I made an appointment because sometimes it’s extremely hectic and full of people. I’ve always had a great experience. I wish they had more of a variety of brands, shapes and sizes. They don’t really carry the forefront of stylish frames. They carry of variety but it’s pretty plain and basic. All of the people working there are helpful, and informative. The prices are reasonable. The doctors make sure they themselves are doing thorough work.

We needed replacement glasses for school. The staff was very helpful kind professional and courteous. The waiting process to be seen took about 10 minutes no complaints whatsoever. When we went back to the exam the ladies were very kind to my children and explained to them what they needed to do to help. They treated my children like people not like numbers which is very important to me as my youngest son is autistic. We had to wait 2 days because of our schedule to pick up the glasses. The glasses themselves were ready in an hour which was great unfortunately we were very busy and unable to return that day to get them. When we returned to pick up the glasses we got home and realized my sons frames were slightly bent. Calling back up to the store the ladies were graciously helpful and told us to please bring the glasses back so they could make them fit right. Absolutely wonderful attitude by all the staff. The adjustments took less than 5 minutes and we were back out the door. Thank you to the staff for treating my children so well. If anyone is looking or a very knowledgeable staff to help you with your glasses and your eyes I highly recommend Dr. Zoellner.

Fast, excellent service! They were able to fit me in for a walk in on a Saturday. When the Manchester store had a broken machine, they were able to send me to their other store so I was still able to get my new bifocal glasses (no coatings) same day for only $318. As a truck driver, I depend on my glasses for safety. When they found out my old pair was 14 years old and they know I am required by law to carry a backup pair, they offered to inspect and refit my old glasses for only $49. Phenomenal service, very friendly, highly recommend!!

Do not expect them to abide by any time frame given by them. Neither time I have been in the time told to return has not been met. I show up when told and get told they arent ready yet they will not notify you when your glasses are ready like most places they will only send a reminder if they are not picked up the same day. Go to eyemart for good quality service will not be returning to this establishment

This location needs more selection on glasses, badly. The staff memebers from arrival to the eye exam was very professional and helpful with all of my questions. Kudos and 5 stars for that portion of staff. On the other hand, the staff member that called my name to be fitted was rude and had a bad attitude. That rude staff member did not introduce herself. She called my name and I simply asked where the Ray Ban selection was located. She stated that she has to go over my insurance with me before I can make a selection. I told her that I know what my insurance offers. She disregarded what I said and kept talking over me! When she was done overstepping my voice she finished off her sentence and quickly stated that the Ray Ban rack is over there and pointed to the rack near the cashier point of sale area.Nevertheless, I paid for my exam and asked for my prescription. I told the lady that first checked me in that I was going to the other location because that location has got a bigger selection and pointed at the rude lady that followed me to the cashier and stated, plus, she has a really bad attitude. 👎🏽

Service was fantastic during the check-in, exam, and fitting portions of my visit. However, when it came to picking up my glasses the sunglasses weren’t tinted the first time I arrived to pick them up and I was never texted that my regular glasses were ready. Basically my experience was great until it came time to actually receive my glasses.

Moral of the story: Go to the 31ST AND HARVARD LOCATION!Took my son to the store by Woodland Hills to get his exam and some glasses a few days ago. The girls at the front of the office were not very pleasant but the doctor was super helpful. After the exam He took us out to the optical and that is where things took a turn. It was total chaos! Barely any frames to choose from and they had no rhyme or reason. I asked a girl to show me the mens frames and she said Oh they are just everywhere. After looking for sometime I voiced that there werent really any options and the same girl told me to go to Harvard because they were too busy to stock frames here. I thought this was so weird and very inconvenient! So we paid and headed to the 31st street store and let me tell you...It is a world of difference!!! The Staff greeted me with a smile and the glasses part of the store was so clean an organized. Karen was so sweet and took the time to show us what had more coverage with our insurance. I wish we would have just started the whole process here and I will be telling everyone I work with to do the same. I wish I would have taken pictures of the Woodland location so you could see the difference.

This could have been a fantastic visit. I went in as a paying customer with private insurance. The woman I worked with at check-in, with the long dreads, was polite, efficient and professional. The male doctor who performed the exam was informative and professional. The blonde woman at the contacts counter was extremely helpful and again very professional. Once I got to check-out an older women with graying hair, Becky I believe, processed me. During the check-out process she was distracted with conversation with another employee. She threw my credit card back at me and seemed to have trouble finding and printing out the correct documents for me. She was unjustly rude, dismissive and blatantly unprofessional. She should not work in a position who’s focus is customer service (as customer service is obviously not her forte)I’m sure she will face no repercussions- this review should serve as a heads up; there’s always that one.

