My wife and I wanted to express our sincerest gratitude for the wonderful service we experienced with Calico while re-decorating our house this year and all previous experiences in the past 15+ years. Recently during the COVID pandemic, my wife decided to refresh the great room and study. As in the past, every attention to detail was handled professionally with a smile and a couple of laughs as well. The staff, especially Tracy, was impeccable to say the least; very responsive and personable. When my wife went into the store to choose what she wanted, Tracy had all of the fabric combinations laid out for the pillows, sofa, window treatments, etc. based on my wifes taste. She was so impressed that Tracy remembered her particular style in patterns, colors, etc. If you need any type fabric, furniture or decor, Calico is the place to go.

Although Charity was very helpful on picking out material. The reupholstery end was a disaster! Please read why.....by scrolling down.Wanting to update after reupholstry...sofa has to be redone. Nap cut wrong,sitting is lopsided, springs not evenly tied or not at all,cushions were not sewn square,glue spots, double cording not even and dacron not stuffed evenly and can feel tacks thru material on back. Cushions not stuffed as requested, asked them to be crowned. Entire material sags more after each time sitting.When Tracy came to look at the couch,the cushions were so tight they would look uneven. She said they need to be broken in...wow. I then sat down and got up,and the cushion stayed compressed down.I asked for full refund..manager wanted to give half.Since I was told by another upholsterer the sofa had to be resewn and ENTIRELY redone,I insisted on full(over $2,000 refund.) Manager Tracy Only agreed when I was going further with it on Facebook. It did not seem to matter when I mentioned I was going to corporate to talk to VP store operations mgr.Margaret Thurman. She said go ahead. Hmmm.Their customer satisfactionGuarantee really has to be pushed. And Tracy Mgr. assured me their upholsterer was good. And wanted me to have him redo it. NO WAY !!No apology was given by the manager to mend feelings..from a customer who has supported Calico for years! I did not expect this from a high end fabric store. I will be going to another fabric store from now on.

Best place for furniture, fabric and decor!

Got a recommendation from my fabulous upholstery place (Mitchells Complete Upholstery) to check out Calico Corners for my fabric needs. Walked in at opening and was helped right away. What was a daunting task for me alone was solved with the help of Lori and Stephanie in a matter of minutes. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I was also grateful for the military discount! Highly recommend Calico!

We walked in wanting fabric for cushions on a Z-chair. We quickly found the fabric we liked and were helped with our order right away. We got out to the parking lot and realized we had another chair for which we wanted new upholstery. We turned around and made another selection. Sherry took her time to make accurate measurements based solely on pictures we had on our phones. The three women working were cheerful and kind.

Worst experience ever ordering fabric! Ordered fabric and sheers the beginning of February that we were told was available....end of March no fabric or sheers. Both orders had to be cancelled! BEWARE!!!!!!!
