I went to Kia of Waldorf originally to just look at the car I wanted and I met Dawayne who was nice and took his time and didn’t beat around the bush! This was my first time getting a car and I didn’t want to go in feeling like someone’s meal ticket. It was NEVER THAT! I ended up leaving that day and potentially going to another dealership to get a car they did not have in their inventory, however Dawayne worked some magic and got me my car. He was able to get the car sent over from another dealership and I was out of there in less than two hours! The experience was great and he definitely took his time with me, I appreciate the fact that he called me back a few days after the first visit which gave me time to think about me actually making the purchase. He was great overall.

This is the first car dealership that I’ve went to that doesn’t negotiate the price and sell you damaged vehicles. The Kia Optima I looked have scratches on the front and back bumper that indicate the vehicle has been in some form of a accident which the dealership won’t tell you about it. They don’t maintenance or service their vehicles like they should. The workers do not wear their mask and it’s a worldwide pandemic going on. This dealership is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend you go to another dealership to get better deals, better customer service, and feel a little more safe and protected.

My Sales gentleman Andy Torres was wonderful, he was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable, Andy was energetic and very pleasant to work with. There should be more sales people like Andy. The finance office, I believe his name was Chris that assisted me, was as easy to work with as Andy was. Chris was extremely helpful and work very hard to give me exactly what I wanted... I cant truly say enough good about Bayside of Waldorf. I would go back there in a heartbeat. I had shopped at another dealership in Fredericksburg and was truly not satisficed at all, Bayside was GREAT and I got the car I wanted for much less than I expected, so there is still a place where you can get a good deal on a car, I truly believe Bayside is that place. If I could rate lower, I would. We took our car in at around 12pm on Saturday for new brakes, rotors, oil change, and tire rotation. When we werent contacted by 5pm about our car I called but was told the service dept was close! We received no call, text, nor email that our car was going to be there overnight and over the Easter holiday. In fact Im am certain that had we not contacted them on Monday Waldorf Kia would still not have made contact with us. I was on hold over the phone for over 20 mins just for the rep to tell me that our vehicle was ready for pickup at 1230 on Saturday and their automated service should have notified us. That timing doesnt Make sense to me but regardless we received no notification. The rep didnt believe me and insinuated that I was making the whole thing up. We will never take our vehicle to Waldorf Kia again. Wed sooner travel into VA if we had no other choice.

Randy was fantastic! I’d been on the hunt for a used vehicle for a couple weeks and had a bad experience every where I went. I know a lot about cars and when I’d ask questions on a vehicle I’d get the run around and the sales person would be pushy. Randy had the vehicle I was interested in ready for me before I arrived. He let me inspect the car, ask questions and test drive with ease. After a short time of looking at other options I decided that car was the one. I already expressed that I had a loan approval and he never pushed to finance with anyone else. Most places didn’t want to work with me or even hold a vehicle while I got a check from Navy Federal. I would like to express my frustration with there service center. I have been a customer since 2013 and in past 2 years from 2019- 2020 after getting my 2nd car with them in 2017, I have had the worst service. I was supposed to have 3 years of oil changes from Bayside for Life, but each time I received service, the experience got worse. First, I had wheel locks, and they took them off, then claimed to know nothing, and I had to pay a large sum to get the lock and have them removed. Second was in 2020, where I brought my car in, because it kept shutting down on me, and I was told my engine was eating/burning the oil, and I had to get a new car or a new engine. However I got a second opinion and they said it was just a sensor, and it has worked since. These last few experiences, makes me never want to buy a car from this dealership ever again.

Jon S. was great to work with. Right from the start he seemed like a down to earth person. There was no pressure, and he always stayed in contact with me. I purchased a car during COVID-19, he was very respectful of not having me come out to the dealership . With that said, you have to know you can trust your sales person of all the small details of the car without seeing them in person. Jon did multiple videos of the interior and exterior of the used vehicle. All the videos make me feel comfortable that the car he was delivering was everything as promised and had no hidden surprises. He really just seems easy to trust and that he is genuine about it. My father went in ready to purchase a used car he found on Cars.com. He was extremely excited about the listing and even called ahead to make sure it was legit.As soon as he walked in, they said there was an additional $995 repair fee. They claimed it was posted on the listing, but after looking at the listing on both Cars.com and their website, nothing was mentioned about the car. My dad asked if they could waive the fee, and they came up with multiple different excuses as to why they could not waive the fee.After showing disinterest, they said they would waive the fee. They ran the numbers and increased the price of the car $1000 even though the waived the fee.If you want to be yanked around and treated with disrespect, by all means, go for it. They upheld the stereotype of distrustful and slimy used car salesmen.

