First contacted Tyja Germain (TJ) on Facebook about the listing. He was very responsive and very informative, he even provided a video that i requested of the vehicle running. I Drove up a few hours from Virginia to see a corvette. I had a few issues before heading home, so he literally sat with his manager and I at a gas station until a friend could pick me up. (2+ hours) ending at 11PM. The next day I had my car and was back on the road. Ive never experienced customer service like this, completely phenomenal! I can never thank these men enough. I walked in with no one pressuring as I looked around. When I asked to look at 2 cars they were more than willing to let me compare the vehicles. I was the maybe 2.5 hours, left with a great vehicle, and amazing service.

Online ad was totally misleading FALSE ADVERTISING Lenny helped me he was cool.Test drive was cool. When it came time to negotiate they added 4-5k for taxes title and extra fees for some reason not sure why tax and title cost 4-5k extra but I wouldn’t trust the online ad prices very misleading. Ron was the one I talked to for pricing and it was terrible from 31.5k to 36k in person makes no sense.I’d rather take my money somewhere with honest pricing and reasonable negotiation. Don’t trust Ron. False advertising at its best.

Teresa and Kevin we’re very helpful in purchasing my Pacifica. They were pretty fast however the slow down was dealing with the insurance company. But it all worked out at the end. There were a few things we caught that were wrong with the vehicle. They were able to fix them all right away. Would recommend them.

SCAM ALERT🚨 Drove a mini van we liked, but needed an obvious repair during our test drive. Not a big deal, they sent it into the shop with assurances it would be ready for pick up in a few days. Agreed to pay the sticker price plus tax title, license, and dealer processing fee only to have them try to slide in a 2,000 ‘dealer warranty’ in the paper work. My husband, (a veteran) was shocked that both the general and store manager refused to take these fees off, as we did not need or want their warranty. We were willing to pay full sticker price. Dealership stopped returning our calls during the time the issue was supposed to be being fixed.Reporting to the BBB and state prosecutor as this is obviously a scam that is pulled on those desperate for financing. We do not fall into that category. Our first red flag should have been that Capitol One did not consider this a suitable dealership when comparing rates ahead of time for our financing pre-approval.I feel sorry for our sales person Deborah, as she was a sweet lady. The problem is higher up, avoid this place at all costs.

I had a good experience at National Auto. I went on a Sunday and it did not take hours at a car lot, like it does most times! I knew the car I wanted and they even worked with me to come back and get a few scratches repaired since we wanted to take the car home that day. Got a great warranty on the car as well (please be sure to get a warranty! You never know when you may need it!). $2300 IN FEES?!?! Was going to buy a 2012 Audi A7. The discussed price was 17,700 before taxes. Get to the paperwork part and then all of the sudden there’s a 2,300 “recon” fee I wasn’t ever told about. When asked what it was for nobody could really give me an answer except saying from where it was detailed. I work at a car lot and we do none of that bs. Service and detail of the car should be included in the list price.

Too busy, very few staff, we called ahead of time to see a Jeep (we live 1.5 hours away), they said the vehicle was available, once we were on the table and ready to buy, one of the managers told us the vehicle had a deposit. So bad communication, bad data entry, they charge $900+ for a Recon fee which means the car would be detailed, etc... Definitely NOT worth $900+!!! And lastly, the bathroom of this place is NASTY!!!!!

Customer service was good with the salesmen but when speaking to the General Manager Ben Shayeah he was rude and nasty. After 2 and a half weeks of having the car it has no air conditioning, has a couple of leaks in the transmission hoses. The rotors of the vehicle are worn and they said they would replace them but now that I took it back he said none of those items are included in the warranty. I Will never Recommend this place and will tell everyone I know not to go to this dealership.