I made an appointment for a eye exam, fast, friendly service. Dr. Came in did his exam, fast very nice man, I would go back just to have a pleasant experience. Picking out the frames was a little frustrating, but the associate helped me make a decision. Overall wonderful customer service. However when I picked up my glasses again the man was very nice, helpful and professional. The glasses I didnt notice were USED!!!!!! My insurance paid a huge portion for the glasses, total over $200.00 and they sold me used frames!!!!! I havent called to resolve the issue yet because I was pressed for time and had already made two trips there yesterday. The frames still had someones makeup on the ear pieces!! I am so disgusted I havent even worn them.

Ariana has taken the time to show me how to put in and take out my contacts and found the ones that I am comfortable with. If you need contacts, and someone with patients and care.! So it started out smooth for a walk-in. I go through all the vision tests with the assistant then she takes us to the actual room with the screen and the letters on it and tells us the doctor will be in shortly. This is where things started going south. It starts with the dr trying to steal glances at my chest which he didnt try to hide. Then we go to the area that handles contact fittings and asks if Ive had contacts before and if Im ordering through them. I tell them that Ive had contacts before but was ordering it through someone else so I needed a copy of my prescription. She said itd be $39 to get the prescription for the contacts which didnt make sense b/c as a customer, we should already be getting the prescription as apart of the eye exam. Thats how its worked with all the other optometrists Ive been to. Then she said the $39 was b/c hed have to write up a different prescription for the contacts but it shouldnt be when Im getting the exact same prescription for my glasses. My mom looked on their website and the $39 was supposed to cover a whole contact fitting with a set of trial contacts but we didnt do the fitting b/c she said we would have to order contacts through them to do the fitting. So knowing we didnt do the fitting she still tried to charge us $39. And it doesnt stop there. We go back to pick up my glasses and at first it looks different of course so I didnt think anything of it but as soon as I walk outside the depth if everything is all off. I look at the ground and feel taller and everything looks like its further away than it is so we walk back in to make sure the prescription is right so I give the glasses back to the lady to check them. I wait quietly for 10 minutes and hear the same lady I gave them to and got them from asking where my glasses are and saying theyre not there to her coworkers. Then she calls me as Im in the store, sitting in their waiting room and I wave in front of her telling her Im right here lol and I go up to the counter and she asks if I picked them up and the question itself surprised me b/c she was the one that gave them to me. I understand they deal with so many customers a day but I walked out and came right back in under 3minutes. So anyways I tell her that I gave them to her to check the prescription and she goes in the back looking for them again and after another 5 minutes she brings them back. I guess she got me confused with someone else or something. All I can say is that this lady definitely had some other stuff going on and I hope she figures things out for herself and for her peace of mind.

The new office is clean and spacious, the staff are always very friendly and they move as quick as they can with a great attitude. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, is the wait time for the eye exam, the front of the store can get congested due to its setup, customers who are checking out and checking in sometimes bump into each other. Also, the staff could use a break, there’s plenty of time for this as the customer are waiting for their eye exams or repairs. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your store. I felt sorry for some of them as I was in there on a Saturday. They looked drained and needed a few minutes, but could not leave the front even though there was four of them stationed and had to wait on the optometrist. Overall I would defiantly recommend this office, the price is awesome too. Hope this helps, thanks!

This place is an absolute joke and an insult to the medical community of Tulsa. Not enforcing masks, a team of staff that don’t get reprimanded for racially insensitive questions like my friend getting asked “why don’t you have a normal name?” Upon her last visit after being a customer for 20 years. At this rate the majority of this city sees Dr.Z as he truly is; another money driven madman who’ll stop at nothing to get it. There are much better optometrists; let alone much much MUCH better and friendlier serving dispensaries for your cannabis fix. If you’re fine with having the overpriced Cracker Barrel of eye doctors, suit yourself.

The eye exam was the worst Ive ever had. The optometrist didnt even give you time to verify what the first looked like before giving you the second option. Also due to that the rx was incorrect and Im still trying to get it right this will be the 3rd trip and even was told could go to memorial since it was closer to me and still having issues when I got the recheck they only checked the right eye at the other location and my left eye is still hurting so gonna have to go back and ask for a full exam on both eyes to try to correct this. Im having to wear my old glasses that give me no problems to even be able to work. Im so frustrated 😤 love the optomap but this will be my last visit to either location.

