Ive been researching and looking for my ideal Dream Car.. Ive had many vehicles over the years and I knew it was time for that one special car that just checks all the boxes. Finally went into GENESIS of Vancouver. They had the exact car I wanted. I test drove my 2022 Genesis G80 with both the Advanced and Prestige trim levels. Hands down!! more superior in looks, quality, fit and finish than its European rivals. As for my over all experience with purchasing. Scott did an amazing and thorough job of going over every aspect and pushing it through the process. I made it a point to be as prepared with all my info as I could be.. I would highly recommend GENESIS OF VANCOUVER ( PART OF Vancouver Hyundai Ford). One thing people dont realize... This is not your old Hyundai Genesis..Genesis is now very much its own entity and is making its name known.

This was the first time bringing my truck in for service. I had previously gone to Quick Lane and had front brakes serviced. After the service, the brakes developed a problem that Quick Lane techs could not address. I set up an appointment with Brandy at Vancouver Ford. She was amazing! She was able to work with her technicians to diagnose the problem and get the repair done right the first time. Ill be going to directly to Brandy from now on. Very friendly, professional and great customer service!

My husband works at another dealership and we have bought cars through that dealership for the last 20 years. However, they do not sell Fords. I bought my current car at Vancouver Ford and received very good service. Unfortunately, Mark was still in parts back then. However, I see how stoked he gets when a vehicle comes in that he knows a customer of his will like. He lets them know asap so they wont miss out! Had an early appointment for a diagnostic issue.... I showed up a little early and was met by one of the service advisor and let me come in and check in early... Talked about my issues, and turned over my keys. She offered a ride if I didnt have one already, but I decided to stay during the diagnostic tests. After the test were done, the Service Advisor met with me and explain their findings and what it would cost for them to fix the issue..Awesome service and hospitality of everyone there.Great experience for me. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a truck about a year ago, the sales team was on point this one star is due to the service department. There was recall on a ac line leaking into the passenger seat. We noticed it because there was mold growing all under the dash and carpet. We called my husband scheduled to take the truck in, the truck was with the service department for 4 days due to them ordering parts which is fine get everything completed. We have 4 month baby mind you, when we got the truck back they didn’t bother to clean up the mold or the passenger seat area they fixed the ac line but now it takes forever to get cool. But the fact they didn’t clean up the mold but washed the outside of the truck!! We emailed KIETH but obviously he never responds to issues. When they initially called us to give us an update we asked if we could have the cabin filter replaced due to the recall (that no one told us about) obviously we have 4 month old why would we want her to be inhaling mold they said they would replace but not as a courtesy we would have to pay for it. It was only till we complained they decided to replace the cabin filter but not clean up the mold. We emailed to see if there is something that we can do as in get it cleaned maybe after you did the work? No response. There is photos, also Keith has the photos in an email as well from husband that I will post! This experience with the service department has led me to never purchase a vehicle from this place ever. Happy hunting!

Service center communication is terrible. 2 weeks out for appointments and even then on appointment time, (10:40am) vehicle not even looked at until 4pm. Couldnt finish by end of day and told it would finished by 11am next day. Nope not even close...very disappointed.

Lee was great and super helpful. We had been to several lots looking at trucks and I thought I would get a Tacoma or a ridgeline. After going to several Toyota and Honda dealers and looking at how much they were price gauging customers. Nothing like seeing three and four year old Tacomas at higher prices than new ones. Granted, they never seem to have any new ones either.I went to Ford to look at the used ones they had. Ended up with a new Ranger and couldnt help but notice how awesome the staff was and the prices were fair. Keep up the good work.

