My experience yesterday was very professional and very informative; I was very pleased with the results.

Sam helped us make an educated decision on adjustable bases that would improve our familys sleep. He worked with us through the delivery process and made sure we got quality service and a good deal!

Sam did a fantastic job showing us around and when I came back to make out purchase he made it very easy! Very customer friendly!

Excellent customer service by Tyler Randall when I came into the store. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Delivery was quick as well! I thought the guys would place them on my frame but apparently this was not included.

I waw quoted a price on the phone. When entered the store the price was jacked up again. The salesman, told me he quoted the wrong price but sense I was saving I should understand. I agreed. I had to pick up the matress at another store. Once I arrived at the store to pick up the matress, the salesman told me this is the wrong price and didnt know how I was charged the other price. The first salesman tried to over charge me 133 dollars. I wouldnt trust the kempsville store salesman

Dan Dan the mattress Man was fantastic! He listened to what we were interested in, and didnt try to push anything on us we didnt and allowed us to be in the drivers seat. Great service. They took the time to show us what we wanted and explain the differences sytye in mattresses and adjustable beds. Their prices are second to none and tey work with our budget. They also matched a previous offer/quote from a different estabishment. A great experience overall.

The delivery of our mattress was delayed. We were not notified of the delay. If we hadnt called to ask why we hadnt heard from the delivery team no one would have notified us. Not impressed with this company at all. Rescheduled delivery, have wait another 3 days after waiting 2 weeks already. Salesman promised to make things right. Well see when we finally get our mattress if he keeps his word. If that happens Ill change my rating. But Im mad and sleeping on the floor because of their lack of customer service.* Update. Its a week later and we STILL do not have the mattress we ordered. We had to pick it up from the warehouse last week, so we have the adjustable base (which they upgraded for our troubles) and they gave us a loaner mattress because they could not find the mattress we ordered in the warehouse. But the loaner mattress they gave us was a downgrade from what we paid for. I just want my bed back. This has been a ridiculous process.

I cannot speak for this particular location but I have had 2 bad experiences from 2 different locations. Get your mattress from a reputable furniture store. Stick to the historically popular name brands.