If this place was a hamburger it would be the hamburger they served in your high school cafeteria. Pathetic. I ride motorcycles so it’s important that my Rx is right. Went to these wannabes for an eye exam and after a per cursory exam they gave me an Rx. They don’t sell riding glasses so I had to find a different place for my glasses. The glasses came and the right eye rx was right but the rx on my left eye was waaaaaay off. After verifying the glasses had been cut to spec the new optometrist did a comprehensive eye exam and was able to determine that the left eye rx was incorrect. When I spoke with Dr Z’s office they could have cared less. Said I should have come back to them. When I told them I wanted my money back for the faulty Rx they said meh 10 dollar credit. Their motto seems to be one out of two ain’t bad. Or kinda right is a ok with us. Do yourselves a favor and avoid them.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is ran like a high school cafeteria. I do not trust the prescription the doctor gave me, as my axis numbers are not even close to what they used to be. For example, one eye was 05 and the doctor changed it to 170. Upon further research, the axis is the value related to astigmatism, and I have never been told I have astigmatism by any eye doctor. The doctor mentioned my eyes were healthy after looking at them for 5 minutes, still no mention of astigmatism. I should not have to question a prescription given to me by trained professional, but after this visit, I have been forced to figure out what he did wrong or what he failed to explain to me.I had an appointment, and still, I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. During this waiting period, there was continuous banging noises and continuous loud laughing. After I was finally seen by the doctor, he led me to the glasses area and immediately started talking to one of his employees without saying anything to me. After looking at the glasses, I had to ask if I could get my prescription, as the employees were looking at memes on the computer in the glasses area for all customers to see. The pure unprofessionalism of this so-called company is disgraceful and needs to be addressed, or this place needs to shut down. It is apparent that the leader of this company values fraternizing and making his employees like him over valuing the validity of his practice and his responsibility to customer service. Please save yourself the energy and time, and find a different eye doctor. I will never return here.

My experience here was absolutely terrible. I got there at 9:45. I forgot what my husbands social security number was and I told the receptionist that when I filled out the paperwork. I told her I had texted my husband to ask him what it was and that he would probably text back before the end of the appointment or that I could call back when I got home with the number. At no point did she say this was a problem. Meanwhile, I watch fifteen other people get called back. At 10:23 she asks me if my husband ever texted back. I say no, is that why you haven’t called me back yet? And she said yes.She let me sit in that waiting room with a baby and a 2yo without any intention of taking me back to see a doctor. WITHOUT letting me know that. It would have been faster for me to drive home, look up his SS number and drive back.

TL;DR: Not a lot of mask wearing being enforced for staff or visitors despite the mask mandate, a good, thorough exam, some waiting but not an insane amount, gave me the wrong type of contacts after specifically requesting another type.I went here to get an annual check up, including a contact lens evaluation. My husband and I went at the same time. The two of us got checked in at the same time which was easy enough, but a couple of the women at the front desk werent wearing masks. To be fair, they werent directly interacting with us, but I didnt think it set a great precedent. We didnt have to wait long at all until we got our normal exam things (eye pressure, picture, etc) done and they were very quick about it. I thought the woman that did it was very nice and professional.Once in the room, I was seen by my doctor very quickly. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the photo that had been taken of my eye, and even pointed out something that he made a note in my file about to keep an eye on in the future. My husband went into his exam room to wait at about the same time I did, but I had to wait for at least 20 minutes after I was finished for him to see his doctor and come back out. (On a side note, several patients came in and out not wearing masks while I was waiting for him).My doctor and I had a conversation about my contact usage and I explained that I usually wear daily lenses if I wear them at all because I almost exclusively wear glasses. I had some complaints about my current daily lenses so he wanted me to try a different brand, but he specified that they were daily lenses. When I went to the front to get my contacts fitted, the woman helping me was sitting directly across from me and wasnt wearing a mask or any other protective gear like a face shield or divider, less than 3 feet away from me. Tulsa is still under a mask mandate, and for a medical facility, I would expect them to hold their staff to a higher standard than that. I didnt say anything at the time because I didnt want to be confrontational. That did make me end up leaving a lot faster than I usually would and I didnt feel safe sitting around asking questions. I probably should have said something, but it isnt my job to police the mask mandate. When I got home and tried the lenses on, I was really impressed at their quality for daily lenses. At the end of the day, I took them out and threw them away. When I went online to order more through my insurance, I was surprised to find that the lenses I had been given are actually monthly lenses and that I basically threw $20 down the bin. So Im pretty disappointed about that because now I either have to go back in and get different contacts to try or gamble on a contact order for lenses Ive never tried.I was pretty disappointed in a lot of the things, but I definitely want to reiterate that I was pleased with the doctors thoroughness of my exam. Im not sure where the error about my lenses came from, so I mostly wanted to let people know that it happened.UPDATE: I contacted them and they are ordering a new trial of daily contact lenses for me to try.I also did some research and apparently Dr. Zoellner is in a lawsuit with the city of Tulsa about the mask mandate. He cites sketchy sources to support his claims that masks are unhealthy instead of listening to the widely-accepted (and proven) fact that masks are safe and are necessary in slowing the spread of COVD-19 when social distancing is not an option. This fact is supported by almost all medical professionals and medical associations, including the CDC and Oklahoma Health Department. Since it is impossible to social distance while getting an eye exam, I will not be coming back once I get my trial contacts due to the fact that Dr. Zoellner is not enforcing a city-wide mandate with his employees that would keep his clients and their families safe, and will be making sure my family and friends are also aware of his stance on the mask mandate so they can make an educated decision about coming here.

