Me and my husband took advantage of a great sale from this mattress firm and we had one of the absolute best experiences shopping for furniture ever! My wife and I went into Mattress Firm in hopes of finding a new king size mattress at an affordable price. Wesley went above and beyond to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. We spent around 2 hours in the store and he was more than happy to answer any and every question that we had. We weren’t expecting to spend what we did, but Wesley did a great job finding us something that we found more than worth it. My wife and I had some differences in mattress preference and we were informed that we could buy two different twin sized mattress and fit them together to make a king. We never would have thought of that. We ended up buying a twin sized split king, 4 new pillows, sheets, pillow cases, a waterproof mattress protector, and an adjustable bed frame when we were originally only looking for a single king sized mattress. I had a wonderful experience at MattressFirm on Holland Rd. I was able to take advantage of the July 4th sale, so I got a great deal price wise, and a free adjustable bed frame. Wesley, the sales associate was very helpful and patient going over all the specs of the different mattress. I can be very indecisive, and he helped me come to a decision fairly quickly. My bed arrives in 2 days, let’s hope the delivery and quality of my mattress is just as good as my purchasing experience. Thankful that I have a 10 year warranty either way. I will definitely go back to Mattress Firm for my next mattress purchase.

Buying a bed is not only an investment but a LONG term commitment! Everyone wants to get this decision right!! I went to this location on a recommendation from a friend who was also shopping for a bed and purchased one here from Albert. Albert also helped with my purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable about the beds and what they offer. Once I found a comfort I liked in a bed, he quickly was able to point out 3 others to compare it to when I asked. Not once was I pressured orpursueded, or given why their beds werebetter than others out there, or sold on a particular bed in the store. Rather, he gave me information and details about each bed and comparisons to help in my decision process. When it came to the base I didnt need one, but Mattress Firm at this time offers a free adjustable platform for the bed. I had not purchased a bed in years and while the free one was not for me, I was amazed at all the other adjustable platforms they carry. My friend was RAVING about how she was enjoying hers! So I went to explore. Having a bed put me into a Zero Gravity position totally blew my mind with the level of increased comfort I could get out of my bed... I was SOLD! LOL! Of course there were other features too, but this base will take my bed from being very comfortable to OUT OF THIS WORLD luxury and comfort. I am very pleased with my investment there and assistance from Albert. If you are looking for a no pressure sale to an already stressful process, where you have someone helping you that knows the products inside and out, and leads with information not sales tactics, go see Albert! You dont need to put your bed purchase off like I had avoiding the stress, just go and start getting some really good sleep at night! I know I will, the platform I got can be set to automatically adjust if it detects me snoring! LoL - How cool is THAT!

Wow, i just couldnt believe the lack of enthusiasm to help or give advice about a mattress topper. As a business owner myself I always refer people to other small businesses or give advice on what they maybe looking for. These guys were like NOPE no where in Virginia Beach will you find a mattress topper. I did have to call around and I did find a topper in Virginia Beach. Truly, if you have no idea about the business you are in why even work there.

I was in the market to purchase a new mattress so I visited the Mattress Firm located in Landstown Commons . I was straight to the point and told the salesman that I would like to spend around $500 dollars for a mattress and box spring . The rep was an older gentlemen very short with me and rude . Walked me to the sale mattress and stated thats all I have its not much else I can show you. I said thank you for your time I will go to another location thatll work with me and he let me leave out of the store as if my money and time did not matter . Upset I googled the closet location to where I was and stubbled upon Roy at the Holland rd location . Immediately, over the telephone you could hear that he genuinely wanted to assist me and didnt want to lose my sale. I visited that location and I was in and out in about 30 mins . Mattress and box spring both in stock and will be delivered on the day that I needed it ! Roy was so personable and gave me a great deal withfree delivery. I cant express how great of a salesman Roy is . Dont take your money or time any where else, Hes the man !!!

I started out buying my mattress online through the Mattress Firm Chat. I thought I would give it a whirl. Worst experience I ever went through! I will never by an important purchase online again. I ordered on May 22nd, two weeks later my mattress was lost and no one knew where it was. The messed up the shipping labels and then shipped me a twin instead of a CALI KING. At this point I was so frustrated, that my boyfriend took me to the store where he purchased his bed from. Holland Road, Virginia Beach. Mike was super friendly and was eager to help me in my troublesome experience. We had talked briefly that afternoon and that evening I was in the store. He was able to locate the mattress of my dreams and cancel my horrible order from online. He was able to find a better mattress for a cheaper price. I have been a wonderful experience today with Kim Chenaut at her Mattress firm store at Holland road, Virginia Beach. We are very well welcomed. Kim was very patient to show me different options and also consider cost effective factor for me to save money. She also paid special attention to my 2 kids and let them try on different mattresses as well. We end up buying 3 mattresses and 2 foundations from her (the other bed we had was platform bed). We are very happy of our experience.

*updated*STOP!!! TURN AWAY!!! this review has nothing to do with this store but the brand as a whole. My wife and I bought a mattress firm brand bedframe and the thing broke after its second night of use. We got it replaced with no issues and the second one lasted 2 weeks with us trying to be very gentle with it. The brand stinks and now the customer has to go through the whole claim issue, the store does not help with it at all and its just ridiculous. If you are a married couple then run away from here, poor quality will result in a number of nights of you sleeping on the floor next to a broken frame.Update: I went from a 1* to a 3* due to the excellent customer service of trying to take care of the issue. I cant give it more then 3* due to the poor quality of the Mattress Firm frame we received but they did a good job to the customer.

I did an online purchase over the phone and I got the wrong sized mattress, when I called customer service to see if I could exchang it out for the right sized mattress, it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to do so. I ended up going into the Holland store to see what I could do. Not only did Mike fix my issues, he took a huge stress off my shoulders and he was a fun guy to talk to!
