. I will never recommend this business nor will I be returning.

There are two sides to this review. I made an appointment to have a recall work done. When I dropped the vehicle off the rep told me the part wasnt available. That was his only explanation. I was very frustrated because it was a known recall, when I booked the appointment the scheduler verified how long the repair would take, and the day before the appointment I received a text message to confirm the appointment. There was over a week between when I scheduled the appointment and when I dropped off the car. When I picked up the vehicle a different service rep explained to me that the recall notice was to have an inspection of a part done to see if the car had to be replaced, or if it could wait for Ford to build the necessary replacement part to specs. I think the individuals I spoke with when scheduling or dropping off could have and should have done a better job of explaining to me what would be done as part of this recall notice, rather than me showing up thinking a part would be replaced only to hear parts arent available. Good Communication goes a long way...

Call same day for a part. Part was available same day. What more can a person want the part in stock did not have to wait. Able to take part 2 mechanic Ave complete auto repair. Recommend.

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from this dealership and after two weeks of owning it found major leaks on the engine with costs almost coming up to the amount I paid for it. With the exception of the Service Specialist Jasmine, it seemed as if my purchase was brushed off by there team and not worthy of compensation as it was a used car sale. Would definitely recommend a thorough review of a warranty and questioning what it entails as I was. told that I could only return the car as a trade-in.

The scheduling of an appointment at Waldorf Ford is a feat in & of itself. Trying to get a representative from service to pick up the phone is a joke. Then the online scheduling app doesn’t reflect the actual date/time you can schedule an appointment. But it was amazing how fast someone reached right out to me to tell me the appointment I made on the app couldn’t be met. This is bush-league & left me with the feeling of bad customer service. Expecting an appointment before traveling & then having to wait a week after I returned —doesn’t really sit well. I feel more & more that the extended service plan purchase was a ploy. There will be careful consideration when we shop for our next vehicle.

Im only giving 1 star because of Tony Thompson my sales person. He was awesome. Made the purchase of my car smooth and fast. From that point on it has been horrible! I had to drop the car back off to the dealership due to the heated seats not working. Made an appointment early so that I could get to work somewhat on time. They offered a rental. Great except they forgot about me after I handed over the keys! I sat waiting for a shuttle for 30 minutes and had to remind the cashier I was still waiting! They never called me about my tags. I had to find that out myself when I saw my paper tags were expiring. They didnt offer to out the new tags in for me but whatever. Now after almost 6 months I still dont have the title to my car. Ive been calling for over a week and no one ever calls me back. I understand the MVA has been backed up but this is ridiculous! I would not recommend them. They are not professional and clearly dont care about their customers!

3qts. low on transmission fluid and a rear main seal leak after they put it all back together. No loaner for warranty work and grease on my headliner and interior every time they work on my car. I recently discovered one of their mechanics wrote me a little message on my oil filter mocking the issue I was experiencing after they fixed/broke my car which led me to write this review.

I could not believe the labor rates and parts charges. These charges were almost double that of a local repair shop. Never going back there again unless my repair is covered under warranty or a recall. Cmon, $180 for a CEL diagnostic and $900 to replace a track bar on my Ford Pickup, Cmon guys that was ridiculous.

But for 3 weeks now I KEEP getting calls from a female employee there that keeps trying to get me to come in for a car that is no longer available, DESPITE telling her I am no longer interested in purchasing a car at this time AND to please put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Normally I would let it go but I just received yet another call and voicemail from her today! This is very predatory and it makes me happy for car buying apps ushering in a new future for car buying!

Was called numerous times to get my vehicle appraised at since I did the kbb private listing. I originally went to prince Frederick Ford and got a pretty good quote. But since I kept getting calls I listened and they said that they would pay me more than prince Frederick by a few hundred dollars assuming it’s in the same condition. They also said if I didn’t buy a car they would give me the same value like they did in prince Frederick. I couldn’t say no so I drove an hour and a half round trip for them to give me an offer of $800 less for cash or $300 more for a trade in. I talked to the manager on staff who was rude and arrogant and said sir no dealership gave you the same price for cash or trade in. Basically calling me a liar when I had the paper quote in my hand from the dealership. After showing the quote he still didn’t believe me. Waste of time, will go to prince Frederick Ford today to get my original offer. I originally bought my first car here and my family has also bought cars from here too, we will never buy a car from this dealership ever againUpdate: A representative reached and apologized for the dealer’s mistakes. Jeff Steed, customer service director of WF, has been diligent in trying to resolve my Mach-Es cargo door issue of closing consistently with the wave of a foot for months. The problem has defied most solutions. But, again, Mr. Steed has been diligent in trying to resolve the problem; the latest solution was installed Mon., Sept. 13, of which I am currently testing.

They are fraudsters. They give me price for a vehicle that they done have, and when I get their the manager was trying to sell me another vehicle with 10k over price. Bad place and bad management.
