We have ordered and had delivered 3 custom built mattresses, 2 were delivered to the Outer Banks. The mattresses cost a little more, but well worth it! They are the only mattresses still available that can be flipped regularly.Give them a call, you won’t be sorry!

The delivery service was the best and very much appreciated. The two men were pleasant and very efficient. We were the last delivery on Saturday afternoon, but the men never complained or rushed. They set up the beds carefully and took their time to make sure everything was right before they left. We had outstanding service in the store when we placed our order for the beds, etc. and outstanding delivery service.

I think their sales people were awesome Lisa was totally non pushy she asked our needs, let us sit on a bunch of beds and showed us how theyre made... Whatever questions we had she gave us technical answers not sales answers....she didnt push you to make any sort of upsell at all. The prices are more than reasonable and non negotiable so you dont need to worry about feel like youre getting screwed.

The employee explained the whole history behind the store and the owner, we learned a lot about how their mattresses are made compared to their competitors. I wholeheartedly believe our mattress is better than anything else. I used to struggle to fall asleep so much and would wake up with sore hips and aching back, this mattress doesn’t make me feel that way and I’m also amazed with the mattress not sinking in when I sit on the edge. I am a 2nd time customer, we purchased our queen size mattress set through Original Mattress factory over 8 years ago. Today I went in to purchase a king size bed frame. Rich, the sales associate, immediately took care of everything and it was a fast, smooth transaction. He even carried it out to the car for me. I love their products and their customer service is top notch as well!! HIGHLY recommend!

Bought a mattress a few years ago and love it. Very well made and sleeps great. Deserves a 5 star rating based on value and quality. Only complaint is salesman will try to upsale more expensive mattress. I bought one of the cheaper mattresses and get great sleep and cant believe the value! Went back to buy another and salesman talked us out of it. Dont understand why they offer the cheaper mattresses if they dont want to sell them.

Love their mattresses but call about getting sheets for our bed and when we got there they didnt have the color we were told they had. We needed to purchase mattress covers or it would have been a wasted trip.

Let me first say, I hate buying mattresses its worst than buying a car. At least when youre buying a car you can check the specs, prices, and see how they are built. Mattress are different, the comfort is very subjective and you will find other companies will not show you what is in their mattress. We went to the VB store and the salesman told us about the mattresses and their construction. He did not hoover and let us lay on the mattresses as we tested the different models. If we had a question, he knew the answer. We found the one my mother in-law wanted and purchased it with delivery. They called the day before and gave us a window between 8-10 am for delivery. They pulled up in the driveway at 8 a.m. on the dot and had the mattress and boxspring on the bedframe in less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied with the mattress, keep up the good work.

We were given a tour of their factory. Mattresses are made in the factory which is behind the showroom. They dont take mattresses back so you can feel safe that you are getting a brand new mattress. We learned so much about turning the mattress and the box spring. The showroom wss nice and clean, Kumar was not pushy, he gave us time to lay on the mattress and he gave us demos.

We have bought 4 matrresses here--3 of the same version (the 2nd from the top--which is the 2nd most plush one). I struggle with chronic pain & insomnia, and I find these mattresses to be extremely comfortable. The sales process is easy & low pressure. The delivery is prompt as well. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area or wed be buying our next mattress (an adjustable one this time!) from them as well!
