The customer service here was great! I contacted two other dealerships near my home and I had to leave my car 3 to 5 days just for a diagnostic and had to wait over a month for an appointment with the other one. Was able to get my appointment here in a few days and was able to have a diagnostic and car repaired in about 4 hours. It was worth the drive to get here.

CP and Jennifer never treat me like a customer. I always feel like I’m family. I’ve owned luxury vehicles but the care they show goes way beyond anything those dealers ever showed. Dealership sent a coupon for service with my Name, vehicle, and vin. Serviced performed and then the coupon wasn’t honored. I was told they couldn’t honor the coupon they sent me because my vehicle was a diesel. I assumed they knew this considering they printed it on the coupon. Classic bait and switch. Very disappointed in Dodge Ram. Won’t use their service again. Won’t buy another Ram.

Just got here at 12:20pm they got my hellcat in for an oil change soon as i stepped out got my info and took my car in the back and started working. Great customer service. other dealerships I’ve waited nearly 3 hrs just for them to pull it in the back.

I went to the waiting area which was exceptionally clean and equipped for social distancing. Jenn came in and checked on customers throughout the process which I found to be very thoughtful. Wow! After some back and forth at other dealers, the folks at Waldorf made a two year research project come to fruition. The result was the purchase of a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited with the Night Edition package. After reaching out to Mark, Sales Manager, on Thursday night via email, we had a deal done via the phone by Friday early afternoon. By Friday night Maria was pulling my flawless truck into the driveway.The truck is amazing (may have a slight issue with the subwoofer of the 19 speaker Harmon Kardon system but assume this will be easily addressed) and I highly recommend the truck and advise you to work with the folks at Waldorf if you’re in the market. The Entire staff and team was super professional, courteous and above excellent Service. Im very happy with the recent service at Waldorf Dodge. They recommended some addition service to my 16 Charger while I was there for an oil/filter change. They explained the additional service recommendations in detail. Everything was completed fast and in the time they said it would be ready.

I loved my experience at dodge in Waldorf. I inquired online and worked with the online rep & had help from Jamie (a sales person there), they handled everything for me while I was at work and got the deal done before I even got there! They all went above and beyond to make this happen for me and I am very grateful! The sales team is fantastic, the manager really steps up to make the deals happen and the team who handles the loans (paperwork) really go the extra mile to make sure your getting the best deal possible! I thought my deal was already done and they called me the next day with a better cheaper lower interest option! I would definitely recommend this place!

Worst truck buying experience. Purchased a vehicle and the check engine light came on the next day. Service wanted to charge the warranty company. On a vehicle purchased one day prior!! Thats a dealership issue. Then took a lost trading out of a vehicle that I could not drive. They depreciated a vehicle that was sitting on their lot for two weeks. Avoid the head ache and shop at another dealership. Go to VA shop at a better auto group. Koons has a 7 day return policy.

Nice place great customer service provider/s, but the timing of the service was incredibly slow Went in between the hours 0900-0930hrs and I left around lunch. I have, “Business Link” that Dodge has for commercial businesses. Unfortunately and unknowingly and only after asking that this was that Business Link wasn’t recognized at this dealership. But meanwhile after having a flat tire replaced and get the oil changed, I did seem to make it out of there. Employees working out of the shop move with no sense of urgency. Just so happened to notice the 2-3 that were walking around. On the other hand the oil was changed and a new tire was put on and no further issues can be spoken for.

By far my best experience in my 3 visits. CP was great at explaining issues with my car and how to fix it by simply pressing a button on the steering wheel.

The entire experience with Robb (salesmen) was 10/10. He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling us, and if there was a question he did not know he got the answer quickly.My only issue was during the contract signing with the finance guy. It seemed that he was rushing through the paperwork and not really explaining. I understand they were busy that day, but this is a HUGE purchase we are making and should not feel rushed.

