Called and talked to Roy for a low profile box spring, came in later in the day to order it. Called other places and there cost were higher by far. I was surprised that it will be delivered to my place for that price, that was the cherry on top.

Wife and I came in the find a new mattress after our current one gave up on us. Ricky spent more than enough time helping us out, explaining every intricate detail, going over all the different models and everything. He is incredibly friendly and didnt pressure us at all. He even explained the financing in a way that made perfect sense to us!

I was VERY happy with my experience today. I walked in thinking I was still going to visit two other stores to compare prices for beds. Roy assisted me in every way possible! He guided me into the direction of which bed is comfortable for me, and on top of that listened to my concern of price. We worked with Luke today, and it was such an easy and comfortable experience. We really felt heard, and feel like all the items we picked out are what we need. He was not pushy, but very informative. We also had a toddler that was running around like a mad woman, and he worked really well with the distraction. Overall, I was more than pleased with our experience!