When you go into a car dealership you should have a firm understanding of what you can afford. Whether that be cash out of pocket, a maximum monthly payment, or a combination of both. Also, understand what your credit score entitles you to as far as interest rates are concerned. Google is a great tool to figure out both of those things, use it. Vancouver Ford didnt have many new car options. Its not a huge volume dealer just off a major interstate, located in a rural setting between two major metropolitan areas. You know the kind Im talking about. This is a local dealership. That means you may need to do a dealer locate to find the car you want with the options you want.We went in to buy an F150 and it took about 4.5 hours to trade in two vehicles, sign all the paperwork, and drive off with our new car. We brought two toddlers along since we traded in two older cars. They gave us a fair value for both our cars. Research it ahead of time and be reasonable, if youre trading in. They have to show it on their lot or they have to sell it at wholesale if it has too much wear and tear. Dont get crushed if they come back at the low end of your honest estimate for your cars value. They have to make a profit. If you want top dollar, sell it yourself and enjoy the sideshow that is the general American public coming to your house and driving your car on test drives, only to tell you its just not right for me, will you take 30% less than youre asking for it? Have fun.All in all, this was a 9/10 experience. The only thing that wouldve improved it is if we had agreed to buy 5 minutes earlier so we didnt have to wait for the one finance guy to sign the other couple, who bought right before us, first! With two toddlers it was an extra hour if groaning and distraction. Mark was great with our kids; hes a dad himself. Tony was a super guy to talk to. Take care of that knee and switch to Tai Chi! Its easier on the body.These are local folks that live in our neighborhood. Theyre trying to make money to feed their families, just like you and I. Know what you want and what you can afford and go in with some flexibility in time and expectations. If youre loaded, youre not reading this anyway.I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Boy! where do I start? The place is quite run down. I dont usually care about this much, but when you are about to drop $80K on a vehicle you should at least be offered some water to drink or a neat environment. They wouldnt honor Fords national promotions and didnt tell me until after running my credit. They wanted to charge me a higher APR for wanting to title my purchase as a company vehicle. Funny thing is, drove back to Portland and was able to get a car at a different Ford dealer, and they were able to do for me all the things that Vancouver Ford told me they couldnt do. Avoid this place.

I had a flat tire with my 2019 Genesis G-90 and unfortunately I had to buy four new tires because of the AWD set-up. I called Vancouver Hyundai and asked for a quote on new tires and Mark in the parts department was there to greet me along with Debbie (Service Manager) to double-check the size of tires to replace. Within a few minutes, I had a quote and said we could have the tires available to put on late in the afternoon. I was ecstatic about the customer service and the great follow-up. All the crew was very friendly during my visit and made me feel welcome which translates into me coming back for service and recommending Vancouver Hyundai/Ford to all my friends and family!!!!

Be sure to ask for Michael Raines. Courteous, knows his stuff, not the typical pushy salesman, and makes sure to listen to you and get you in the vehicle you actually want/need, not whatever theyre trying to get off the lot. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had an appointment confirmed and set for 08/09 on Monday for a transmission leak issue on my 2018 15k mile Shelby GT350. When I arrived they told me they had no records of any appointment in their system and the earliest they could get me in was in 2 weeks. After going back and forth with the service advisor they told me they could get me in possibly on Wednesday. A week after my original call. They then told me they would charge me a $120 diagnostic fee even though it’s completely under warranty for my power train coverage for another 45k miles. What’s mind blowing to me is that this is a common issue on these cars and plenty of these have returned to the shop for the same issue with less than 1000 miles on it. This car has been babied and has never seen a track day in its life, even though it was a track oriented car. Highly dissatisfied in the professionalism of this establishment. I work in the car industry and this would never happen at my brand. My all means avoid Vancouver Ford

I was a bit reluctant to take car in for a transmission issue that car is notorious for. Figured they would say that it was within spec. But they found a problem and fixed it. Runs great now. I appreciate Garrett who was my service advisor getting it done, but subtracted 1 star for another service advisor who was very abrupt in attitude.

Although we had to plan out 2 months ahead of our call, when I went in they were all ready at the appointment time with paperwork completed. I would give a negative 5 star if I could.Changed oil on truck, now it leaks oil lose drain plug.Coolant flush, now low coolant.Asked fron front end inspection, suspected bad wheel bearing. Inspection came back front end is perfect... front axel needs rebuilt because the bearings where bad and are now blown out which caused a lot of other damage. Had fender flares painted, paint chipped off before I installed them.

I recently purchased a new Ford F350 from a different dealer. The only reason I went to Vancouver Ford was because they were close and my tire sensor needed to be calibrated and I was having trouble with my tailgate step.I have Fords bumper to bumper warranty. The service agent told me the tail gate steps are garbage and it would be better if I filed a claim through my insurance because it would cost me about $2000. Its a brand new truck!I will never take my vehicle to Vancouver Ford again.

Ask the internet manager to confirm a price for a Mustang, he confirms. Ask one more time to make sure they are selling the car for listed price, he confirms again. Give them my credit to run, trade ins and such, get it all worked out, manager calls me and says yeah you are getting the car for msrp, plus 20k add on. Floored. Would never recommend this dealer. Wasted my time and ran my credit for nothing.