Used sale men were awesome. Seemed like very good guys.The problems started when I went from used cars to new cars. After being told it would be “ a couple minutes” about 5 times for 30 minutes we were finally sat down with the finance guy. He quickly rubbed us the wrong way. We received an interest rate that was higher than expected which was fine. He continued to tell us “you guys can just refinance later” which I’ve never been told by a finance guy. There were some small issues on the used truck to which’s he told us multiple times “well someone will come buy it as is” and ” we are going to sell this vehicle anyway”. If you guys can just sale this vehicle to anyone then just say that and we will look elsewhere. Don’t waste 5 hours of our time just to be told you won’t fix 3 small issues with the vehicle …(that the salesmen Said he would fix by the way). Finance manager didn’t even explore all financial options, as we were given better rates at another dealership elsewhere with the credit unions. Waste of 5 hours to be told they can easily sell this vehicle elsewhere. Finance guy didn’t even know that the vehicle couldn’t even pass inspection in the state the the vehicle is being sold. It felt like I was educated him on the vehicle that they were selling me. He finished the conversations buy reiterating “sorry we couldn’t make a deal, someone willBuy it”.I have had many bad experiences with salesmen but I’ve never left a deal on the table because of a bad finance manager.Terrible experience,Corey H.

I couldnt figure out HOW on earth my brand new 2020 Dodge Challenger just overheated on me while driving down the road, so I called Waldorf Dodge and asked them if I had the car towed there would they be able to help me out quickly since I was going on vacation in 2 days. Of course you cant make promises like that not knowing the issue but they assured me as soon as the car was there they would do everything they could to get me back on the road. I dropped the car off in the evening (approximately 1 hour to closing) and they said they would check first thing in the morning. The next day I got a call around 9 a.m. from Dodge telling me there was a KITTEN in my engine and that was the reason the car overheated! (She had nuzzled behind my fan). Not only did they take care of the car and fix any internal damage, but they were so delicate and cautious not to scare the already terrified kitten! I cant promise that youll get a free kitten out of your dealings, but I can definitely assure you that they are so kind, informative, and quick with their work. Ive never had an issue and will be a continued repeat customer. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle servicing. My 2019 RAM was having electrical and starting issues. We were introduced to Ruben Martinez, the service tech, who did all of the basic check-in questions and plug-in computer diagnostics. But he didn’t just sign the truck in and tell us to have a seat. Ruben took the time to explain what seemed to be going on with the battery and then answered our questions about not just the battery, but maintenance and oil changes, filters. Bought this RAM while living in VA and Ruben is the first person to clearly answer and explain the why to all of my questions instead of giving me pat answers. Even though Waldorf Dodge, RAM is more than six hours from me I will definitely contact Noel & Mark the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. Great service department. Jennifer was my service manager. I particularly like the drive up oil changes. I wish they would consider maybe adding other quick services to the drive-up as well, like cabin filters, tire rotation maybe. But overall great experience.

I have been using Waldorf Dodge for all of my Grand Caravans service needs for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience. Their service department is always professional, friendly, and straightforward. My wife had to take the car to another Dodge dealership in Lexington Park for an emergency service several months ago and they recommended several thousand dollars worth of additional maintenance that they found in their diagnostic. Wes and the team at Waldorf assured us that almost all of that maintenance was not needed at the time and saved us quite a bit of money just by being honest. That kind of service, in my opinion, is worth its weight in gold.

I had a factory recall. Jennifer quickly identified it and had the parts ordered. Even though the wrong part was ordered, (not by her) very easy mistake when dealing with the ProMaster and ProMaster city, she quickly corrected it.

I was able to buy the truck I wanted from my couch. I was able to get a great deal over the phone and then they sent the salesman up to pick up my trade and deliver the new truck. Will be buying all my cars like this the future!

