Consumer beware!! Went in for a simple oil change and the red flags started immediately. They asked me to wait in their dingy gross tiny dark waiting room. Doesnt jiffy lube take pride in the fact that they can service your car without you ever leaving it? Then they took me into this creepy storage shed out back to review their findings. Alone. Away from the actual store... They suggested a replacement of my cabin air filter: I agreed when though it was essentially clean. They put the same one back in... They left a chicken wing bone under my hood, claiming it was there before and left it as it may be part of some voodoo ritual you did, we werent sure they said. And now my rear tire has a flat, when all was good before I let them touch my car. Dont trust them. You can get the same service at a better price from a small business. So much for a simple oil change.

Our dashboard flashed need oil change so we immediately went to Jiffy Lube on Mill Plain in Vancouver WA. After a few minutes a service tech or manager??? came in and said you arent due for another 600 miles and your oil is up to the top. Were just going to top off your other fluids and youre good to go...no charge...wow!!! Such honesty!!! Its why I go to the Mill Plain store in the first place and I am a forever customer after seeing their integrity!!!

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain their recommendations. The work I needed took a little longer than they said it would, but they made sure to check in with updates. Overall a great experience!

This time was very pleasant. I generally dont like to go there much. I wanted an oil change & tire rotation, they checked the oil and said nope not yet, it has 5000 mole synthetic in it your halfway there. They said no to tire rotation because I should do it later withhigjer milage - so I waited. Thanks guys for being honest. I know for a fact that some women dont get this honesty.

First time using an oil change service. Excellent service, super quick ( 10 minutes) for oil change, air filter and wiper replacement, versus 90 minutes last time at dealership. Friendly staff, super efficient, I was impressed and will be going back. Nice little waiting room, plus coffee.

Ive only just started going to this location but so far they have helped me keep my car in good shape. They are always trying to do what they can and keep it as affordable as possible. The staff is super nice and I highly recommend this location it has changed my view of jiffy lube.

I got an oil change done but I guess I got the one where they only check my oil and another fluid but didnt do the rest of the stuff that the website said. Tuesday my check engine light came on, went in and had my cylinders changed out for more then the estimated cost that they told me the first time. THEN I went home to open my hood, it WOULDNT open. I guess a tool got stuck under my hood and now it wont open. I called to see when I can come in and he was helpful and said he would see whats wrong with it Friday cause I work.I will update when I go in to see if they can fix it. After this I wont be going back. Im so frustrated and annoyed cause I cant believe this is happening. I will say Emily is super nice and knows her stuff.One star until my hood is fixedUPDATE: I spoke to Chris who helped me with my hood. Got it fixed!

Great service & very kind employees. Especially Chris...My husbands credit card wouldnt go through to pay for service but he was able to allow us the afternoon to solve problem. Because we reside in Ridgefield & he didnt have another form of payment. Chris was patient enough to let us get another way to pay!!! Awesome service👏 cause that was a tough day!!!

Me and my family were evacuated from Oregon due to the fires, as we received word it was safe to go home i realized my car badly needed an oil change so we decided to stop by here.After Chris the manager found out we were evacuated he made us an amazing deal which im so grateful for. The service was quick, professional and amazing. They even fixed a nasty chip in my windshield for free!! 20/10 recommended this place.Forever grateful for the kindness they showed us.

Went in for a much needed oil change since i was 1000 miles over, when they did an inspections on my vehicle. they let me know about my radiator fluid and how it was going to hurt my motor, which it’s needed for a long time coming. Gave me a great deal with high mileage oil and radiator flush on my expedition. Had me in and out in 20-25 minutes.Great group of guys.

Congratulations. they manged to scam me out of $500+ for stuff i didn’t need and still didn’t fix the issue i came in for. and still continued to try toup-sell me and tell me there’s even more stuff wrong when they looked at my car literally the day before thanks for wasting my time and money

Good people. Went for a free rear differential oil check and they were honest that it was clean and full...

DONT GO THERE!!!!!!... I went in for an oil change, gave in to the up-sale of changing an air filter. Little did I know my “tech” did not know what they were doing. In summary I lots 3 days of pay due to my work truck been out of service.

