Tucson hot tubs was able to order a special part that I couldnt get anywhere else. They were very helpful and gave me a good price. I will be giving them more business.

Advertise as a Family business. I have had a 110 amp Hot tub on order for going on 3 months. Promise of delivery was mid September early October at the latest. Now as I have lost patience and decided to just cancel and ask for my deposit back they tell me the item had not shipped or even come close to leaving the factory but I would be charged 25% restock fee!? This for an item they can not provide and tell me they have a wait list for these to arrive? Absolutely criminal ripoffs. Please shop elsewhere. All other places give a refundable deposit. Just for your own peace of mind shop around, dont trust what they tell you.

Taylor and his staff are great - they are well-informed, patient, and helpful. They have been my go-to store for maintenance and parts for my hot tub for years now. And the prices are fair too.

The service from Tucson Hot tubs has been Excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question about on of my jets and if it was something I could repair myself. They had the part in stock and even showed me how to install it using one of the floor models as an example. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this place for your ho tub needs.

I think they maybe could have done better in managing delivery expectations. Our delivery was postponed 3 or 4 times and not for small time frames.

I have had my spa for 7 years now. It just developed a leak. Tucson Hot Tubs was quick to respond. A service man (Andrew) arrived right on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak. Explained in detail about the care and possible cause of the leak. And when he left my spa was leak free and working perfectly. Their fees were reasonable and I would not hesitate to call then again if I ever needed

Had a leak in my old Coleman Hot Tub. Tucson Hot Tub sent Anthony out the same day to give an estimate. He identified where the leak was in a few minutes, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable to repair a hose. Anthony had the leak repaired in about 40 minutes. He did an excellent job. I cant say enough about how pleased I am with this company and with Anthony the Tech. Great experience!

I bought a new expensive hot tub from them.It ultimately leaked.They said it was no longer under warranty.They came out. Fixed the leak. I paid them.The next day I realized they broke a light.I called them. They said I would have to pay for them to fix the light. They did not stand behind their work.

We bought our hot tub in the fall of 2019, and have loved it everyday since. The process of selecting, purchasing and having it delivered to Green Valley and installed was just as simple and nice as anyone would want.Our hot tub is perfect for the two of us, but could hold up to 6 easily. We have the Wisteria model.I love the light in it, wish we had more. I dont have Bluetooth in it but dont miss it.I have the easy cover, and glad for it.We clean it out every 3 months, but that is really simple to do. I get all our products to maintain it from Tucson Hot Tubs on 22nd.They are so nice to deal with and do business with. I have never been disappointed, nor have I regretted this purchase.You will not regret working with Tucson Hot Tub if you are in the market for a hot tub.

Tucson Hot Tubs came highly recommended to me late last year. Everyone has been super helpful. From the first time I walked into the store, to the actual move of a hottub I got from someone else for free. They came to the home, made sure the old one was working, helped schedule the craneing out from a house in Oro Valley and crane into my home in Casas Adobes. Inside their work they communicate well with each other. After the electrician finished his work here, Andrew, from Tucson Hot Tubs came and spent about 3-4 hours at my home yesterday. He fixed the leak, he helped me fill it up, he told me how to run it, as I knew NOTHING, he brought me the chemicals to clean, assured me it was a good unit and if I take care of it, it will last me! Taylor, youve got a good team of folks and I appreciate all you guys have done for me! Last night I cleaned the filters and got in the cool water in our 110 temperatures, it felt great!!

Replaced the control panel and two speed pump. Service representative showed up on time and was trained to do the work. When he was finished, everything worked as it was expected. Tucson Hot Tubs is a family business. It was necessary for me to remove my hot tub which hadnt been used for a lengthy period of time. The first time Andrew came to my house he began to evaluate the hot tub and whether it could be repaired. He was very patient while I made up my mind. He talked to my Electrical Engineer brother and relayed his professional opinion. I decided to have the tub removed and so on a follow-up date, the hot tub was removed. I was especially touched when I witnessed one of the employees gently remove a tarantula from its uprooted home and put it safely in the desert. They took the same care with the tub removal. I highly recommend this company.