I actually had to ask the doctor to wipe a device down before I could touch because it hadnt been wiped off. Doctor tried to skip the bifocal exam, again, so I had to ask for it to be done.I was told my glasses would be ready in two hours.. 30 minutes later, they called and said two weeks. I called about 10-11 days later to confirm deadline, and was told 2-4 weeks. This was not okay, being the third time I was told something different, so I left my number for a manager, who was at lunch. I called an hour later, and had to leave my number again, as she was still on lunch. I called two hours after that, to be told she could not be found, and that when they found her, they would give her my number. Called another hour later, to be told she wasnt even there that day. Spoke to KAREN, a supervisor, and was told glasses would be there on the 11th, a day after the two week period. APRIL, the other supervisor, called me back the next day and CONFIRMED the arrival date of my glasses. I called on the 12th talked to APRIL, and THEY ARE NOT THERE. Was told they would be in on Monday. AFTER TWO SUPERVISORS SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. Not should be there, not may be there, WILL be there. Its the 17th and not there. No idea when they will be. The biggest issue I have with Zoellner is the people. He seems to mostly hire surly teenagers who line the front desk. Theres a ton of them sitting there, and even though they seem to be doing nothing they resent having to help you. The people who do the eye glass adjustments are completely hit and miss, and again, they appear to be mostly teenagers. Sometimes great, sometimes just not knowing what theyre doing (like bringing some stinging hot glasses straight from the machine that burnt my ear and shrugging when I said I better wait until they cool off). If you call in, you get to talk to another dull and surly teenager. The optometrist was great. The eye glass selection is good, though I chose a poor quality one (unfortunately), which is why Ive had to go back for adjustments. I met one guy who who seemed to be in mid to late twenties (cant remember his name), who was awesome and helpful. But Ive been in a lot and havent seen him since. My insurance offered incentive to go to Zoellner, but I need to have more faith in a place that takes care of my eye sight.

The contacts were great but the glasses were horrible. I’ve been wearing them off and on for the last year trying to get use to them but it was impossible. I have no depth perception, I fall walking down stairs, I don’t feel safe driving. I told them this and they refused to fix them because at first they said it takes time then they said it was to late and needed a new prescription. After telling them what was going on they finally re cut my lenses but nothing changed. I told them again that it was wrong and they got mad and told me to deal with it or go to another doctor. So that’s what I’m doing.... I’m wearing the glasses and not driving and my stomach is upset. But thank you for the great customer service. I’ll leave the doctors name out of it but don’t go here.

Doctors were patient and kind with my children. There was hardly any wait time to get in and see the doctor. Lauren Hughes helped immensely when it came to choosing the perfect frames and contacts. She never made us feel rushed or stressed even when my son struggled for quite some time trying to get contacts in on his own.

April was fantastically helpful and sweet. Abby was very nice and gave excellent advise about my contacts. Doctor Swift remembered me from over two years ago and explained how to adjust to my new vision needs, which is absolutely priceless for me because of all the different projects & types of work I do. This experience was the highlight of my week!! Highly recommend this group of people 💞💞💞

I’ve been going here for years but I won’t return. Filing a lawsuit against wearing masks at this time is ridiculous, even further the picture holding the sign “no mask holes allowed” is insulting. I’m not a mask hole because I choose to protect myself and others. That along with the inexperienced and sometimes rude staff....I won’t return

Im not sure how this place is still legally in business. I was a patient and customer getting my glasses there for a number of years and my last 3 visits the service has gone downhill. My last two appointments were canceled/changed and they didnt tell me until an hour beforehand when I had already scheduled to be off work so I lost that sick leave. When I finally did have an appointment the doctor literally talked to me about how masks were ineffective during COVID and hes considering telling his staff not to wear them at all. Theyve lost my business and respect. Dr. Z seems like he is spending too much time at his other business, a marijuana dispensary, Im sadly not joking about this.

