Moe, Zachary and Nick were so excited to help us find a car we love and they gave us advice and Moe tool us on a test drive. They also made our little princesses comfortable with balloons and screening Frozen for them as we were talking about the car. Waldorf Subaru I am disgusted. I have purchased vehicles from you in the past as well as some of my family members. I do not understand how you can charge a little old lady $100 to change a cabin filter, even when she was already getting an oil change and tires rotated. It takes no tools and no more than 3 minutes to change the cabin air filter. You recommend that service to her while she was there and I am glad she said no because that is outrageous. I get it if there was some actual work required to change it, but for something so simple requiring no tools to change, then trying to justify the $100 charge (parts & labor) by saying the glove box needs to be removed. Shame, Shame, Shame. Fairness and honesty = repeat customers.
Let me preface by saying that we traveled all the way from NJ to buy our car from here. Flawless experience UNTIL the car was out the door....I am now two months out and still dont have my plates which wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have to literally STALK the title agent for days to take my call. This is the second time now - I had to chase after her for an extension at the end of June and same song and dance now.I have never dealt with a more unprofessional individual in my life. Zero customer service skills. After I finally got a hold of her she proceeded to tell me about her systems issues and how she can not call people if she cant get in the system - your systems are not my or any customers problem lady!!! Do your job!It was the most bizarre and infuriating exchange instead of what you would expect to be a simple acknowledgement for the inconvenience.Between the attitude (as if I was bothering her with my request) and lack of common courtesy....a 7 year old would have handled it better.Cant say I would recommend them and its unfortunate because I have no complaints otherwise....Megan and Omar were a pleasure to deal with.

My experience is actually with Eric from the Volkswagen side because I had previously purchased a car from him with my girlfriend a few months prior and it was so easy that I recommended this dealership to a friend of mine for his new WRX 2 days ago, even though it was 4.5 hours from where we live in WV.He was about to purchase a car locally and we last minute called up Eric and got numbers super fast, no arguments or issues. Hopped in the car and drove to meet them after they closed to finalize the purchase. Was more than worth it. I went in for service on my Crosstrek and ended up leaving with a 2020 Outback. I had an Outback almost a decade ago that I enjoyed, but the new ones are truly amazing with improved mpg and driving dynamics! I am very pleased with the whole deal and happy with my new car. Mario was a super salesperson with a great attitude. I highly recommend seeing him if you are considering purchasing a Subaru. My Outback is the premium trim, and looks beautiful in Tungsten. The dogs love it too!

Buying our Subaru car with Lamarr was a very easy and fast process. We really dislike the idea to go to a dealer and spend hours there. Since we knew what car we wanted we communicated with Lamarr over the phone and email and when we visited the dealer we move quickly with the purchase and in less than 2 hours we were driving home in the new car. Had some doubts going out due to COVID 19But when got to the dealer everyone had masks and gloves on . They sanitized my car and I really appreciated it . THEY EVEN SANITIZED THE PEN BEFORE AND AFTER I USED IT. They have earned a customer for life. The I think service manager Lisa is her name she was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealer.

One of the worst customer service buying experiences Ive ever had. Two months after purchase I still have not received my plates and parts that I was told would be two weeks at max. Upon reaching out time and time again, no response from anyone. Multiple messages left to multiple managers and no response. I would not buy from them again considering the hassle it has been to get them to come through with anything on their part of the deal.

Deceitful Advertising Practice. I found a VW advertised on KBB.com and when I called about the price they actually ADDED $1500 to their online price because I wasnt a VET, Student & First Responder, so $500 additional for each incentive discount I didnt qualify for. So the price they have advertised is essentially impossible to qualify for since its a rare person who is all 3 at the same time. I called 2 different days just to make sure that someone hadnt made a mistake. This is shameful.

We had a great experience with Mario. We were in a bit of a hurry and driving down in the evening from Baltimore, so we did a bit of negotiating over the phone before showing up. I appreciated that Mario sent over a proposal outlining all of the costs before we ever began negotiations. Dont expect any response after you buy the car. Everyone was friendly enough while selling me a car but afterwards, they didnt give me a temporary registration, screwed up my tag transfer, and would not respond no matter who or how many times I called; and I would give them a week or two before calling again. now Im three months out from buying the car, apparently with a bad plate because they screwed it up to begin with and wouldnt respond when I tried to get in touch to resolve the problem. I can confidently say Im much happier solving the problem through the MVA then ever talking to them again. needless to say, Im not returning or recommending them to anyone else.
Our sales agent Mario, and the general sales manager Amanda worked with us on the price and our trade in, which was important to us. Also the customer service was very good. Very good purchase experience.
I have no opinion of the service here, but if you want to buy a car, don’t let them have your registration card, they’ll steal it and eventually loose it so you have to go to the MVA for another one in the hopes that you will come back to see them again. They will also tell you that you have to fill out a credit application to test drive a car because of 9/11 rules. Stay classy Waldorf VW.

