Awesome shop, honest people! Best mechanic experience Ive had in the 12 years Ive lived in the area.

They were able/willing to get me in, with late notice on a Saturday, with a full lot.They asked the best questions, have a thorough diagnostics test, and finished a multi-problem car before the day was done.On top of tha, they were wallet friendly.I highly suggest these guys.Theyre honest, reliable, professional, and quick.

As usual I really enjoyed my experience. They did the oil change within an hour of me showing up and requesting an appointment. Everyone was very nice and they even rotated my tires which is awesome. And as I added bonus the guy working on my car was very handsome. If one has to get an oil change this is the way to go!

Terrible. Took my wifes car in was running great. 1200$ later she was broke dwn with my baby in the car smoking. They didnt put the car back together. Then when i try to gwt it fixed or $ back they blamed my wife. Whatever man. Poor buisness i wouldnt suggest the place

Got the car tuned up for a reasonable amount of money and now it’s running great again.

I had a flat tire, and they sent Richie out to help me. He came to my work, changed the tires for me, then stayed late to help me out on a new tire. I really appreciate all the hard work that you guys put in to give your customers whatever they need. Would 100% recommend to everyone in the future. I even took their business card to promote at my work. Great job!

Great experience. Brought in the car for a tune up, but with nearly 160k miles with the original time belt and water pump still in place. Replaced both, an induction service and tuneup for a fairly reasonable price. Car drives better than when I bought it at 125K.cant imagine it running any better. Would recommend to anyone

These guys are phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe after breaking down. They were very courteous as well as being knowledgeable at their craft. They were quick to get the parts we needed and charged a reasonable price all around. We highly recommend them and if we are in need of service again while in the area, this is where we are headed! Honest and Professional!

This shop usually does decent work on my vehicles until this last time. I took my minivan in to the shop to get the gas pump replaced, and when they were done with it, the check engine light was on and it ran worse than it did before. They said they would have to charge me another diagnostic fee to determine what the issue was, even though its pretty clear the issue was caused by the work that was done.I just spend about $1500 on repairs for both my vehicles, and they treated me like I was a stranger off the street.I dont think I will ever go back to Midas if this is the type of customer service I can expect in the future.

I took my car in for a wipe fluid repair. They fully inspected my car and noticed several issues that needed to be taken care of. They asked if my car was still under warranty (which is was) and suggested I take it to the dealership to save myself some money. When I pulled out my wallet to pay them for their time and inspection they said it was free of charge. Super nice!

I needed a new tire at closing yesterday. They unfortunately didnt have my tire in, but I appreciated how nice the staff was trying to find one, and also trying to help with alternate options to make sure I was able to make it home safe. Thank you so much for being so kind on such a terrible night.

I literally broke down on the way to court and these guys got be back on the road in unbelievable time. Even made it to my hearing on time. Service was great, everyone was very nice, and the price was incredible! Thank you so much guys!

The staff was great but they are not using masks to protect their customers or themselves from COVID-19. Just a heads up if your worried about your health during this pandemic I would avoid using this shop.

These guys are always great! I went in once for my brakes to be looked at because they were squeaky and thought for sure they needed to be replaced! To my surprise when they got done looking at everything they said that it was just some dust and my brakes still had a lot of life on them! They knew I thought I was going to be paying for them to be replaced but even so chose not to try to get my money and instead gained a long term customer! I would trust them every time, thanks guys!!

Earlier in the day, I had purchased a new set of tires, but soon discovered that they needed to be re-spin balanced. As I was near another location at the time of discovery, I inquired with them midday to re-balance the tires. They told me they were too busy, and to come back two days later. Meanwhile, I returned to this store, and they re-worked me back in, in less than 30 minutes. Even though they were extremely swamped, due to staff being on vacation, they willingly took my issue on. Does not honor the online coupons. Owner was rude and treated me and my girlfriend like we were garbage. Will not have anything to do with this place. Its sad because I have been there multiple times before and was a great place

I went in to get my headlights replaced, while I waited the women before me was practically in tears because Midas had performed services on her car without permission. The employee said Well... We can undo the service, but we still have to charge for labor to put it in and take it out. For me, they said they would have to special order the lights I needed, and it would be $569.95 per light! I went across the street and got them both replaced for $12.00 overall I am less than impressed.

Brought my car in for a oil change and to get exhaust inspected for a heat shield rattle. Very helpful staff and no attempts to sell additional parts/services that arnt needed (Looking at you Jiffy Lube/Quick Lube). Will be back for future services to this location for sure.