Brought in my 144 Mercedes Sprinter. I always pick up a filter on my way from Napa because they usually dont have what I need at most Jiffy Lube/Midas. The crew was great. The review question asked if I had used this business...I tried to. So I took my diesel VW there to get an oil change, granted it was 20 mins before they were closing ill give them that. I pull in with a coupon for it was like 34.99 to change my oil. I have a diesel so that coupon doesnt work for my car because I need a special type of oil. So this excursion is going to cost me 100+ dollars they told me. I bit my tongue and said fine. I also asked them if they could put windshield wiper fluid in as well. *said he put it in never actually did* The guy under the car says your car is sealed I cant get to it without breaking it. So they said they couldnt help me. Okay....so I go buy all the stuff I need to change my oil for a fraction the cost they were going to charge me. Get my car on ramps and low and behold this magical seal they couldnt risk opening was the water shield which is held in by 8 screws that came right out. The amount of time I was at the store there was no way they took that water guard off they just didnt want to help me. Hence this review. Will never be coming back to a jiffy lube or ever referring anyone to a jiffy lube.

I came in for a top off because I always have my oil changed in my vehicle serviced at jiffy lube. I was greeted professionally, asked if I was there for a signature oil service which I replied I am here for a top off the associate was very polite and friendly and almost immediately guided me forward topped off my motor oil and my windshield wiper fluid and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism that I continue to see at this jiffy lube location and I will continue to do business there and refer others.

The team there is always professional, quick and friendly. There was an issue with an online coupon that the store didn’t have available in its system, however I appreciate that the manager went ahead and honored it. My only suggestion is for Jiffy Lube to ensure that discontinued promotions are also taken down from their websites.

Very disappointed, they are open untill 6 but at 520 refused to do a simple oil change that my car desperately needs. Even left work early to make it before 6. Not happy.

Eric is the manager, he explained everything about my car, what I needed to keep an eye out for. Pulled up the manufacturer advised service and went through everything with me. Was very kind, positive and patient. Will be coming back for sure.

I have taken my car here before no issue took it back and Did my oil change! Since then my check engine light has been on. Gone twice to get it fixed. One of the guys when i call says come in and we will code it. He tells me there so.ething wring with you will have to take it to car place to be fixed if engine light doesnt come off. It didnt come off so was Disgusted and went to fourth plain and they did more but light still stayed on. The point is my light was not on before the oil change at the mill plain store. Very disgusted!!!!!

This location is my favorite. Service is always professional and the work space is always super clean (and being cleaned!). The staff are the most personable when compared to other locations. Their concern for Covid19 details is very good. The pricing structure is fair for quick service. I recommend this location.

I told them what kind of car I had yesterday when I scheduled the appointment they said I needed a fuel system cleaning service because of the type of car I had and they give me one price then I get herethen I get here and then tell me my fuel filter is about to rust offwhich is why I originally called was to get my fuel filter is to get my fuel filter replaced but they swore my type of car did not have it I have come here before the prices are outrageous what time I come here I remember why I do not like it

I have always had an amazing service and inspection during every visit. The wait time is always almost nonexistent or they are very efficient in getting me in and out within 30 min for a full oil change, tire rotation, and the full inspection never being skipped. They keep you well informed on your brake pads and the level they are currently at and how that may effect your stopping ability.Coffee and water always available.Thank you for the amazing service to the whole team.

We bought a car that had pretty much been in storage for about 15 years and wanted to have the oil changed before we drove the 1000 miles back home. This place was fantastic.

They got everything done in a jiffy, it was mad quick. All of the crew members were polite, friendly, and very helpful. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

I haven’t been to jiffy lube in a long time, been there once before. I went there today and I am was absolutely thrilled with the service that I got from the assistant manager Chris. He was friendly, informative and helped me find the best deal possible. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and I will definitely return to this jiffy lube location again; I give them five stars.

I got my transmission fluid changed out (via the stay in car service). The employees were cordial and answered any questions I had. Quick service-- will be back for my oil change soon!

Broke my dipstick 😢and didnt fix it blamed it on previous oil change person also a jiffy lube as if that dipstick knob would have sat on there for the entire time between oil changes without falling

Came in for an oil and transmission fluid change. Got overcharged and they took over an hour on what was supposed to be a 15 minute job. Constantly trying to jack up the price and throw on a “deal.” Did not want anything other than my oil and transmission fluid.

They did an awesome job with my oil change and replacing my brake fluid. They were fast and transparent with me through the whole process. The park bench outside was nice to read at.

Dakota gary and chris were an absolute delight to be serviced by. Very professional and quick, went the extra mile for me and basically checked out my whole car, outstanding service. I’m going to start going here every time just because the price and the people make it worth it.