Have been coming here for over 20 years, and year after year they have become less concerned in caring for the patient and more concerned with how many folks they can filter through in a day. I called today to request a trial pair of contacts due to not comfortable just yet with having someone that close in my face with this virus scare and I’m due for my yearly exam. I was told they could order and ship to me a box for 70.00, and trial pairs are only available to new contact patients. First, I’ve never paid 70.00 a box for contacts and second, when did trial pairs become only available for new contact patients. I guess I need to go in for an exam, receive my trial pair, not order any contacts and tell them let me try these for a week or so. Not like the trial pair and see how many months/pairs of trials I can get away with. Or better yet not ever go back. Congratulations on losing a 20 year patient.

Less than a year ago i purchased 2 sets of glasses from this location. One for daily use and a set of rayban sunglasses. My daily use glasses were the best lenses available per the recommendation of the associate and the lens has cracked 2 times in less than a year. I went to the store this second time and got the run around. Then the manager Mindy helped me and made everything right. I appreciate someone to slow down and listen. Great customer service from the management.

I had a really disappointing experience. The lady assisting me was neither wearing gloves nor a mask. She barely wiped the medical examination machines with a tiny piece of cotton. I felt very uncomfortable with how casual their employees were taking precautions to avoid the spread of Covid 19. Their staff should be properly trained to take precautions seriously. It is not too much to expect from a Doctors office. Is it?

Chose to come to this location while getting my glasses fixed so I could check out their selection of frames. I usually go to the one off Memorial. The girl checking me in to repair my glasses was incredibly odd. She didnt talk to me once...other then hi when I first arrived to the desk. She took my glasses and left.. didnt tell me what she was doing, how long, or anything about my warranty, nothing! I finally had to go ask someone else what was going on.However, the girl that was helping me look at sun glasses did a great job.But I probably wont be back.

I had usually gotten my glasses from a chain store but my husband wanted to try Dr Zoellner. I’m so glad we changed! The selection of frames was great. The quality of the lenses are fantastic! It ended up being much cheaper than the other places I’ve bought glasses in the past.We loved the optometrist we saw! She was very knowledgeable and very very kind.My only complaint was how long it took to order and pay for the frames after I picked them out. Picking up the glasses was a breeze. They are definitely our new optical shop

I chose this clinic because they offered $99 for glasses and my previous optometry office was very expensive.I found the environment at the clinic chaotic. The person at the front desk was deadpan and it turned out that she also did part of the exam. About half way through the exam process I was told that I could NOT get glasses at the advertised rate, even though I selected frames that qualified. What they don’t tell you is that there is no chance you can walk in and out of the place for $99. My glasses were about $300.The most disappointing part, however, of the entire experience was not the disengaged staff or chaotic environment. Once I got the glasses and brought them home I literally could not see out of them. They didn’t fit right and fell off my face and the lenses could NOT have been my prescription because the world in front of me was blurry. I have some real concerns about the credentials and training of their staff. You would almost have to work hard to blunder so badly.I gave them two stars because I’m nice because the experience was so sub par that I would never go back or recommend this eye clinic to anyone and have since gone back to my previous optometrist. Expensive glasses are fine when the expertise and atmosphereare good.

I had an annual exam with Dr. Flusche the week of Thanksgiving and was very happy with everything, both with the doctor and the staff. This was a complete 180 from my last visit at the Memorial location close to 10 years ago so I was very pleasantly surprised.Unfortunately for some, the office no longer price matches on contact lenses. This wasnt a big deal for me since I had already anticipated ordering online, but noteworthy for others nonetheless since it is a new policy for the facility.

Recently move to Tulsa and had to find a new eye doctor. Tried Dr Robert H Zoellner and Associates as it was highly rated at my insurance provider. After receiving what I expected to be a free eye exam I was hit with a charge for contact consultation. Now after 3 weeks I am still waiting on my contacts to be delivered to the store. I am rating this 3 stars only because the optometrist was good and I was able to get in and out quick. If I do not choose to change doctors I will definitely not be ordering contacts through them next time.