I wish 0 stars was an option came in and not only waited for an oil change for over 3 hours but also recieved very disrespectful service from the sales department. Jaime was very disrespectful and practically called me a liar and assumed I was pregnant as well as lost our physical documents then miraculously found them 5 minutes later in the file she was holding the whole time. Then a finance man accused me of talking to him like a dog when I said we were leaving. If you have to come here make sure you have financing secured before walking through the door because they definitely try to screw you. Im just confused to how they are still in business at this rate. Ive always recieved bad service and sales here for at least 5 years. Im not sure why I kept coming back but this last interaction was definitely the last straw. However there is one highlight about this dealership and that is Craig he is a salesman and he is absolutely amazing!

My experience at this Dodge Waldorf is always excellent. The service department is always helpful and friendly, and they always provide a speedy and efficient repair. As long as I drive a dodge, this is where I’ll be going.

My issue with my Charger was quickly diagnosed. The needed part was on back order, but I was kept in the loop by my Service Advisor during the entire process. He worked with my extended warranty service and notified me when the part arrived. The repair was completed in a day. My vehicle was vacuumed and nicely washed upon pickup. I was pleased with the service provided.

We recently purchased another car with Waldorf Dodge this will be our fourth purchase with this dealership. We are extremely happy with the service we received. The sales team is the best and worked very hard getting us the lowest interest rate possible. The Service team is excellent we’ve had cars in for normal servicing and have always been pleased with their professionalism and care for our vehicles and us. One thing that’s been consistent every time I visit is the friendly customer service. Usually I deal with CP, this time I had Jennifer. Both are always very friendly and helpful! I got an oil change and tire rotation, so no big deal there...it was done and no problems.

Got great value for trade.. the truck I wanted to look at had just sols but they had a different model with the cummins..Decided to buy that..I think the whole process from talking to Rob..test driving...and getting out the door was maybe a hour tops two. Then to top it off. He delivered the vehicle and picked up the trade Sunday morning. Couldnt ask for better service.

This dealership does not deserve even half a star! (But I have to technically rate it to share my story!) My fiance went to this Dodge dealership to have his car key fob replaced so he can automatically unlock his car doors. Simple, right? My fiance returned a couple days later with his receipt in hand to let them know that the fob wasnt working and if they could fix it. They refused to fix the malfunctioning key fob unless he paid again for the service. My fiance asked them for a refund or to repair the fob. They decided to call the police on him! Can you believe that? Is that what you call customer service? This dealership called the police on my fiance because they thought he was a threat for asking for his refund or getting the key fob he already paid for replaced. I do not recommend this place to anyone! What a shame!

I made appointment to program a duplicate key for my newly acquired 2020 Laramie. The dealership service manager (Dom) was ready for me at the appointed time. He estimated the time required and explained the programming files are downloaded from the internet and the files were huge. He offered their hospitality lounge while I waited. True to his time estimate, my duplicate key was ready. I was impressed with Doms knowledge of the job and his professionalism in conducing business. Thanks again!

Dominic in the service department was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that the repairs on my van were completed with care. Dominic kept me abreast of every step, on what would be most feasible and cost effective. Dominic even helped measure out a plan for future maintenance. Other service dept staff, including Manager, were extremely cordial and polite. Wish you all the same great experience I had at Waldorf Dodge Service Dept.

No stars at all.. I put my truck in for what should be, for a dealer,an easily diagnosed transmission issue ten day ago..I was told the technician went into the transmission and closed the transmission an the trans.isusue is still not solved but want to charge me again to reopen the transmission meanwhile telling me a recall issue part unrelated to the transmission has been ordered but wont come in until the 29 of June, making it over twenty days possibly for what should have been a relatively simple diagnosis and fix for professionals...I sense Ponsi Scheme....will never take another vehicle there....more later

Well upon entering service lane there was the gentleman who was very busy on phone one other guy seem to bsing to someone two other advisors were at lunch I guess no one said hello we will be with in a minute what has been the appropriate thing to do I dont get my truck serviced there Ive called in the past and nobody never even picked up the phone so I havent had really any good experiences with your service department parts department helps me out all the time