Chris the store manager proceeded to tell my 18 yr old daughter that she needed a $211 coolant flush on a vehicle that has a 9000 mi old engine and radiator...(coolant flush due at about 30,000 miles) he said they tested it with a strip and the PH was off...when I called later that day to discuss they of course had no records of the readings ..the following Monday I get a call from my insurance company stating they put a $107 claim in for a rock chip repair...I called Chris the store manager back and he said he told her he was submitting It to insurance...flat out lie..in fact he told her it would be free and then asked for insurance card later during the appointment...its a shame on him in my opinion for taking advantage of a young lady trying to navigate the adult world responsibly.

They didnt mess anything up, which is high praise for a Jiffy Lube, and they were fairly prompt.

Needed my brakes done the did an amazing job. Great customer service. Also if you are worried about COVID and going in, dont. They clean everything after you touch it and everyone was wearing masks. You can also just sit outside and wait for your car to be worked on.

The experience from a new timing belt to a new pair of brakes this location has unbeatable rates per hour and coupons and extra effort services to keep you coming back. One time my girlfriend baked a pie cause we got a break change in 10 minutes. Love this team.

Service is always awesome. Ive been going here since 2013. I moved across town in 2015 but I still go back to this location because of the good service and the employees.

Excellent customer care, provided amazing suggestions and brought up issues with the vehicle that certainly need to be addressed. Was also very understanding when some of the suggestions were either turned down or postponed until they were more viable. Overall very pleasant experience.

There was a small mishap with my transmission fluid and my oil, but it was quickly resolved and I was taken care of extensively. This is a great team, and an especially big thanks to James, Chloe, Mason, and Connor 😁

Usually when I go into oil changes I feel like I’m getting sold things I don’t need, but not here. Chris was upfront and no-nonsense about the services my car needed and what could wait til the next time I stopped by. His customer service skills are top notch. He didn’t just make me feel like a customer, he made me feel like a human being talking to another human being. I appreciate these guys - took 25 minutes tops to get 4 different services. They where goin to do a radiator flush and ended up breaking my radiator ! Never did they bring up to my attention that a hose was broken or how did they do a flush or top it off if a hose was broken! I’m taking them to court for damages on my car !! Don’t go here lots of scams and try to cheat you of your money !

Honestly this place has the best customer service and nicest people on the planet working here. I was blown away by their whole staff. They were incredibly transparent and honest. After meeting Eric the manager it was no surprise as to why everyone else was so cool. He set the bar very high. Great, quick, friendly and affordable place.

I stopped by yesterday and they were busy. They told me they are less busy closer to when they open or close and today there was no wait. Super fast and I feel like they tell me what I need to do now versus what can wait.

Super disappointed with my service at this location this afternoon. I return home after my oil change and review my service report and notice that it says “engine oil leak” and “transmission oil leak” and “recommended inspection by mechanic”. They didn’t say anything to me about in person when I was at the location so I was caught by surprise. I call them to follow up and find out the situation, where is it leaking, how serious of a leak, what they recommend... and the man on the phone, Kyle, scoffs at me and says “we recommend you get it fixed” with no further explanation or information. No compassion or appreciation for customers.I recommend going somewhere else where they at least tell you and explain issues with your vehicle!

They were supper quick, it only took about 15 min from me parking to getting in my car and driving away. I really appreciate that they aren’t pushy. I’ve been going here for the past couple years and have never been disappointed. Also, they are such gentlemen!

Avoid this place if you dont know much about cars. I had a good experience for an oil change with JL in one of their stores near Sandy Blvd (one has a narrow driveway to get in), the price was right, it was well expected. But this location is horrible, they tried to up-selling me everything off the coupon; 2.5 times more expensive. I only needed a conventional oil change but instead they quoted me a synthetics. Then, they wanted me to do whole bunch of whatever services they offer and get everything renewed, like air filter, bumper, alternator, coolant, and stop light on top of the trunk, they ended up few hundred dollars. I refused and then they asked me to fix my rocky cracked tiny spot on the windshield saying its free, but then they had a copy of my insurance card, and lied to me about my insurance will cover that cost, but few days later my insurance called and saying that they did not cover that service and theres a lot of dishonest car shop workers ripping people off that way nowadays. BTW, they so called fixing the cracked spot on the windshield was literally applying tiny bit resin jelly substance on it and it didnt look any different after that.This place is putting a disgusting bad name on Jiffy Lube.I feel bad for those offered great service and honesty in Oregon location.But this place screwed them up. Reason I stopped by was because I live only 2 blocks away, but will never come again.