Went here for a bad alt and they quoted almost $ 700 to replace it . are you kidding me. They quoted $ 300 just in parts and $75 an hour in labor . I found the alt for $ 125 and did the work my self .if the would have giving me the parts for the $125 and $75 an hour I would still be a customer . it took me an hour to replace

Update Dec 2016: continue to go here 4 years later and am still impressed with the service and cost.Ive gone here 3-4 times to get my oil changed and each time theyve been awesome. Figured out why my car was squeaking, but said the $800 fix wasnt worth it to get the squeaking to go away. Amazing that they could recommend me to get something expensive fixed but they didnt push it. I had a headlight that went out and I stopped by to get it changed. They changed it for free! Ive been very pleased with the service and how fast they get me in and out. Ill be continuing to frequent them for sure!

Took our vehicle in and had a new car out on. They did a terrible job welding and the car they put in was garbage. I have pictures of the shady unprofessional work that they do and will be sharing with better business bureau. Wish I could give this place a zero star rating and clearly Im not the only unhappy customer. Word of mouth is worse then actual advertisement. When confronting the owner he wanted to charge us 150 dollars to diagnose why the car went bad so quick. This place is a SCAM!!!!!

So.. Im an idiot. Please understand that it was only my second time I needed to get my car repaired. The first time the service now was excellent. No diagnostic fee ($150) as all he had to do was plug in the handheld and he figured it out the problem right a way. Still had to shell out the $700 but it was worth it. I enjoyed the professionalism and efficiency in which this particular mechanic worked.So when I needed service again. I decided to go back, even though I had moved places since then and I was further away. That was a bad idea. Even though I accepted the diagnostic fee (this time) because it was a different problem. I timed the moment they started on my car. It only took them 7 minutes to figure what was wrong with it (and they didnt even need to remove wheels or parts to figure it out). The guy at the counter came out and said it was a big job and the total was going to be about $3100. I paid it and got my car back a few days later. I then realized that after the parts charge (I looked them up and added the usual resell suggestion by increasing the price by 150%), and the diagnostic fee. I was paying nearly $100 per hour on labor.I wondered if that was correct, and no. The average mechanic earns $20 an hour. So unless he had every mechanic in the shop working on my car for three days. The extra $80 per hour per day was completely unnecessary. I would have even been okay with doubling the pay to $40/hour but $100/hour is a bit rich for me. Especially considering they pay their mechanics $13-25 on average (via glassdoor website) or for automotive tech up to $36/hour. Both of which I would be happy to pay.I have more information on this but I need to verify the costs and labor first before I explain further how the amount charged is a problem. Upon further research I have changed this from 2 stars to 1.I will not be returning. Instead I will try some closer to home.

Biggest ripoff place in auto industry. In for ac recharge. They came up with 900 worth of issues that were not there. Then manager called me a F@#$ing idiot. Tried to put a jack under my car before I could leave. Why would anyone ever go to this business.

In not a fan of scare tactics to up sell customers. Thats what I got from midas both times I brought my car in.

I took our Honda Civic to Midas on Hwy 99 today because of a rattle noise in the exhaust system. I found Tyler to be very kind and polite. He took the time to trouble shoot the problem and didnt try to sell me a bunch of parts I didnt need. He tried a small spot weld but then discovered a loose bolt which, after being tightened, made the rattle noise go away.Thank you Tyler. Ill be back.

Are they mechanical or fortune tellers? Being a high-quality workshop does not have reliable personnel to give a diagnosis with precision. Take my truck to solve the problem of heating, previous days I had changed the thermostat thinking that it was and also apply a leakage treatment of antifrizeer to not solve the problem I decided to take it to Midas thinking that it would be best after being inspected by the qualified Midas technician, he let me know that the thermostat was damaged and had to drain the whole system and replace the antifrizzer that it was possible that the thermostat was damaged when it was purchased and that would solve the problem. The cost of everything would be $ 475 I believed in the prestigious name of Midas and in the afternoon I picked up my truck thinking that everything would be fine when I drove to my home neglect a moment the board when suddenly I looked at my truck was completely hot. I told them in the Midas workshop what happened and he asked me to come back again and in his second diagnosis he told me that it could be the radiator because the system was contaminated and this time it would be $ 500 and he did not assure me that this would solve the problem. He told me it was contaminated when the day before the avia drained and replaced all the antifrizeer fluid for me, that is not profecional, try to guess what part it is. No, I thought it was a prophetic diagnosis I changed the thermostat for no reason and they changed the anrtifrizeer for a lot of money and I was not prepared to continue spending my money without being sure that my truck would work. thats why its not good to have bad personnel in such a distinguished company as Midas is.