I know there is pressure to sell cars, however, I have never felt so disappointed from visiting a car dealership. The only advice I have is that they should remember to respect their customers, even if a customer is not ready to purchase a car on that exact day. The whole this deal is only good for today nonsense is manipulative and disrespectful. You never know who the customer is that you are talking to or who they know, dont lose out on potentially valuable customers because of stuff like this. I decided to make my purchase at another dealer in the area.

Make sure you get the right part. First time i went in they gave me the wrong crush washer and filter. Didnt think to check until i got home and drained the oil out like an idiot. Aside from that, parts dept is pretty good and the other people are pretty nice and knowledgeable

I bought a 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport this past weekend and I am still in love with it! Mario was beyond great. He was able to answer all of questions. He was even able to inform me on things I wouldnt even think to ask myself. This shows the level of knowledge he has on these cars. The entire staff was very friendly and made the whole experience super easy!
They lie and dishonestly slide you credit applications when you already have a loan through a credit bureau and state 5 times you dont want a loan through Subaru. Zack, Amanda, and Irene tell you customers are important but lie or dont help you any way. Be aware. The car is great but the conglomerate Subaru and their representatives at Waldorf and the person who told me to contact them to resolve the issue do not care about the customer and cant get anything accomplished unless it suits them.
OMG... Love the service here!!! I called on Friday to make an appointment to get my crosstreck detailed and just some other checks... One being my radio. I spoke with Troy and he helped me out from appointment to setting me up with a loaner car. Troy and Steven were the greatest. They broke everything down and was honest about the radio and detailing my vehicle. When I pulled up it looked like a brand new 🚗! Thank you soo much customer for life! #Subienation
Took my recently purchased used 08 STI in for service, and had it diagnosed quickly as a cylinder failure, requiring a short block replacement. This situation was only made worse by the company I got an extended warranty from refusing to accept the repair claim, claiming it was pre-existing damage.Jon Thomidis, the Service Consultant, was consistently helpful, friendly, and patient. He made sure to be readily available by cell phone, assisted me in trying to get the warranty company to accept the claim, and allowed me to store my vehicle there for over 3 months as I tried (ultimately unsuccessfuly) to resolve this situation. Once the job was started, the service department was always upfront with the pricing, and didnt try to nickle & dime on shop supplies or anything. The job was quick and I was kept in the loop with updates and photos during the process. They also replaced my clutch for only about $130 extra by burying the costs in the main job.My experience with the service department was exceptional; by far the best dealership service Ive had. Ourisman is nothing like the typical dealership service; theyre true professionals.
(Long Post) Amazing deal they got for us. So much so we got 2 cars (1 new and 1 used) ! My wife was, but wasnt sure what she wanted (Took 4 trips from VA to MD) over a week+, but Moe (Salesman) and Misha (Finance manager) were beyond patient, honest and supportive. I cant compliment them enough on their honesty, hard work, knowledge base and dedication to get my wife and I into relaible cars with great rates/payments. Moe came in on his days off (Twice) just for us to look at cars, no hesitation ! Misha answered all my questions directly by phone and in person. Moe and Misha make a superb team! Misha, hands down is the Best Ive seen/dealt with in the business for financing hands down (Brought 7 cars so far in my life). And...Actually learned some new things about financing from Misha ! She didnt run our credit 10 times either... She told me every step she wanted to take and all of my options upfront, the impact/outcomes. I will be purchasing my next car from them for sure ! Yes, we tried in VA... bait and switched twice..once in culpeper and once in chantilly. Culpeper dealer, Ran my wifes credit on a car she wanted and then said the car was already sold, we got up and walked out... the 2nd deal I had (Chantilly) after a 4 days of negotiations, we settled on a price. So, I was on my way to the dealer in Chantilly with cash to buy and they called me as im 5 min away and said someone else just showed up and is doing paperwork to buy it...!!! I know it may sound crazy to buy a car based off of the salesman and finance manager, but I can tell you I will not give my business/money to unorganized, untrust worthy and impatient businesses. The two VA dealers offered nothing, either of them, Barely an apology. Moe and Misha set the Platinum + standard for me ! Worth every 2+ hour drive I did up there. The dealership has a very warm and friendly feeling from the time you walk in. I was personally greeted by the sales manager, Amanda Sisk, and introduced to my personal salesman, Angelo. He was very knowledgeable regarding his product and had a great personality. The financial closing was quick and painless. Kudos to Zach and Riley or Ryan(??). I wish I could give them no stars! Im an elderly woman on a fixed income. I brought my vehicle in for service as I have been a customer since 2015. The auto mechanic damaged my vehicle. The dealership promised to order a replacement part to repair the vehicle. Ive endeavored to resolve this issue with the service department. Unfortunately, theyve ceased communication with me. The damaged console was glued by the dealership. They are not accepting responsibility for the damage to my car.
I recently had my Outback in for service. The service writers were very friendly. My free 27 point inspection was a great bonus. The tech, Josh, brought me out into the shop and showed me exactly where my oil leak was coming from while explaining in laymans terms exactly what caused it and what would fix it. I definitely will recommend this shop to everyone.

