In the course of service there were several communication problems. I often got the receptionist or voicemail. At least 2 messages left on voicemail were not received or responded to, I asked service rep to leave the old part in the trunk and she said they would, THEY DID NOT for a $3500 repair. I reached out to service manager and his response was less than adequate. I have never left such an awful review for anyone but I am a mechanics daughter so I understand a bit about the business, and this shop seems short staffed especially on the customer service side and it shows.

I went to this Nissan Service to have the rattling noise in front of my car checked out. They suggested to leave the car for couple of days there to have their expert mechanic look into it. Service Advisor called me to tell me that the flex pipe exhaust and gasket need to be replaced and was leaking. They quoted me $1800. I thought it was a bit too much so I took my car to a local Meineke for a second opinion. It took them 5 minutes to discover that the rattling noise was just a rusty old metal ring that goes on the edge of the flex pipe that was loose. They also did not find any leaks. Nissan Service was about to charge me $1800 for nothing. I highly suggest if you do take your car to this Nissan Service to make sure you get a second opinion before servicing your car there.

They had my car for 5 days and didnt work on it, then they asked me a question that we already answered via phone call 5 days earlier, they tell me my car will be in the shop another week at least, I ask if with my 3 THOUSAND DOLLAR extra warranty if I can get a loaner car, which my warranty says I can. They refuse. I have been stranded at home 10 days now. Dont take your leaf here.

I called to ask about servicing my Nissan. I have a front headlight out and even after swapping the new bulb, it wasnt working. I gave in and called the service department. I explained my situation and what followed left my jaw on the floor. I was flat out told that I probably installed the new bulb wrong and that was my problem. After explaining I did not install it wrong, he doubled down. No. Im solidly sure I put the bulb in correctly. Not my first rodeo with a light bulb, sir. The way the bulb clicks into place, there is no way to install it incorrectly plus my high beam works. Likely a wire came loose in the harness but I digress. It is hard enough being a female and working on my own car. Misogyny is rampant in the automotive service industry and its disgusting. More often than not I am met with talking down to or mansplained incorrectly. Due to this situation I will never have my car serviced with Alan Webb Nissan or any of their service departments. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past and they have now lost my business completely. Im disgusted.

-Great service department. Friendly and great customer service. Knowledgeable staff; The manager is great!-They got my Nissan SUV fixed.-Great waiting room and extremely fast internet!-Dealership service type of prices but with a peace of mind as they are professionally trained and the use of good car parts.-Wish they had a free rental loaner, or shuttle to work as other dealership have.

Clint and Curtis are really helpful in the service department. The lady who answers the phone is friendly and cheerful. Only negative thing is staff in the parts area forget people can hear them using bad language and complaining. I wonder if they talk about me or my car like that when I am not around.

Nissan are good cars. Their not more reliable than a Toyota or Honda though... Nissan needs to catch up on tech like Audi and Mercedes and reliability like Toyota and Honda.
