We are new to Tucson and first time pool owners, when I called they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I called with questions, and the owner took the time to explain things to me, help me prioritize what was an immediate need and what things could wait as he truly understands money matters. This company has earned a customer for life and I will refer everyone to them.

They have done an excellent job of servicing our pool the last 7 years! The owner is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any maintenance issues we have had. They have kept our pool sparkling year after year - year round - and have such nice pool techs. Highly recommend them!

We are new to the area and Tucson Pool and Spa came highly recommended and now I see why. We had some extra things we needed help with and from the very first phone call Josh was so helpful. He and Pat treated us with such respect and never made us feel like our questions were dumb. They went out of their way to make sure our system was working at its best and that we were well informed. They never pushed us to purchase more than we wanted but truly listened to our needs and helped make that happen. We will highly recommend them to anyone with pool or spa needs.

After visiting the other Spa dealerships in the Tuscon area, we Chose Tuscon Pool & Spa for their Tahatian Spa. So Glad we Did! They were the most professional, most knowledgeable, and pleased to educate my wife and I on their product, and commitment to providing us with service after the purchase. They committed to having the Spa delivered and installed with 3-4 weeks. They met their commitment. The owners should know how awful Josh is. They over charged my elderly friend. Charged her for things they didnt even do. And wouldnt call her back for months. I finally stepped in and Josh hung up on me. They are unprofessional and rude when questioned. Worst company ever!

The customer service with this company is awful, my girlfriend called them to help her elderly friend out and when questioned about there service work the guy new nothing. They over charge and give you the runaround, do not use this company unless you like being overcharged and lied to!

Helpful and friendly and had the pool part I needed!

After pricing and checking all of the pool cleaners in my area I decided to purchase a new pool cleaner from Tucson pool and spa. Salesman Alex helped me with my purchase by not only coming to my house and checking out the pool but also stopping by the house afterwards after it was installed making sure everything was working properly. A little over a year later one of my kids had changed the valve setting on my pool equipment and it was no longer pumping water into the jacuzzi. After calling one of the other local pool companies, because of their close proximity to us, who wanted to charge me $150 to come by to look at it, a couple of days later Pat from Tucson Pool and Spa, stopped by my house and had the valves set within 10 seconds, filled the spa and took care of a problem that had been plaguing us for a couple weeks. I asked how much it was for the service call he told me he didnt have to do anything but look at a couple of valves and refused to charge me anything. I then tried to offer him cash just so that his expenses could be covered but he wouldnt take that either. Tucson Pool and Spa has certainly earned my business forever Thank you guys very much for the fantastic service!!!

Im a needy customer, its rare to find a business so nice and helpful. Would definitely reccomend for any of your spa needs! Cant be a better place to buy a hot tub.

This place was recommended by a friend. Glad we called them up. Chris is very nice and they do a weekly service on our pool. What I like about them is they offer three different levels of weekly service. So depending on our budget or availability we can change it as needed. Theyre very good with our dogs. Also their pricing was more than fair. Glad we switched.

These guys are awesome! They were recommended to me from a friend who also really likes them. I have a very troublesome pool built in the 1950s, and these guys worked for a month to get it up to date and running well. I really appreciated their honest straight forward service. Good people

VERY undependable! I bought my hot tub from this company 13 years ago and have had it maintained by Tucson Pool and Spa. Customer service has diminished over the years. They are understaffed and service appointments are given for dates a week out.

Did my chemicals for 17 yrs, had them replace filtration system, drain pool & clean the sides & bottom last year. Did terrible work, their office is a mile away & nobody could be bothered to come by & look at our concerns for weeks. Been a year & a half now, still havent come by. They need to stick to chemicals because they know nothing about maintenance or construction! Good riddance. Wish there was a way I could give them 0 stars!

Ive been with them since i bought my dimension ll spa. I have done most of my own service over the years. When i need help, they have done a good job. Since my tub is older, i order parts out of cal and when i need help, they come.

Noticed a dramatic decrease in the quality of service. I had another company give me a second opinion on my pools water chemistry one day after TPS guy came in. The second company proceeded to inform me that the chlorine was low and that the water chemistry was off. To make matters worse he told me that the chlorine tablet floater was empty, since I dont know when.I hired a small company for my services now. He is a little bit more expensive, but I get closer relationship with the owner and better communication.

Went there for help on my pool cleaner. Robin helped me out and told me what I needed exactly. Came home and it is now working like a champ. Excellent service and very fair!

Very helpful when I have questions about my pool or spa. Their prices are competitive with the national chains. I buy all my pool chemicals from Tucson Pool and Spa.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Used to be a great company, I had service with them for over 10 years prior to moving away from Tucson. Just moved back to Tucson after being gone for 3 years. Called to get a quote on cleaning up the pool and re-establish service at my old residence.The associate who answered wasnt interested in assisting in any way, he was more interested in telling me about start up fees and what he could not do. I ended the call in frustration, Im confident there are plenty of other pool services in Tucson I can call and I told him so.Sorry to see a local company lose its customer service skills and my business.

Tucson Pool & Spa has been of great regular service to my family for many years, sometimes even going beyond the regular service when a problem popped up, even after the time we were hit by vandals. Theyve always been courteous, even friendly, and they know their business - taking care of your pool.