Look, I try to understand backups and expectedly busy hours, but waiting nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change and rotation is at the upper limits of my patience, especially since I made an appointment. Service guy was willing to take off the next time I come in, but I think Ill either go somewhere else or do it myself.

I started looking for new vehicles online and wanted to test drive the Subaru Crosstrek. I received a phone call from Mario Ballesteros and we set up a test drive. The test drive went well and I let him know that I needed to go and test drive a few other vehicles before I Made a decision. He said that is ok. We want to make sure we get you in the right vehicle with no pressure. He said he would follow up in a few days. Mario emailed me on Wednesday and I said that I wanted to make the deal and we did on Friday. They had to pull the color I wanted from another area. So I get to the dealership on Friday to find out the vehicle had not arrived yet no worries. I still purchased the vehicle And they let me use an outback until my vehicle came in on Monday. Ok kinda bummed but I understood. Well Mario continued to keep me in the loop on the progress of the vehicle. He calls me The next day to let me know that the vehicle was there and they were finishing up the extras I was having done and that it would be ready at 2. Awesome, I get to the appointment and there my car is. Mario actually went above and beyond to get my vehicle . I would highly recommend Ourisman Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Horrible service... well let me clarify. Megan is great and very attentive. But the actual people doing the service take their lovely time. I didnt notice the difference in service time until I went to two different Subaru service locations and they were fast.

The air-conditioner in my car had stopped working. I sat on put off getting it fixed because I dread going and having my car worked on, as I have had previous bad experiences at other locations. This week I had to go, as I have two very young children and it is getting too hot do drive around doing errands with them. Jonathan was my service rep and he was WONDERFUL. He kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle, made sure that the part to my car was ordered in a timely manner, and when I brought my vehicle back to have the new part placed in my car, he even made sure my baby and I had transportation back home. When I picked up my car, it had been washed, the tires had been inflated and cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend Ourisman Subaru, they will treat you like family and make sure you are taken care of.
I just bought a used subaru from Lee Nguyen, and it was a wonderful first time buying experience. Lee was to the point and fair on everything. The finance manager was the same way and no one tried to push anything extra on me. I would have no problems going back to them. Price was as advertised and I was able to negotiate a little lower for the car. Thanks for a great first car buying experience!
Robert Wiley was very friendly and helpful. No pressure at all. We test rode 3 different cars and by the end of the day we were hot, hungry, tired and irritable. Robert told us just to go home and think it over. Most other dealers Ive been at wouldve keep the pressure up. We went back the next day and got the car we wanted at a great deal.Zack the finance manager was very friendly as well.Overall I couldnt have had a better buying experience.

I have been looking into subarus specifically the Forester, for awhile now and was 98% certain this was the one I wanted. My husband and I stopped in at approx. 5pm one evening just to take a look and test drive to be certain I would be comfortable. We had the fortunate good luck to be greeted by Mario. 3 test drives, 2 brake checks, and 1 very gracious 65 tester later I was 100% certain the Forester was for me. I was very specific on what safety features I wanted and amenities. As luck would have it they were getting the exact car in the next day in the color I wanted!!! Kissmet!!! We schedule an appt a few days later to come back and acquire my new beauty. Yall, Mario is hands down the best car sales man Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He did such a great job that we bought 2 Foresters from him. I can honestly say, I have never enjoyed spending 5 hours at a car dealership more than I did at Ourisman. I came in for a brake lamp switch recall on May 2nd 2019. I thought that this may have been why my brake lamp went out. According to them, due to an inspection they told me I needed an oil change(Which was blatantly obvious by my oil change by date sticker), but they did not tell me that my brake light was out. At first I thought that the brake lamp switch recall may have fixed the issue but it did not. I did not find out my brake light was out again until I was stopped by a police officer. This tells me two things they did not inspect my car and I dont even know if they actually fixed my brake lamp switch. The reasoning behind this is because how did they even check if the fix worked if my brake lamp was already out? I wouldnt recommend getting service here since I dont think they fully inspect the car when you bring it in and they are mainly focusing on a quick cash grab.
We bought a 2018 Outback with Marios help. From just a few email comments he picked the car on the lot that he felt was the best fit. Knocked it out of the park. He chose the right one and we left with it in a couple hours. There was no need to look at the rest. Thank you Mario.