Recently I was in the market just looking around to buy a newer vehicle but unsure what I really wanted. I called a few dealerships prior to contacting kia but was turned off due to the salesperson being pushy about what I wanted and seemed to just want to make a quick sale over the phone even before I got to the dealership. So One of my friends recently purchased a vehicle from bayside Kia of Waldorf and told me he had a very good experience. I decided to take my car up there to possibly do a trade in and look at a few suvs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy anything. I contacted Kia first through text message and Jc responded back setting up a time to meet at my convenience. He didn’t try to talk fast and shoot me a bunch of options over the phone like others did which was refreshing. When I got there I told jc what I was possibly looking for, how much I wanted to spend and the vehicle i wanted to trade in. I also told Jc I was just shopping around and unsure if I wanted to buy just yet. Jc Told me no problem and showed me an suv I was originally looking at, explained the features, options and the price (even though it was over my budget). He didn’t just say “this is out of your budget” or “you don’t want that you want this”. After discussing the price, Jc recommended I take a look at the 2020 Sorento. I couldn’t of been happier. It had everything I was looking for and the price was good. Jc also explained the dealer rebates and how I also would get an additional $400 off for being a Veteran. Chris who works up front was also very friendly and helped with getting me a fair trade in for my previous car and sat down and further explained extra options bayside Kia offered. The process was very easy and simple. It honestly felt like I wasn’t at your typical dealership where all they want to do is push a fancy ride on you and shove you out the door. Jc and the team took the time to help with the financing and paperwork. Even other sales people were friendly and they were not even involved in the buying process.It was such an easy experience I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I Recently Purchased a 2016 Dodge hellcat from the dealership. Kiele Smith was my sale representative and did an exceptional job with the accuracy of the condition of the car . I drove 7 hours to see the car and it was nice for a change to have a dealership that was honest in their description of a car and very fair on price. Really excellent service department. I was quoted an hour and a half for my service and was out in 40 minutes. Service updates are texted to your phone and there is a status board in the waiting room. This is very helpful if you want to know what is going on. Would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.

Kia of Waldorf always provides great customer service. I recently took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and they were able to service my car in a short amount of time. They sent me a text message once my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car they gave me a voucher for a free car wash at a local car wash place since they are unable to wash cars on their lot right now due to renovations. I never feel like they try to get over on me by recommending added services. I really do believe they car about my car and they never make me feel like just a number. Whenever I’m in the market for another car, Kia of Waldorf is where I will continue to go!

The service at this Kia dealership is great. They get us in a quickly as possible, will shuttle us where we need to go while they take care of whatever the vehicle needs, wash and vacuum it, then pick us back up. Every appointment has been stellar service!

I know many people who couldnt even make a payment due to the current crisis all over the world. The only company who has been harassing us with phone calls everyday - sometimes in the evening and Sundays - is Kia. Any kind of crisis can be good at times because it wakes you up to know who your friend is. Kia is not my friend anymore!

I had a recall on my Kia Optima 2015. Ryan Wozniak was the best. He has the best customer service I have ever seen in a dealership service center. The whole staff was amazing. Everything was explained from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I had to come back because my exhaust pipe was hanging but Ryan made sure it was taking care of. I mean walked me to my car and opened the door at the end of both visits. I will be back for all my car needs. I highly recommend this service center.Thanks Ryan and staff

I saw a 2017 5.0 mustang for sale with only 7,000 miles on it and for the price I immediately went to check the car out. From the moment I pulled into the lot. Mr. Vincent who is a sales associate assisted me through the whole process and was very nice. He even helped me drop my rental off and brought me back to KIA. Vincent has called once a month for the last two months just to make sure everything was good and the car was good. I never thought to go to KIA but this purchase and the the help of Vincent, I may look into other vehicles from here. Great experience.

I had to take my vehicle in for a diagnostic for a light. I was able to shuttle home while I wait and was actually contacted back in a very timely manner as to what the issue is. Both Ryans were very helpful with the information given and my shuttle driver Kate was very nice as well. She remembered me from a while back at the beginning of the year when she had to run me and my baby girl home. I would highly recommend for the good customer service and timely service waits.