I’ve been using Dr Zoellner’s office since I was 11, so for around 20 years. In all of my adulthood I’ve noticed that the front desk/tech staff at both locations are rude and unprofessional. I actually switched to the Harvard location in hopes of changing my experience, but they’re very curt with me there also. It makes me wonder what the work culture is like. My experience with the doctors has always been very pleasant, and I’ve stayed because they’re at least quick and efficient. I’m finally writing this review because I witnessed something unsanitary. One of the staff working at the contact lens station had nail oil out on the counter and was applying it while working with customers. Additionally, it’s common to have the eye puff test during the exam, which I always decline as it ends up both frustrating myself and the tech because I can’t keep my eyes open. This time the tech tried to coax me into doing it and I had to firmly decline. I’m a 30 year old mother and medical professional, and it felt weird to be treated like a child. I understand that diagnostic procedure and I’m not at any increased risk of IOP, so I’m comfortable not doing it. I’ve gotten a lot of rude comments from them about it over the years. I think it’s finally time to find a new optometrist.

Very frustrating to drive over 30 minutes to pick up contacts that were sent back and not in the store, after calling and verifying with the front desk that they were in fact still there BEFORE making the drive since it had been so long since I had ordered them. I lost my only pair of glasses and I was unsure if I would be able to replace them because it was Sunday. My prescription is extremely strong and even the one hour places usually take at least 3 days. I showed up for an exam with no appointment at 11:30 on Sunday and my glasses were ready when I returned at 2:00! For $186 I received an exam, contact lens fitting, a pair of trial contact lenses, and a great pair of glasses with polycarbonate lenses. If I were basing this review on the doctor (Dr. Anderson) who I saw, it would definitely be a five-star review: she was great! I was pretty nervous as I hadnt been to the eye doctor in some time (and Ive been wearing corrective lenses nearly my entire life, so I shouldve known better!) and Dr. Anderson immediately put me at ease. I appreciated the time she took to explain things to me. The reason the review isnt five stars is due to the wait time. While I had to wait about an hour to see the doc after my scheduled appt. time, overall I enjoyed my visit here because of the doctor and staff who helped me in ordering my contacts.

So disappointed in this company! We received glasses from them and used our insurance. A couple of weeks later our dog unfortunately chewed them up. After calling to see what we could do since we can not use our insurance anymore for a year, they proceed to tell me that an animal getting a hold of the glasses is not covered by the warranty. Therefore I am out money and with no glasses. I tried to talk to a manager and she told me she was sorry there was nothing they could do except come in and purchase new glasses or bring in my own frames and they could do lens for full price. I would not recommend them to anyone! I hope Dr. Zoellner sees this and hopefully understands my frustration!

So I have been going here since I was a teen and my mom was taking me will Im 25 so over atleast 13 years. Theyve gotten pricey over time still kept going because you can do walk ins and the doctors are great, the staff not so much. Well I ordered glasses 3/12/20 I just went to pick them up today 4/8/20 I get there my lenses are literally sitting up out of my glasses as if I had bifocals they didnt try to make them fit at all then when I talked to them about they told me I can either pay an additional $279 for lenses that can thinner or after I just paid $109. I got frustrated because they expected me to accept them looking like that after waiting 3 weeks to get my glasses then I was told I had to wait for a manager to call me tomorrow to help me with my problem so after I left not even 10mims later I get a call from the manager so I asked where you not there when I was there not even 10mins ago she says no I was on lunch I asked why was I not informed of that and that I could just wait for you to come from lunch instead of waiting for someone tomorrow. I told her I dont know what kind of game you all are playing I want my money back I am not accepting these glasses. I did go back up there and got my money back. I would not recommend anymore the prices are going up and service is going down

This review is only for the location on Harvard. Today I went in to get new glasses. When I checked in, I asked the front desk what my insurance would cover. She told me the discounts I would get on frames through VSP, my carrier. I have been using Dr. Z for years, but I normally go to the 71st street location.I wait an hour to get an exam, which is no big deal. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with what frames I wanted with my wife. I get my exam, and my eyes had gotten slightly worse so my new script would make a difference.I finally get done and go to order my lenses, and am told that Im not due for new frames for six months. They should have told me that at the front desk when I specifically asked what benefits I had. They didnt. I wasted over 2 hours of my time. To make matters worse, when I went to pay for my exam, I told the receptionist that I wasnt eligible and she made no comment and didnt offer a single apology. I will never go to this branch again.