The team that moved our spa was just outstanding! Professional courteous and a good sense of humor goes a long way. It was our first time using them and moving a spa, but we would never hesitate to call them again! Just call them, they know what they are doing. No BS, just good work at a fair price and that’s unfortunately rare these days

I ordered a hot tub on October 16, 2020 and was told it was on the next shipment which they expected around the last of November maybe the first week of December. Nov 20 we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks later. December 4th we were told they had no delivery date. This went on into January. By the January 28th we were told It wasnt in production yet. I ask them to cancel the sale and return my down payment $3296.33. They said there would be a 25% restocking fee of the Full Price of the hot tub. How can you charge a restocking fee for something I didnt receive? What are you restocking? They did then bring me the tub that was on the sales floor. Be careful if you are considering buying here.

The technician, Andrew, that came out to repair my hot tub was extremely knowledge, courteous, and responsible. He followed up the next day after the repair to see if we had any questions. It seems it is hard to get great service anymore; however Andrew and Tucson Hot Tubs provided Timely and exceptional service. I will definitely use Tucson Hot Tubs again for any hot tub needs.

Everything from the buying experience with Andy to the delivery from Mark and Seth was amazing. All of which were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. I was in my hot tub by 5pm on day of delivery.

Due to covid my hot tub took a lot longer than I thought to receive. (Through NO fault of Tucson Hot Tubs) just another weird side effect of a global pandemic. I do however wish I had a little more communication from THT while I was waiting. it felt like I was doing all of the calling for updates.Not a huge deal, just felt like I’d been a little forgotten. That being said we LOVE our hot tub and the installers were awesome. I’d absolutely recommend this business to anyone, with a warning of be patient.

They removed my hot tub today. Came in and did it very fast. The gentlemen were very professional and the price was very reasonable/worth it than doing it yourself; which I was considering.

Taylor and his crew are friendly. They sell a good variety of hot tubs for competitive prices and most importantly they are honest. Taylor and Andy are willing and able to talk me through minor problems and instruct me how to fix them. They send a repairman only if it is really needed. They do not want to incur unnecessary expense any more than I do.There have been 2 occasions when my hot tub needed a quick fix and Taylor squeezed me into his schedule and dropped by (at no charge!) to do the fix on the same day. This, of course, is not something they can always do, especially when they are very busy as they are at the time of writing, but its an example of how they treat their customers. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

If I could give this company a zero I would. They sell product regardless of their inability fulfill orders placed. We agreed to a delivery date when we signed our contract and paid monthly (for 6 months) for a hot tub we never received. We were given a delivery date of October then November 5th- each time we had to solicit updates from Tucson Hot Tubs versus them keep us apprised of timelines. When our delivery date in November came and went we called Tucson Hot Tubs and were told that our hot tub had not been built and that they were back logged. They could not give a delivery date but told us to keep being patient. We decided to cancel our order and were charged a restock fee of $1,200! Restock on an item that was not in even production and for an item that they could not give a delivery date on. They failed to meet the agreed upon contract.They continue to center the fact that we are in unprecedented times as a way to excuse poor business practices, exploiting consumers and presumably enriching themselves.

Stopped into Tucson Hot Tubs a few days ago looking for a few jet replacements. Taylor was super helpful, kind and easy to work with. He ordered me a bunch of the jets and we talked about hot tubs for about a half hour. Will definitely be back here to buy a tub as soon as Im ready to replace!

Every time Ive been to this self-service car wash, its been great. The spray wands and water always work, so you dont get ripped off. Plus, the wash stalls are never muddy or greasy, there is a loud warning bell at the 1 minute mark, the supply kiosk is nice and convenient, and attendants work there on the busy days. Overall a very nice self-service wash operation right on 22nd street.

We visited THT twice and made a purchase. We also went to several other hot tub places and chose Tucson Hot Tubs because we liked the tub we purchased, the quality seemed very good, and the customer service was excellent. They held the tub a couple weeks while our site was being prepared. Delivery was on time and the installers we excellent at their jobs. They filled the tub, showed us how it worked, instructed us regarding the chemicals, hooked up the power, and were very professional. We have had hot tubs for years before, and are very satisfied with our new tub. We highly recommend you give Tucson Hot Tubs a look, and believe you will be very satisfied.

I recently decided that I couldn’t justify keeping my hot tub since I hardly ever used it. I called Tucson Hot Tubs to see if they would be interested in taking it off my hands. They were, and offered to buy it from me. A couple of days later two very nice gentlemen showed up to haul it away. They did a very good job. I could tell tell it was no easy task. Besides being very heavy and awkward, they had to get it through a narrow gate and up a hill. They were very careful and respectful of me and my property. Sorry I can’t remember their names. Bit everyone I dealt with was very nice.
