I have been to this location on several occasions and am always pleased. However, this particular visit tops them all! Fredrick was courteous, informative, and above all else he was patient while I considered multiple options (and I tried 12 different mattresses....LITERALLY!!!!!). His knowledge base of the inventory and laid-back demeanor helped the experience outweigh the purchase price by far. Having purchased with Mattress Firm multiple times in the past, I feel comfortable stating that Fredrick is an excellent addition to the team. Job well done, and thank you.

My issues are many. I came in several months ago to buy a new mattress. The salesman told me about the 120 day return policy; if I was unhappy I could get full credit if I returned my new mattress. I was not happy with the mattress because I have a medical disability which causes severe pain & the bed had buttons. This bed was a medium mattress but the replacement mattress he suggested was firm. I told the salesman about the condition; I was also in a wheelchair at the time I came in to get a replacement due to a broken bone. The delivery of the replacement took six weeks for arrival. Because of the 120 return policy I mistakenly thought if there was a problem with the 2nd mattress I could return it also. I did tell him when I tested the replacement that it was hard. I went in when I had the 2nd mattress at about 60 days & complained about the hardness of the new bed. The salesman solution, get a mattress topper for the bed. Also, he told me it needed breaking in by jumping on the mattress to soften it up. I tried both of these for about 30 more days with very little change. When I went in again & told him the suggestions he told me to do didnt hardly help & now I also had lower back pain from this mattress (I have never had back pain before) He then told me I couldnt get a 120 day return policy each time; I would need to pay full price for the new mattress. I DID NOT KNOW THIS!!! This wasnt told to me before. But of course I could get the new full price mattress delivered right away! I think this is a bad policy to not clearly explain the return would only be allowed 1 time. DONT SHOP HERE!! I feel I was taken advantage of.

Douglas was truely incredible and bent over backwards to get me the bed I loved at the best price available. His customer service is unmatched and I would be pleased to work with him again.

We needed a mattress for our RV before a trip. Douglas Veney at the Mattress Firm was able to locate an RV king size mattress and had it delivered to our door within a few days. On top of that Mattress Firm had the item on sale. In this world of Out of Stock, Douglas was extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our problem. He is a true pro. I had called the store to see if a bed was available in stock the same day and Josh was so very helpful! I explained to him our emergency situation with my disabled brothers accident and he kindly advised of a slightly upgraded bed of the same product and on top of that gave us a small discount to help us out! We were looking at the cheapest full size as my current full bed was 10 years old and Uber plush and the one he suggested had better support for getting up and out of.We will definitely be coming back and purchasing a much nicer quality ved once my brother heals and can pick it out himself, and definitely getting the adjustable platform.Josh is very knowledgeable about sleep quality research which I can relate to and appreciate!Thank you again Josh! We bought our first mattress this weekend with help from Josh and it was a great experience. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the products he was showing us. There was no pressure to make a purchase either. We left for some lunch and didnt hesitate to return and make our purchase. Price matching was available and that was a big help as well.

In a serious need of some new mattresses, my husband and I went into Mattress Firm. We had no idea what we wanted or how much they would cost, we just knew we needed them ASAP. Alphonso exceeded our expectation. He was knowledgeable on every mattress, understood our concerns and made the process smooth a possible. We initially thought it would be an all day search for new mattresses, going between Mattress Firm and furniture stores, but after running into Alphonso, we had no need to look any further. Even after encountering a hiccup in the delivery we were able to contact Alphonso and inform him of the situation after trying to walk us through it with no resolve, he rescheduled the delivery men to come back out, he called back when he said he would and kept us in the loop of everything. In a world of bare minimum customer service, it is a relief to have the service we experienced, and is well worth the review. When we upgrade our bedroom suite to a king, we’ll be returning Mattress Firm and be looking for Alphonso.

If I could give a 0 for my experience I would. On 11/4/20 I purchased an adjustable bed that was last in stock through layaway for expected pickup in December. Experience when making said purchase was wonderful and Alphonso was so helpful, even purchased mattress. Went back into store to make payment and was told it has been sold and my money refunded due to 3 week hold limit without payment. The order was cancelled 11/9/20 which is only 5 days later. The store rep was very rude when I asked for clarification on the sale of my item. Very disappointed in the service and will not purchase from them again unless rectified.The store places expectations for customers to make payments therefore they need to follow their own guidelines. It is shady business to sell something from another paying customer.

We went in and was greeted by Ricky Johnson. He asked us what we were looking for. We told him something cheap but comfortable. He said say no more and lead us to the cheap stuff. He pointed out the quality differences. He explained what everything was and sold us a great mattress that was half off the original price. He gave us several options and ultimately didn’t push us to get what he wanted to sell us. We got what we wanted.
