Knowledgeable, Professional, and Attentive!! This group care about your eyes for real, its not just a cute word to have in the business title. Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years and contacts for about 20 and this is the first time Ive had this level of attentiveness taken towards my eyes from a doctor. Ive learned more about the eye and my eye issues in the short 2 years Ive gone here than ever before. Now for the icing on the cake - The staff is exceptional! They need to teach a few places the art of customer service because they have it down. Ive seen both Drs there and you cant go wrong with either. ******6 Stars...this group needs a bonus point. ☺️

I am SO HAPPY to find Downtown Tulsa Eyecare! Dr. HOLMES and staff are AMAZING! I have been wearing bifocal glasses for 7 years now and after covid I wanted to try contacts for Astigmatism. I tried contacts thru my previous eye Dr but I did not have a great experience and was going to give up. My employer suggested I see Dr Holmes. The first visit I was HOOKED. Dr. Holmes was so patient and up front told me it normally takes a few visits to get contacts right and she was a perfectionist to get it as great as it should be. She found issues I didnt realize I had and got me set up with a solution I am so happy with! The Staff shine in all they do! They are a happy cohesive team and I can not say enough good about Downtown Tulsa Eye care! I never thought I could be happy in contacts at age 57 but they got me there! I want to add, their pricing is affordable. I did not expect that. Thank you DTTE!

It was fast and the best to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Holmes saw an issue in my eye & explained what is going on. She put me on some eye drops & referred me to a specialist. She was able to get me in to the m specialist the next day early in the morning. Then she checked on that evening to see how my eyes were doing.She truly cares. I’ve been going to her for 12 - 13 years & she has always been very thorough!The office staff is very friendly also.

The personnel treat you respectfully and gives you a full explanations and options. Eye-care is very progressive, eyewear stylish for everyone’s tastes and atmosphere is clean, friendly and professional.

This place is great. They were extremely kind and communicative about appointments, helpful when deciding the best options for my eyes and my budget, and consistently got me in and out of the office with everything I needed in no time at all. I appreciate how they helped me find the best contacts for my eyes, in addition to teaching me how to wear them and ordering a future supply. Finally, they have great procedures in place surrounding coronavirus which is just the cherry on top of a great series of experiences Ive had with their office. Cant recommend highly enough.

Dr. V was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s one of the best and most thorough eye exams I’ve ever gotten. Prices on lenses and frames were completely reasonable and the selection was great. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a relaxed and knowledgeable eye doctor experience.

Such nice people! Great environment and they’re efficient! I didn’t find any glasses that I was interested in but they told me they could find frames somewhere if I wanted and they could order them for me which was great! I felt well taken care of and they got my glasses in really quick! Highly recommended!

Everyone from the front desk to doctor was incredibly helpful and sweet. My appointment was on time and the doctor took the time to explain the scans and where my vision was at. When choosing frames I couldnt have asked for more. She helped me pick flattering frames and was knowledgeable on what my insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket. I loved the experience so much I left with two pairs.

I first met with Dr. Holmes several years ago with an eye infection and I was so thankful that she was willing to see me on such short notice. She made sure that my eye was healed and I have had no problems since. Dr. Holmes staff are always pleasant and professional. Since I work downtown it is so convenient to get an appointment around my lunch hour. I highly recommend Dr. Holmes.

Best eye doctor in Oklahoma. Dr. Holmes really cares for her patients. I’ve been going for about 6+ years, and now my husband goes, and my daughter will go to her too. We don’t even live anywhere near Downtown Tulsa (we are in east Broken Arrow), but we would never dream of going to anyone else.

I honestly dont know when Ive ever had such a thorough examination. Dr Holmes and her staff were diligent, patient and seemed to be very focused on finding solutions rather trying to sell me something I didnt need. I highly recommend Downtown Tulsa Eyecare.

The Dr and staff at Downtown Tulsa Eyecare are the best in Tulsa. I am 56 and have never had an eye exam be more personal and at ease as I did here. This is my second visit, last August was my first, my glasses from last August are still perfect never broke never had a problem. Thats amazing in itself. They paid my parking, got me in and out in time to open the store where I work. Didnt make me feel uncomfortable for needing to get in and out and got me there with minutes to spare. As far as Im concerned no one in Tulsa should every go anywhere else but here. They are hands down the best in Tulsa.

Best optometrist Ive ever been to. Dont think Ive ever had somebody get my prescription right. Dr Holmes put those things on my face, and it was like daylight vs dark. I could see!! Highly recommend Dr Holmes.

My eye sight fluctuates throughout the day and week. Dr. Holmes has been very patient and worked with me to find the best contacts that work for me. You can tell she wants what is best for you, and is great to work with! The staff there is wonderful to work with too. I have found the staff at a doctor’s office is makes or breaks my decisions to return for a follow up!

I love this place! I had had problems with my contacts for a while, and they were only getting worse. Dr. Julie Holmes got me a new type of contacts, some eye drops, and a new prescription (who knew I had astigmatism in my left eye?) and it was wonderful! We tested out a couple different brands and she was very patient, meeting me for multiple appointments (which were all super quick and not a time drain on me at all). Plus I like how she actually explains what shes doing the whole time... makes going to the eye doctor super interesting. They also have some weird eye camera that you can pay extra for so you dont have to get your pupils dilated with the drops--which is great if youre like me and unthinkingly make your appointment for 9AM on a work day!

Amazing office! They fixed my glasses, gave me couple different contacts options to try, and state of the art eye exams with optic nerve pictures instead of the dreaded dilation and for not more than anywhere else!
